    I moved out of RAPH in March of 24. I first moved in in April of 23. The reason for the move out was because my Townhouse flooded out in Jan of 24 after the big freeze.My TH was eventually declared none repairable. The Leasing company gave me a choice to find another apartment in the property or to end the lease.I chose to end the lease because of all of the construction activity.I will say that Christine was excellent during the two months that I had to live in a hotel and keep my belongings at the TH.She kept me informed of what was happening between their insurance company and what the plans were for repaing the TH.At the end, I received a very fair settlement from Greystar and my deposit back with time to move out.The location of RAPH is perfect. I would move back there again once the construction is finished.I rated the place 4 stars because of the construction activity.I have to say that Christine and the Leasing company treated me mo

    The customer service obtained by the Leasing Office has been beyond phenomenal. It’s no secret that the office team, maintenance, and manager are doing what they can to create a positive resident experience during the construction project that’s currently underway. We’re excited for it to finally end this year! I want to give a special shout out to the manager, Christine. My apartment flooded during the freezing weather in January and she was there for me and my family each step of the way even when I was stressed out, she personally helped me through by showing genuine care and concern not only while on the clock but after business hours when I needed clarity and just a ear to listen to me. The office team and maintenance team are great and even though times are currently challenging due to the construction, I feel that they truly care about the wellbeing of us tenants. Keep up the great work!

    The staffing at the office is just the most lovely people especially Marilyn. Super welcoming her customer service made me want to live in this community. She knew exactly what she was doing and took her time with me. Highly recommend to tour with Marilyn

    This 5 star review is for the employee Alberto on the maintenance team. There have been two occurrences where I was incredibly stressed out due to maintenance emergencies and I was able to just find him on campus and ask for his helped. He was incredibly kind and patient with me, listened to my concerns, and then immediately fixed the issues. The first time was when my AC unit went out in 110F weather the morning we were leaving for a trip and leaving our animals behind! If he wasnt able to help us instantly we may have had to cancel our trip. Having approachable maintenace staff is always a top consideration of where I live, so I really appreciate that is the case here.

    I moved in to this location last June and spent a short amount of time there and recently moved out in April. I decided to review this property to highlight a staff member his name is ERIC GONZALES. I had the pleasure of corresponding with him when I needed to transfer my lease from Houston to this location because of a job transfer. He was extremely professional, very polite, and gave you the sense he was actually willing to satisfy all your apartment needs. I first thought he might of been the property manager because of his knowledge and excellent customer service skills. He was very informative and honestly if I ever had an issue at the apartment no one was ever able to resolve it expect for him. He always remembered who me and my wife were and treated us with the same level of respect and care from the day we moved in. At times when I needed to come by the office and he always looked very busy he made a point to stop what he was doing to say hello and ask me how my wife was and my new job. I was vey impressed! and to this day even after I moved out, I called the office to request my final invoice, I left a message with Meghan on a Friday with a promise the property manager would call me back and unfortunately no one did. The following Monday I needed to call them back and follow up on my request. And once again within 30 min Eric called me back and left me a message with all of the details I should have just asked for him (Shame on me). This gentlemen is an asset to your business and deserves a leadership opportunity at one of your properties or at the very least a 10% increase on his salary!! Thanks Eric!!

    I transferred here from another Fingers property in Houston a month ago. While this property is older than the two-year old property I came from, it hasnt bothered me a bit. My apartment has lots of windows to let natural light in (my last place was a bit of a cave) and the closets are huge. This place feels very homey. The maintenance staff has been very responsive for the couple of issues that I have had and the office staff is nice and helpful. I also really like the on-site doggy park. Location is very convenient. Very happy with the place!

    Mr, Taylor Thomas is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept me up to date when units that fit my criteria were coming available. His tour of the property and all of its amenities was everything I was looking for. The tour was not rushed nor did he make me feel as if i was bothering him with my questions. He was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other properties in the Dallas area and being disappointed, I felt lucky to find Taylor Thomas. Keep up the great work with helping people find the home/apartment that would best suit them.

    The location of the complex is great, easy to walk over to the post office and shopping center next door. Its beautifully landscaped and the two pools are very nice. My apartment is beautiful and quiet. Had some issues with office staff early on (putting the wrong rent rate in my lease, forgetting to give me my renewal offer until after the 60-day notice date) that I had to stay on top of but no problems recently. Update: office staff changes frequently (there were at least five managers in the three years I lived there and no communication to residents of the changes) and while they are friendly and mean well, things do not always go smoothly. At least once a year they ask everyone what parking space(s) they are assigned. Maintenance regularly parks in assigned resident spaces (though they claim its only in emergencies). Expect to be charged for carpet replacement on move-out, with no notice given to you until you receive your deposit refund (at the latest possible date to be legal) with the deduction.

    We have lived here for 4 years and we love it. Location is perfect - near everything and easy to get too when not. The complex is comfortable and kept clean and up to date - summertime at the pool is a true community experience. We had our own large home prior to this and yet we feel so very comfortable In our townhouse- lots of room. The amenities of club house and exercise room have been great and add to the luxury of living here.

    I had the pleasure of having a tour of these beautiful apartment complex with Wendy. She was just amazing and so patient with me. I had so many questions and she answered all of them. She is so nice and made it fun the whole time. I love the layout of the community and can’t wait to apply when one of the units becomes available.

