    We had an awesome time for this years Pool Party. We have only had 2 other good Managers but since Melissa has been here we have seen quite a change We hadnt had our pool in over 5 years but since she has been here we have it open every year. I cant wait to see what other changes are in store. I am now loving to call this place home.

    Rosemont!!! My experience has been awesome! From consultation to move in it’s been a pleasure! The ladies in the office have provided not only professionalism but a peace of mind! The grounds are well kept and maintenance has always fixed any of my issues immediately after an order. My children and I love our unit and are pleased to call this community our home!

    I have been living here for 2 years now and Im so excited about the cooperation that is given to me from the management department has beenexcellent . the managers theyre very caring and theyre very understanding if you have a problem they do the very best to get it corrected I would advise anyone if youre looking for a home to live in, come to Rosemont at Mission Trails have a great day be blessed

    Hands down this is an awesome place to live. From the staff to the spacious apartments!!!! Yeah I picked a good one this time. From the time I entered the office I was greeted, and offered a drink while I waited. The lady at the front desk I dont remember her name but it started with a T. She was extremely nice and explained everything in detail to me about the facility and all it included. Overall a great and gorgeous place to stay. Im glad I selected this location for my home. Great job staff.

    The leasing office staff is pretty kind, and respectful. They are pretty good about answering the phone and getting back with you .The place is very well kept. it’s a beautiful complex to move to, of course, if you meet the requirements.For example, If you are self-employed, or an independent contractor, you are better off going somewhere else because they don’t accept bank statements as a form of income… but who gets paystub’s when you’re independent contractor?!

    I am a new tenant and Ms. K, Terinisha, and Melissa are the bomb. They are very helpful and always kind. I really enjoy Ms. K she is awesome and VERY helpful and always smiling. I know Im going to enjoy living here!!

    I’m a new resident at Rosemont At Mission Trails and I’m very excited to be here. My move in was great , unit very beautiful and very large in size. But the office staff have been nothing but Amazing from the day I came in to apply to the actual move in. To the office staff Ms. Koequiece , Terhaneicha , Melissa thank you for going above and beyond with your assistance.

    I just love it here 💯 Rosemont at Mission Trails isn’t the property it use be. It hasn’t been for a while now. The pool is open, exercise room is open, we have new security cameras, we can walk our trail and feel safe. Management team is awesome. They’re very professional even when they have to deal with an unhappy resident. They go above and beyond to make this property a home for us. They show they care. It’s the snacks for me❤️❤️I look forward to coming home after work to see what fun snacks they have in store. Today was national french fry day and guess what They gave us fries😋Maintenance is great , very respectful and hardworking. The grounds are nic and kept. This is a great community. I could go on and on about it. You’d have to come see for yourself. Thank you Rosemont for everything y’all do. I couldn’t see me living anywhere else.

    Upon moving over here it was a terrible experience🤦🏾‍♀️ but now that there is NEW& IMPROVED MANAGEMENT I dont think Ill be moving anytime soon. My children& I love our apt❣ its very spacious& the new maintenance crew are ALWAYS on time when something needs to be fixed💪🏾 BIG SHOUT OUT to Ms. LaShanna🥰 its been a year& it seems like Ive been knowing her forever. Always in good spirits& youre guaranteed to leave with a smile😊

    I went to inquire about an 2 bdrm and they were full but instead of turning me away Ms. Melissa helped me to find other locations to inquire about. Her as well as the other staff friendliness and eagerness to help made me really want to be a resident there but all I could do was get on the waitlist.

    The staff are very friendly and they definitely work with u if u dont understand something. The office is always clean including their bathrooms and they provide food and activities for the children which they love and they are now doing more holiday activities thanks to Ms. Melissa the new management and I look forward to being apart of this new community.

    These are some very nice apartments. This is a large complex with lots of buildings and enough playgrounds that the kids have a lot to do. The apartments are really spacious and theres plenty of parking. They also have a fitness center and they are also a gated community.

    I have had the pleasure of living here 7 years. Terhaneicha and Ms. LaShawna are just jewels. Terhaneicha is professional, friendly and easy to talk to, her pleasant personality makes you want to just call ans speak with her. Ms. LaShawna is the bomb! She is professional, understanding and a great listener. This community was extremely beautiful, well kept. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot transportation and schools.Joy Williams

    They are very efficient. When I have a problem I dont have to wait. I feel like the office staff are my own children. The maintenance gets things done in a timely manner. The grounds are nicely kept. I am very thankful for the office staff and taking care of me as they have been. I would also like to thank DeBrina in the front as well, as she is kind and patient and always helps when help is needed.

    I was moved in swiftly and within the time frame I needed! Mary and Cynthia were amazing at getting the process done from start to finish as far as moving in!. I love my new place and so do my children its a beautiful place to raise a family.

    I’ve been trying to move into this place for years and I’m finally here… The ladies in the office are so nice and helpful with everything they do for you.. we just recently received new toilets and new showers and they are amazing.     So we moved here in March; before I wrote my review I wanted to give it a chance. I love it here, its quiet nice peacefully, every one is so friendly. Its our first time renting and Debrina really helped so much throughout the whole process! However, the only thing that keeps me from making this a 5 star review is maintenance! Billy is SO friendly! We also love him, But the only annoying part about it is you put a work order in for something be prepared to wait A LONG LONG LONG time before they get to it, you constantly have to call the office to make sure they send someone out. For the person who a review about the pool not being open most of the time ( I dont blame the office, theres a lot of parents around here who allow their small kids to go into the pool with no adult supervision which is against a rule they have set for your kids safety) its pretty simple follow the rules and you wont have a problem here 😊
