We love living here. It is easily the best apartment weve stayed at. Maintenance is responsive, the office staff is kind, rent is reasonable, and the apartment complex itself is very beautiful. The location is great being right off of Bay Area Blvd and close to NASA. No issues so far with pests.Our only real complaint has been the AC. Its just old and does not keep the apartment cool during the summer. Aside from that, we enjoy staying here and just renewed our lease for a 3rd year.

From the moment I stepped on the property. It felt like home. The office staff was so accommodating from the tour to the leasing process. They bent over backwards to make it as smooth as possible! I dont feel like I live in an apartment. I feel like I live at a resort!!! Upon move in, I found a couple of items that needed attention and they were taken care of immediately. I plan to stay here for a long time.

So far so good. I love the property. Its very serene and clean. Lots of nature surrounding the apartment complex, which provides fresh clean air. I love being so close to the beach, but not too close. I also love that theres a nature center nearby. The Park at Armand Bayou has exceeded my expectations thus far.

Beautiful grounds and nice apartments. The maintenance is the downfall of this company. Verbal work orders not transferred to actual work orders, slow fixes taking a week on average but some taking months, absent communication. Things are often lost in translation and i specifically have to tell them how to achieve the goal rather than them just knowing. Often takes multiple calls to get something accomplished, and this is based off 5 interactions not just 1. Thoroughness and commitment to excellent quality is missing. The issue seem to be coming from the middle man and could be better if customer talked directly to the worker doing the repair

I recently moved into Park at Armand Bayou and am quite satisfied. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is well-maintained with spacious, well-lit rooms and modern amenities. The community features, like the pool and gym, are well-kept, and the management team is responsive. Overall, it offers good value for money with a friendly community atmosphere. Minor improvements could be made in updating common areas, but it’s a great place to live.

The Park at Armand Bayou is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for a year now. This is my second time calling this place HOME. The staff is wonderful: Amy, Dillion,Krista, and Angie, all of them.The property is always maintained well. The staff is always walking the property and making sure that is perfect for us!! I love the floor plans, so many to choose from. Every apartment has a garage, a plus in my book. It very safe here...even the wild life think so.

The apartment complex and surrounding are so serene and welcoming. Overall everything has been top notch. It’s seems to have a real laid back atmosphere. It’s pet friendly without the pet mess. The landscaping is nice. It’s a gated community that’s is all that you would expect and hoped it to be. I feel safe and secure. Can’t wait to see what the future holds. Who can argue when you have 2 pools and 24 hours access to the gym. We’re practically connected to Bay Area park and Mud lake. Don’t mention the play area onsite for the kids isn’t too shabby either. This is definitely a good location!!!

Pretty nice apartment for the price and area. Surely beats whats around. Staff is nice and the complex is located right next to a park which is convenient for pet owners. Maintenance requests are always done and management makes sure they take care of the grounds. Definitely the apartments to stay at for the price you pay.

I have been at the Park at Armand Bayou for about a year and some months now! It is not only a well-kept and maintained property, but the maintenance team is outstanding and the property manager, Amy, goes out of her way to assist you with any need that you may have to make the community feel like a home. The property is scenic, safe and secure. We have several committees on the property that organize fun events for the residents, we have food trucks that come in frequently, and all of the residents get along with one another like friends and family.I highly recommend this place to any person that is seeking to find a new home in a peaceful, resort-style community. I am so grateful to be a resident here. Thank you, Amy for all that you and your team do for us!