    This establishment has great people working for it. The staff’s are all nice and kind and willing to do whatever it takes to get you approve. And that young man Christopher is so helpful and polite. He will go over and beyond to take care of your needs. That young man should be a manager soon. But the property itself is amazing and very clean. I’m looking forward to moving here, This is my dream home to be. Great job!

    We’ve lived at the Renaissance at Preston Hollow for three years, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Our apartment is extremely comfortable and spacious, with a nice patio and full-sized washer and dryer. We find the residents quite friendly, which provides a warm community flavor. The business center is handy, and we especially enjoy the fitness center and two pools. Maintenance is another plus,very competent and responsive to tenant concerns, and the same can be said for the management staff. The location is ideal, close to both NorthPark and Preston centers. We highly recommend the Renaissance to anyone who isn’t just looking for an apartment, but a place to call home.”

    I have been a resident at The Renaissance at Preston Hollow for a little over a year now. I have been nothing but pleased with my stay here. The cost in relation to its location is extremely reasonable. From my first encounter with the management team and staff here until now has been nothing but pleasant.First and foremost having a direct line of communication with on-site management for any issues that have arisen since my stay started have been nothing but above and beyond. From intermittent repair needs to any relative questions and concerns that could possibly arise.The premises are well taken care of and clean without any complaints about my neighbors or noise.I would highly recommend the Renaissance at Preston Hollow to anyone that would like to live quietly and in close proximity to University Park and SMU.Truly a pleasant stay!Craig

    We could not be happier!We are now in our 3rd apartment at The Renaissance. My husband moved here years ago, when he was in college. When we got married, I joined him. It was only then that I finally understood why he never wanted to move!The management staff is extremely friendly and helpful- every single one of them. When we have any issues (a broken dishwasher, a freezer door that wont stay shut, fruit flies- whatever) they are very quick to make sure we get maintenance help. Even at 10 PM on a Friday they came to fix our AC when the filter needed replaced! I have never experienced such great customer service, and I should know, I teach professional development workshops ON customer service. This staff listens and empathizes, but more importantly, they respond and take action.Every year when our lease is up we consider looking for an apartment closer to our work places or less expensive, but we just cant seem to leave! The staff is too great, the apartment layouts are perfect and we love our amenities: the never-crowded gym, great pools and safe neighborhood. Plus, I have to have my closet space ;)PS- Sometimes when I see people touring the complex, I want to go tell them how much I love it. I figure a Google Review is the best way!PPS- I notice some reviews here discuss noise issues. Honestly this really depends where your apartment is in the complex (ie your neighbors). My advice? Ask if the neighboring apartment has small yippy dogs lol.

    My roommate and I moved in about a month ago and have been very happy with our decision. After having issues apartment hunting and needing to find a place quickly, Eric was exactly what we were looking for. He was friendly, helpful and very attentive to our needs. Hes been great as well as the other office staff and maintenance. So glad we decided to call this place home!

    Living at the RaPH is such a treat. Lets start off with the awesome office staff. John, the assistant manager, makes sure you feel like youre the only resident hes helping! He is always prompt with responses and so very helpful! OK, on to the apartment, so spacious, TONS of closet room, and so quiet. When you are inside, you forget youre in an apartment because it is such a quiet community. Its wonderful! I cant say enough good things about living here. Definitely recommend!

    Great place to live! Location and amenities are awesome. The office and maintenance staff are receptive to any issues and work hard to rectify! Neighbors are amazing - volunteering to help with our dog, bringing us beautiful paintings, inviting us to events, etc. Definitely would recommend RAPH!

    I live at these garden apartments and I think the landscaping is beautiful, very nice and friendly people live here, the rooms are spacious, and I really enjoy the neighborhood. It is nice to go down to the lobby of the office where Lea greets you with a beautiful smile, Taylor, the Assistant Property Manager, is very attentive to what you need, and Beth, the Property Manager, listens to you intensively to solve any problems.     We did a short-term lease while our house was being renovated. Great, clean and spacious apartment. The staff -- especially the maintenance staff -- is very responsive and courteous. Common areas are well maintained. And, you cant beat the location!

    My experience touring with Lea was one of the best I’ve been on during my apartment search. She was very attentive and informative and looked out for the best option for me! I couldn’t believe it when she told me she had only been there for a short period of time, she was so good at it already!Look forward to coming back and applying in August!     I visited Renaissance at Preston Hollow for a tour and description of the property. I was promptly greeted and had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Gonzalez to assist me.I toured several properties over the past month and a half, when touring other properties there was always a sense of urgency to get the tour over with, rather automated and disconnected “here’s the pool, here’s the business center, here’s the gym,” etc.. With Erik, it was the complete opposite, he was attentive to what I was looking for in my future home. He made sure that I knew about the property, the architecture, location, amenities, attractions and “Why Renaissance at Preston Hollow should be my home.”I am moving in February 1st.

    I have been an active part of the RPH community for the past 3 years. It is always a pleasure pulling onto the well-maintained and manicured property.I am frequently requesting repairs in the front office and Lisa, John, Eric and Maya are always very responsive and professional, and their turn-around time is always remarkably rapid.I will continue to recommend RPH to friends because my experience here has been so positive. Its so nice to see a property that focuses on service after the sale.

    Lived here for six years and everything has been excellent. Best location...great neighborhood to walk around. Love the convenience of 75 and the tollway...the mall...walking to Walgreens, the post office and 7-11...what more could you want?. Great staff....Lisa the new manager is amazing and on top of everything. Shane fixed something that I didnt even realize was broken...which will save me money on my electric bill. Thanks for taking such great care of us.
