Kenya has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced when searching for it dealing with an apartment complex. She has great communication and did her best to get me a great deal on my unit. Her service was so good that I chose this complex over another place that I had already applied and got accepted by. She even accommodated my early move in requests to make the ease of moving easier for me as I will be moving mostly on my own.Update to move out 1 yr later: I’ve never been able to give a 5 star rating to any apartment I’ve lived in but this place went above and beyond while I was there! Jonathan was always very helpful and customer service was unlike any I’ve ever experienced. If I hadn’t bought a house I definitely would’ve renewed my lease and I’ve never done that anywhere. I lived on the first floor and barely ever heard my upstairs neighbor, the apt are built very well maintenance was AWESOME I literally only had to call them out twice for minor issues and they came very promptly. I even had an issue with an animal that had a seizure and one of the maintenance men Came and helped me get it in the car as I couldn’t lift it on my own. They kept the property very clean and they repaired damages (like after storms) very quickly! I would give these ppl 10 stars if I could!

I really want to show love for this apartment. I love this apartment so much and the customer service at their office is the best I could ever experience from anywhere else a young lady named yestzi she was very helpful in so many ways and very patient. I would recommend her for the best customer service available. Anyone could experience the office and management has a very good attitude and good service to provide again. I recommend living in this apartment 100%. it’s very clean very neat, any needed assistance in fixing an item or an object in your apartment will be done quickly and done neatly as asked for. I appreciate your service and especially yetzi for helping me out In a very frustrating moment, I had recently she didn’t affect my feelings in any type of way, but made me happier and safe . I enjoyed living here. The front office staff are awesome!!!! I had two maintenance request and both were solved easily and quick by maintenance. It was a seamless experience moving in and moving out.The only cons to living here are the parking lot is tight and fills up easily. The other thing is you are living off of westheimer road so be prepared to hear police/ambulance sirens.Outside of that, this place was fantastic to live at. I miss my apartment already.

We decided to call this our home mainly because of the good reviews. Since we went in, everyone was super nice. Kenias customer service is amazing. She is very good at keeping up with us, always returning our phone calls when she says she is and answered all of our questions. She mentioned this place was good because of the maintenance guys and I could not agree more. Things get done the day of most of the time. Alex is the best!! This was definitely THE perfect choice. We have only been here for 4 months, but we are ready to renew right now!

I lived there for a couple of years a while ago(when Brenda was the manager, she was lovely)and we loved our apartment. The layout was great and our unit very spacious. I also liked the convenience of w/d in the unit. Maintenance was always fast and knowledgeable. The community and amenities were always clean and well kept.

I had a great experience living at Plaza at Westchase Apartments and am sad to have to move out. Ever since my very first time visiting to take a tour, the staff were so kind and helpful. The apartments are so nice and in excellent condition. I absolutely loved the floor plan of my apartment, it felt so open and homey to me. When I occasionally had minor maintenance issues, the staff was quick to come and fix the problem. I can’t say enough good things about the people who work here, they always went above and beyond. The complex is super clean, I never had any issues with bugs or anything like that. I also never once felt unsafe living there. Highly recommend you make this your next home .

The complex is nice and compact. The design and color scheme was recently updated and looks clean and modern. Visitors parking is almost always available. The staff are really awesome and they live on-site. Premises are kept clean and issues are addressed almost immediately. Good location central to a lot of grocery/food/activities. All in all awesome place to live! (My only complaint is that the speedbumps are too high)

Ive lived in many places and Ive never met office staff so kind, helpful and professional as them. The apartment complex looks very clean and well kept.

I also never once felt unsafe living there.My only complaints involve the noise of living right off of such a big road as Westheimer- lots of sirens and loud cars would drive by at all hours of the night, and sometimes if you get home late (like after 10pm) it can be hard to find a parking spot anywhere close to your building. It is possible to rent a personal garage though if that is a major concern!Overall, I loved living here and would highly recommend it. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is, not just the main office building and pool but the individual apartments too.

