I had a fantastic experience visiting Residences at the Triangle! The leasing office team was warm, professional, and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Cade, the Resident Services Manager, and Hollie, the Community Manager—both were incredibly helpful. The community is well-maintained, and it’s clear the staff truly cares about their residents. Plus, their resident access entry system is top-notch—you can buzz in guests by phone for secure access to the parking garage and entryways. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about our management staff- they always do the absolute most to try and ensure things go as smoothly as possible and care for me and my well-being. Thank you, Triangle Management!While we are a bit lacking in the maintenance department from time to time and for various unresolved issues, our front office management will try and do the most to keep everything safe & updated if they are informed.I do wish OpenPath actually allowed my guests to enter the premises and not feel locked out and make us inaccessible 100% of the time while thieves still find their ways into our garages and onto our floors; but, I imagine the trade off could be worse.

The Triangle is fantastic! The multiple pools and fitness center are great amenities and the location is perfect. Easy access to shopping and dining. The front office staff are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything. Highly recommend!

He’s not only timely, but he’s also forthright about what needs to be done and how long it’ll take. Having maintenance staff who are this easy to work with makes a huge difference for the residents. Ive lived at The Triangle for approximately three months now and I am very pleased with my time so far. The leasing process was a bit convoluted due to miscommunication from the leasing office, but I actually ended up lucking out with my unit. Initially I was supposed to have an older model on a different side of the building, but I ended up with a newer model facing the pool which I prefer. Ive yet to have any maintenance issues and have had the occasional bug- CRICKET SEASON! But nothing too extreme. Im in a two bedroom now, but I definitely plan on getting a one bedroom here once my lease is up.

Where do I begin ?I’ve resided at the triangle now for 2 years and the whole experience has been seamless from the supportive and responsive leasing agents to the attentive maintenance crew. Recently I had more than a couple of things that needed replacing/fixing around the apartment and I received nothing but an extraordinary response from maintenance. Specifically from what seems to be your strongest and most experienced crew member, Bailey. He knew exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond to not only fix everything at ease, but to explain how to further maintain and prevent any future problems. I even had him complete multiple service requests same day and even had the pleasure of a cordial follow up after all the work. Could not have asked for more. The leasing agents have also taken care of me with ease and absolutely no time to waste. Whether miscommunication or technical mistakes, they were always quick to reply and rectify any issue. Even when I had difficult requests, the office never hesitated to accommodate me. Any problem I’ve had here has always had a quick resolution. From the ample apartments, more than substantial amenities, incredible location and wonderful retail options downstairs, I wouldn’t imagine living anywhere else in austin. Thank you guys for making my stay here effortless and enjoyable

Affordable spacious apartments in a mixed commercial / residential neighborhood. An incredible area with the ability to walk or bike to get groceries, go out to eat, run errands, exercise, go to the library, have a community garden plot, and so much more.I was initially upset by the management, but since the end of 2022, things have COMPLETELY turned around. Angie who works at the leasing office is the BEST! She validated my previous poor experiences, and showed so much assistance in helping me find a new apartment in Austin…I just ended up staying here. Wonderful amenities and accommodations, I feel grateful to have moved here.

