I’ve been a very proud tenant here.. I’ve been here 7 years.. When I put in a work order it’s done very quickly. They always have party’s and holiday events for adults and kids… The staff is always so sweet (Melissa and her manager Angie)… They’re both very helpful.. I really honestly enjoyed staying at Prestige. The front office is very friendly especially the manager Angie. She goes above and beyond to help the residents. The maintenance requests made were attended promptly. There is plenty walking space within the community and walking distance to grocery and eateries. Myself and kids made very good friends. I miss staying at Prestige. Very easy access to 290 and good schools make the apartment community make it appealing for living.

I recently moved here , and I couldnt be happier with my decision. The community is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly responsive and helpful Pamela did a great job since day 1. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a sparkling pool, and beautifully maintained common areas. My apartment is spacious, modern, and has all the conveniences I need. The location is also fantastic, Overall, its a great place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

The day my lease started I already ran into issues with my apartment, I showed up to my front door around 4pm in the evening to see my apartment was still being cleaned and maintenance was still needing to be done, walls still needed to be painted, bulbs needed to be replaced, carpets needed to be cleaned, outlet covers were broken and needed replacing as well as the front door frame was being fixed upon my arrival (remind you this was the day my lease started and I wasn’t pleased with the first impression)After letting Melissa know of this inconvenience she immediately went to the apartment herself and took pictures and notes of everything that needed to be done, the next day 80% of the discrepancies were fixed (thank god I still had a place to stay other than the apartment during this time)But the following day I had returned to fully move in and everything was either replaced or fixed as well as cleaned.Even tho it took 2 and a half days after my lease started for me to be able to move in I was very pleased with how Melissa handled everything and how she continues to check in with me to see if everything is still going well and I appreciate her for doing so.

We are just moving in at Prestige. So far, everything has been smooth and exactly how management explained. I feel the office staff has gone above and beyond what we expected. Our apartment wasnt quite ready due to the recent inclement weather. But, carpet was laid at exactly the time we were given. They were in and out and did a perfect job. Working with Emily has been carefree and fun. Speaking to Alyxis every time I called (which was quite often) was very pleasant and mind easing. Suzie took up where Emily had left off when I needed to speak to them, also. I have nothing but positive things to say about our whole experience.Oh, and the grounds are beautiful... Inside and out. Met our neighbor for the first time yesterday. Hes been here several years and says overall hes very pleased, also. I questioned about the safety of the place. He informed me we have chosen a very safe location. What great news to hear from a long time tenant.

Yes, I am renewing my lease. I moved in March of 2024, and Alexa was my leasing agent. Upon meeting Alexa, I had a lot of questions. She was patient and heard my concerns and addressed them. After moving in, I had some minor issues, setting my code for entry into my garage and getting the correct mailbox key. Alexa immediately set up my garage code while in the leasing office and issued the correct key for my mailbox.Since being a resident at Prestige at Barker Cypress, I am very impressed with staff cultivating a communal environment, e.g., proving after-school snacks, handing out back-to-school supplies to the children at Prestige and having other activities throughout the year to bring us together.The Amazon lockers were being serviced, so I had to go to the office to get my packages. I met Aimee and Pamela, and they are so pleasant. Well, the next week, I went to the mailroom to retrieve my packages, but it was not where the delivery notification said it would be. I went to the leasing office and Pamela said the packages were left on the floor in the mailroom, so she locked them up. Pamela checked the packages and located my package. YAYI left and got into my car, but remembered I had an errand to run before going home; got out my car to put the package in my trunk. When I tried to open the trunk, I didn’t have my keys and went to open the car door, it was locked. I had locked my keys, purse and phone in my car. I went back to the leasing office and told them what had happened. Melissa was able to contact a tow truck driver in our community to assist me. This really touched me.I love the email reminders about keeping our community clean and being respectful of other tenants. I was blessed to find this this community.

We have been here for 11 months, We have had our share of pros and cons...for the CONS we feel the kids here are very active ( as expected) and some disrespectful ( lack of parenting). We feel there needs to be something constructive for the kids here instead of running the halls. Such as maybe a basketball court etc. We feel the maintenance of the apartments (outside) can be a little brighter such as the walls in the atrium, alot of wasp nest, and doors need to be cleaned or painted, there has been a big hole in the wood in my atrium that needs to be repaired which we have put in a work order but its been a while. As far as the PROS the ladies ( Angela, Melissa and Alexa) at the office are EXCELLENT...they have helped us tremendously, when we have an urgent complaint they take action immediately. They also are understanding. They may get tired of the complaints, but like I stated their understanding.

Let me put that out there that no apartment complex is perfect. Even the ones you think would be arent. However, what they do to maintain the property and keep their residents matter. My husband and I were homeless before moving here and Angie was our saving grace. She went the extra mile to get us approved and moved in. When all the odds we were facing had us thinking there wouldnt be a way, she made a way. I cant thank her enough. I wont go into details, but she is still going above and beyond to keep us living here in spite of our circumstances. Her team, Alexys and Melissa, are amazing! We love it here and pray God continues to make ways out of no way. It may take maintenance a short delay, but thats a given due to the volume of the complex. This is my honest review. Definitely consider moving here if youre looking for a new home!

Its amazing to see a community turn around with the right property manager, kudos to Angie. As a 6 plus year resident, she has got a sponsor to support the kids after school, i.e. meals that are freash and catered, karaoke, games, events, soon to be movies outside for the kids. At no cost. With a very diverse community and the kids get to interact after school. Outstanding job Angie.

I toured this property and was greeted immediately. The grounds were very clean and I was shown the exact apartment I would receive. The fixtures and appliances were immaculate and the garages fit 2 cars! Location is great, staff was professional, and service was amazing. I would recommend to anyone moving to the Cypress area.

We have not lived at Provenza for a long time but the time we have has been pretty good! We had some issues with move-in when we first arrived that were quite aggravating to say the least, however the staff did compensate us very well for the inconvenience. Other than that, we havent had anything negative occur. The water runs very hot, the appliance work very well, the AC blows cold and we feel safe walking around the complex. I see a lot of comments on here about kids running around all over the place. Yes, that happens but they are just kids playing, and they are usually very respectful and are not doing it at night so its really not an issue.Over the time we have been here we have had a few maintenance issues (nothing crazy). Normally that would become annoying, but the maintenance staff here (we usually see Torres) is amazing! They are always so nice and respectful. They fix everything we need without hesitation and always answer any questions we have and give us good advice. Hands down, they are the highlight to the staff here.As of now, I love where we live and think this is a great complex with awesome features.

I have been a resident for a year and half and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I have had a small amount of issues but I went to the office and discussed my concerns and everything was taken care of for me. I love they have an app to help communicate with the residence and pay my bills. The maintenance staff has gone out of their way to make sure my tickets were taken care of. I only had 1 issue in the beginning but they had a turnover in staff. Once the new manager started last year it has ran smooth and never had any issues.If you are looking for a nice place to live that is quiet and night and pool life on the weekends. I would recommend it. I have loved it!

Excellent place, excellent location and to top it excellent people. We lived here from Mar to Nov 2014. Had a very pleasant stay. The office staff (Amber, Andrea, Nicole and Lauren) were very courteous and helpful. The maintenance team of Ron and other nice folks is awesome. They have a valet trash for a meagre fee. I loved the elevators in the four-storey buildings. I recommend this community to others because of the positives we have experienced.