We have lived here at the Park for almost 15 years and have loved all aspects of the experience. The grounds are beautiful and quiet! The management team is amazingly responsive and caring! Most recently the new addition to the maintenance team, Jorge, is knowledgeable , courteous and very fast at completing our issues. We love living here👍

This is one of the best properties weve had the pleasure of renting an apartment at, and we will most certainly miss it. The wildlife there is amazing, and we always had plenty of birds visiting our balcony. The racoons were a bit menacing when it came to trash day, but they were cute. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and its close to shopping and restaurants. So if you like a country feel, but dont want to be far from the city, this is the place.As far as the property, its kept up very well, and the grounds always look inviting. I also loved the resident events they had here, because the food was awesome, and everyone was friendly. Also, Amy, Dillon, and Kim were always professional and kind, even after putting up with all my package deliveries lol.Lastly, its an older property, so you will have a few hiccups here and there, but maintenance does a wonderful job at fixing everything. Youre also pretty much in a nature preserve, so you will have the typical bugs that make their way in from time to time, but theyre harmless. In my opinion, there are way more positives than negatives here, so I recommend you come check it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of touring with Ms. Kim Jezek. I came in without formally reserving a tour (had another tour prior and didnt know how long that would have lasted) and upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by Ms. Jezek. She was assisting another parton, but was very friendly and even offered me a water as I waited.The lobby is beautifully decorated and its cool to know they have a Christmas decorating section. The gym was very nice with a stair climber. As Ms. Jezek became available, she maintained her friendliness and was very down-to-earth. I was originally interested in E floorplan, but there wasnt any available to tour. She showed me the upgraded F floorplan with SS appliances and granite countertops. She explained the differences and comparisons of F to E units. The upgraded F was very nice and almost perfect minus the price.Upon getting back to the office, Ms. Jezek went above and beyond with even explaining some D/C/B floorplans. Sadly, most units have either white or black appliances and its a gamble on which you could receive. I explained to her that my prior apt, San Marin in Austin was an older apt had white appliances that I despise. I just cannot go back to white appliances - they are ugly, outdated, and mines at San Marin felt like they were from the 80s.*Anyways off of that sidenote*Ms. Jezek did not assume that my last apt was low income due to the older appliances. She was very understanding and searched for units that have a newer finish with a right price. Ms. Jezek even showed me the actual unit. The unit was beautiful, spacious, and bright. The attached garage was a real treat.The grounds appeared to be lovely with its foliage, tall trees, and I didnt see any exposing trash littered throughout.Theres somethings Id have to consider such as living near children. I seen children toys at the adjacent unit across from the unit I toured. That was one turn off since I WFM and prefer quietness over loud screams. Another thing is the lack of parking around the unit considering most of them were numbered (reserved). I wasnt much interested in having valet trash service again, had it at Valencia Place in Houston.The apt complex may be older, but the curb appeal is very beautiful. Its in a prime location especially if you shop in CL.Ill have to deliberate further with Ms. Jezek before my final decision.

I toured Armand Bayou with my boyfriend and I loved the scenery of the property. Very peaceful. I keep thinking back to the trees and the scenery when I compare the apartments we have looked at afterwards, and I can just picture myself living at Armand Bayou apartments. We toured with Dylan and he showed us the one bedroom apartment, which I was impressed with being that it was our first apartment tour. Not only was Dylan friendly and knowledgeable, but the apartment itself was very nice including the patio view as well. The apartment we looked at had a garage attached to it too, which is very convenient. So, if youre worried about parking, they got you covered (at least for one car). The apartment area is gated so it gives off a sense of security. Overall, we were satisfied with our tour of Armand Bayou and I am actually hoping that we can call this place our home in the months to come. I’ve lived at The Park at Armand Bayou for a year now and absolutely love it. The grounds are so beautiful and the best well kept I’ve seen in all of clear lake. The nature surrounding the complex is so relaxing. Even with all of the nature I’ve never noticed any issues with the wildlife.I really enjoy the layout of my apartment itself. It is very open and the windows allow tons of natural light.Lastly, the staff has always been so helpful and kind. Maintenance request get done within the day and have always been resolved.I love it here. If you enjoy a beautiful scenery, peace and quiet, and an open layout this is your place!

