    My brother moved into a 1 bedroom apartment and of course there were a few minor issues, but the lady that come down from CT, I believe her name is Antonia from the corporate office really took the time out to help us understand my brothers utility bill. Maintenance seemed a bit overwhelmed but they come and fix what ever issue you report, we had to wait longer than expected but they had emergences that required their attention first. The property manager Lashay seems to be a good manager with the property in her best interest. My brother is going to be very happy living here. I give them 5 stars

    Since my first visit everyone has been very helpful and attentive to every tenant here. Not only is the location superb but the staff are awesome. Destiny and Ariana in the office do a great job handling all of the tenants and their needs on a daily.

    I really appreciate the new staff in the office. The ladies before were scamming us for everything. Once the new ladies started you can tell the difference. People are upset, but I honestly think it was for the best. I see them come into the office and give them a really hard time when theyre really doing their job.They are doing what the other staff couldnt, and they are making this apartment complex a better place to be. I thank them so much, because now I can feel safe at my apartment. Ive read the other reviews, and I believe they are false. Every time I come into the office the ladies are welcoming and very caring. I cant wait till they complete the renovations. I know its worth the wait. I will be renewing my lease.

    The new management staff is absolutely amazing. They will work with your situation long as you keep up good communication. Kia, the leasing office manger, is the only person me and my boyfriend have communication with. She is the best and very understanding. Thanks Kia for everything you do for this property!!!!

    The staff in the office is great. The prior staff before really gave me the run around when I wanted to move months ago, but Christina really assisted me with everything. Kia helped me move and gave me all the information on the property. They are a gift from heaven. I really needed this move, and they made everything smooth for me. Thank you guys.

    The new staff in the office is great! They have really showed a lot of improvement, and we really do appreciate them. Kia and Christina have been very helpful with this management transition, and I know they’re going to be a whole lot of new positive changes. We really thank them a lot.

    The new staff is amazing. Christina and Kia are both a breath of fresh air. I really appreciate all their hard work. Since theyve been here, a lot of changes have been made. I know its for the better. The renovations are beautiful, and I cant wait to see the outcome.

    Im really happy with the new personnel in the office. The preceding workers werent doing a great job; its obvious since the new staff took over. Whenever I see the new ladies in their workplace, I treat them well instead of giving them a hard time when theyre doing their job correctly.

    I have been a resident at Casa Blanca for 12 + years. I can truly say that I have found this community to be pleasant and have found it very easy to find and make great friends. This site has gone through a complete face lift since I have been living here. The current management has gone out of its way to be attentive to its residents needs. Located in the middle of the Medical District area, Casa Blanca is one of the very few complexes that continues to grow and remains vital in the neighborhood.     Osmara is a Very nice and patient manager. She can get things done and even when people are mean she is nice to them. Maintenance guys are awesome and they have improved a lot. And I love my coffe that i get from the office in the morning.

    I needed a place after my divorce and the ladies in the office were very understanding and kept me informed every step of the way .I have enjoyed how it’s located to everything close and the neighbors are polite. Very affordable.
