Our company has happily held a corporate executive apartment residing at The Park at Crystal Falls for nearly three years. We chose this property largely because of the exceptional management team, led by property manager Kalista Brumbaugh. Her staff and the 5-star Property Maintenance Team are top-notch. Kalista and her team consistently organize engaging community events, like the fantastic Valentines brunch a member of our executive team enjoyed this past Saturday. We HIGHLY recommend The Park at Crystal Falls to anyone seeking a wonderful community to call home. Thanks to Kalista and the 5-Star staff at The Park at Crystal Falls for such a great community experience.

The staff here is amazing! We have lived here for over two years and never had any issues. The new manager Kalista, cares about every family and does so much for the community! All the staff address you by name and are always are here to help! I love seeing Molly, Frank and Saarah on the property. It says a lot when the staff lives in the community! Tanner and his maintenance crew can always been seen on the property cleaning or making sure our property stays in shape! The grounds are always clean and beautiful! The pools are amazing and so much fun! I am glad we choose here as our temporary home while we build our house! Thank you guys for such a great place to live!

My dog Lucky and I are fortunate to live in this luxury apartment complex! It’s quiet and comfortable. The staff is very nice and maintenance provides same-day service. I especially enjoy yoga every week and Lucky likes the two dog parks. I’m looking forward to using the two pools this summer!

I’ve been living here at the Park at Crystal Falls for over 4 years and would highly recommend it! The grounds are extremely well kept, the amenities are awesome and the staff is 2nd to none! The front office has always been super supportive and go out of their way to help more than any other place I’ve ever lived at. Frank, and the property manager, Kalista are seriously the best. Maintenance has always shown up within a day anytime I’ve ever needed anything and they’re really nice. The amenities are awesome…where else are there two pools? They even have a lazy river here which is the coolest thing ever…it’s like being on vacation. I also really like my apartment itself…modern, nice garden showers and a huge island. The layout is great too…nice open floor plan so I can fit all my furniture. Absolutely love this place!

I have been living at Park at Crystal Falls for almost two years now, and after checking the reviews, I noticed several complaints about towing, noise, and other issues. I wanted to share my perspective as a long-term resident.Regarding towing, the policy is straightforward—if you don’t register your vehicle before moving in and it’s not in the system, it will be towed. Claims of unlawful towing from those who dont follow the rules seem misleading, as the policy is clearly communicated.As for noise complaints, it’s important to understand that some sounds—whether from neighbors or routine community upkeep—are simply part of apartment living. In my time here, I haven’t had any issues with noise or management. It’s unrealistic to expect complete silence when living in a shared space. If noise is a major concern, a house or a more private setting may be a better fit.Overall, my experience here has been positive, and I appreciate the management team for maintaining a well-run community.

Update on review:10/26We flew in to come visit and the community is amazing! Joy did a wonderful job of showing us around the community and shown us the strong community they have there. Parks at Crystal Falls is now at the top of the list because of the customer service is excellent, the amenities is what every family and pet owner would need at an apartment complex, parking doesn’t seem like an issue here, and so much more.I had a scheduled appointment via Zoom with Molly on 10/19 Monday at 1130. Due to the lack of service at your property, our Zoom call had ended prior to seeing the unit. Molly stated (via text) that she would be emailing the video of the unit due to the signal failing. I texted Molly on Monday evening that I had not received the email regarding the video yet. She did not respond back, so I called the property office yesterday and left a request for Molly to call back. I still had no response back from anyone at the leasing office. It looks like theres a lack of communication from the leasing office with future residents from California. I understand that theres a stigma regarding Californians moving to Texas and I hope this is not the reason why I am being ignored/forgotten.

I highly recommend this property for a high end apartment living experience. The property is spotless, the amenities are very high end and all maintenance requests are handled immediately and the staff is highly professional. specifically, the staff Joy Rising and Saarah Haq are both phenomenal leasing professionals. They went above and beyond my highest expectations to ensure a smooth and timely move in. Joy Rising is a dedicated professional who takes a personal interest in the tenants of The Park at Crystal Falls. She works evenings and weekends to ensure each tenants needs are met. I highly recommend working with Joy if you are leasing at The Falls at Crystal Park.

