I have seen a lot of good stuff in renovations, especially because management have been stepping up for the student residents. Things are changing and our number one priority is safety; gates are working again and I am deeply thankful for that. Keep the good work!!!

Park East recently got some new management and they have been steadily improving our living arrangements. Theyve been fixing issues we have been dealing with for months, renovating the public areas to be more modern and beautiful and they are very eager to hear any suggestions we have for improvement. One of the staff members, Lili, was a huge help with this too. She was friendly, open and eager to help with any questions or issues I had. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because the manager before our latest one was terrible and not as great to work with. Overall, if you choose Park East, you wont face too many issues that you wouldnt find at any other apartment complex.

Ive been living at Park East for the past 3 months, and I think everything is fine and meets my expectation.The leasing office staff members are nice and responsive.I really love my room that has a great view overlooking the central pool. The apartment location is just right next to Walmart and within 10-min walking distance to TTU campus.Yesterday, I just decided to renew my lease for the next year. Hope that the next 1.5 years would be great here!Keep up the good work, Park East!

The apartment experience is nice, no complaints about my room. The bills are as expected with an all bills paid business model. The only thing Im on the hook for besides rent is electric and the prices seem fair. My only complaint is that the hallways have been nasty since the day I moved in but thats no big deal really. As far as everything I goes I am getting what I am paying for. Capitalism at its finest, good job Park East.

Overall I have enjoyed living here. This will be my third year here. I have run into a few issues with my boyfriends car being broken into, bikes being stolen, and elevators being broken. Those issues need to be addressed. Other than that, the apartments are clean and spacious and I’ve always been impressed with the maintenance staff as they are extremely helpful and quick to get on the job. The staff is also helpful and was great to me when I needed carpets replaced asap during move in and they did just that for me. I was really grateful!

I’ve lived here for two years now and I definitely think that my second year has been a lot better than my first. Park East had just bought out the complex which used to be called 1819, so my first year was rough and I think this was due to a tough transition. My second year I can say that I’m now very pleased with the staff and the location! Bus picks up to take you to campus which is very convenient, and a security officer lives in each building for safety. The amenities are a little out dated but still nice. A little over priced I think, but they also offer deals and group discounts which will make it worth while. The unit is fully furnished too so if you don’t want to move/purchase a lot of big furniture, it’s worth the extra money. Overall I’ve enjoyed staying here and have renewed for the upcoming year. All of the issues I’ve ever had living here have not usually been due to staff, but because of other residents poor choices and the fact that they choose to not be very clean in the halls. Maintenance is also always very polite and always very quick about fixing problems. I would recommended moving here if you’re living with people you know and you want to be close to campus and in walking distance to food and a grocery store!

Park East is a very friendly environment. The staff is super helpful. They also have Valet Trash which is one of the many things I love about living here. When packages arrive you are able to get them throughout all hours of the day with a code. Also they have tanning which is a big bonus. The community is also super open and they like to interact with the residents and introduce them to one another through events such as s’mores, karaoke, trivia and games. I truly love living here.

This is my first year living here and Ive had nothing but a great experience! Management responds promptly and all of the workers are nice and made the move- in process smooth. My apartment is in great condition and was better than expected. Theyre very active with all of the residents and are definitely the best housing Ive had here in Lubbock!

I have lived here for 2 years. It is convenient for me to live in a furnished apartment even though I am not a student. It is convenient to be right next to Walmart. Apartments are a decent size and every bedroom has its own bathroom which I like. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. I like having the parking garage so we don’t have to park on the street. Maintenance staff is very good here. Gym is nice. I would recommend if you need a furnished apartment.