Enjoy living here. The apartment is very nice. The office staff is always helpful and accommodating. The grounds and landscaping make it feel like a resort. The two pools are very nice and they work very hard to keep them clean and inviting. We also enjoy borrowing the bikes for a ride. I can see how parking can be a problem for some, based on individual apartment location, and it would be nice if they address that issue. The trash situation is not the best either, but that is due more to residence laziness then lack on the part of the staff. We have also had a wonderful experiences with any maintenance issues. I am glad we chose to live here and would recommend it to others.

This is my honest review on The Park at Armand Bayou. We moved in December 2016 and so far so good and decent place to live.Pros: The complex is quiet, clean and the grounds are kept very well. The leasing agents are friendly and professional. I personally like to talk to Kirsti for any questions or concerns. We are to ourselves but the residence here are friendly and welcoming. The maintenance men are friendly and efficient. Any maintenance request Ive made are usually completed that same day. Im not to enthused of the nature center being behind us but I have not had problems with animals . My apartment is decent and the garage access is definitely a plus . The 24hr amenity access is extremely a plus. Im a very private person and love peace and so far this has been a pleasant stay.Cons: The kitchen sinks are not deep enough, it reminds me of home depot demo sinks. The walls are a bit thin in the master bathrooms. For the price we pay I believe the apartment should be a bit more upgraded especially the kitchen and counters. The bedrooms are a bit small on the E plan but the restrooms are massive.My honest review.

We just moved in about a week ago and we’re very happy about our decision. Pros: 1.The service has been great since day 1, Justin is excellent and they seem to have a pretty good team of people here. 2. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. 3. The apartments have a nice layout, new appliances, one covered garage plus one assigned parking spot right in front of our apartment. 4. Pet friendly with walk paths all around the buildings. 5. Clean and quiet. Cons (not really cons): 1. The AC was not working when we moved in, but it got fixed within 24 hours. 2. The apartment we could select from is a bit dark.And that’s it for now, we hope to continue having a good experience here throughout the rest of our stay.

After spending an exhausting amount of time visiting apartments close to my work while being shuffled and hurried by apartment showcase assistants, being attended by Justin from The Park at Armand Bayou was a breath of fresh air.He was extremely patient as he showed us multiple floor plans within my budget and let us revisit a specific floor plan we were interested in a specific location. The inside of every apartment we visited was spotless, what looked like new or barely used appliances, no signs of wear or tear, and beautiful floor plans with a gorgeous view and sunlight.Justin answered all the questions we had and even answered questions we would have asked while also being respectful of our time inside the apartment as we discussed amongst ourselves the feeling of the place. Not only did he show us each apartment floor plan but also spent time showing us around the entire apartment neighborhood and its amenities, which I observed were extremely well taken care of, clean, safe and neighborly.One thing that I cant stress enough is how patient, accommodating, friendly and transparent Justin was throughout the entire process. No rushing, listening to our concerns and answering all of our questions. Justin was extremely professional, and I felt I was in good hands. Even the moments before choosing to sign a lease, he gave us the space we needed to discuss if The Park was going to be my new home. Might I add, this was also at the end of a long day, Im sure for both of us, and Justin still gave us the attention we needed.Before The Park, I thought I had decided on my new home, but I decided to visit The Park and I am so glad I decided to stop by. Im absolutely positive, if it werent for Justins care, I would be choosing to live in a different location. I am positive that The Parks service and quality of care is reflected in Justin, and I cant wait to move in!

I have been living here for 10 years. One downfall is in the summers the small A/C units for the apartments do not cool your apartment. I come home every day and its close to 80 degrees in my place and then it takes hours to get it to a decent temperature. Another down side is you can hear everything that your neighbor is doing. Also beware they have termites that show up every year in May!!! I have had swarms the last 4 Years and management stated there is nothing they can do.A plus is management has always treated me good, the maintenance guys have also helped when needed. I have my own garage so parking is not an issue. People who complain of parking usually fill their garage with junk and then complain they dont have a place to park. There are raccoons around the complex but look where we live close to the bayou!

