I’ve lived here a month now and absolutely love it here!! The office ladies, Michelle and Yara especially, are kind and helpful and always willing to answer any and all questions I have. They also greet you by name when you walk into the office and are so personable and friendly! The property is well cared for, I see landscapers and gardeners almost daily working on the grounds, the units are well laid out with top notch finishes, and the community/neighborhood feel you get living here is such a nice change from apartment living, and the yards are a dream come true for us renters who are pet owners. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I had the pleasure of working with Yara. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I understood the leasing process. After I moved in, Yara checked in on me to make sure my unit was still to my liking, it totally was.I have never recieved customer service like this from any leasing office staff anywhere. A true gem of a person. I would recommend The Perserve, specifically Yara to anyone.

I was tired of living in apartment complexes but also couldn’t afford a home, so this place is definitely the best of both worlds. I love the community and the workers! Michelle was one of the workers that helped me out.

I loved this place! Everything looked so nice. I toured with Michelle she was super informative and attentive and really took her time to explain everything to us and answered all our concerns. Will definitely choosing this community as our new home!
