Me and my boyfriend went into the office to tour the apartment as soon as we got there and walked in they have the most sweetest staff in the world very bubbly personalities very friendly we went to the apartments let me tell y’all 10 out of 10 from what I’ve viewed from Texas City and Lamarque She explained everything so well y’all if there is any of my complex that you want quiet save this is it.! I can’t wait to call them my home

The summer pool party was great. Families came and enjoyed the pool with their children. The staff was great. It was very very nice of them to have something for us to enjoy. Thank You Ms. Christina, and Ms. Pam. I enjoyed myself.

The staff is FANTASTIC. Very informative, very helpful. They are consistent with call backs and helping anything we could need.They helped us get moved in quickly once they understood our urgency.Maintenance has been great so far, and they have great onsite pest control.Very nice homes and the layouts are great. Plenty of space for a town home.Lots of kids around and lots of speed bumps which are both wonderful to us!We have the ability to make a complaint about noise or anything like that. It hasn’t been necessary at all, but it is a nice perk!

Ive lived at the Retreat for a few years now and its been a pleasure. The team here is so kind and helpful, always a bright face when entering the office. The Maintenance team always does a thorough job when they respond to requests, never a long wait. The property is clean and well kept. Its been a nice place to live with my family.

I have been staying here since 2020. I have a three bedroom townhome with two full bathrooms. Maintenance and management is very efficient and effective! They’re always professional and keep the property clean. I would recommend anyone to move here who’s looking for a great environment and great management.

Hi. I want to leave a great review here because I had a much better experience at this complex than others. Besides the apartments being so nice and clean , I called and spoke with one of the staff members about maybe moving here and then I came to see a unit in person. They were so friendly and helpful I really enjoyed talking with them !! It seemed like they loved the property and had been working here a while because they knew everything, could answer every question in detail I had and then helped me see everything on the property. A lot of places I’ve called kept saying “they’d have to check” but the staff here was on point went above and beyond my expectations. Anyways, I’m applying here as soon as my lease is up and hope to move in!

I walked into the leasing office and immediately felt welcomed. Everything was clean and organized. This was my first choice of apartment, but I still went around and looked at other options. Nothing felt as good as this. I came back after a couple of weeks and signed the contract and I love it. Nice neighbors and very spacious. Thanks for everything, yall!

Can’t wait to join this community. Went for a site tour, and the grounds are beautifully maintained, and no trash in site. Wonderful wonderful staff, talked and met with Crystal. Beautiful townhomes. I pray that what i see is lasting. See you soon

My children and i have been here for a month.. and so far everything is great!! Maintenance comes within a day or 2 at the most.. Quickly fixes my issue, one of the guys is so polite and respectful of my home, cleans up after his self and is on his way... i think my ONLY complaint is the parking.. visitors parking where residents are suppose to and at least one i know has more than 2 vehicles, so sometimes i have to park farther away.. other than that i would definitely recommend making your home here..

Been here going on 2 years now i love it the office people are always amazing , and the maintenance guys are awesome they always show up the same day you put the work order in. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Its very clean. The pool is nice. The playground is ok but it could be way better and it floods after it rains so you cant play on it for a couple of days. But all in all its a great place and the price for the apartments are very reasonable. Cant argue with 1125 for 3 bed 2 bath 1300sq ft, my deposit was only 350 a year ago, but things do vary. They pay water. You pay electric and gas.

I moved to cross country to TX and the staff here at The Retreat made it seamless for me. They did not just stop at renting the townhouse to me, helped me with every aspect of long distance moving. Krista was heaven sent! She organized everything and made the move seamless.The property is beautiful and clean just like depicted in the pictures. What you see is what you get! My kids love it here because of the spaciousness and the parks that are in great condition.The maintenance staff is on the ball. They are fast and efficient and go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. The neighbors are friendly and it is a very tranquil and quiet place especially at night.I would highly recommend The Retreat to anyone searching for a home!

We love living here! The Townhouse is very roomy! The office staff, Christa and Pam are fantastic, super nice and very helpful. Any time we need maintenance Billy or Gary are always quick to come and do a great job!Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to call home!

I have lived here for 2 years. The staff and maintenance are very helpful with anything that needs to be taken care of. The apartment is spacious. The main thing is the washer and dryer connections. I hate going to wash clothes to have it in my apartment is great.

I would recommend moving here to the Retreat of Texas City, especially if you have children! This community has the space for them to enjoy outside activities and make friends! Awesome staff! I moved from a 2bedroom to a 3bedroom with ease and convenience! Thank you!!

I went to take a tour and the ladies in the office were so nice to, but they didnt have a home for me at the time I needed to move in. I will definitely be returning. The parking lot was clean and property is well maintained.