ARIANNA P -So I have been a tenant here (The Triangle) for about 1/4 of the year and though this review is long overdue, I hope it can only guide future prospects in the best ways.Initial thoughts -Arianna is who I was working with in the havoc that comes with moving, after touring and touring, and juggling work into the mix, Arianna had to work twice the amount as my ma was sort of facilitating / helping me find a new apt while I was working (too) many hours and so Arianna would reach out to me about the required documents, have to repeat all that to my ma a second time and for the entirety, she has been nothing but professional, assistive, and patient throughout our journey. Though I’m breezing by this in my writing, this is an extraordinarily annoying and migraine-inducing stressor to have from a prospective tenant, is having to repeat oneself over and over and over and over again; despite this, Arianna was so calm and stress-free I felt like she is well-versed and experienced, and has all the qualities I looked for when signing somewhere *and ultimately she got me to sign*!.I am so happy I was connected through her because of her and who she is alone - she’s so high spirited, unshakably dear, and is so friendly and easy to get along with; Arianna is superb, above and beyond, A ten-out-of-ten recommendation to connect with.Few months in -The truthful ‘bads’Initially, I was honestly a tad disappointed when I soon found the resident parking garage is not quote on quote “gated” as that was something I was looking for but maybe just my garage doesn’t have like the gate. Secondly, despite no gate, there is a security system in place, only allowing residents through the ‘bridge’ but to my sad understanding, that magnet door has been…almost never in proper function..understandably as its not difficult to infiltr., maybe to prevent this we can install cams, “cams” ($Dtree/temu sells real *and other* cams) yall can caulk it by the bridge to prevent its reoccurrence on the ceiling.The honest ‘goods’ARIANNA P -Another tremendous area where I’d like to give praise to all day is the seriousness and common respect the team, specifically Arianna, has towards her tenants. Within the first month, though I felt bad, I had made extremely large requests to the main office, specifically Arianna, requests much larger than the largest request yall can think of like a request to replace an entire fridge, washer dryer, dishwasher, and every large appliance - I requested something involving every floor of a building to basically be washed and despite this crazy request, within one week, not even, I see the dude 5 am power washing every wall of an entire garage. Just because I requested it (with good rsn..) I could have easily told ‘they’re working on it’ and them never having ever mentioned it, Arianna has the respect and good-consciousness to actually carry out the requests of her tenants no matter the oddity or however large of a job it is. 1 week and already made moves and addressed MY concerns, the tenant’s, entirely. Not only is she quick to carrying out your requests, but also, such a joy to just go in and see just cuz…she has an amazing energy that is so positive and attractive she’s like a magnet. She’s a Superstar.Closing thoughts -My thoughts on Arianna are sky-high and just very appreciative. I’m happy to know someone like her is in the office so that if ever I need support, or assistance, or just to see a friendly face, I know shes there and that she’s A1 after only being here 3 -4 mo’s…. All in all, ARIANNA P is the real deal, she gives honest answers and is truly a manager for her people. Excited for the next months to come !Shout outs ARIANNA P !With smiles,John K

I honestly LOVE living here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I barely lived there for long and they already knew my name. I feel so safe here and really enjoy the free parking. The emergency repair people also immediately came when I accidentally locked myself out of my bedroom (dumb I know), and were so nice about it. I also love how many buses are available to take me to school (UT). I always have options and arrive to class on time because of how many buses there are.The sound from the street and constant police sirens are quite annoying though.I love all the amenities and the park. I will resign here and have really enjoyed living here. Recommend this place!

My husband and I just renewed our lease because we love this apartment complex so much! Amazing location, great amenities, which have been recently renovated, retail stores and restaurants all around- very convenient! I always feel safe walking my dog around the area at any time of the day. My favorite part of the apartment complex, however, are the staff. They are always super friendly and very helpful!! They are honestly the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure to deal with at an apartment. I definitely recommend living at Infinity Residences at the Triangle!

I could not have asked for a better experience upon my arrival. It actually started before I ever moved in when Tony was kind enough to do a virtual walk through the apartment I was most interested in so I could see if from my then home in Florida. When I finally arrived here Amber was just the kindest person and welcomed me with open arms, making me feel like part of the community already. When a few things needed to be fixed in my apartment maintenance was prompt and did a fantastic job!! They always have a smile on their faces and greet me warmly whenever I stop in the office whether it be to resolve an issue or just to say Hi! I am very happy with my new home here in Austin and highly recommend The Triangles to anyone looking for a wonderful community & neighborhood to call home!

Solid place overall for sure, and a huge step up from where I was before. The cars are loud, and people tend to drive dangerously on the interior, as well as park on the clearly indicated crosswalks. That being said, living here is pretty solid if you bike or walk everywhere. Tons of places nearby to get something to eat or just a coffee. Probably would have been better if the interior was planned to be car-free, but for a community in the center of North Austin, being as dense and walkable as it is, its a solid spot. Its not exactly cheap, but I never feel as though I pay too much for what Im getting out of both my apartment and the neighborhood I live in. Wish more places like the Triangle were legal to build in Austin outside of isolated pockets and downtown.

Lovely place to live! The Lofts at The Triangle was heavily noise proofed so I didn’t hear too much traffic. It was only noisy when the loft/condo next door was being built till 3am (2015). The Vitamin Shoppe is conveniently across the way, a frozen yogurt shoppe is right under, the parking garage is pretty convenient, and the gym was amazing for me. I took advantage of the computer room/study area half the time living there. It was quiet, even when full and there was always coffee on hand. The staff at the front Office was always so lovely about restocking. The resident kitchen was always great to have a friend or the staff host little food get togethers. The pools and hot tub were always nice and clean. I miss living here, actually, and would probably live here again!