I Moved here in October of 2011. I Moved here from another state. I am leaving here in October of this year, sadly to say. This complex is great & wonderful. The office staff is amazing. I will miss you ladies, they are nice & great & very helpful women:) the maintenance men was great too. I never had any problems with them. They never stole anything. They are very Trustworthy men. These apartments are clean. I never had break-ends with, my place or my vehicle. I never had a bug problem (keeping your place clean is the key). Never had any problems with my neighbors. Kids do stay here too, didnt have any problems with them Neither.. You can not go wrong if you move here. If you can afford them, you should give this place a try. You wont go wrong. The one problem I had here was parking. I have a truck, when I lived in building 4, parking would be full or almost full by the time I got home. ( It would be some spots open, but I usually tried to park in certain spots because of my truck was wide & I wanted space on each side. When I moved to building 6, parking wasnt a problem anymore. Like I said before, you cant go wrong if you move here. I had a great 4 years here. My standards for my next place will be at this apartment level.

Ive been at Plaza at Westchase for the last 5 years. We first moved into a 1-bed bath with stainless steel appliances and more recently the 2 bed 2 bath. My wife and I have gone from 2 people home to 4 people home and we wouldnt want to live anywhere else. We even have a garage, all at such a reasonable monthly rate. The management staff is beyond amazing. Available at any moments notice along with the maintenance. Everything is down via their app, from paying rent, and maintenance tickets to even a community page where the members can chat and post. Theres a 365 open pool, 24/7 gym, and an amazing office/club area with coffee, a hang-out area, and a business center. The parking is amazing too and when you have visitors theres a whole section for their parking and no fear of towing your loved ones vehicles. If youre deciding between this place and another just move here.

Great Experience! Love the community. Safe environment. Apartment is like home. Love the gym area and sitting by the pool, relaxing. Louis, the property manager was very accommodating and readily helped us with all the questions and even virtually toured the apartment for us! Jan 2020: Amazing apartment complex. Lived here for a couple of years. Staff and maintenance are top notch. Luis and Johnny make you feel at home. Had to move out as lease was ending. Was desperate to lease a 1Bed/1Bath but couldnt get one of my preference. Very safe and quiet as well!!Update as of June 2022: Came back to Plaza early 2021 this time with my wife and the experience was great as it used to be earlier. Luis, Johnny and Will are the best going around. They helped us extend our lease for 3 more months after we had given our move out notice and the apartment was taken by someone.Only reason for vacating was moving to our new house. The 3 odd years that I had stayed have been the best!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for housing in the Westchase area.

We move to this community five months ago and my family and I love it. Everyone have met are very nice as well as the office staff. Great location and ten minutes from my job. What most impressed me is management keep the community very well taking care of and that was an important factor in our decision to move to the community.Another thing that impressed was that when you go to office it is never full with people leasing which tells me that residents are long term residents. Where we lived previous every time you went to the office is was packed with people and you would have wait 30 minutes for service. It was like a revolving door.

Its very affordable compared to other communities of its kind. Its a nice place to live in. The gym is pretty cool!There are other great facilities that Ive unfortunately not been able to enjoy due to time constraints.We have not lost any packages left outside our door yet, so it might be fine to say that its pretty much safe here. The management usually receives packages on our behalf but somehow, Amazon delivery guys just have a way of leaving your packages outside your door rather than with the management as some others do.The maintenance management swiftly attends to apartment-related requests. We moved in 12/21/2017 and the management has already thrown a breakfast party for us and the neighbors about two weekends ago. They are quite nice people. 😊Sometimes, there is noise pollution from Westheimer because my apartment is close to the road, but then, thats just one of the cons of being very accessible to malls, offices and fun places. Aha! Sufficient parking spaces but its on first come, first served basis.

My fiancé and I have been residents here for going on two years! We absolutely love this community. The pool is beautiful and the gym is nice as well!Our office staff is ALWAYS great and the maintenance team is the absolute BEST. Luis is always up for a conversation and Mona is so sweet. Let’s not forget Johnny that will always help me with my packages (which I get a lot of.... oops) and Sal, the lead maintenance man, knows my pup by name and always smiles and waves when he sees us.You will not regret living here. 😊

On my 5th year living here. Great place. Pretty quiet, good amount of parking. Office staff is pretty nice. I dont have many issues with my apartment so I dont submit many requests. When I do, its always done in a day.They have regular events for the residents which is a nice way to meet your neighbors.edit 03/06/2019: 6th year now and its still going well. Maintenance requests are done the same day. Place is still clean and aside from a noisy neighbor on the weekend, its pretty quiet. Still recommend.edit 08/27/2019: Still a great place to live. Work orders are completed the same day. Also, I like the fact that they have a security person patrolling on both days and nights. Feels reassuring. Working on a lease renewal now so hopefully, I get to stay longer if the price is right.