Looking at apartments was great the staff was great. When I got my keys to move in the apartment it seemed to not be as clean as it should have been. I had been getting bites on my body. So I am not sure if the carpet was not only cleaned by a professional but exterminated too throughout the yard and apartment. I would hope since the previous renters had pets that it was sprayed and.cleaned well. As of today 7/1 I have been here 3 weeks music being blarring after 10 pm which is unexceptable I called the officer on duty no call back. They provide you what you need to move in. The middle gate makes no sense put a keypad in for visitors. I had not been giving my mailbox # had to ask.Cute apartment be sure to ask and get someone to walk through everything with you.

We are in the process of getting all the paperwork filed and finalized, but I can safely say this place is amazing!The amenities are beautiful, the apartments are well-designed and modern-feeling, and the dog park at the front is giant with a great overhang. Through my work in pet care, I have been to this complex many times over the last year and have consistently been impressed (enough to want to move here!)Melanie has been fabulous; shes straightforward, honest, and gives you all of the information you need. She thought to ask about what pets I have and made sure to detail out the fees in a very clear way. I am extremely appreciative of the work she does!

I toured the property in July and loved everything about it and signed a lease that week. Ashleigh in the leasing office was and is amazing, I ask a lot of questions and she’s always available to answer them. I am moving from my current one bedroom, 1 bath apartment to The 2 bedroom, 2 bath here with a garage and paying less!!! The apartment is spacious and beautiful. The grounds are clean and lovely. 2 pools and 2 gyms, what more can you ask for. So excited to be a resident.

We have gone to the Stars game, and listened to live music in the clubhouse, had our picture with Santa and started weekly yoga just in the last 3 months! Last week my fiancé and I found this apartment on a whim and decided to stop by. Unfortunately it was at the end of the day so we couldnt do a walk through but I automatically fell in love with the design of the buildings and the amenities. I did my research throughout the week and saw the reviews. Not going to lie it did deter me a little bit but not enough to not give them a chance.We just completed a walk through with Ashleigh. She was absolutely wonderful. She was able to answer all of our questions concerning the negative reviews. If I remember correctly she informed us that they switched over management in January and lost some maintenance employees in the process. They are now fully staffed and have extra help.We loved the open floorplans that came with a spacious balcony/ patio. Out of all of the apartments weve looked at this is by far the best. We will definitely be coming back to apply when our current lease is up. Thank you Ashleigh for explaining everything and going into detail. We love your personality and cant wait to see you again!!

After she gave us a tour of this beautiful apartment it immediately became our #1 pick out of all the ones weve been to. 2 gyms, huge pool, gorgeous 1 bedroom layout, the island table in the kitchen, it felt like we were walking around on a resort. We cant wait to live here!

Great property, absolutely gorgeous with every single amenity you could dream of, and then some! Apartments are stunning and the floor plans are a fantastic value. The entire staff here was amazing to work with, not once did I feel like I was being misinformed or led in the wrong direction. I’m not sure where all of these negative reviews came from about the pricing, as it was all completely consistent with what was posted online before I toured the property. Michelle was so nice and Kelsey was very informative and straightforward, shout-out to the assistant manager Felix for answering every single one of my questions in a courteous and professional manner. Even though I didn’t end up leasing with them, I felt compelled to leave great feedback since they went above and beyond. Keep up the good work!

Ive lived here almost 3 years and am extremely happy. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean grounds and facilities. Close to shopping and major roadways.Only negative I would give is lack of parking spaces. If you pay for a garage or carport you have a guaranteed spot, but if not, there may be times you have to park a little farther away from your apt home, and if you have guests coming ....depending on the time of day, they may not have a place to park.

The apartment building itself looks like a resort! and who would have thought that you dont hear the noises of the busy street at 183A toll road while touring inside the community. Overall, very nice place and Ashleigh, gave me the best tour and happily answered all my inquiries. such a reassurance to feel very welcomed! Office staffs are very friendly as well. and application approval only took less than 10mins and I was shocked to get a phone call that I got approved that fast!

