James has walked me through everything since day one, he responds to emails same day if not first thing next morning, he made sure to get me into unit that was first floor, the unit is gorgeous and exceeded any expectations.James was caring and beyond helpful before move in, conferencing calling so day of moving would be a breeze and walked me through what move in day would look like.The 8 weeks free is phenomenal.The community is quiet and clean; the dog parks are huge ,I really love it and feel so at home#ichoseprose

Prose in the Pines has such beautiful interiors!I’m really going to enjoy the fitness center and the dog park!!!They have so many great specials, I just couldn’t say no to signing a 15-month lease!When I walked in, Kriszty, the manager, greeted me with a warm smile and showed me around the office.I especially love the pool and the outdoor grill area—it’s perfect for place for making new friends!Kriszty is such a down-to-earth person; she truly does everything in her power to make the place feel like home and keep the specials competitive.I’m so thankful I found out about Prose! Its perfectly located near my work, and I can’t wait to move in next week!

We had such an amazing experience working with James at Prose in the Pines! Not only did he walk us through every step, he was so kind and welcoming the entire time! Anytime we have needed assistance with anything he responds quickly and is so helpful.So far upon moving in, we haven’t had any complaints at all! It’s a beautiful complex and our unit is gorgeous. We called maintenance one time for our AC and they literally showed up within the same hour and fixed it immediately! Everyone is so kind. Thanks to everyone who helped the process run smoothly!

Moving into Prose in the Pines has been a breeze from day one. Right from my initial inquiry about leasing, Daisy and the team have been absolute stars, making the whole process smooth sailing. Daisys communication skills and accommodating nature made moving in a piece of cake.Now, lets talk about the perks. This place is like a paradise for residents. The dog park is a godsend for my furry companion, providing ample space for playdates and tail-wagging adventures. And dont even get me started on the exercise center—its like having a gym right at my doorstep, making staying active a no-brainer. Plus, the groundskeeper keeps everything looking spick and span, making sure our home is always inviting.But, like any community, we have our hiccups. Some residents dont clean up after their pets, and there are those who leave cigarette butts lying around. Its a bit of a bummer, but the staff assured me theyre on top of it. Weve had a chat about it, and theyre taking steps to ensure it doesnt happen again.Overall, I couldnt be happier with life at Prose in the Pines. The stellar staff, top-notch amenities, and friendly vibe make it the perfect place to hang my hat. Keep up the awesome work—Im excited to see what else this place has in store! #ichoseprose

My leasing agent Mr James was very helpful and kind, he made sure Prose became number one on my list and he succeeded as I submitted an application the next day without looking further. Ive been living at Prose in the Pines for about a month, and I have to say, its been an absolute delight! The apartment complex is serene and friendly, perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful home environment. The units here are spacious, modern, and come with all the comforts you could wish for. Also, the amenities truly make living here feel like a luxury experience. Theres a business center, a fully equipped gym, a sparkling pool, and even a dog park.Absolutely deserving a special mention is Daisy and her team, who are simply epic! They are always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely care about making residents feel at home. Whether its a maintenance issue or just a general inquiry, they handle it swiftly and with a smile.The dog-friendly atmosphere is a huge plus for me. It’s great to see a community that truly welcomes and accommodates the furbabies. All in all, Prose in the Pines is the place to be in Conroe. I couldnt recommend it more!

This place truly is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey and she helped us every step of the way for move in from a different state. She is top notch and knows what she’s doing and has a phenomenal personality. Sadly, Once we arrived on move in day we ran into a few problems before getting our keys. Move in day is very frustrating and hectic for not only me moving in but crazier for the leasing office moving us in. This is where we met James he was knowledgeable and to the point and really cared for getting everyone moved in and helping everyone as fast as possible as to not waste any time. He has checked on me many times to make sure i wasn’t struggling and has really showed he cared and took steps into really making this feel like a home after I ran into a few problems myself. I will be going to Kelsey and James exclusively for anything I need and I definitely couldnt have asked for better agents to introduce me to my new home. Thanks for everything!

