    Iā€™ve visited my brother here many times from the time heā€™s moved in until now. Iā€™ve only seen the property be cleaner and more updated and love all of the new modern amenities. Itā€™s unfortunate, that other grown people that live here canā€™t take care of their own place of living and leaving trash behind for other neighbors and the office to pick up. I think adding cameras in the hallways and being more strict on the people that arenā€™t doing their part would benefit this community.

    I am currently in the process of moving out due to a few property issues but I will say since Jesus entered as property manager everything has taken a turn for the better. After a couple of maintenance requests, they were taken care of. The younger maintenance guy came in and fixed everything and even helped fix things that werenā€™t on my request. For the most part everyone has a smile and very friendly. Jesus showed great concern for any questions I had. Every problem I ran into he literally fixed it within two blocks of a button. Sad he wonā€™t be coming to my new property but Iā€™m sure Regard will see much more improvement in the near future due to such a great property manager. It is just unfortunate the current residents are so rough on such a beautiful property.

    JaKayla at the front desk is the most pleasant and helpful person Iā€™ve ever dealt with when it comes to apartments. She always reaches out to me with help, made my move in so easy, and even has given me restaurant recommendations. The maintenance department doesnā€™t have enough employees, but Patrick is awesome and will help you with a big smile. The rooms upon move in are not the cleanest (my floors were dirty) and may have a few problems, but they will get large issues fixed (like AC for example) within a day or two. Overall nice place with good amenities and and my living space at least is nice. This is just a short review with some praises and some negatives I have experienced, if you are looking to move here just be considerate to the kind staff and youā€™ll be fine, but if you have questions reach out and Iā€™ll try to answer them!

    Exceptional living experience! Ive been thoroughly impressed with the apartment complex. The management is professional, accommodating, and always eager to assist. The recent renovations to the gym, resident lounge, and business center have taken the facilities to a whole new level. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the complex is truly commendable. I feel proud to call this place home. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a superb living environment.

    Came by with a couple of friends for a 3 bedroom but they didnā€™t have any. They offered 2 bedrooms and gave us options that might work. Walking in the team was very friendly, attentive and focus on detail. They showed us around, showed us before and after pictures of the amenities and spaces and were both nice but night and day. Iā€™ve been here before but after stopping by I was shocked of the different 2 years ago to today. Iā€™d move here if it were just me but itā€™s definitely worth stopping by! There was a little wait with 3 people in the office but worth setting an appointment!:)

    I booked an apartment tour and fell in love with the property. The leasing staff was extremely friendly and welcoming more importantly Jakayla was amazing. She mad the process to apply extremely easy and she has been keeping me updated. I canā€™t wait to move in here. The apartment I was shown on the tour is the apartment that I was advised I would be applying too and the apartment is big and spacious.

    Our apartment is absolutely beautiful. The staff is incredibly dedicated, kind and responsive. We give BIG kudos to the maintenance staff. They are all doing their best to make sure we are happy and comfortable. Living in urban Houston comes with its own inherent benefits and constraints, hence the four stars - that is not a reflection on management and maintenance who go above and beyond. Overall, we are happy and grateful to live here. Thanks for working hard to assure that residents are happy. We look forward to the upcoming improvements as advertised. Thanks again!

    I relocated from Miami to Houston on a contract basis. The entire rental process was done remotely...sight unseen. The property was recommended by the client due to location. The process was very smooth. No surprises or bait and switch. Coming from the Miami rental market, I had low expectations, but staff is nice. The Manager even took the time to introduce herself and give me her card in case I need anything (never seen that before). For me the location, condition and price are perfect. I would recommend.

    They have made a lot of great changes since I first moved in. We have a new fitness center. They are also remodeling the pool and business center soon. They have a lot of great events for the residents to mix and mingle as well as hosting food trucks often. I love working specifically with Jakayla or Monica. Theyā€™re both great and do what they can to meet the needs of the residents. I recommend staying here, plus the location, right by NRG/610/288, is the best thing about living here.

    Hello, Moving process for me at ARIUM City Lake Apartments was Amazing!!! Forever Grateful to Antonio for helping me so much. In fact, HE is the reason that I did not even look further to any other Apartments around this area. His Customer Service Skills are the Best in my opinion. He makes me feel like home. I was going through a very rough divorce and he was so empathetic that makes me feel Welcome when I was not even move in yet.I understand they are some challenges but I also recognized the improvements made and continue working on since I start renting in June of this year. I love my apartment, the fixtures, the view and I feel secure.

    I have been a resident here for quite a few years and I have seen a lot of managers come and go but no manager has been attentive, caring for the residents and the property like the manager Antonio. I have seen this gentleman at this property since he was a leasing agent and is now the manager. That says a lot about him. Every time I come into the office I have seen him greet everyone with a smile and is so polite. He is one of the reasons why I renewed my lease again here at City Lake. The rest of the staff is so amazing and so sweet. I have no issues or complaints. Iā€™m very excited for the changes to come.