So I’m going to start by saying you will love this place if you have dogs! My dogs have met so many friends and this is by far the most pet friendly apartment I’ve lived in. They are building a new dog park that I’m really excited for and think that will make the experience that much more enjoyable for both my pups and me. The staff Are dog lovers too. The apartments are new and clean. They have addressed my issues whenever they come up and the maintenance staff is also very friendly and helpful. Like all places there are positives and negatives but for me, the positives far outweigh any negatives. I will renew and won’t live anywhere else until my house is ready. Hope this helps.

The staff is always cheerful and eager to meet your needs. They do offer quite some nice get togethers on various occasions. I love all the amenities this place has to offer. And the pools are just awesome!

This apartment community is beautiful! The amenities are amongst the best we’ve seen, including 2 large clubhouses, 2 pools, including “lazy river”, and 2 gyms. The location in Leander is wonderful and there is a beautiful newly developed expansive city park with small lake and trails about a mile away. The staff has been great and attentive as well!

I really like PACF so far, been living here since Sept and love my little home :) Trevyn was my leasing contact and he has been awesome since day one. He knew what i wanted to find and was so helpful about alerting me when apartments in my desired budget and floorplan became available until we found the right one for me. He has still been super helpful whenever i need assistance now that Im a resident!Some things that Id say could improve are: the parking situation at night, if you do not have a covered or garage you will most likely be stuck having to park just outside the gated portion of the complex and have to walk in to your building, which is no fun as a woman! Also, it is very dog friendly here (which I love) but a lot of owners seem to just let their dogs poo on the grass without cleaning it, it would be nice if PACF was more on top of this, and helped to keep the grass cleaner from dog feces.

I have to say that we fell in love with this property. We call our home the Resort and we love coming home each day! As parents that have had kids leave the nest, this community fits us well. The staff is eager to help with any situation. Easy access to anything you need and quick to jump on the toll road. We do not hear the traffic as others have stated. We live in the building closest to the toll road. Being that we are from Michigan, we utilize our patio on a daily basis. The only thing missing would be a gas community fire pit where we could gather around and sing or just tell stories. Hopefully, they will add that in the next phase that is being constructed. A great, positive experience so far for us as we have no plans on buying a house. Why would we? Everything is done for us and we can enjoy all the amenities here.

I have lived here for a month and LOVE IT! My pup especially loves the bark park :) The staff has been amazing since day one. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I recently had a package delivered to the wrong apartment and they made a point to call the person living in the apartment it was delivered to and pick up the package for me since i was not home at the time. Trust me we have lived in 4 other apartments and had nothing but issues. But life here is so far OUTSTANDING. We only wished we would have moved in earlier and had a backyard but the bark park helps out with that! Also it may be right off of the toll rd which you think would be loud, but the complex is so quiet which is wonderful. Very clean and taken care of as well.

I absolutely love this community. The office staff tends to your every need, big or small. This quiet, gated community is unlike most large complexes in the Leander area, and the neighbors are super friendly to boot. The on-site gym is top notch, the clubhouse is snazzy, and the pool resort worthy. The location is also very convenient, as its close to retail, major road networks and Austin MetroRail!

