I would just like to take a moment to acknowledge the maintenance here. Anytime weve had any issues, Manuel the maintenance guy has always came to fix it. He always gets the job done and makes sure of it while being very respectful and cleaning up after himself if needed. We can always count on him which makes living here so much better! He is the best maintenance guy weve ever came across and we really do appreciate him!

I when here for an apartment. Ms Merly was very helpful and informative, was willing and able to explain how to read my voucher. The homes themselves are beautiful, grounds are well kept and very clean. I hoping to call one of these beautiful homes mine ..Thank you again .. I would gladly recommend this apartment...

Property is quite, clean, and so was the pool. Manager Vanessa was very helpful just went to the property to view it and apply to move in will update my review!This property is amazing and has definitely earned a 5 star rating from me. Angelica is also another amazing leasing agent. Id recommend her to assist you in your leasing process. They answered all of my questions and walk me through the process giving me a piece of mind. I adore these ladies and their excellent service. They are on top of there jobs and make it look easy. I hope to be a tenant in the near future.Keep doing what your doing ladies.Paige.

I have recently inquired about a 2 bedroom and Abby was very pleasant and professional. I hope that all of my paperwork goes through and start the move in process. She said she started working in the office a month ago and she is doing a good job in my opinion.Suggestion: I believe that if a few outdoor renovations, possibly repainting the property and adding more flowers in the front entrance way these are apartments would look very appealing and attractive. But overall, no real complaints or concerns. Thank you again Abby!

9/7/2019Resigning my lease for another year!!! I love Vanessa and Camay!!! They are reasonable and follow through on anything I ask !!! I’m a single mom and things are not always perfect but they work with me. I’m thankful, I moved from out of state and they were very welcoming.Vanessa and Angelica and James are verycaring and friendly. Wherever I have an issue they have fixed or resolved it!!!!Love this community!! I’ve been here since October 2018

Just finished our lease and we had a good experience. I never had any problems with management or my apartment. I’m surprised to see the couple reviews complaining about roaches since i never saw one in mine. We didn’t flood during Harvey which was great! The only complaint i will have is that parents here don’t look after their kids and they’re always just running in the street, as well very rude kids they will stand behind your car while making faces at you knowing you are about to leave...

Management and staff has been super helpful and proactive with all my needs during my entire stay (4 Years). Shoutout to Natalie and Ana for making sure my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend this property to others. The location and property meet my needs on all levels. Only thing I wish there were more covered parking spaces lol.

Vanessa is very compassionate and patient. I have not encountered an issue with management and I can be difficult at times. Whenever there is an issue or need she makes sure her staff gets it done. She even follow up to make sure issues are resolved. Its been times when Ive had emergencies and she would make sure she got someone out here to let me in place of resident. Shes a very sincere and understanding manager. If a tenant encounters an issue with her; she let them vent and set tone.

I have had all positive experiences living at the Park at Woodwind Lakes Apts. Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Angelica are very professional, and theyve always provided superb tenant service.The maintenance staff members are also very helpful, and quick to manage repairs. Park at Woodwind Lakes is a clean, safe property. The tenants are also very friendly, and Ive never had to deal with any loud , disturbing activity. I love it here. I would definitely recommend this nice community to others.

Natalie is one of the best individual as a manager, if she was not the manager I would most definitely become very good friends with her. I think I will be friends with her anyway. She is timely on handling issues and communicate with such care and concerns for the tenants.
