    Great place to live in a nice location. Very convenient to major highways. The management and maintenance teams are wonderful. Estela, Alyssa and Judith care about the residents and act quickly to help and address needs.

    I have no complaints. By far the best apartments Ive ever lived in since Ive been in Texas. Nice and quiet . Clean and they answer the phones when you call and always willing to help in anyway they can. Judith has been nothing less than amazing.

    Ive been living at Rosemont at Mayfield Villas for 9 years and the office staff have always been great. Judith, Estella, and Alyssa have helped me with everything that I need and have good human relation. I will continue to happily live here and Im proud to call this my home.

    Recently moved in and Alyssa has been the best leasing consultant! Shes so sweet . Alyssa made sure everything was taken care of. I had a few issues at apartment and I called her and she made sure maintenance took care of issue. The parking is a struggle but you have an opinion to pay 30 dollar fee to reserve a parking which I think that not bad at all .From all the girls that work at the office Alyssa is the one to talk to THANK YOU ALYSSA ! :)

    Ive seen some of the bad reviews on here and I havent experienced any of those stuff to be honest. Been living here since December 2015 and everything has been great. No roach problems like many people claim . Maintenance issues always get resolved fairly quick especially when it is something serious . The parking is a bit of a hassle but only when you come home late plus it wont kill anyone to walk a couple minutes more to your apartment. Ive had some difference of opinions with the staff but we are human and stuff like that happens but again nothing ever too extreme. Overall this place is great and I dont think you could find better apartments in Arlington especially not a 2 or 3 bedroom considering what you will pay here

Alyssa made sure everything was taken care of. I had a few issues at apartment and I called her and she made sure maintenance took care of issue. Having good caring people work in the office really matters and makes a difference in a apartment complex. Thank you Alyssa!

    I love these apartments. The reviews people put about the cockroaches isn’t true. I’ve lived in two different apartments here and not one cockroach has been seen in either, must be the way they are living. The staff has been nothing but great to my family and myself. They helped us a lot through the leasing process. The only bad thing I would say is the visitors parking, I wish there were more around the complex. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about Rosemont apartments.

    My mom lived here for 2 years 2015-2017 & we never had roaches only a little ant problem but that was all. Parking is awful at times & sometimes they didn’t warn you when they turn the water off for work reasons but other than that this is a great place!! I love it here !

    I am very much happy to live in this place for 11 years. Good maintenance and friendly leasing staff. Very close to my children’s school and close to my work place too.

    This apartment has been surprisingly one of our better places. We have had very few issues and find the staff and management to be pleasant the very few times in a year and a half weve had to even go to the office. The unit is spacious with a larger kitchen and master bath than Ive ever had in an apartment. I feel like its pretty family oriented here and Ms. Mary hosts an awesome after school program for the kids. The playground and office sit on a little court yard where the kids play ball a lot and ride their bikes and scooters. We havent had much interaction with maintenance but the small interactions weve had are helpful and pleasant. Parking is a bit of a problem from time to time, especially for visitors. Across the road however is free on street parking in the residential area so thats an easy issue to navigate. My one larger complaint is roaches but if stayed on top of that also isnt hard to navigate. Im sure they are throughout the buildings so it would be nearly impossible to rid the place of them all together unless pest control took care of all units at once. I dont find them to be any worse however than most rental units Ive been in in the past. You just really have to be diligent about them and it shouldnt be much of an issue. There was some minor wear and tear when we moved in but it was clean and the minor wear and tear wasnt anything large and honestly expected for the great rental rate. The residents here are mostly friendly and for an apartment complex where normally you dont know your neighbors its super community based here and I not only know my neighbors but love them. We share food and watch each others children often. Its like a little rosemont family. There are two ISDs for elementary here. We ended up choosing Lynn Hale and are pleasantly surprised by what an amazing experience its been for our girls. They are updating the school this year and adding STEM labs and a renovated strings room. I love the staff at the school and my children have flourished. To be within walking distance to the school is awesome. When my husband goes to work I have no car so accessible places was important. Within walking distance there is a pediatrician, family dollar, dollar general, 3 gas stations, subway, dominos, and not too far is a cvs and Walgreens among other various businesses. Overall for the rent and area its a great place.

    This is a place that makes you feel like home i rent before but no apartments like this is always clean outside the parking lot and the manager is very generous and theyre staff and i like the playground for the kids also very clean