A great place to live. The grounds are immaculately kept, all of our neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance staff do an incredible job taking care of everything straight away. You can tell the people who run it care about doing things right.I particularly appreciate how frequently upkeep tasks are performed around the property - things such as power washing the outside of the buildings, cleaning people’s doors, repainting sun-damaged areas, etc.- Having a one car garage and a parking spot is nice.- The complex is very quiet and everyone seems respectful.- The interior of our apartment is quite nice and has been upgraded satisfactorily. Nothing exceptional, but not lacking in any way.- We’ve had zero instances of anyone parking in our spot.- There’s lots of wildlife around (particularly raccoons and insects) but when you live next to a bayou, what do you expect? I’ve been enjoying all the nature but those who aren’t so inclined may not care for it. Despite the insects, few get into our apartment and when they do the pest control guy sprays and that takes care of that.- Maintenance normally arrives the day I make a request. Big kudos to them!- The complex pools are kept clean and inviting.Basically, you get what you pay for. It’s a bit costlier to live here but the price is worth it.

The Park at Armand Bayou has been the best apartment that weve lived in by far. We have the A Plan which is a one bedroom, it has plenty of space, a nice layout, large walk in closets, and a large bathroom and kitchen. The best part about living here is definitely the surroundings though, the apartments sit in what seems like a private forest, and all of the grounds are kept up very well. There are places to take our dog out with bags that are supplied and refilled frequently.There are tall ceilings which make it feel very open, although they are pretty hard to reach if you need to clean them. The maintenance staff is all very friendly and will address problems typically on a 1 day timeline.A new manager and some new staff were brought in fairly recently and they have been fantastic! It really seems like they kept their best employees from before and brought in very helpful people. We never have any issues with the office.We have also NEVER seen a roach in our apartment or even our garage which is a small miracle in Texas.The only bad thing is that parking can be a little tight in the evening if you have company or a second car. All apartments come with a garage, but some of the garages do not have space for an extra car in front. If we moved in again, I would make sure to get this because it would be very helpful. There is unnumbered parking around, but you will sometimes have to walk maybe 3-4 minutes. The larger apartments also have a numbered space in addition to the garage so that would also help.Overall, this is a WONDERFUL place to live. Were we not moving to another state, we would definitely stay here!

Loved living at this property our unit was just inside the gate it was so quiet we absolutely loved all of the mature trees on the property. The staff is amazing always handled any questions right away and treated us like neighbors not tenants. We moved from a house so we were not sure what apartment living would be like but our experience was awesome! I would move back here without hesitation if I decide to go back to an apartment.

I have been here over a year and I am very satisfied. The staff is professional. The price (while a tiny bit higher than others) is worth the difference. You get a garage AND a parking place. The apartments are huge. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The maintenance crew? Johnny on the spot, friendly and quick. The most I have waited is one day. Most service calls are next day. The other clientele are nice and respectful. While the roads can be tight and a little confusing and parking is challenging sometimes for visitors, this is the BEST apartment complex in the Bay Area. Many of my neighbors have been here for years.

The Park at Armand Bayou is a beautiful and serene community with a great leasing staff. Ask for Justin. He was my leasing agent when I was looking for an apartment in February. At the time, I was in the process of selling my house. I wanted to secure an apartment that I could move into before closing on the sale. I had researched all the nice apartment communities in the Clear Lake area. The Park was the only community that I believed could satisfy my need to be surrounded by nature. I started a chat session on the community website and I was fortunate to have Justin answer my chat request. He sounded great and we made an appointment for him to show me the community and apartments with the floor plans I liked. It was a pleasant and productive experience after which I signed a lease for the perfect apartment in the perfect location. Justin answered all my questions and assured me that I could change my planned move-in-date, if necessary. I was quite impressed with Justins knowledge and demeanor! To quote another reviewer, he was courteous, polite, warm, friendly, helpful and patient. Hes also very personable, which put me at ease. I felt I was in good hands. Ask for Justin!

Everything here has been great; despite a few minor hiccups. Amy is the best manager you could ask for, and Dillon is always professional and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and safe; although the raccoons are menacing lol. We will definitely miss this place when we decide to buy our house in the next coming year or so. I recommend this community for anyone looking for a quality place to live.

