The apartments/ townhomes property are very nice and clean. The unit interior it self is very beautiful and spacious, well lighted nice flooring.I especially want to mention Seneaca(agent) whom attended us in our search for our future home. Seneaca was very polite and attentive Very informative with filling in to the details of the unit and explaining all we needed to apply for our God Willing future home.We really enjoyed his help and presenceHe is a very excelente asset to your company. Management here is amazing! I’ve been living her for 5 years. Kim has been here the entire time and is always a pleasure to work with. With new management LaToya joining her they are a hardworking team and a dynamic duo. The upkeep of the property is much better, maintenance issues are being resolved quicker and there are lots of family friendly events. I can’t thank them enough for getting my family and I transferred over to our new unit and accommodating us. Giving you guys the recognition you deserve :)

I’ve lived here for 6 years. Although this is an older complex, the property is well maintained. Everybody in the leasing office is great. I have no complaints.

I lived here for about 4years! My neighbors was nice and friendly it was quiet I have no bad complaints about these apartments other than there is no bathroom downstairs but that’s about it!!! And ms.Kim at the front office is the BEST!!!!!! She was very informative, understanding, and so nice!!!!! It’s really nice for a starter apartment.

I really enjoy supporting and managing this community. The residents look out for each other and love to give the management team gifts and treats. They create a real sense of community. The residents really enjoy participating in the fun recreational activities and other supportive services provided. I cant wait to coordinate our next event!

Although it has been a long while since I have had an experience with this complex, my mom lived there during her lifetime. Management here was SOOOOOOO caring, during her illness and were so accommodating and professional at the same time. I just want to say THANK YOU again, if anyone is still there who was there during her lifetime. They kept the apartments and the townhomes up and didnt allow it to go down. My mom lived in one of the townhomes prior to her illness, then had to move to a downstairs apartment later. Its been more than 5 years.I see some of the reviews now and hope that those are not the same management team that was there when my mom was there. Yes, it has taken me a while to give another thanks and review.

Highly recommended. AMAZING Management/Staff. No roaches. Clean. Well maintained inside and outside--------------------------------------------------------------------------------I absolutely Love The Park at Fort Bend Townhomes. They are very nice. The main thing that makes an apartment community nice is the Management Team/Staff. The Current staff (August 1, 2015) is Great!!!! Kim, Cynthia and Joanette. These three women are on top of it. They keep this community CLEAN and very well Maintained. They communicate well, they are extremely professional, they are Nice and friendly and have Good attitudes. All three of them are very helpful. When going through the approval process you will deal with Kim the most and she is excellent! She is Very Kind and she knows what she is doing! That makes the process much smoother. When I got the Keys my unit was clean and well kept. They do there best to make it look new. Since these are townhomes, There are always parking always spaces available right in front of your house. The pool is clean, the gates work, the gym is nice, etc etc etc. Also these townhomes income restricted, so they are very nice but affordable. I would definitely recommend leasing here. With the current Management Team this is a Great place to live.

I been blessed to live at the Park at Fort Bend Apartments with me and my 3 kids for 5 years. The community is everything we have Cares Ministry they provide Breakfast for the Residents and Lunch in certain occasions they also pass out school supplies. If you have young children like myself they also offer free lunch program in the summer months. they have an activity room for kids design projects they have swimming lessons residents offer YOGA and ZUMBA classes in the Summer time neighbors are everything not afraid of helping each other out its defiantly a blessing from God!

I lived here with my mother and i have to say it was the best complex Ive been in since I move to Houston. We only moved because our family grew, and we needed more space and there was no availablity for the 3br townhome.Love this complex. Best in Stafford.

If you want to move here, I recommend it, the office staff are super friendly. Seneaca took care of me in the best way possible, even though I dont speak English fluently, she was patient with me 10/10
