Ive been living at Parkside at Round Rock for about a year now and I can’t recommend it enough! The customer service here is truly outstanding. From the moment I moved in, the leasing agent, assistant manager, and property manager have gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. They’re incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which really makes a difference in the overall experience of living here.The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed, offering fantastic value for the price. I love how much room I have to spread out, and the layouts are perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.One of my favorite features is the dog park! It’s a wonderful space where my pups can play and socialize with other dogs. Plus, the dog wash stations are a lifesaver—no more messy baths at home after a fun day at the park!The fitness center is another highlight, equipped with high-quality machines and plenty of space to work out. It’s always clean and well-maintained, making it easy to stick to my fitness goals.The location is also ideal. It’s conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and parks, making it easy to get out and enjoy everything the area has to offer.Overall, I love living here at Parkside! It feels like a community, and I’m grateful for the friendly staff and great amenities. If you’re considering a new place to live, definitely check this place out!

Great living space with very responsive management. Pool was reconstructed and now is wider and a great size, deeper than just in majority of other residential complexes. Gym is reasonable, medium level but always clean and taken care of. First floors have little yards. A lot of appartment options with garage or without. Capets were newly replaced when we moved in. Initially we wanted to move in for 6 months, then due to cost reasons decided to get 13 months lease last year. This year we extended the lease for another year because we like the managementresponsiveness and location which is close to HEB and located in between two cities Round Rock and Georgetown border, easy i35 access to commute. Appartments insulation is fine and neighbors walking on top of us dont sound like elephants as in some other building we used to live. Has an elevator. Two dog parks and reasonable landscaping with trees and grass. Buildings are well maintained and look new. Not good for children there is no place for them to hang around. Suits well for quite working professionals who dont want to be bothered or bother others. Plenty of single units for affordable price.

I toured Parkside this past weekend & had such a great experience! Casey in the office was so helpful & friendly and the gym & pool area were beautiful! I’m not looking to move for a while, but Parkside is definitely one of my top contenders! :)

I have lived in this complex for nearly 4 years now and have a few changes in ownership. I do believe that the current staff from Greystar have been the best. They are very kind and accommodating. They respond quickly to requests and have a good grasp on what it takes to responsibly manage a property like the Parkside complex. Every interaction I have had with anyone from the team has been very positive thus far.

I just moved in recently and I absolutely love my apartment! I have no problems with anything and the new team is quick to inform us of any inconveniences that we may have. I have been down to the office multiple times and Bella is always there to help me out with things! She is super nice and she is always open to have a conversation! Hello, I’ve been a resident at Parkside at round rock, I’m pleased with the interior and exterior. The pool is amazing you don’t have to bring anything but a towel, private seating area, and sitting area around the pool. Nice small and large dog play yard. I feel safe when I take a walk around the complex, that is very important for me and my family.

New update: Thank Noah, Benjamin, and Carlos responded our needs. The A/C unit fixed. They came in our apartment and checked no more debris from the vents. They showed their care for the residents like us. They made us very happy and we live in a normal and comfortable environment here that should be the way. Their entire team and patrol team are terrific. Blessings to them and they earn the good shoulder pats. Applauding for their sincere work. We appreciate that very much.Older review: Max, Noah, and Stephanie at the leasing office have helped me to get some maintenance service at my apartment. Parkside at Round Rock is a Safe, well kept, and friendly community. I thoroughly enjoy living here as I have made many moves around Texas. The staff team always support my concerns within a timely manner. I only wish the pricing was lower to help with the financial strains for everyone in our surrounding communities. Pet friendly and clean grounds, provide a welcoming environment for everyone.

I have been here since it opened, watching the community fill up and grow. The staff before and the staff currently 2022 have always been super friendly, caring and want the very best for the residents. There is no perfect property but coming from many other apt communities with a lot more issues I am glad to call Parkside home.Staff works very hard to keep up with everything and you are centrally located to any and everything you could want. Shopping, restaurants, gyms, movie theater, grocery stores and right off IH 35 or quick shot over to Toll 130. Really it is all within walking distance if you choose. Two big dog parks for your fur kiddos and a super nice dog washing station.The property is well thought out and the amenities are awesome. You wont need a gym membership or find a nicer pool area to enjoy right out side your front door. The apartments are spacious and offer many floor plans for your liking. Give it a TRY and you will find you are happy to call Parkside home as well.

I have lived at Parkside Round Rock since September of 2020 and I really hope I never have to leave. It’s close to my work and there are multiple places to get groceries and dine out, so it’s a very convenient location. The staff is always friendly and respectful. If I have any questions, they are quick to answer. I highly recommend Parkside Round Rock.

One time my water heater in my apartment . The water would not get hot and right away Andrew and his crew fixed it right the first time and in no time flat.

I havent been here for a full week just yet and I already love it so much! Its wonderful to take my dog out into an enclosed area and to also see so many stations to help me pick up after my pet. Not to mention the dedicated dog park and pet spa on-site ❤️ Im looking forward to taking advantage of the gym here, too! Amenities aside, I also how close it is to everything my husband and I need! HEB is a 5 minute drive, along with the Premium Outlets at Round Rock for a lot of shopping and food options! We recently moved to Texas from California so all the furniture stores have been a great resource for furnishing our apartment. Honestly, we couldnt have found a better place to start this new chapter in our lives ❤️

To say the office staff is wonderful and patient would be an understatement, they are so very very nice and helpful. They are also very responsive to maintenance needs, James is great!! We are very happy, just need a poop station out back, so all the dogs owners will put the poo where it belongs-only reason no 5 stars:-)

Apartment and Amenities are nice. The disappointing thing is upon move in apartment was not as expected. Dry wall dust in showers, floor scratches from washer and dryer install, paint on the patio etc. Definitely a rush job. Everything for the most part was fixed just wish that someone walked the apartment and didnt miss attention to detail. Lastly ants everywhere in apt. Response was pest control will be here Tues (Fri when got a answer put in request Thursday). Update (10/11/20) So I get woken up because someone is trying to open my door? Cleaning lady for the make ready. Update (10/12/20)***After review Amy manager responded via email, I suppose on here, and phone call to see if she can do anything to help or if there was something that could be done to help the situation. That in itself shows good customer service! Thanks Amy for your help everything is situated now***

We have been here for several years. Even though the administration has changed, it has been good. Solutions have been sought as rental capacity grows. How everything is not Perfect but it is close.