I was very pleased with living at the Park for a year of transition from the northeast. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating, The grounds and facilities are kept in top shape and if there was any repairs needed in your apartment, they would always have them done before I returned from work the next day. It is a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors who are for the most part fellow professionals. I enjoyed the quiet seclusion next to the Armand Bayou Preserve and the Bay Area Park which provided for nice walks and bike rides. Having to sell property in the northeast, buy property in Texas and attend to a new occupational path occupied a lot of my time. I was very happy that everything was always taken care of regarding the housing. In addition, they stayed true to their word and returned my deposit, as the condition of the apartment was the same as when I took possession. It is truly luxury accommodations. I highly recommend the Park @ Armand Bayou.

I just wanted to say how amazing the office staff is at The Park At Armand Bayou. Justin J. has been such a blessing to my family and I. We moved into our apartment in December and it is PERFECT. Justin kept close in contact throughout the whole process from the day of the application until after we moved in. He even called after we moved in to check on things and to ask if we had any questions and how do we like the apartment. I’ve lived many places and never had customer service like this. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family. Justin has been very helpful with any maintenance issues or any questions we have. Justin really has talent and I cannot thank him enough.

We are incredibly eager to move to our apartment in the month of November.This property was of great interest to us due to its great location, spacious floor plan, staff competence, and clean exterior area.My wife and I conducted a thorough search before leasing at The Park and we are pleased to have signed our lease with them.We are very meticulous with the space that we live in, and so far, The Park at Armand Bayou has shown respectable work on maintaining the property. As we wait for our move-in date we expect and know that our unit will be delivered in immaculate condition. I strongly recommend this apartment complex to all. Our unit was delivered in an amazing condition containing mostly brand-new appliances.The complex is peaceful and possesses a remarkable maintenance team (Kudos to Mr. Tino. He is fantastic). The Management team is excellent and does a great job addressing the residents concerns. It is also very admirable to see the consistent landscaping and care offered throughout the complex.The only minor issue that I have observed is that the trash compactor sometimes gets full, causing residents to misplace their garbage. The Park at Armond Bayou.The property along with the two pools are always very clean and well-maintained.The office staff is very professional and have always been very attentive to any of the small issuesthat I have had with my apartment.The maintenance crew is top-notch and always available to address an issue.I moved here in 2000 that was 18 years ago...and Im still here... Great Place !!!

Moved into this apartments July 2019. I must say, they are well constructed and updated. The office staff is awesome. Great customer service and courtesy each time I’ve called. I have enjoyed living here. Definitely recommend. They have valet trash pickup MWF just put it in the curb or out by the garage. All I can say, if you’re looking for a place to call home this is it. A hidden jewel.

I lived here about 2 years and only moved out because we bought a home. The best apartment I’ve lived in. The staff is awesome and the maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. They keep the property super gorgeous all year round. The only downfall was the spiders outside the apartment( could be because I was close to a lot of trees) but no issues within the unit. I highly recommend this complex!

I have lived here for two years and I love it! The staff is super nice and responsive. If there is a maintenance issue, they respond within 24 hours or less. Our a/c went out in the middle of summer so they brought in window units right away to keep us cool until the new unit came in!! They really take care of the buildings, trees, and landscaping to keep it beautiful. It’s a lovely place to live.

Let me start by saying that I am going to be renewing my lease here soon for the 4th year in a row, which should speak for itself as a positive review.Firstly, the place is beautiful and the location is grrag. Trees and gardens surround the perimeter and fill the space between the buildings so that you feel safe and secluded for the streets and neighborhoods nearby while being surrounded by nature. Its right down the street from the Bay Area Park and Armand Bayou Nature Center and the front office lets you check out bikes they have up front if you want to go for a ride!Secondly, the place is clean and maintenance does a wonderful job about picking up trash regularly and taking care of debris plus the people who live here are pretty good about picking up after their dogs which keeps things clean too.Thirdly, maintenance is also great just in general! Anything Ive reporter as broken is fixed well within 24 hours and they go above and beyond.Fourthly, the front office staff is SO nice. They get to know everyone personally and are very accommodating and they take things very seriously when addressing problems.Fifthly, its dog friendly and people are pretty good about picking up after their dogs.I highly recommend this place!!!

