Love this property! The amenities are great, and its proximity to campus is a big plus. My interactions with the front office staff are always pleasant and efficient. You can tell they really care about residents and their happiness!

I have looked at this property off and on for months. I was not impressed. My most recent interaction with the management team has changed my mind. They seem to really care and be interested in making improvements. I’m moving them to the top of my list.

My grandmother and I went to tour the complex and not only was the apartment a great value. The staff were very accommodating to my grandmother and pushed her wheelchair for me very nice complex and great staff will be signing here soon.

Williams gave us an exceptional dorm tour.He answered all of our questions thoroughly, from the specifics of the room layout to broader topics.He created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel comfortable asking anything.We saw all the amenities the dorm/building has to offer, which helped us get a real sense of the living space.Overall, Williams made the dorm tour a positive experience and helped us feel confident about our daughter’s future dorm!Thank you

This is the most amazing place I have ever lived! The staff is always so extremely helpful and friendly! Barbara and Williams are the absolute best! Maintenance gets all my request done in a timely manner as well. Also the amenities are AMAZINGGG! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here.

This is a great property! It is conveniently located near campus, and the complex features great amenities and a friendly, helpful office staff that makes for an even better living experience.

Keily was a great receptionist! She helped me recover a stolen item within 2 hours of filing the request, the thief was brought down to the lobby, and I talked with him. Later that day I locked myself out of my room and Keily scanned me in without the normal charge.

This review is for the staff only. They are all so helpful, especially Garrett (HUGE shoutout to Garrett). They almost always respond to questions after hours when they owe us NOTHING and theyre just students trying their best.However, CA Ventures, the developer, is evil. Truly an evil entity - taking advantage of college kids and leaving them homeless for over a month just to put them in a building where nothing works and nothing is fully installed. I wonder how they sleep at night. But this is not the fault of the lovely staff. They are dealing with the terrible situation quite well.

Garret is my favorite manager at rise!!! He is so welcoming and accommodating. If you want to live here, you should & you should ask for garret he will help you get everything you want!