Leaving the Midwest and starting grad school was a huge change, but moving into Park East made everything so easy. Security, cleanliness, and affordability were my biggest concerns - Park East is 3 for 3.The entire property is enclosed and gated. Nora, Oscar, Edward, and Joseph keep everything clean and in working order. The quality of the apartments, amenities, and utilities are completely worth the price and way better than any other property in town.The management are amazing and the front office team treat residents like family. I love living here 🖤

Living at Park East was super fun, they have a great pool and cabana that my roommates and I liked going to. They had fun activities like pool tournaments, ping pong tables, and Thursday game nights through instagram live. They also provided breakfast many times like Chickfila, breakfast tacos, and some other essential breakfast items. If I have a problem the management and service is usually there to help, and the main manager had a great attitude and was very nice to talk to. Living here was a last option, I signed very late July of 2020 and they were very helpful with any questions. The apartments are actually very nice on the inside and modern, lot of space for storage in rooms and utility closet. I would recommend living here if you want to be close to campus.

I have loved living here. All the amenities are fantastic and the fact that everything is included except for electricity allows for me to make that first step into living on my own less scary. The staff is amazing and super easy to talk to. I love how pet friendly the apartments are as well with two dog parks! Fantastic!

The new management has always been amazing. Issues are fixed promptly, management treats you with respect, and I can’t rave enough about the new gym. Low rates, sweet pool, free use on the grills. Pretty good for a student residence.Can’t argue with constant improvement.

First time living here and I love it! Great atmosphere and very nice staff! They spoil us with free food and movies at the pool!!! Lived at the scarlet before and this is a very huge jump. Furniture is very modern and very clean. Recommend this apartment. Also this apartment is not with American campus so they won’t screw you over! Love love love parkeast!

I can go on and on why I have enjoyed living at park East but the most impactful memory I have here is before I even moved in. My lease expired at another apartment and they were unwilling to accommodate me staying there another month between leases. Because of some mistakes on my end I did not sign up for early move in so I was essentially stuck in lubbock without housing. Anthony not only understood but did everything is his power to get a room for me that was clean and able to move into with a super short notice, which saved me from having to live in my car. Have had absolutely no issues from there on and everything has been smoooooth sailing. 10/10 would recommend living at park East.

Park East Student Living is such a great environment whether your looking to stay home and study or lounge around at the pool or fire pit. The staff is so welcoming! They also have fun events like pool parties and Karaoke nights for residents to meet new people which is super fun! Not to mention sometimes there is food in the lobby(: 10/10 recommended!

Solid student living, try hard to keep property clean. Since its new mostly everything works or is replaced/fixed quickly. Garage has security guards during weekends which is nice. The gym is a glorified hotel gym in both buildings, so expect to be going to the Rec. Also really sucks not having a balcony/patio as most every other place does. Modern styling and friendly staff.

This is my second year living at Park East and I think it’s a great place to live. The staff are really nice and maintenance is always helpful and quick to address issues once a request is put in. It’s a little expensive but since it’s fully furnished and the apartments are updated, it’s not too bad of a price. The only issue I have, is the fact that dogs are allowed here. A lot of the other residents are not responsible with their dogs and don’t clean up after them which can be frustrating. The apartments are fully furnished with a tv, washer and dryer, and free WiFi. Also, it’s super close to campus with the bus stop right outside the front door so usually I can leave 30 minutes before class and get there on time.

I love the apartment, it has very good storage spaces, and I like how the garage is free if you do not want a reserved space. The maintenance people are very nice and super helpful. However, this year I guess the crime spiked because my roommates car got broken into and unfortunately the garage only has a few cameras that only have the entrances and exits. Management is super nice, especially Xavier, but the reason my roomates and I signed here was because we wanted certain views and we didnt get any of the views we requested and we were told that we will forsure get at least one of the options we wrote on our application. Overall the apartment seems to keep up with cleaning, and I do feel safe inside. The outside of the apartment complex (especially Ave R) is super sketchy. But for what I am paying, it is honestly not so bad at all.

Units themselves are not awful but not the best, we had an insect issue that took management too long to fix and shouldn’t have been something we had to worry about to begin with. Management and staff are super friendly! Love the parking garage because it’s free covered parking for everyone. Very convenient location and great position on the bus route.