Living here now, apartments are modern and comfortable. My favorite part here is the staff. I know some people have had different experiences, but whenever I have issues they are always kind and helpful. That makes my experience much better compared to other landlords/managers Ive interacted with.

The big winner here is the location and ambiance. Nearby green areas, convenient bus stops, nice on-site shops. The apartments are really good, too, but with some exceptions: 1. Trash is left outside apartment doors every day and the hallways smell less than great, 2. There are roaches, which is sort of expected in apartments in Austin, but still gross, and 3. They are slow to respond to non-emergencies.

The staff and maintenance are very quick and friendly to help with any of our issues we may have had. There is tons of stuff to do here just in the complex. The park is wonderful, also the pools are great. The gym is always very clean and organized along with any of the other amenities. And we got an amazing price for our 3 bedroom. Very thankful to have found our apartment locater David from smart city ATX.

Bailey with the maintenance team has been nothing short of amazing when weve needed things fixed. I moved in not too long ago and have to say that this property has the best maintenece team Ive ever seen. That guy Bailey only came to replace bulbs, but went wellvover and beyond by finding things I didnt even know needed fixing, and was very informative. And the office staff have all been very polite and always have smiles on their faces.

I recently had a virtual tour with Kate for a 2 bedroom apartment. The newly renovated homes look amazing! I love the open floor plan and the evenly sized bedrooms. Everything is so modern. The location is right in the middle of Austin- Close enough to downtown, but without the headache. I look forward to working with the Triangle team more!

The power house management team of Chris and Christine set the bar for excellence in customer service. The blistering hot and humid Texas summer day I was helping my daughter get settled in to her apartment before she starts grad school, was made so much easier by the stellar customer service and over the top amenities at Infinity. We had issues needing an emergency carpet cleaning . I approached Chris and asked if a cleaning could be done within 2 hours so we could stay on schedule. He went above and beyond and not only ensuried the carpets were cleaned that afternoon, he and Christine personally came to the room to inspect quality.I run a customer service business in Irving and I am looking for examples of stellar service to inspire me and both the white glove treatment and amazing amenities at Infinity are simply stellar.The incredible location in the heart of Austin, the restaurants, gyms, community center and well maintained pools are hard to beat. But it is the people and team who manage who truly are what makes a place run well. Thank you team for making my daughter’s move in day so much easier and making her feel at home before she starts her first med school class Monday. I highly recommend this complex and would give 6 stars if there was an option.

I dont live at these apartments. My step daughter lives here. They look like very well-appointed apartments with cute layouts for the one bedrooms. I love that everything is newer and I especially really appreciate the fans in the hallways outside which helps circulate the heat in the summer keeping the hallways a little cooler. That was a thoughtful design. I dont understand why the complex bothers to have security gates when, every time Ive been to visit, theyve been inoperable. If I lived there, I would not be happy for paying for that amenity and not having use of it.

I’m a overnight security guard here, I’ve always hated that every door has been broken since I’ve worked here but there’s a new maintenance guy (Bailey) that has taken care of these doors personally after asking in literally one day. That’s not only taking the initiative but taking his job seriously unlike any other maintenance that has come and gone.Man appreciate he cares about this site to make it better.

Finding property managers who care about their tenants is unheard of in Austin. However, Jennise Garza, the Assistant Community Manager here at the Triangle, is the exception. She strives to address tenants problems before they arise and is reliable and responsive. She is helpful, straightforward, and continually goes out of her way for others. Jen is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business and a true asset. We appreciate living here, and it’s due in no small part to the hard work of its employees.

Great location, beautiful community and amazing staff! is within walking distance to popular businesses and entertainment spots The management team hosts monthly and weekly events for residents which is a great way to meet your neighbors. Having a retail level with local stores and restaurants is also another awesome and convenient perk! I would definitely recommend living at Infinity Residences at The Triangle.

I have not stayed here. But from the outside place looks awesome. There are 5 good restaurants, Chase bank, grocery store and gym next to this place. It has connectivity to Austin downtown and domain. Bus stop: 801,803,5. It has small park for jogging and relaxing.