    Regard at Med Center is very nicely layered. Spacious view and large windowsEach closet has its own rooms and the kitchen is wide. Hallways are very spacious from the inside and outside. Jakayla, the leasing agent made the process easy and gave us surpassing care. :)

    I just made 6 months of living here and so far, I love everything about it. My leasing agent was Mecie and when I first applied. I was in a rush, and I needed to move within a week. Necie made my experience great; everything was done quickly and efficiently.My apartment is beautiful, and I havent had any problems. Anytime Ive reached out to the maintenance staff they came within a few hours or the next morning.I highly recommend this apartment complex, give them a chance.

    I moved in a couple weeks ago. My move wasnt the most pleasant but not the worst either. On move in day I realized my next day that A/C wasnt working. It took a couple days to fix. My next bump in the road was my car got towed from my own spot not realizing how soon you were suppose to register your car. So my first week and a half was really rough. Thanks to the manager, Jerrica , and Will in the front office things are smooth now. Hopefully I have no other problems. My apartment is lovely and I love my view. The floors arent my favorite just because the laminate seems to be put down very fast are might need replacing. Overall i love the apartment so far I would just say if you have any problems let front office no they took care of me well.

    Ive been a resident now for two years and the property has had its challenges, however with the new Greystar team Iā€™m optimistic there are great things to come. Already Iā€™ve noticed some major improvements with the upkeep and security. The new staff is always professional and welcoming. Because of the changes Iā€™ll be renewing my lease.

    Took me about a month to decide to choose Arium City Lake. I am glad that i did. Been here a week from Dallas, I am enjoying the community and my apartment. Very spacious and affordable. I was paying for extra amenities at my previous location. Staff is friendly and will help you when needed.The location is within a good distance from uptown and downtown area. Noise level is not bad like the other reviews that I have read. Once fully settled in, I will give another update.

    I donā€™t usually leave reviews, but I have to give credit when itā€™s due! I am so thankful for our new management team; specifically the property manager, Monica! I had the privilege to chat with her this week. She is very understanding and considerate to the needs of the residents and she shared with me the upcoming renovations and updates the management company plans to make to the property. Iā€™ve been a resident at this complex since 2015 and have seen changes in several property management companies, office managers & front office associates. Now that weā€™re under Greystar Management, I believe this new team really values the opinions of the residents and genuinely wants to upgrade & rebrand the property. I feel that not all is lost and prayers have finally been answered that The Regard at Med Center (formally Arium City Lake) will get back to the standards of what it once use to be!

    I am a current prospective resident looking for a new home before the summer and I came to talk to management at Regard.I was super impressed with how helpful and receptive the team was , particularly want to highlight Monica who went out of her way to help me out outside business hours ( that saved me an extra trip ).As far as aesthetics I love the look of the the property , very modern and itā€™s got amazing views . Great location too . Regard seems like an ideal location in my opinion Iā€™d definitely recommend them to anyone!

    Im enjoying the way the manager ( Anthony Campise ) stays on top of issues and keeps the community abreast of ongoing progress.The renovation has been refreshing so far and everything in the apartment functions effectively.The cleaning staff is very hardworking and the leasing staff too do a wonderful job attending to the residents in a timely manner. They are very polite.If you like outdoor jogging theres a beautiful park behind the complex where i take a walk/run daily before i start my day.I must commend the Manager and the rest of the staff for the awesome job.I highly recommend ARIUM CITY LAKES APARTMENT.

    Iā€™ve lived here 2 years and signing my lease to renew for a 3rd.First and foremost the staff is welcoming, helpful and personable. The property manager is always available keeps us informed with everything that goes on at the property via email whenever anything happens.The units have been well maintained over the years and still feel new. Now, there are a few triflin residents that leave food and trash out even tho we have VALET TRASH service šŸ˜” but the maintenance crew does a good job at keeping the place clean.Personally my unit is spacious and have had minimal maintenance requirements. Such as a light bulb replacement, ice machine repair... all of them were done the day after or the next... I also love my balcony space.Weā€™ve recently received renovations and upgrades to our club house, gym, installed new carpet and painted the walls.The tenants are cool. Iā€™ve met many ppl at the pool. The location is amazing. About 15min away from downtown.Thereā€™s been a few hiccups but thereā€™s also been great improvements and bonuses within the last 2 years. Im particular about where i live and i love calling this place home.

    The new management is transforming the property and the service since under new management has been well. Specifically one impeccable person stands out, Jakayla. Whenever I walk into the office she is the first to address me even if I passed other workers. She communicates well, handles most if not all of my issues immediately, and has amazing customer service. Excited to see what else the new management does.

    Monae was very instrumental in ensuring my leasing process was completely seamless. She answered all questions I had and was very prompt. After moving in I had a couple issues with my AC and called emergency maintenance at 1am. To my surprise Greg called me back immediately. He came by and fixed it first thing the next morning. Antonio was amazing, he is one of the mangers and was very understanding, and prompt in getting all of my issues resolved quickly and efficiently. I had a few issues in the beginning but am very happy with how quickly they have been resolved. Only issue is you may not be able to reach the office on the first couple of tryā€™s but have been able to get in touch with them when needed.

