    Really enjoyed my one year in Post Oak at Wooday. The large trees in the property kept us cool during summer. Access is pretty good. Memorial park just across the highway. H-E-B and walmart is about 10 mins away. 610 is practically on our door step, I-10 not far away. The street up front sometimes gets congested in the afternoon but not really a deal breaker imho.Josh and Esme are great. Were always kept up to date of the things happening in the apartment. Maintenance team especially Omar is super helpful and always patient in helping out this clueless foreigner. They also have social events from time to time. Though Im not much into socializing, my kid really loved the trick or treat session that the team arranged.The only reason I didnt renew my lease was because its a bit far from my work. The move out process was really smooth. I got my deposit back in about 3 weeks after I handed over the key.Post Oak at Woodway is very recommended.

    I cant say enough wonderful things about living at Post Oak at Woodway. This apartment complex truly sets the bar for luxury living with its exceptional services and facilities.First and foremost, the ease of paying rent and submitting work orders is unparalleled. The online portal is user-friendly and efficient, making the entire process a breeze. No more stressing over complicated systems or submission errors!When it comes to maintenance, Post Oak at Woodway excels. Work orders are completed promptly and with remarkable attention to detail. Ive never had to wait long for a request to be fulfilled, and the maintenance team always ensures everything is fixed perfectly. Most things are fixed SAME DAY, whereas my old apartment in River Oaks I would have to BEG someone to come fix my one and only toilet in my apartment.The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Their warmth and professionalism make living here an absolute joy.Communication during storms is another area where Post Oak at Woodway shines. The management keeps residents well-informed with timely updates about power outages and other storm-related issues. They even go the extra mile to offer assistance with emptying fridges and other concerns, providing a sense of security and care that is truly comforting.Also love the 24/7 security, valet trash pickup, assigned parking spot (at no extra charge!), and kind neighbors.If you’re looking for a new place to live that is safe, courteous, and clean, this is it!

    I toured the apartment complex this past weekend, but unfortunately, they didnt have any availability for a one-bedroom apartment. However, I am willing to extend my current lease and move in July when one becomes available. Esme gave us a great tour and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. My partner and I are looking forward to making Post Oak our next home.

    I have lived here for over ten years and I couldnt be happier! I have always felt very safe and beyond satisfied with the customer service offered by management. Angie and Mirian are amazing, and go above and beyond to ensure that their residents needs are met. They are attentive and caring; genuinely concerned with the well being of their tenants. The location of the apartments is also fantastic with many wonderful things to do in close proximity. It is all these wonderful things and more that make me extremely grateful to call the Post Oak at Woodway my home!

    Angie, the manager, cares a lot about this community and its tenants. She even came by after hours when I was having an issue with the AC. She is prompt to follow up on things and is easy to communicate with. The staff in the office is always friendly and the guards at the gate do such an excellent job. The mail man is even super nice and knows people by name! I had a guest visit and they mentioned the property looked landscaped like a hotel. It is very quiet and peaceful, lots of nature and shade and is in an awesome location in Houston, especially if you love memorial park.

    The first thing I noticed when I visited this community was a sense of safety. The security staff at the entry gate greeted me kindly and professionally. As I passed through the gate I got a sense of being embraced by the propertys mature trees. The Assistant Property Manager, Jordan Williams was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the benefits of the units and the community itself. He took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for.At this point, Im still considering all my options but I can say that the bar for excellent customer service, sense of community, and safety for any place I decide to call home in the near future has been raised as a result of my visit to The Post Oak at Woodway.

    I am a resident here and last Tuesday my 14 yr old dog had a heat stroke and collapsed across the street. Omar and Santos of the maintenance staff came to his rescue and saved his life! I will be forever grateful for their help and kindness in that terrible situation!! They, and the rest of the staff here are always helpful and friendly!I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who would like a beautiful setting and a caring staff to call their home! I’ve been a resident here for nine years!

    I spent two years with my family at the post Oak at Woodway and they were great two years. The management is great and everyone who works there is doing his best to make this place a great experience. I highly recommend this place for living. It is highly maintained and very well served. Angie the manager is doing an awesome job together with her colleagues. I also dealt with Mariana who was very helpful. The location is Perfect too.