The leasing process was smooth, in spite of the fact that we moved in amidst the pandemic. The office staff and the maintenance team are highly professional and prompt. We would like to have a childrens playground inside the complex.

May 2016 Review, The Park at Armand Bayou (mixed feelings)4 star = apartment was good, not super luxurious but nice0 stars = old management and prior employee gave them a bad rep for a while. They used to steal your security deposit and use unethical techniques to do so. No documentation provided other than heres the pics, heres the damage, pay up. What they didnt realize was that they have such turnover at that office that in the 3 years I was there, they replaced the manager and several employees. So no one remembers the deals that were made previously. I will never look at finger companies again, especially the Park at Armand Bayou.-------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE as of June 2017-There is a new manager in there now since I lived there 18 months ago. Had some dealings with her (Amy) regarding my security deposit and issues with prior manager and some lost lease paperwork from the previous regime. She handled the situation in a professional manner and even refunded most of my security deposit. I visited last week to collect my security deposit and it looks like the complex is still well maintained and has some upgrades. I would definitely consider them again if I needed an apartment in the future!! Thanks Amy for turning that place around.

We just moved here and love it so much! The community is quiet and the neighbors we have met so far have been so sweet. The actual apartments inside are clean, updated, and appliances looked brand new! We had one issue with the A/C upon arrival and the office was very prompt in coming out and ordering the parts to fix the problem.

Edited: This is an absolutely beautiful and safe complex. The apartment layout is one of the best we toured in the Clear Lake Area and the location could not be more perfect. A minor complaint about the apartment itself which is no fault of staff, when the upstairs neighbors shower it is soooooo loud. It startled us the first month of living here we nicknamed it the “water wall” because it drains down the wall so loud. It has woken us up many times. I think due to it being an old apartment, but we have never heard anything so loud in any apartment or hotel We’ve been in. Unfortunately, my husband works second shift and this loud pipe issue wakes him up every day when the water drains down. We have had some minor issues living here, but I edited this post and removed what they were because the staff has helped us resolve them each time . The only thing that prevents us from rating it a 5 star is truthfully the lack of insulation the walls have and the price. I don’t feel our experience has met the price we pay each month. But if you’re looking for beauty and safety, you’ll love it here.

The complex is beautiful, so clean, and well maintained & manicured. All the amenities youd ever want, even complimentary gourmet Keurig coffee. They have social gatherings through out the year that really encourage a friendly community too. Its a Great place to live.

Got a 1B/1B starting in November 2016. So far, great reception. Very quiet in the building other than one resident above me who is very, VERY heavy footed. There is a problem with parking because a number of people store their second or third vehicles in guest parking for weeks (or primary vehicles outside of their garage), easily fixed when reported. I have had no problems with any bats, bugs, roaches, or pests of any kind minus the raccoons. Were backed up to a nature preserve and we get MWF trash pick up. If you follow the recommendations and only put out trash in the mornings before 9 on those days there would probably be less opportunity for trash dispersal by said raccoons. However I realize that its the non compliant residents who cause this problem and exasperate it. Front office has never lost any packages, nor have I had any mail issues. I workout in the gym every morning and have not encountered any equipment problems with any of the lifting or cardio machines (I dont watch tv while Im working out so no clue about that). The staff does a community activity (ice cream social, Halloween decor contest etc) about once every two months. The initial, minor problems I had when I first moved in were addressed very quickly by maintenance. I havent had any water pressure or backed up problems. They email you before they come and do their yearly inspection of your apartment so you know if and when someone will be there and they have not tracked in dirt etc. The gate has only malfunctioned once and was fixed within 48 hours. It is also well lit at night in the car areas. Over all, this is one of the nicest places I have lived. Im about 8 various types of leases in mostly apartments and this one has been most worth my money and comfort.

