I recently went into Park at North Vista for information for an apartment. The office staff was very friendly and gave me a lot of information on the property and surrounding areas. The property manager was very patient as well as all of the staff with all of my questions and concerns. Great experience!

Management is HORRIBLE and so is Maintenance.! Still no dishwasher , and my daughters room all of a sudden has no electricity in her room we have to use an extension card that runs from the hallway so she can watch TV!!!!! Also cant use outside plug for Christmas lights on one side of the house. Yet Im still waiting and this is a hazard! S/O to Dede though she was awesome.Uodate- everything is all good now. S/O to Erica, I see you trying.

The Staff is so welcoming when you walk into the office Ms.Ford was the one I actually sat down and talk to super nice the office was nice and clean and it smelled good I got to meet Ms.Ann also very nice young woman I cant wait to move in everyone is helpful and they do believe in teamwork. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

Just moved in absolutely in love with the floor plan. Not to mention the awesome staff members I’m looking forward to continuing a friendship with. Absolutely amazing staff at the property. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else , they are extremely welcoming truly a breath of fresh air when coming into the office . I would like to say i’m very impressed with the service that was provided to me at the Park of North vista apartments.Before and after moving in. Any question and concerns I had.Were address in a quickly and timely manner.All the staff including Yesenia, Chloe and Ms.Julia always kept me well informed.Maintenance is always professional and gets the job done.Thank you guys for providing a great environment.And an enjoyable home to reside. I would highly recommended living here.

I viewed the property and it was very beautiful, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I appreciate the time took with me to answer all of my questions. Though there is a wait list for the 1 bedrooms I look forward to moving in soon!

I just recently moved into Park of North Vista Complex an I am so enjoying the complex. It’s reasonable prices, the staff is so sweet and very professional. The complex is so peaceful during the day and night. The residents that I stay next to are very nice and friendly and most of all Park at North Vista is a very peaceful and welcoming community

I would like to take the time to compliment Park At North Vista staff Ms. Raven for being so kind to take the time to listen to my personal life story that she related to very well as being knowledgeable on housing policies and the apartment criteria...thank you...Ms. Jessica very kind young lady and what amazed me is whatever she did not know she did not 2nd guess herself instead went to Ms. Raven for accurate information to provide it to me...She was very kind to my mother and kids...as my mom say Im 68 years old...LOL...Well Ms. Jessica was extra sensitive to my mom being an elder...There was a lot of laughs between the kids and my mom...Moreover, Ms. Yvette last but not least, this lady answered the phone so she was the first that I encountered...Very very I mean very professional...She told me that they was leasing and excepted housing...and told me to stop by to view the apartment and all the information I needed to come with to apply...I really am happy to say that my experience here was a great...I encourage anyone that is looking for a place to live Park At North Vista is the Place to come...THEY ROCK....O YEAH I WAS APPROVED....THANK YOU JESUS

I love the fact that the apartments dont have 2 and 3rd story lol every apt is basically a townhome so u will have stairs in your apt but i would recommend these apts they are very very clean they are really nice and the people here are great to have as neighbors if u y live here. Cause I hate stairs.Just mind your business. LMBO

9 months reporting a leak in the bathtub 2/27/2024 as of today, there has already been moo on the walls and the stove has a burner that does not work reported from 12/19/2023 to date without fixing the girls in the office make the reports and nothing of a solution very comfortable and beautiful the apartments I love this place but I recommend improving the maintenance
