I came by Reverie at River Hollow for a tour of a few units a few days back. Gerald, a member of the staff, was very thorough and welcoming on our tour.The building itself is beautiful, with modern amenities, clean common areas, and a welcoming atmosphere. The layout of the apartments was thoughtful, with spacious rooms, plenty of natural light, and high-end finishes. The community spaces, such as the gym, pool, and lounge areas, were also top-notch and well-designed to encourage a sense of community among residents.Gerald took the time to answer all my questions, provide detailed explanations about lease terms, and even offer insights into the local neighborhood. Their genuine enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel confident that this building not only offers a great place to live but also prioritizes the needs of its residents.If you’re considering a move, I highly recommend checking out Reverie.

My friend and I had the pleasure of meeting with Gerald Sylvester. We first came on Friday and because of the exceptional tour that was given, couldn’t get the Reverie out of our minds and decided to come back to explore further. Gerald was a star in the entire process, being very thorough, and made every effort to analyze and accommodate our exact needs. We’ve seen plenty of properties and Reverie is definitely an exceptional one and at the top of our list in terms of quality, location, pricing, unit plans, amenities, and overall feel of the building. We would recommend for any new prospects to consider this property and tour with Gerald. We’re confidently they will leave satisfied.

Not a bad place to live. It’s across the street from Starbucks and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It’s also a very short drive to shopping of all kinds. The amenities are top notch. I also love the tranquil sense of community.I save the last star because the building access issues make deliveries unreliable. There is no way to let your delivery up and the building is a block long. Too many challenges and many delivery staff just give up.It’s a shame, because an easy fix could immediately improve the experience in a great building in a great location.

My bf and I were walkins and didn’t have an appointment. I’ve noticed most apartments look at you crazy if you don’t have an appointment these days but this place is not most apartments. Gerald Sylvester introduced himself and literally gave us a 5 star tour. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. We loved this community.

My husband and I lived at Reverie for almost 3 years and here is my honest review:Location: In the cut but still walkable. The Arboretum is a nice walk away, so is whole foods, target, and total wine. Im from the East Coast, so walkability is very important for meDiversity: The building is very diverse which I love. Though people can be a little to themselves. Its not a young vibe building, lots of families and older people. Its very quiteThe company is a family owned operation when I lived there. I feel like this made a difference when we initially when our application was rejected. The manager talked to their higher up, and we were able to be accepted with conditions an additional months deposit.The maintenance is ON POINT. The moment you put in a ticket, the next day, or same day it is addressed. I really appreciated the level of the attentiveness.The appliances are top notch. Having a gas range with a griddle was so lit. I miss it so much. Also the dishwasher- I wish I had it now, it was the best and cleaned dirty pots after little to no rinsingTHE PET SPA IS GOD TIER - not to throw shade at my current apartment, but their dog wash is a hose propped on some planks of wood OUTSIDE . At Reverie there is a professional grade bath and two dryers, things to clip the pups nails, shampoo and conditioner stocked. OMG I miss it so MUCH. They even have a little doggie ladder for your pup to get in the bath. The water hose also has amazing pressure that really gets your pup clean.The staff in general was always amazing and super helpful: Louise, Jonathan (previous concierge), Ammie, Alex, and Omar. Top tier individuals - like people youd want to grab a drink with.The top floor amenities: Me and my husband actually had a photoshoot on the top floor for one of our holiday cards. The photographer was so in love with the layout that she came back to do another shoot. The library, gym, rooftop very picturesque, Also families on certain nights would spend time up there, which I found very cool.Youre probably asking, if you loved it so much, why did you leave? Well because the 2 bedroom was such a huge price jump from the one bedroom that it was just not in our budget.I also appreciate how transparent they are with you on your final walk through and in giving you the final dispensation. Amiee walked through and pointed out clearly what we would be charged for. There were absolutely no surprises when it came down the the end. Versus at other apartments, its kind of like you move out, and you get this random bill with no idea why you are being charged, Not so at Reverie. And I truly appreciated that.Now here are the minor details that were not ideal about the property from my vantage pointThe dog park is shitty wood chips. Its just horrible and it stinks, They just need to change it out for turfThe pool is TOO COLD ! OMG like I appreciate it, but even on the hottest day of the year, the Reverie pool felt like an ice cold plunge (this may be positive for some, but again this is from MY vantage point)The Grills need to be replaced - they NEVER worked properly. Certain knobs wouldnt turn on the gas . and Im a grill girlie... so I was constantly battling with sub-par equipment. I kind of got used to it being ratchet... not to mention they were also grimey 99.99% of the time. They just need to be replaced completely because they dont work.I honestly cant think of anything else I didnt like. Something minor, but my new complex has a month of planned events, averaging once a week. Even with opportunities to get a resident rate on Astros tickets and other resident discounts. I love that, Reverie it felt like did a resident event once every 2 or 3 months, and didnt really offer any discountsEven still, I give this place 5 stars, and if I had the money, Id still be living there in the 3 bedroom

Today I came for a tour and I was lucky to meet the amazing assistant manager Aimee Pipes. I don’t usually put online comments but I felt Aimee and this place worth the time for few words.This is a place where you feel peace and security from the time you enter the building until you leave. I toured different places in the area and this place makes you feel like it is worth more than the prices they offer. Thank you very much Aimee for making this visit a success although I just walked in without an appointment. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a unique peaceful environment and a professional building management.Had the chance to talk to people from my region and they recommended it for families.

