    We moved here back in April this year, so far our experience has been good for moving to a new area. We feel safe here and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The maintenance team also gets things done in a timely manner. The amenities are nice also, I just wish they had a playground that is my only complaint, but other than that great place to live!

    I currently live at Pavilions at Northshore, my family and I have lived here since 2022 and so far we love it here it’s peaceful, quiet etc!I recently moved from one apartment to another, I was unable to view the apartment until move in day which is very unfortunate because you dont know what you will encounter! Moving in the AC wasn’t cooling well we have waited (2 weeks) for it to be fixed, 2 windows wouldn’t stay up (waiting for the contractors to replace the parts needed) laundry doors weren’t mounted properly etc!Like I said we love it here but I believe these things can be avoided and can make sure everything is in good shape before tenants move in. The property expects you to have Renter’s Insurance and other stuff in order before moving in.Last but not least they have so many regulations but under the stairs are so filthy and should be kept clean to maintain their standards!!

    My family and I have lived here 4 years so far! Weve loved it from the start. Most of all we enjoy sitting on our upstairs balcony. The apartment is just what we needed at the time. Always meeting new people and there is a minimum of neighborly noises! The office staff has always been great. Always answering questioned and getting back to us quickly! The maintenance staff is great! If weve had a problem they were always quick to answer and fix the problem. We just signed a new lease heading into a new year!

    Cynthia was super helpful and got us into our apartment last minute and with ease- she’s the best!I’m super happy with our decision to live in this community! The staff really seem to be on top of their game, great amenities, everything is clean, and the prices are fair. Highly recommend.

    I have lived here for a little over a year now and just renewed for another year with no hesitation. Any concern that is brought up and any work order that is put in are always handled right away and with no hesitation from the management or workers. The employees are always extremely nice and helpful. The entire property is always kept very clean. And I love that they do special things for their tenants like hosting a Trunk or Treat for Halloween, Photos with the Grinch for Christmas time, Pavilions Day and they get food trucks to come here quite often! I dont think I could have picked a better place when I moved to this city!

    Roland was very friendly and knowledgeable. Came in and knocked out 5 work orders in lest than 30 minutes. Cleaned up after himself and made sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Thank you Roland and Christina 😀

    Staff is amazing. Apartments are clean and amenities are amazing. There are some minor issues in the apartments, need better contractors. But overall a great place to stay.

    Vince is amazing help! He just fixed my AC and in the past has fixed other minor issues in my apartment, he has always been so funny and sweet! We always share stories from the past while he works that always brightens up my day. I told him, next time I have an issue I hope to see you again. If you get Vince I highly recommend getting to know him while he works, he’s truly a beautiful soul to get to know. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and 1 big smile for Vince!

    This apartment community is Amazing. They have such an Amazing Office Staff Maria, Cynthia, Jessica and Billy. Maintenance staff is so friendly. They have been so great in keeping me updated on work orders. Maintenance is well kept and Beautiful. Weve lived here for nearly 2 yrs and we love it. They are pet friendly and, includes a dog park and Grooming station for your Furbabies. The neighbors are so awesome to get along with. It is near The Best Elementary School in the District. Great walking distance too. So if you are looking for a Great place to live, Come by The Pavilions take a tour and be our New Neighbors. Hope to meet yall soon.😁❤️

    Please note that this 5-star review is based on my move-in process only. I will post another review about my living experiences in a few months.My experience with the Pavilions at Northshore has been great so far! The office workers are very helpful and positive. Cynthia helped me through the renting and move-in process. She had everything prepared for me, so everything went smoothly. Amanda was also a great help. She gave me a thorough tour, and was patient in answering all my questions.

    Maintenance is amazing, Billy was amazing at helping me when the AC went out, he came in after hours to make sure that it was working and helped us get a portable unit to keep us cool. He was very helpful and very appreciative of all his dedication to getting the issue resolved!

    I can only speak on the move in process and my first few weeks of living there but everything was simple and easy.Cynthia Swift was accommodating and patient in helping me through the process and answering all my questions. Everyone I encountered from their team was friendly.So far the apartment was clean and fairly nice moving in and the grounds look fairly well kept and feels safe. No place is without its issues

    The manager and leasing agents were very helpful and friendly. We went to the office on a Monday and was moving in by Wednesday! The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I have a two year old and its a safe environment for her! The maintenance is on top of their game as well! You report a maintenance problem and its resolved within 24 hours. Ive lived in multiple apartments and this one is by far the best one yet!

    This place was an amazing find!! I was surprised at how clean the property is. Well taken care of. Maintenance has done a great job in making the common areas neat and clean. So happy they are leasing!! The leasing staff had all the answers we needed on top of being friendly and respectful. So happy to be leasing here soon. Thank you to the leasing agent.