I’ve been here a couple a months now I’ve never been to Texas before and I moved here, but this place speaks volumes, peace of mind and luxury; all at great prices and phenomenal service and attention. James who works at the front desk has truly been instrumental into making this place feel like home and has personally helped me resolve any problems or answer questions in a timely, professional, and extremely pleasant manner 11/10 would lease here again and will continue to all the staff are great and they offer great commodities and security alongside providing updates on just about everything. For my first lease I am extremely satisfied with Prose in the Pines in every aspect it’s an outstanding place to live at.

When I needed help with something at my apartment James walked all the way across the property (in 110° heat) to provide assistance. I continue to be impressed by the level of professionalism of the staff of Prose in the Pines.

Brand new affordable apartments with nostalgic scenery. The people there are very helpful and patient with us being my fiancé first time having her own place; They were still very easy going. The pool is as beautiful as the pictures looked, the neighbors are friendly(even with pets), and the appliances were definitely up to standards. The initial move in couldn’t be any smoother. I DO NOT REGRET my move here one bit.

This is honestly a really great complex. Close to several major grocery stores, and everything else is not too far. I was welcomed the moment I stepped in the leasing office to do my tour. Theres many parking spaces, and great leasing specials :). James was extremely helpful during my whole process. UPDATE FROM MOVE IN OCT. 2, 2023:The management and maintenance teams are some of the best you will find. They are helpful, responsive and kind. The units are beautiful and up to date. Im giving a 5 Star review because the management, leasing and maintenance teams are extraordinary. Now that most of the units are filled to this new complex, I can give an honest and accurate assessment on what its like to live here.PRO: Clean, modern, fresh appearance, up to date units, facility and property.CON: Noisy, thin walls and ceilings and units are not seal from the other units so smells from other near by units will come into the apartment you live in. I have smelt all types of smells from good to bad. Because the walls and ceiling are thin by construction, I have been repeatedly woken up in the middle of the night, listening to my above neighbor walking, running, stomping, and lastly, opening and closing file drawers in his home office above my bedroom. My side neighbor comes home later in the evenings, so he unwinds with music and TV in his living room, which the the wall to his living room and my bedroom are shared. This has also woken me up in the middle of the night. There are also A LOT of cars with loud mufflers so I have been woken up in the middle of the night or in the early morning hours from this as well. The noise has been the biggest challenge in living here.As I said, the management teams are some of the best youll find. This is a construction issue. Hearing normal everyday living from neighbors and smells coming from other units is a lack of construction. The units have not been property insulated nor sealed off from each other, which is unfortunate because this is a really beautiful community from top to bottom.Another CON, residents are required to use a mailing system called Fetch which is an added $15 per month on rent. They ALSO require residents to pay for trash pick up, regardless if you use it or not which is another added fee of $25 per month, so we are looking at $40 of added fees, equaling a total of $480 per year. Thats A LOT of money one can save in a struggling economy. I havent used either one of these services and have tried to opt out, but that is not a given option.Last, the biggest problem with the trash service is trash is left out for days in the hallways making it unsanitary and unpleasant to look at and smell. And because we live in a rural area, it attracts varmints and bugs. There are two options on how to deal with this for the property owner. First option is not do anything about it, which is bad for obvious reasons; OR use money and manpower to police residents who violate trash pick guidelines, which is also bad because now time and money is taken away from resources that could be put to better use.REVIEW PRIOR TO MOVE IN:Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable management. Great vibes. Quiet, clean, newly developed area.

Two words: James Duitman. The most professional, competent, communicative leasing agent I could ever ask for. I have sent so many clients here that absolutely love it at this property. Prose in the Pines offers luxury and peace of mind without the hefty price tag of neighboring complexes. The move in specials are amazing, and the customer service and location is great. This property truly deserves 5 stars, and I highly recommend James Duitman specifically I have worked with him for many years at other Greystar Properties and he always underpromises and overdelivers. I love this guy and I know you will love living here if you are considering moving to Houston/Conroe/Woodlands/Spring. Thank you James, you are truly the man!!!