Reverie at River Hollow is a lovely place to live. This community is new, clean and very quiet. The maintenance team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. Leasing staffs are friendly, responsive and helpful. I have loved my time here and will recommend it to others.

Absolutely love living here! We moved in about 5 months ago and have had a great experience ever since. The building is beautiful and very well kept. I witness the hallways and common areas being cleaned regularly, which ensures the building still feels new. I also love that the air in the hallways is infused with a scent so it always smells great when we come home. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Everyone is warm and approachable and we are very pleased with their service. Maintenance requests are always addressed timely but we’ve only had minor things requiring attention. The concierge is very helpful and on top of things. Our last home had issues with package delivery so it’s nice to have someone keeping an eye on it and making we receive notifications, even if the items are too large to fit inside the package lockers. Also, there is plenty of parking in the garage, which is on the same floor as our apartment so we never walk far. And of course, we love the apartment itself. Everything feels high end and our floor plan suits our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend living here! We were planning to stay for only 1 year before buying but are now considering staying longer.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Reverie. From the very beginning I was in contact with the property manager, Cami, who sold me with her transparency and honesty as I had told her I was moving across the country and wouldn’t be able to see Reverie in person (or ever been to Houston before). I was a little worried about moving into a brand new apartment complex as you never know how the staff or rooms will hold up, but I’ve been impressed all around. Most/Some of the staff to my knowledge lives here, which stood out to me as they believe in the product they’re selling by living here themselves. Thank you again Reverie!Pros:-Staff answers the phone 90% of the time which I’ve come to appreciate. Emails asap during working hours.-After hours there is a staffed concierge desk until I believe 11 or 12-Amenities are well kept and gym has been great (barely anyone in there besides 5-6pm)-Parking garage is safe and they take it’s security very seriously. Overall security in building is great.-I’m extremely sensitive to thin walled apartments and was happy to rarely hear neighbors.-Many other pros that don’t go unnoticed.Cons:-Traffic is awful near the Galleria, which is not Reveries fault but worth noting for those not from Houston area.

I’ve been here since 2yrs (gonna be here for another couple years lol) I truly love everything about the complex I have zero complaints. Some of these reviews don’t make sense. Cause all of the staff treats you like family & when you need maintenance or there’s a problem they are quick with it. If you’re looking to get into a luxury apartment with amazing staff come see Omar & Jordan! They are the best people you’ll ever meet I promise you that 🙂

Soo excited to become a part of this community here at Reverie! Besides the property being new and beautiful with great amenities, I was assisted by Jordan and she completely won me over with her knowledge and customer service. From the start she made me feel comfortable to ask all the questions I had regarding the tour, she engaged in conversations outside of apartment questions and was just great to be around. She is so professional, efficient and goes above and beyond on everything you could possibly need. I went back and forth on if I was going to move from my current place but she worked magic and made sure that Reverie was going to be my new home! It just gives a place the extra positive note, when you have amazing people like her working there! The upper management was great too and very willing to work with you and make you feel like you belong in there community.

The amenities are amazing and the staff are always helpful! Noise has never been a big issue. The security and parking garage are outstanding!

ASK FOR JORDAN you’ll be happy you did!Where should I start, from the beginning of starting my move in process to join the Reverie family, I knew that this was going to be a special place, a place I would quickly call home.With just one look at the Reverie, anyone can see that the complex is simply beautiful. There is everything and anything a tenant could possibly need, and then some. It is a very modern living space with many modern amenities. Simply put, you can always find something to do around the complex, whether that is swimming, working out, reading in the library, or catching a nice sunset on the upper deck with it’s amazing view!All of the amenities offered at the Reverie only play a small part in making living at the Reverie so special and amazing. The biggest reason the Reverie is a special place to live is because of the team they have in place to take care of the needs of the tenants.I had the privilege to work directly with Jordan throughout my entire move in process. There are so many wonderful things I can say about this woman and about my experience working with her. From the start Jordan interacted with me with such professionalism and grace. She is confident about the knowledge she possess about the Reverie and made sure to clearly communicate and share that knowledge with me throughout every step of my move in process. She had and still has an open line of communication with me. She has been so willing to answer any and all questions I have presented her with, even sometimes beating me to the punch and answering questions I did not even know I should have.Jordan has also treated me as a friend and with so much kindness from the day I met her. On top of equipping me with all of the knowledge I needed to know about the Reverie and all it has to offer, Jordan has been so loving and very passionate about making sure that I felt comfortable moving into the Reverie, and she continues to make sure that I feel at home now that I live here.In summary,The Reverie is a beautiful complex to live in and the team is amazing, so if you have a chance to check this place out and move in, do not hesitate to do so, and be sure to ask for Jordan when you call and/or stop by!