I lived here with my Girlfriend for 3 years now.The Triangle has been great to me and my gf. The rent is reasonable when you consider the location and all the amenities you get. Lower rents can be found further from the downtown area. Here is my analysis of the Triangle apartments in my time living here.Pros:- Maintenance is quick and responsive. Has always fulfilled my requests promptly.- Management has improved tremendously in recent years, especially with the transition to the new management, Greystar. I cant attest to Greystar as a whole, they are a giant corporation and I have heard nasty things, but the new Greystar employees at The Triangle are friendly and available.- Lots of happenings going on in the park (farmers market every Wednesday, lots of performances and holiday specials).- Great restaurants below your apartment (shout out to Mama Fus which was my regular for the year of 2014).- Little friction once you sign, I rarely get disturbed by management or my neighbors, the rooms are built very far apart from each other at least in my building, B. However, you do hear the occasional banging on the ceiling of people upstairs but that is a problem with apartments in general and not the Triangle.- Location : My building B, sits right on the major Capital Metro bus routes, 801, 803, and the UT bus line. Getting to school couldnt be easier and it means I dont need to purchase one of those overpriced UT parking passes. This has been the #1 reason for me staying here 3 years.Cons:- The garages are very narrow and people drive like idiots, its a surprise there are not more wrecks.- These infrared door opener / garage opener clicks are a pain in the ass, even if the batteries are not low, they only work like 50% of the time. I would recommend they replace them with a better system.- Very young culture. Scores of college students that love to party and bring their alcohol to the pool. They mainly congregate to the A building. B and C are much more family and middle aged friendly. I like the quiet and would not enjoy living in building A. If you are different and want to know where the party is at, its building A.- The hot tub is either broken or dirty. But the pools are always well kept.I will end this review with a story. There was an incident at the beginning of 2015 where the garage door collapsed onto my car. I was furious. The building B garage is always under repairs with a different work crew messing with it every other week. However, the Triangle (Greystar) was very apologetic and forwarded me to their risk department. I sent them a quote for repairs and they reimbursed me fully for the damages to my car. The process was pretty lengthy, although it was partly my fault as I was dealing with work and school. But they were very professional and I didnt have to fight to get my money.The Triangle is definitely worth the rent if youre a UT Austin student that can afford it and wants a fun comfortable place to live and you wont have to battle management every week. As far as apartment complexes go, I couldnt expect anymore which is why I am giving the Triangle a 5/5 star review.

I will have to say that my move in at first was rocky. It was during the transition from the old staff to new staff. Which brought on a lot of confusion / miscommunication but now that it seems the staff is sticking around- I’ve have great experiences with all of them. They’ve worked with me on certain situations, maintenance is always fixing things immediately after submitting the service request, and they’re updating everything- which is exciting! Being a PhD student who’s life is nothing but study, work, sleep, repeat, they make things easy when an issue arises. Thank you guys!!

Jon and his hardworking Infinity staff bend over backwards to make sure that prospective tenants and current residents are as happy as possible. The combination of this wonderful management team, the great restaurants and retail stores, and the location of the property make the Triangle my highest recommended place to live for all my clients concerned with getting the most for what they pay for.

My experience at the Triangle hasnt been very good so far. I haved lived there for about a year and a half now. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Work orders are answered very quickly. There are a ton of places to eat nearby and it is in a great location.

If you want to live near the heart of downtown but not in downtown this is a good selection. plenty of bus stops nearby that will get your downtown or go north quick. There are enough shops and restaurants in the triangle to keep you busy. The apartments are nice and there is plenty of open area for walking the dogs and plenty of parking.

Also, both the front desk and maintenance staff always have a smile on their face and really make this place feel like a welcoming home. With The Flying Saucer and Hopdoddys downstairs I always feel part of a community.

A cute little pocket of town that is great for a chill-yet-romantic date night! Hit up Mandolas or a Mezza-Mes for dinner, then take a stroll around the park in the middle of the triangle buildings. Once youre done flirting awkwardly with each other, swing back round and grab ice cream at Jenis! Parking is limited and the garage is hit and miss with SERIOUS BLIND SPOTS, so be prepared to arrive a good 15 minutes early. Or take advantage of a ride share.

Have lived here for the past four years and have no issues - minus a package going missing from time to time. Maintenance is super fast and the staff in the office try to help resolve things fairly quickly. Really like the community and area.

Loved visiting my son here ,played frisbee in small Park area and walked the dog,had limited time and was able to do much since the location is great for access to restaurants . He saves money and parking to UT by taking bus regularly