This is my first year living here and I haven’t had many problems other than my keys not working the first week and the front desk isn’t open 24/7 if you need help. But, everyone here is very nice and they had a lot of events for residents like a pool party with snacks and s’mores another night. Also, maintenance usually comes pretty fast to fix whatever you need also which is nice.

Even though I am downsizing parkeast is much closer to campus and looks way more luxurious than most student living in Lubbock. The campus transportation is convenient and saves on parking permits. The area is gated and looks safer than surrounding apartments. I am excited to move in next month!

If you are a college student with a dog this the best place to live with the two dog parks. The apartment its self is nice (depending on your roommates) and its very convenient being the second bus stop in the morning so the bus is never full. The cons are cars are always getting broken into in the garage, almost every floor smells like weed, and the gates to get into the buildings take about 6 tries on average before unlocking and letting you in.

Apartments are very clean, modern, and updated. Valet trash is a huge amenity that is offered and it is extremely helpful. Only thing that is iffy is parking and distance away from the garage but overall I can tell management is working for better changes!

ParkEast isnt 18Nineteen!! (Thats a good thing)When I first moved here, it was owned by a different company. And it was genuinely awful living here, the management was awful, doors never worked, the carpets were disgusting, the elevators had nasty carpets,the printer was useless and so many problems. I was so frustrated that I had no interest in staying here.HOWEVER, ParkEast has genuinely fixed all of the complaints. They have completely changed everything. They professionally clean the carpets (multiple times), fixed the locks, repainted, tore out carpet from elevators, hired new staff, have two police officers in case you dont feel safe, and are so FAST at getting to work orders. Basically any complaint you have has been fixed and if it hasnt then they will continue to fix it. They had a panel of residents express their griefs and they fixed everything. Id easily recommend this place to anyone.

Since new management has come in, the place has really come back into shape! Before the buildings were smelly and it was not a nice place to live. However, they have cleaned the carpets, put in tile and are working hard to make this place great to live in. I love that they offer breakfast on the go!

After many failed attempts at getting in touch with 25Twenty, I reached out to their corporate office and was still not responded to. I decided to keep looking at places and found Park East. Xavier helped make the process seamless. He was extremely helpful in finding a new home and I’m so glad that the other place fell through. Park East’s approval process was super quick, efficient and easy. The location of this place is super convenient, they have some awesome resident amenities and I’m super excited to live here!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! Park East is the place to be. Throughout my time living here I have made a lot of new memories from the events they have hosted to meeting the other residents who also start at Park East. The staff really go out of their way to help you with your needs and make this place the best possible. I love the layout of the apartment complex and the multitude of events they throw to give back to their residents and that allow residents to get acquainted. This apartment is also close in distance to Texas Tech University which is very convenient if you are a student.

Wow! Thank you for the exceptional service and genuine caring. With the unknowns, stress and pressure of your kid going off to college for the first time it was an unexpected pleasure and relief to run across Jaimini at Park East. She was professional, accommodating and went above and beyond to help resolve our situation quickly. Short handed, with the semester just starting you can imagine the chaos. She took the time, paid attention and provided a solution in a timely manner.It is nice to run across someone who doesnt over promise and just delivers. I like the modern look inside the apartment, it was a great size for a 4 person bedroom and they did a good job on responding to emails or work orders. However most of the people working at the front desk had an attitude, and the hallways always had dog poop.

We were SO frustrated with an American Campus Property. Two weeks after submitting an application, no one at 25Twenty office could give us the status of the application. I called Park East Student Living and within 24 hrs my son and his roommate were approved and documents signed. The office staff helped guide my son and his roommate with the process on their first apartment. I am so glad 25Twenty was so unorganized that we ended up at Park East Student Living. I couldn’t be more happy with the decision to have my son live at Park East Student Living.
