Its a really nice place to live. The staff is super friendly. Really nice amenities, pools, gym, steam room & sauna!! Quiet, friendly neighbors. I currently rent a one bedroom apartment and its perfect👌 I am looking forward to possibly moving into a 2 bedroom in the future..that way Ill have somewhere to go when my wife pisses me off..lol.

I lived on the 1st side for a year and a half. That side is not comparable to here. I LOVE IT HERE. It is affordable. We have beautiful working appliances. A GREAT location with a garage. I have lived many places in Austin, but never somewhere that felt so much like home. Dont waste your time with the other River Horse Ranch. This place is worth it.

I absolutely love my home! It’s perfectly located near everything you love. Both Liz and Alex are the BEST team to work with at the front office. From the moment I met them, they were completely honest about the two apartments that were available in my desired floor plan. One of them had less parking but the best sunlight. They were absolutely right!! I love my home greatly, would buy it if I could. One day I’ll get a garage or covered parking! Other than that I hope to stay here for many more years!!Have a blessed day!

Editing my review now that we’ve moved.Seriously the best experience I’ve had with an apartment community. Found myself missing the friendly staff so much now that I’ve moved. Our apartment was sooo clean and looked almost brand new when we moved in. You can tell each person in the office truly cares about each resident with how well the property and units are maintained.Every time I called I was so glad to hear either Lizette or Alexandria. Both were always super friendly and never made me feel like a burden or bother. Alexandria is very kind and responds so quickly! I’m so sad that we weren’t able to bring this team with us when me moved and seriously regretting our move.These two deserve a bonus or raise because they are just so amazing!—-Lizette is the absolute best! So friendly, helpful, and very responsive. My boyfriend and I just moved in and we absolutely love our apartment.

They have been wonderful. The place is beautiful and all the residents I have met are very friendly. Maintenance is always on top of their game and they always shows up in a timely manner. The pool is a good size and great for the kids. I just moved from an apartment that wasnt very great and its nice to live in an area that is comfortable and makes you feel like home.

We have lived at Riverhorse Ranch 2 for going on 4 years. The management team makes us feel like family and rent has been the most affordable in the area for all the amenities included. The staff and facilities are worth 5-STARS! We are leaving because we have outgrown apartment living. Examples include: finding it hard to find parking late at night, neighbors sending cops to your door simply for vacuuming your home in the middle of the day or for your toddler running to the bathroom in the middle of the night, not being allowed to have a mechanic do work on our vehicle to get it running on the property, etc. We would rate the apartment life 3-Stars for these reasons. Therefore, overall we rate RHR2 4-Stars. We have been approved to purchase our 1st home and are excited about entering this new chapter of our lives.

Pretty apartments with lots of nice amenities, but good luck parking any time after 9 PM. The parking spots are scarce for the number of people served.

Super nice, I love living here, the most important thing is that all the buildings are super super clean, I have never seen any trash thrown away, no things thrown on the balconies, all the office and maintenance staff are too nice people. Super happy to be here!

The apartments are very well maintained. The recreation areas are more than excellent. They have an incredibly good spa. Excellent location.
