This apartment complex will always have a special place in my heart! It was my very first apartment when I moved out of my mom’s house and I loved living here!!! At first we did have a few issues with the neighbor upstairs but the staff was quick to fix it and we didn’t have any issues again for the rest of our stay. We ended up staying here for 2 years and only moved out because we needed something closer to our jobs. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly! I never felt unsafe when my boyfriend would stay out late for work while staying here in these apartments. The location of the complex is super convenient! You take a left and you’re in college station or you take a right and you’re in Bryan! The staff here are really the sweetest people and their online portal to pay rent is super easy. 10/10 would recommend and I would for sure live here again !

I haven’t done as many of these I should’ve, but I would just like to recognize how awesome the maintenance guy Phill is! Always knowledgeable and is quick. As well, he likes to give good explanations on what the issue was and keep us well informed! By far one of the best maintenance guys I’ve ever seen!

I love living here! Everyone on staff is friendly, professional, and attentive to any concerns.The maintenance staff always completes my requests in a timely manner, and I can always rely on them to get the job done.

Well kept grounds. Swimming pool and fitness center are clean and well designed. Location is generally quiet and off the main traffic areas. Near a beautiful walking/biking trail (Hudson Trail) and city park (Tiffany Park). Office and maintenance staff are professional, friendly and helpful.

I have lived here for over two years… The grounds are well-kept, the staff is kind and responsive and maintenance gets done quickly. The location can’t be beat, right across from two dog parks and a large walking trail! They are also building an HEB and Starbucks within 5 minutes.

Phillip did a great job with our maintenance request! Not only did it get done but he also went above and beyond to replace our air filter and either clean or replace all our vents. We didn’t include that in our maintenance request and nobody was home to point it out so we were happy to notice it :)

We have lived in this apartment complex for two years, and had absolutely ZERO issues! Maintenance is done the same day or next. The community is very clean and very well taken care of. The staff are the best. Cari and Kyla are two of the most helpful people I have seen. It is a very safe place and the residents are valued here. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a quiet, safe and clean place to live.

I have lived here for the last two years, and I think Park Hudson Place is one of the best apartments in the B/CS area. All the leasing office managers and maintenance staff are super nice and decent. (pest control staff is awful. but he is not from the apartment) All the issues were taken care of immediately. Very quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new home in the B/CS area.

The manager, Carrie is amazing. The staff is super friendly! Maintenance team is very consistent & helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful & perfect for my little family. Very thankful I found this place & lucky to call it home!

I called this place home for 4.5 years while attending A&M. The team in the leasing office was awesome and always treated me well! They seem to truly care about residents, have great events for connecting the neighborhood, and make apartment living feel like home. After graduating, I moved to Dallas and really miss living at Park Hudson. They raised my standards for apartment living and I have yet to find such a great community!