We came across the park at crystal falls online.. & immediately fell in love with just about everything. From top to bottom the spaces are immaculate and have all of the appliances and esthetics we were hoping for. A home vibe!! The amenities such as the pool & gym are a huge plus as well.. like a personal resort. Definitely give this place a look. Been here for over a week now and so far so good! I moved into phase 2 one bedroom with specials they offered as it was new complex that they had finished building in mid-late 2018. What this apartment stood out personally for me was that it offered in-unit laundry, hardwood, fridge, dish washer, large/utility sink, microwave, huge closet, modern styling, large toilet, and decent ceiling height. Everything were new and that made it even better(energy efficient! :O). Employees and management are awesome(Felix, Michelle, and Lisa), not just saying that, but prompt and on the point with my inquiries and issues. FYI, they are busy with settling the new phase with many new applicants dropping by/coming in. Cheap car port price was great compared to other apartments like the rent :) and many parking spaces are available. One thing I noticed was that this apartment is very very pet friendly! even have a nice sized dog park, too bad I dont raise any pets, haha. Going forward straight to the negatives, the two flaws I found was that soundproof is not too great and shower is slightly weak(perhaps it was made to waste less water). Recently they opened the new lazy river pool at the second phase, they have multiples gyms and one yoga place, business room, Mac computers in clubhouse, and nice bbq place. Personally location is convenient with everything you need around: HEB Plus, Chase bank, Shell, Pizza Hut, Subway, KOHLs, BoA, auto shops, and more to be explored. Parmer Lane and 183 Highway is easily accessible although, I take Parmer instead of 183 that starts off with toll. It takes me 40 minutes to get to where I work(Apple campus) during rush hour when taking Parmer (appx. 13 miles). Taking toll would be 10 miles. Anyhow, I think I covered for the most part that are essential to what people look for when settling in and things that concerns them. Rooms seemed to be filling in quick as I see new moving vehicles every single day after work and at night. So, if you are looking for an apartment right now, Id tour this place first... Life is good!

When I first moved in, there were several complaints from neighbors about noise coming from my apartment. Management was very tough on me, even though I didnt feel like I was making much noise at all. After several meetings with management, local police, and neighbors things started to settle down a little. Fast forward 4-5 months and I havent heard anything from management or neighbors. Management was always quick to respond and offered numerous solutions on all fronts. If it wasnt for the rocky beginnings, I would give this place 5 stars. Happy to be left alone and generally experience peace and quiet, other than the occasional loud truck outside and neighbors dog barking. One thing I have to note is the thin walls. Get yourself a 3rd floor and youll be happy here.

Park at Crystal Falls is the place to be. My Roommate and I went there to take a tour of our future home and we couldn’t have been happier. Did a tour of the property last week and thought it was beautiful . Nice amenities and great friendly staff. The only reason I’m not choosing to rent here is the monthly rent is way to high!! If they would just lower the cost of their rent then I would haves chosen this property.

We were in a crappy house before and I absolutely hated it and we were paying almost 1000. Spur of the moment I ran into this place and decided to check out their Facebook page. I noticed good reviews and thought what the heck ill go drive over right now. OMG I am so happy I did!This place is beautiful and its brand new. The staff are very nice. The application fee went towards first months rent which is nice because most fees dont and when you dont take the place they keep the fee. There is construction going on but with the doors closed you cant hear anything. Theres hardly any people in my building right now so i cant tell you if you can hear other tenants but so far so good!The washer and dryer in the apartments are really quiet, nice and good size as well. The bathtub is awesome.Ive called maintenance for a few things but minor..nothing major. Just asking to caulk a few things for me but those guys are awesome as well. Super fast and on time.I dont know how electric is or water yet but compared to our old house this place is an absolute gem! PLUS theres a gym here and pool! totally won me over. I REALLY hope this place stays awesome for years to come. Theres also pest control weekly if you need it which is nice because where theres people theres bugs. this place has NO issues with pests but again im new. Regardless if down the road it happens im just glad there is any issue i know theyre gonna take care of it.Come check this place out! Enjoy it while its new! :D

I just want to thank the staff for the very beginning of my journey here to Leander. They were wonderful to me from the start. I love this place, but the only thing is not having access to the back gate. That is the only negative thing about the apartment complex so far. A while back I had a unfortunate accident at the park apartments. I was a mess to say the least. The apartment manager and staff were so kind! Rosalyn Bornstein was awesome to work with! Ive lived here for a couple of years, and gotta say this place rocks! Ive been to other apartments in the area, and this is wonderful for the location and price. Its a really pleasant community here. I couldnt ask for more.The staff is always excellent, and are very communicative of everything thats happening, community events every month whether its breakfast burritos or pizza night, or a local company promotional event.Complimentary starbucks coffee, tea, water, and cookies everyday.
