Regents 24th is convenient, clean, and has great amenities. My favorite part however, has to be the staff. They are always happy and eager to help, especially Brooke. Overall this community is top-notch and I’m proud to call this place home!

I’ve been living here for several years now. Although the living experience was better when I first moved in, I would still say living here is pretty great! There is a lot of noise thanks to the frat next door and two bars, however I don’t expect a peaceful and quiet environment living in wampus. A lot of my complaints (lights going out during winter storms, crickets etc) aren’t really up to the apartment complex so I can’t blame them. Maintenance is fairly quick and the leasing office is also really friendly and helpful. Jessie was super helpful!

Life at Regents 24th has been relatively good. I enjoyed a smooth move in and the place is well kept. However there are a few things that can be done to receive 5 stars. First, I am not a fan of the Butterfly system as it takes a long time to load and has kept me waiting several minutes in the heat to unlock a door. Second, the printer is usually out of paper and ink. Lastly, some neighbors and I have experienced roaches in our apartments. While they come from outside, I think sealant or better pest control would be appreciated. In my past two years living in west campus I had never had roaches in my apartments. Thank you!!

I have liked living here so far! The floorplan of my apartment is amazing and I get lots of natural light. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ive had a couple maintenance issues, but these have been resolved promptly. The finicky new security system and noise from the neighboring frat house are the main issues Ive encountered.

I lived at both the 26th and 24th location during my years at UT. Management was great in both areas. The apartments are nice and spacious and they recently updated the gym equipment which was nice. The building is always clean and well maintained. Bernadette was especially great! She made the process of finding an apartment and moving in so easy and she always did everything with a smile.

Regents West is a great apartment to live at in the West Campus area! They have very spacious and great floor plans for excellent rates. The leasing office staff is always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. The building is always clean and the maintenance staff is amazing! Its a very convenient location from campus - only about a ten minute walk. I would definitely recommend living here for UT students.

I’ve loved living here this past year and look forward to staying here for more! The building is about a ten minute walk from campus which is a comfortable distance to get to class on time but still not feel like you’re right next to them. The apartments themselves are so pretty. I’m in a corner apartment and I absolutely love the layout. The bedrooms are clearly designed for dual occupancy which really makes having a roommate feel like more of a privilege than a sacrifice. Not to mention the staff are so kind. Bernadette Holden has always been so sweet to us and everyone there is eager to help. I would definitely recommend looking into this place!!

I absolutely loved living here. It’s such a nice complex in a good location. The only problem I had living here was with the noise. My apartment faced the street and I’m pretty sure the windows weren’t sealed well or something… besides that, it was great. I lived here two years and management kept the experience of living here a dream. Bernadette was an angel and always pleasant, and Cesar the repair man was always quick and happy to help. This is likely the absolute best apartment complex in west campus, from hearing and judging everyone else’s horror stories of their apartments.

This is my second semester staying at Regents West and I love it here! The rooms are great quality and the staff is super friendly and helpful--my roommates and I absolutely love Bernadette Holden and thank her for being a great leasing agent and friend! Maintenance requests are always carried out quickly. There is free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby, along with free printing if you bring your own paper. There are lots of events with free food like pizza, sandwiches, and even a full Thanksgiving meal! I have had a few issues with noise due to frat parties above my apartment on weeknights and the construction right next door, but noise is always going to be a problem if you live in west campus. Overall, Regents West is a great place to live, and I couldnt imagine making my west campus home anywhere else!

Regents west apartments is spacious and clean. The location couldn’t be any more perfect. And let’s not forget the market attached to the building, so very convenient! The office staff was spot on with helping me with all of my questions and needs. They are all very professional. I have always been greeted with a smile. Regents west at 24th apartments is Amazing!!

Honestly one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in.Clean, updated spaces with no insect problems (initially lived in University Towers, which had health hazards and a roach infestation so horrendous that you could legally break your lease).The leasing agents were always really helpful and pleasant here, too. The only downside is if you have noisy, obnoxious neighbors, but that comes down to the particular person. It is a college complex, but it isn’t as loud as most of the others.

Ive loved every moment of my time at Regents! Its in one of the best, if not the best, locations in West Campus. Right underneath our complex is a local grocery store, Fresh Plus, that is incredibly convenient and by walking just a few feet you can have some of the best food around Campus including Freedmans BBQ and Toasties Sub Shop. Also just few feet away are bus stops that take you directly to any point on campus, however, its not a far walk if you miss the bus or just prefer walking! The complex itself is wonderful! Everything is modern and vibrant and extremely well kept. The common areas are spacious and are completed with multiple flat screen televisions, game tables, and a lot of sleek and comfortable seating options. When the leasing center is open, candy (and a whole bunch of it) is set out along with a wide variety of coffees and drinks. The study lounge is very peaceful and large and includes free printing. Other amenities include a roof top deck, tanning rooms, and a work out facility. I love my apartment. My favorite part of has to be the washer and dryers! However, everything is very modern and nice. If that isnt enough, the best part has to be the management! Whenever I put in a maintenance request, I always receive a quick response. The management/employees are always readily available to answer any questions I may have and make me feel welcomed! I would highly recommend visiting Regents and making it your home! Live like a Longhorn!