    I viewed these properties about 2 weeks ago and I was blown away at how beautiful this property is. The amenities are awesome, I loved the parking availability and the office staff was next level amazing. These apartments were a little out of my price range, but i plan to move there when my lease is up. Most apartment offices employees act like they don’t have time for you and never have correct answers it feels like, but I cannot rave enough about Angela. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about the apartment market! I felt like a resident already!

    We rented an apartment for most of a year while our house was being renovated. It was a great experience--like living in a hotel! Our apartment was immaculate when we moved in, and the maintenance staff was incredibly responsive and took care of the couple of minor issues that came up during our stay there. The management is accessible, friendly, responsive. The people in the gate house are just wonderful--always greet you with a smile to welcome you home no matter what time of day or night. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained, providing the most pleasant and lush surroundings. Parking is safe and convenient to your apartment. The complex is quiet and peaceful with a nice variety of people of all ages and interests. Can you tell we kinda miss Post Oak at Woodway? Highly recommend this happy place.

    I love our floor plan, neighbors, pool and manager. The office is generally very responsive. The things that could be improved: packages being delivered back to our apartments directly, the dog park- cleaned up and better signs and maintenance doesn’t always seem to know what they’re doing.

    The Post Oak at Woodway is a great place to live. Weve been living here almost two years now, and weve had a wonderful experience. The grounds are always well-manicured and building sites always maintained. The maintenance and gate staff are friendly, well-trained, and extremely helpful. They do a great job! The management staff is Awesome! I always enjoy working with them. Angie, Mirian, and Carmen are always there when I need them, from helping me with the WiFi password, to investigating more in-depth issues. I can truly say that they are wonderful. They always greet my family and I with a smile and are always friendly, despite how busy they are. I truly feel safe and welcome here at the Post Oak at Woodway. Highest recommendations for sure.

    We have been residents at the Post Oak at Woodway for 6 months now and couldnt be happier. Everyone we have interacted with has always been very professional, friendly and helpful, including the office staff, maintenance crew, gate guards and even our mailman! The location is perfect for us in so many ways. The easy access to freeways with Memorial Park right across the street is so convenient. With the landscaped grounds and immediate surroundings it doesnt feel like you are in the city. I am so happy we decided to make The Post Oak at Woodway our home!

    One of the best places to live at in Houston. Every time you are about to go in the gate it makes you go Wow. The property is spotless with a gym and pool. The maintenance staff does a very good job at making sure the apartments are in good condition, theyre also very friendly and professional at their job. Management/people in the office are welcoming and friendly and are always there to suit your needs.

    Great place to live and extremely safe to raise little ones in your family . Great school district . Extremely convenient ( everything is near by) . Staffs and maintenance crews are awesome.     Going on 5 year I will now be living here. Everyone one on the staff from the leasing office to the maintenance people are always pleasant, smiling and going way above and beyond. The very few time when I need something, they maintenance is always on top of it so promptly. The ground are always kept clean, the gym is nice simple gym to use when ever I don’t feel like going to mine. Not to mention it’s in a great part of Houston too!

    My husband and I rented our apartment here basically sight unseen. We saw all the 5 star reviews and they we totally right!! The staff are incredible, the grounds are very well maintained, the apartments have great floor plans. I think my favorite part about Post Oak at Woodway is being sooooo close to the city but coming home and feeling like I am in an oasis. It’s quiet, beautiful and safe. Can’t beat that!

    I have lived here for 8 years and I can honestly say that Angie Davisson is the most caring, considerate, most efficient manager that has been here in the years that I have been. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is making the complex looks prettier and cleaner day by day. It is lovely to visit you in the office (when I pick up packages, which is more often than not 😉) and your staff, including ALL your maintenance people are terrific,!Thank you, Angie and your staff for making my stay at YOUR complex very pleasant!

    Great place to live! Well-managed and the maintenance team is outstanding. Ive been here 5 years and appreciate Angie and Marians professionalism and great customer service. I needed to move away from the pool due to noise concerns and they made it possible for me to move to another unit within the complex. Im very happy and know Ive made the right decision to stay.