The office agents are so nice! These guys truly make you feel right at home before even applying Wil Oliveros was so helpful, he showed us all around the community yes but it was the way he did it & understood what we were needing. We have lived hear for a year and a half and couldnt be happier! The pool is always beautiful and clean all year around, the grounds are kept clean for when people are walking with their dogs, the office people are always so friendly and know me and my dog by name. And whenever I have a maintenance need they usually show up the next day if not the same day, and are always so friendly and professional. Plus the location is great for shopping/food, and for where it is the price is very fair. I always recommend this place to people.

I cannot thank management enough, for making this place an awesome home. My first year in the city and these apartments met every expectation. From the high ceilings, to the garden bath but what I’ll miss the most will be the Balcony in my room . As I had 2 yes 2 balconies. Never did I have any sort of issue here, every time I needed something it was done within 24 hour or less. Maintenance is always up to-date. The property is always clean and quiet. The amenities are awesome for the price of these apartments. Plaza at Westchase is located in the most convenient part of town . I had cvs at a walking distance and A Walmart and HEB around the corner. And you have several Asian, middle eastern, and Mexican restaurants all around the area. If I could stay here another year I would, fortunately I found something closer to work . Shout out to Johnny and Luis for being more then just awesome Management. They made me feel welcomed and at home I was not only a tenant to them but also a friend . I will be back in a near future .

Whats not to like? The fact that its a very central location, everything is nearby, the grounds are always taken care of, the amenities, the amazing floor plans and leasing/maintenance team. Sure it might be a little of the old conflict of interest in my part since I work nearby, but I live here after all. And as my first apartment, this is hands down one of the best decisions I have made in my life so far.

Overall, in very happy at The Plaza @ Westchase. Ive been living here for about 3 years now and can day its one of the safest and nicest communities in the area. The staff are friendly and attentive, the maintenance services are done quickly and efficiently, and the apartment grounds are kept clean and beautiful. While I do not agree with the trend of yearly rent raise, especially during the oil and gas downturn, I cannot deny that Plaza is still one of the better options vs price for a nice safe community.

If I could give this place four thumbs up I would! When I tell you that I LOVE it here, thats an understatement! The location is awesome and convenient and everything I need is all around me since its on Westheimer. This place has everything I asked for when looking for an apartment; washer/dryer, big closets, nice size bathrooms as well as bedrooms, etc. The walk in closets are so huge and awesome and all the floor plans are spacious. Its very quiet and everyone from the staff to my neighbors are so friendly. The apartments stay so clean and the valet trash service is a plus too ladies lol! Maintenance is great and on top of it! Anytime I had an issue, which I didnt have often, maintenance solved it that same day. Chavonne and all the ladies in the leasing office are just so nice and always so helpful! They make a great team and keep everything so smooth. My only complaint would be that parking kind of sucks by building one and if you have a night out on the town and come home late, you will have to park down in the boondocks and make that walk to your apartments. Thats why I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5. Rather than that, everything else is great! I highly recommend these apartments to every and anyone. Love Love Love it!

I was looking for apartments a few weeks ago in the area and was immediately attended by Johnny. I don’t write much reviews but he has to be one of the best leasing professionals Ive had the pleasure of talking to. He not only answered all my questions but took the time to detail the apartment and even gave me a map. Unfortunately I did not like the interiors of the apartment, they were pretty dated, especially for the price. Besides that I recommend asking for Johnny should you stop by, thank you for all your help!

4 years and counting... Great management, great amenities, great location and a very clean complex. Everything is within walking distance or right around the corner. A CVS across the street, Traders Joe is literally right next to the complex. Whole Foods, HEB and Walmart are within a 5 minute drive. Want some take out?!? No problem theres a variety of restaurants around the neighborhood. If youre new to the city and are looking for a place I 100% recommend this place to anyone, it will be your home away from home.