Ive lived at 21 Pearl, The 9 on Rio, and now Regents West on 24th, and know plenty of people that have lived at different complexes across west campus. There is no management team in west campus that even compares to the group of people running the Regents West properties (24th and 26th). This is the only management team that is not made up of mostly students, but rather all adults out of college, so when you call them, you are guaranteed some sort of answer to your problem and great customer service. During the 2023 winter storm, they repeatedly called the city of Austin throughout the day for 3 days straight to keep the residents updated so we wouldnt have to (wait times for calling Austin Electric reached an hour and a half btw). They also ordered Chick-fil-A one day and pizza another to help keep us fed while power was out.On a regular basis, the complex is kept clean and the apartments are great. Also one of the few complexes in west campus to offer tiled apartments. The rooms are massive and the pricing is honestly pretty great compared to other places.The management team also lets you know when the elevator is down via email. Communication is so vital to running a great complex and the team here has that down.I had one instance where someone threw a loud party. Other than that, everyones been pretty conscious about each other, and I have no noise complaints in my location of the building.My only gripe is itd be great to get a ping pong or pool table added to the game room. The games there are pretty outdated.Other than that, this has by far been the best complex Ive heard of and lived at in west campus. 10/10 recommend!

Management is very responsive, helpful, and answer resident issues quickly. Not only is it very close to campus, but common areas, rooftop, study lounge, and gyms are always clean. The rooftop view of downtown Austin is always a huge plus! Its quiet, and a plus is every unit has a balcony and they allow pets! I would definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a place in west campus!!

Community is very quiet, I havent heard any noise from my neighbors at all. Only footsteps can be heard from above from time to time but thats to be expected. Management is so helpful and attentive. I feel very safe here, and the units themselves have just what you need and are very clean.

I currently live here and this place is great. My old apartment was complete trash but I didnt realize how bad it was until I moved here. The location is perfect (just walking down 24th street gets you to the Union next to the tower). Rent is super good for a west campus apartment (usually campus rent is mega expensive). Maintenance comes to fix any problems you might have immediately, and the apartment is generally just nice and very well taken care of. We were given new furniture, the walls were repainted, and nothing was damaged or broken. Plus the staff is super nice (shout out to April, Bernadette, and Brenda) and friendly. They host food events often (weve gotten Jimmy Johns, Chick-fil-A, barbecue, ice cream, tacos, hot chocolate, and more stuff). Plus if you have any problems with your neighbors (such as noise complaints) theyll actually do something about it to make it stop. I really love it here, great place to live.

Brenda has been nothing but a DREAM to work with! She helped us get our 1st choice apartment and has been very transparent and respondent throughout the whole process. Having lived in West Campus for about 2 years now, we know how hard it is to find good management... Regents West At 24th not only has the best management who cares about the people and the property, but also has the highest of quality living space and prime location.

Please read entirely: I love being a resident at Regents West at 24th for many reasons. Our building is well maintained, the staff is accommodating, and the location is very ideal. I love using the tanning beds and the gym, both are great quality amenities. The parking garage is safe and easy to navigate, plus everyone has their own assigned parking spot (this is so convenient). The maintenance team responds very quickly to requests, and they stay on top of every issue that may arise in the building. My kitchen is spacious and modern, my living room is huge, our bedrooms are extremely spacious, and our oversized corner balcony is my favorite feature. Even the little details like cabinet pulls, the height of our doors/ceilings, and baseboards/flooring are very upgraded and modern. I think I get a lot of bang for my buck living here (ESPECIALLY because I share a room, look into that if youre on a budget. the rooms/batbrooms/closets are oversized for this reason). This is the best place Ive lived so far and I am very happy with it. The only thing I wish I could change would be the construction that is going on right outside of my window. I had no idea I would be living with construction noise daily, but Ive learned to block it out. (if your unit faces inwards then this wont be a problem).Finally, Id like to thank Bernadette Holden, the leasing agent that made the process so smooth for my roommates and I. She was always available to answer our growing list of questions and was very transparent. Even today, she makes me feel valued and appreciated!

Ive stayed at regents west for a little over two years now. The staff is incredibly nice and responsive to all needs and concerns of their residents. Maintenance is carried out quickly and efficiently. In West campus, it is difficult to find an apartment complex that cares about their tenants, which is why regents west is one of the best in Austin.

As an apartment locator, Regents is one of the first properties I show my clients. They have large floor plans, frequent specials, and an awesome staff. Bernadette, Maggie, and Alyssa are always willing to work with potential tenants to find the perfect floor plan.Regents is also in a fantastic location with easy access to Mopac and Guadalupe Street. Maintenance is great (shoutout Caesar) and the new O-Mart 2 on the first floor of the apartment is very convenient. Will continue to recommend to friends and clients.