    I have been living at Post Oak at Woodway for about a year and can say that this is a safe and beautiful community. From the property manager, assistant managers, and guards to the maintenance staff, there is an atmosphere of friendliness that is definitely present here. A situation arose where we had to transfer to a different unit, which was initially quite stressful. The office staff (Angie, Mirian, and Jordan), however, really made an effort to help us out, and the transition turned out to be a smooth process. Jordan, who is one of the new assistant managers, really took notice of our situation and helped us out in every step of the way in such a kind and professional manner. His attention to detail and to the needs of the tenants could not be overstated- we thank him for his help throughout this process, and are happy that we decided to stay.

    I cant say enough positive things about this complex. The staff are all super nice. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your apartment, the maintenance team will address it if not the same day then the following day and the problem is taken care. The location is phenomenal. The complex is quiet at night so rest assured there is no noise of either residents or anything from outside. I would recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in Houston !

    I have been a resident at Post Oak over 6 years. Its great to live in an apartment community were theres very little turnover in staff. I love the staff!!! The maintenance staff is very responsive and respectful of my home and pets. The administrative team are always pleasant and responsive. The grounds are park like and you feel as if you are living in a forest. While the grounds are nice they have been neglected and needs to refreshed....i.e. more sod in areas around doggy stations, transplanting of liriope and monkey grass, mulch, removal of leggy plants, consistency in placement of rocks and types of rocks/gravel, removal of rubber mulch and lava rock. Just some suggestions to make it feel more like a luxury community. Overall this is a wonderful community to live. The day guard, Kenyada is delightful as is all the staff.

    My wife and I have lived here for a year and just signed again for a second year. The toughest thing to find and gauge when looking for a good complex is the management and I cannot say enough about how helpful, kind and proactive they all are. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is content and at ease while planning fun events on the main office. The community is very pet friendly and has multiple areas to take your dog out and is the only place I found in Houston that does not charge pet rent. All around a great place to live right in the heart of everything that Houston has to offer.

    My family and I are so happy to find this place to call our new home in Houston. Ive been looking in this area and despite having other luxury apartments closer to the Galleria mall, this was by far the best when it comes to customer service and fair pricing. I especially want to thank Marian for being so attentive and making the extra effort to do video tours and answering all my questions to alleviate the stress of moving into a new state.     I have lived here for the past 5 years and have moved from a 2/2 to a townhouse and back to a 2/2. The grounds are amazing as well as the apartments themselves. I have a small dog and the complex is very dog friendly as well as my neighbors. The staff is stellar. 100% recommend !

    Absolute professionalism, well-maintained, great location, and secure. On my initial visit to the property in June 2020, I was astonished by the first impressions, especially Jordans professionalism (I cant believe he was still new at his position), the beautiful landscaping, water features, dense trees, single-point 24/7 staffed gated access, semi-private patios, gorgeous pool (Im WFH, so daily laps for lunch), ample parking. I selected a 1BR walk-up (same style unit as presented on the website virtual tour) on the North East side of the property. The unit is one of the largest on the market, with the double WIC and a bathroom large enough for hot yoga. The built-ins and shelving are great, as I couldnt acquire furniture due to pandemic disruptions.The community seems to be very private...maybe we were just all practicing safe social distancing. Now, we are getting many food trucks and the common areas have opened again. Well-appointed gym, too. Initial move-in maintenance items were addressed immediately. Additionally the property provides residents with entry mats, valet trash, and the breezeways are frequently cleaned. Obviously, traffic is terrible at rush hour, but there are many routing/walking options to get you near to the property. This might legit be the closest you can live to Memorial Park, its a nice 3 mile run across the park to the bar scene. There is even a canoe launch at the end of the street. Very safe and secure location without all the issues of living in Rice-Military.Cons:#Insulation does leave something to be desired, especially the doors & windows. Floor is cold in winter!#Power interruptions (~30 sec 2x month). Maybe due to the construction work off-property? WFH requires 60sec UPS.#Electric-only. Maybe thats a Houston thing.#Propane grills. Only 2 on the property.#Fay School traffic blocks the entire area twice a day. A $$$chool like that should be able to accommodate a less intrusive method of operation that does not impact the local residents.#Recycling is not an option? Only one dumpster on premises.

    It is an awesome place to live. Near everything, very good security and facilities.The only reason why my grade is not 5 star is because of the noise from upstairs neighbors, as here we are allowed to put wood carpet and not everyone cares about being careful to not make noise during night.