My husband and me called in on a Saturday and immediately got helped by Johnny. He was one of the best leasing agent that we had dealt with. The complex is well kept and the location is prime. Even though we did not chose Plaza at westchase due to personal preferences . We seriously would consider leasing here just for Johnny. He made us feel welcoming and took times to answer all of our questions. He also called me to follow up when the price of my favorite floorplan dropped. I wish all the leasing agents could be like Johnny, it would make our life so much easier. Thank you Johnny for all your help!

Plaza at Westchase is an awesome living community, where the staff and maintenance personnel are simply amazing! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, greeting everyone with smiles. They treat each person in the community like family: listening to concerns and helping in every way possible. The maintenance personnel gives quick response to issues and make themselves available for any problems around the community, such as car trouble. The staff is superb! Plaza at Westchase is truly an excellent, safe place to live and raise a family!

I didnt Lease the apartment. Im rating Esther and her customer service. She is wonderful, extremely helpful, patient, and will even entertain a corny joke or two. She had great energy as soon as I walked in the door. I wish I could bottle her energy up and take it with me. The company hit a Grand Slam! when they hired her. I didnt lease at The Plaza because I found a better deal somewhere else. Hey she doesnt set the rates but if youre looking the apartments are nice. In your search go to the Plaza check them out and ask for Esther!!! Happy Halloween people!

The apartments here are pretty spacious and are kept up very well. The management is quite responsive and I never had any issues with the any of my complaints. Highly recommended if you are looking for an affordable location with great management staff.My only complaint is that the drainage for some of the parking spots is very poor and they easily get water logged after small amount of rain.

Plaza at Westchase was the first apartment I rented after moving to Houston. My 1 bedroom with utilities ran about 1,200. Great staff, very friendly and professional. I broke my lease early and they were super understanding and worked with me on a payment plan for the remaining charges. Great location in Westchase District of Houston, close to plenty of shops, etc. Parking can be slim but that is usual for any complex in. Would absolutely rent with them again.

The Plaza at Westchase has been the ideal place for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Carla to find a place to live and it has exceeded my expectations.Although there are only two areas for garbage onsite, garbage is picked up outside your door 5 days a week!Parking is not amazing but I have always found a spot close to my apt.I currently live on the third floor, and the natural light from the windows is amazing, my electrity has been extremely low because I never need to use the lights until late in the evening.Would definately recommend this community to anyone I knew!!

Overall it has been a good experience. Ive been here three years and I enjoy the complex. Since Ive moved here, the staff has always been very open and pleasant and try to help out in any way. The only thing that drives me mad is the parking. There are very limited spaces for the size of the complex. But overall, location is great...walking distance from major restauranta and the grocery store, and a very quiet community.

The perfect location!! I love livng in the Westchase area because Im close to so many things (grocery stores, nail salons, restaurants etc.). They have beautiful spacious floorplans and the community is pretty quiet and the property is maintained for the most part. I had a couple maintence issues when I moved in, but maintenance responsed quickly to resolve the issues.

I have now reside at the Plaza at Westchase for a year, my experience has been wonderful. Apart from the first come parking, if you dont rent a garage.The office staff and i must say the maintenance staff too, go out of their way to make live comfortably.Theres isnt much maintenance problems and theres always something happening each month. . the pool is beautiful and gym is equipped. Its just lovely here and the area, every eatery just around the corner. HEB, Wal-Mart trader joe, entertain ment is also readily Close by.

It’s a nice place seems quiet and kept in great condition , Johnny is cool people and I got to tour the actual apartment unlike other apartments where you’re shown a model and it looks nothing like what you were shown so you’ll know what your getting into . In the office they have a theater room, computer room, another room you can chill in with a kitchen and Pool table the brick and wood floor in there gives it a nice vibe .

Time flies. Its over a year now. I enjoyed living at Plaza at Westchase. The staff is very friendly and always there for you to resolve all your issues. One of the best community to live in. Keep up the good work.

I come from an older community (run down) and living there for five years the super cheap rent wasnt worth it anymore. Coming into my past community was always unmotivating and unpleasing but now when I come home to the Plaza I feel great and secure knowing that I am safe and in a well maintained area.Thank you!

The community is very good. I like the staff who are very helpful. Plaza at westchase is located where you will find most of the store in 2 miles range. Community is clean and secured too.

I moved here 4 months ago. I love it. I have never lived in an apartment where the maintenance team responds so quickly. Also in the office, I dont mind going to ask anything. The girl in front always greets everyone with a big smile. I am very happy.