    This was the best apartment experience for me. I havent rent an apartment in a good while but work said otherwise. The staff there made it super easy and quick! Even with a few hiccups, they were still able to help me find my new home for the next year or so! Im excited and looking forward to Portland, TX. Thanks so much staff!!     Meet Vince, the Toilet Whisperer!Extraordinaire! When my toilet decided to stage a waterworks protest, Vince swept in like a plumbing superhero. With a wrench in one hand and determination in his eyes, he tackled the rebellious porcelain beast with finesse. Within minutes, my toilet was purring like a kitten and I swear it even gave a grateful flush! Vince, youve turned my watery nightmare into a tale of triumph – five stars for you, and a newfound respect for the unsung heroes of plumbing!

    Ive lived here in a 2/2 for almost 2 months and I couldnt be happier. Anytime there has been a slight issue, Ciara is always amazing at getting a solution quickly! The staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. The men who maintain the grounds are always available to fix anything and they are prompt. I live here with my son and we love the two pools on the grounds. Its quiet, clean, and they are always doing improvements to keep the community beautiful. I honestly dont think we would have found this level of service at any other apartment in Portland.

    It was a great experience living here. The pools and grounds were always clean and maintenance was professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with their community events especially the food drive during the beginning of the pandemic. The location is convenient and the price was good for being next to the country club. I would definitely recommend Pavilions.community

    This is a review regarding the process of getting my apartment. I had the a new office manager Abigail. I was the first person to sign a lease with her, and she was so beyond sweet. She answered all my questions and clarified my misunderstandings in a respectful manner. Beyond happy with my experience this far! Abigail has eased my anxiety about living on my own and really made this an enjoyable experience.

    Property is beautiful, leasing agents are extremely knowledgeable and professional. My unit was extremely clean, and staff was very quick to answer and fix any concerns. Walking into the leasing office you’re greeted with a warm “hello how can we help you today?”.

    Nice office staff and most awesome maintenance team. The maintenance services are promptly solved all the time. The complex is well kept, always clean and beautiful. We had a good experience living at Pavilions for almost two years. I just wish the prices are cheaper.

    I was really undecided when I first moved to Portland on whether I wanted to buy or rent. I did my research for months. After my first visit to the Pavilions I knew for sure what I needed to do. Aside from the absolutely perfect apartment I viewed, the landscaping and grounds are exactly what I had been looking for. Very open and well manicured with an inviting pool and clubhouse. Not to mention everything else they have to offer that I hadn’t seen anywhere else. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and I just knew that I had found my next home. The management has been great with addressing any questions or concerns I’ve had and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!

    Perfect apartment complex in a good school district. We required maintenance a few times throughout our stay and they always responded the same day. Staff upfront was always very helpful and responsive, and the random events they held throughout the year were nice little surprises. Great gym, pool, and clubhouse. This place is a little pricy, but you definitely get what you pay for.

    Cynthia has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Apartments are nice for a great price. Convenient if you are a dog owner since there is a local dog park and spa located in the apartment complex. Definitely check it out and ask for Cynthia.

    When finding my apartment, i was new to the area and completely alone. I did a tour at north shore pavillions and signed the lease that day. my leasing agent Ciara did a fantastic job in making me excited to move in as well as comfortable. She was very personable and helped with me all my questions and reassured me my experience would be excellent. I have had no problems here and it is a very safe and beautiful venu. Definitely a 10/10 place to live.

    This is a beautiful complex. Nicely maintained and security conscious. But beyond that, the staff goes OUT OF THEIR WAY to be helpful and conscientious ! During Hurricane Harvey they personally made the rounds cleaning out our refrigerators and taking every step possible to ensure tenants would not be faced with any more unpleasantness than necessary. WHAT A TEAM!

    I love the pool. I love the courtyard. And they have the BEST workout room Ive ever seen in an apartment complex, it is like our own private little gym. The Pavilions are quiet, relaxing and beautiful.

She helped us every step of the way when touring and applying!!The pride she has in her complex and services is what sold us to move into Northshore.At move in, the apartment was nice and clean.     Pavilions at Northshore is the premier place to live in Portland. The office and maintenance staff are top notch. Yes, there are newer communities in Portland, however, your not getting a return on your $$ nor is this an investment. If you are looking for a nice place to live in a great location, check out this place. Did I mention office staff is great and easy to deal with.

    I have lived here for 3 different Offshore Construction Projects Twice over at 201 and now at 301, For everyone that works with me and at the yards I recommend this place as they are Spacious, Great Price, Clean, Close to everything I need, Good Gym, Good Swimming Pools, Grass is always cut, Place is kept clean and secure,I had an issue once with my Fridge door sealant was not sticking and next day it was fixed, Pest Control comes and leaves you a note, I have not seen many roaches like i see in peoples comments, definitely not infested,Main Reason for always coming back is Ciara, Debra and Kristen whom have always gone out of their way to making me feel at home.I will be back I hope and will keep passing the place on to new projects coming up.CheersScotty