    Ive lived here for a little over two years now and have loved it ever since I came here. These are newer units (finished in December 2013) at an affordable price.The office staff, especially Tracey, is excellent. Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes when going in to grab a package and the staff is very attentive. The couple of maintenance issues Ive had since I moved in were addressed promptly by Ron and Frank, including a late night AC issue. I highly recommend this complex - its hard to find a well-managed apartment complex these days.

    Awesome Property Staff-I have leased a unit here for 2 years. Although there has been a few changes in management, the leasing staff is the Greatest! I contacted Antonio on a Saturday afternoon for an immediate move in for my daughter and he got on it ASAP with the support of his team: The manager and assistant manager took care of me in one day!     I just moved in a few weeks ago, and I LOVE it so far. My Last apartment was horrible compared to this place. Im so comfortable here. Very few move in inventory maintenance requests. Jerrica has been very helpful throughout our move in process. Our dogs Love the big lake and I couldnt be happier with my balcony lake view.

    This is hands down the most satisfied Ive ever been living in an apartment! From the people to the awesome location and all the amenities, I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for a secret getaway while still being in the mix of everything. It all started with the amazing and welcoming leasing staff. Shoutout to Ms. Stacy, Madison, Jerrica, & Brittany for all holding me down with anything I needed to make my transition as smooth and fast as possible. Arium City Lake has a thriving community and I love that I can feel safe around all my neighbors as well as the staff - including the maintenance crew who are all quick and professional. The property is kept neat, clean, and quiet AND I HAVE TO MENTION - the lake view is just something you can not beat nor can I get it anywhere else for this price! Also, I can not leave out the fact that my dog loves running around here making new friends as well. Everyone is so pet friendly!

    I lived here with my boyfriend from 2014-2016. We moved in when it was the old management and experienced the transition to the new management. I dont remember much about the old management but new management under Lloyd was pretty decent. Nothing to really complain about. When we wanted to switch units after the first year, the transition was flawless. They tried setting up community events and sent periodic emails reminding us of rules and regulations because there is always someone breaking them! If only everyone followed the rules, there wouldnt be so many problems within apartment living.When there was something wrong with our unit, it was taken care of in a swift manner. New bulbs and air vents were given right when we asked, air was fixed the same day we requested for them to look at it. Maintenence workers are always friendly, greeting you when they run into you.The only real bad experience we had here was when my boyfriends motorcycle got stolen. We parked it in the garage on the 2nd floor and it was obvious we were being followed because they knew exactly when to do it. Idk who it couldve been but honestly, this couldve happened anywhere. Actually, you hear so many stories about it. I knew someone whose motorcycle got stolen in a luxury condo complex with a gated garage and security. Thieves will always find a way, no matter what. Management did their best to help us with the situation but theres really not much to do except file a claim with insurance.One annoying thing was that people who do not have stickers would park in the garage! Ive had this random car parked in my spot two times. First time, I let it by. Second time, I left a note saying it would be towed if I see them again and so I never saw them again. Again, if only people followed the rules! Park outside and walk to the apartment if you arent a resident there...I love the location. Right off the freeway and you can save money on parking when its time for the rodeo. The only reason why we moved was because we wanted to save money and moved home to his moms for half the rent. At this point, its not worth it staying home anymore. No privacy and a lot of headaches. Really considering moving back in here asap.Overall, not a bad place to live. But Im also a very patient person and keep to myself so I dont usually complain unless its a really big deal. Just stick to the rules and keep the noise down and everyone will be happy.

    I moved in June 2015 and stayed for a year. I absolutely loved my time there. The office staff including Dontae and Lloyd were always very nice and helpful even allowing me to relocate to a closer unit on the first floor when I had problems with my original place.     This is my second lease with ARIUM.. it has been home since Iā€™ve moved to Houston.. and applying and moving in has been pretty easy.. my first lease I signed with Will.. AWESOME and my second lease with Jamie!! Equally as awesome.. I just like how personable they are and detailed and up front they have been.. my expertise living there has been cool.. of course my original neighbors werenā€™t stellar but since they moved it has been peaceful.. itā€™s literally 10 mins away from EVERYTHING.. only downfall I would have to say would be the guest parking.. there really isnā€™t much.. but itā€™s rare I have guest anyway other than the holiday.. but compared to everywhere else I have looked it has everything I wanted in one spot and itā€™s affordable

    Let me first say if you plan on moving into these apartments ask for ANTƔNIO! He is absolutely the best person Iā€™ve ever dealt with when it comes to moving into an apartment. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious! AntĆ“nio made my wife and I very happy he also made the process very simple and easy!

    I lived here over a year and love the community. I only wish the office had more activities for the community. I enjoyed the tacos and tequilas. The only thing i canā€™t stand is whoever lives above me they stomp so loud and have so many parties, i canā€™t sleep sometime. Overall good property. Will is very nice and helpful.

I wonder though, whatever Mr. Ugo is upset about, does his review/statements warrant such comments. We all out here working to keep a roof over our heads, right? The comments could have cost Jerrica her job, so I ask is it REALLY that serious to potentially cost someone there living. HELL NO!!!