I have to tell you this community is awesome. My wife, my daughter and I got locked out of our apartment this evening ( adjusting to having a garage). It was after normal business hours but luckily Justin was still hard at work. Justin has been awesome since the first time we met him and provided 100% great customer service.

We absolutely LOVE this community! Its tucked away and hidden by all the lush and dense woods and is literally next to Armand Bayou and Bay Area Park. We feel like we are living in a five star resort from how beautiful it is here, all the amenitites, and how well the staff here takes care of us. The management and leasing consultants are more like personal living assistants that will take care of everything you want and need. We can buy a house, but we arent in a hurry because of how fantastic it is to be here! Id give more than five stars if that were an option!

We just became residents here on the 7th and in our former place we didn’t have a garage... like any changes in life there have been some adjustments ..(like remembering not to deadbolt the front door and leave in your husband’s car without the clicker to the garage..) needless to say, it was 50 degree weather and we were locked out with our one year old. The office was closed, but Justin was there working late. He immediately went into action- trying everything to help us get back in promptly. After calling the property Manager, Amy, who was also a huge help... they were able to reach our maintenance man, Rafael, and within minutes he was here to help us get back inside. We’ve lived at multiple complexes and have never been treated so nicely and lived in a community where the office staff was so helpful and genuinely cared. Thank you so much to Justin in the office.

The office staff Amy, Dillion, Krista & Angie are very professional and listen to your concerns as they arise. I have lived here for 6 years on this beautiful property with only minor issues that were fixed extremely quick. It is close to the park/ dog park, bike trails, canoeing & kayaking on the bayou and a hidden gem, Armand Bayou Nature Center. This complex is a small community compared to others around but this is what I appreciate the most. Its mighty with ammenities. I love the mature shady trees, wildlife (birds singing), workout room and two pools. They have courtesy bike rentals and coffee/hot chocolate station for the residence. My favorite: the woody area located around the trees in the center of the property (its so peaceful listening to the breeze).

Such a FABULOUS place to live. I have been living here for 8 yrs and it just gets better and better. Its more than beautiful, so well kept, and clean. The mgmt Amy Baur, is wonderful. The staff Justin, Dillon & Samantha are so nice, friendly, and always helpful. The maintenance, are great too. We have everything you could ever want or need at you finger tips, pools, computer/conference room, printers, fax, copier, 42in TV, workout room available 24/7, complimentary coffee, bottled water, & even a wrapping paper station with everything from paper, boxes, bows & tape for all occasions, and with such class. Its a dream!!! The staff has lots of social parties through out the year that makes for a warm & friendly atmosphere. The BEST of the BEST!!!

When coming to Texas, from Florida knowing nothing of the area, I was able to speak with Amy the property manager and she was able to address concerns I had about the area, ex: schools and area, I was able to check with the police department regarding calls to here and found out they hardly ever called out here, the area is convenient and safe, This property manager and her staff do a amazing job and treat you with professional and respectful service, I have lived her for 5 years and until I buy I will stay, lots of residents have lived here up to 15 years! Thats a amazing reputation The property is very well maintained, I feel safe walking at night, residents are friendly yet do not intrued on each other, very pet friendly pet lovers all through out, , definitely come by and check them out, you wont regret moving here, Kimberly Hatton

My wife and I recently had to exit out of a severely negative situation at another apartment complex in the area. Samantha at the Park at Armand Bayou worked diligently with us to come up with a solution to help us solve our problem. Not only did she help us finding an apartment, she found us the exact one that we had been looking for. We are now in our new home and we are loving it so far. The maintenance staff arrived quickly whenever we put in the minor work orders we had as we moved in. The location is quiet, secluded (which suits us very well) and we are greatly looking forward to our living experience here!
