A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Convenience!I moved into at Palms at Cinco Ranch couldnt be happier with my decision. The overall experience has been fantastic, from the beautiful interior design. The unit itself is spacious, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is so good, counter space for cooking and entertaining.The building is well-maintained, with a friendly and professional staff always willing to assist. I’ve also enjoyed the shared amenities, pool and gym, which offer stunning views and a great way to unwind after a long day. Security is top-notch, which gives me peace of mind knowing I’m in a safe environment.Location is another big plus. Palms at Cinco Ranch is ideally situated near restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The neighborhood is peaceful, yet everything you need is just a short way.Overall, I would highly recommend this condominium to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, convenience, and a sense of community. Its truly a great place to call home!

I have been a tenant here at Cinco Ranch for the last 3 years. The two reasons I moved here was because it was close to the high school that my kids go to and the complex has a hot tub. I really enjoy the cleanliness of the property and the residents have become a close community of friend here. The office staff is great to work with very not only knowledgeable about the property but their greatest asset is Tia, she goes above and beyond at the property. Also, the maintenance staff these two guys have been so helpful and careful around my home and the property. Needless to say I will be renewing my lease for sure.

Ive been a residence for the past three years, I must say with New Management Team, after Tia leaving this new team has been beyond awesome, I also must give credit to the Maintenace fellas they are great at what they do. The property has always kept maintained, but the new team are more than helpful, they listen to my concerns whenever I have one and they are patient and always worked with me. I have to say how much that means to me but most importantly, how much I appreciate you all of yall.

I’ve been living here for 3 months and I must tell you it’s a beautiful place to live, my kids are so happy, serene environment, great schools, the leasing office worker Raul and Antoine are amazing, very helpful, very professional. The maintenance team is always at your door at your beck and call, it’s been a pleasant experience and I have no regrets at all.

The community in itself is great! During the time I’ve lived here I’ve not had any issues, bad experiences, or concerns for my safety. The office staff is pleasant however in the 2 years that I’ve lived here there has been a change in the property manager at least 5 times. The only consistent office staff has been Tia. When I toured the community 3 years ago I did that with Kim after which Tia has been the most consistent and familiar point of contact. The most recent guy that has been hired seems to try to be efficient however each time I stop in the office and it’s just him there’s typically a few folks waiting and he is always on the phone. Hopefully they’ll find the right fit for the position soon. Us residents deserve to have friendly familiar face all the time. Thank you Tia for being that person and that face for me these last 2 years during the time I called Palms my home.Update 6/25/24: Welp Tia is now gone and the new property manager is never here😩. The young lady that has been here to help out is extremely helpful and does her best to fill in the gaps of the new absent property manager. Just seems disappointing that we can get consistently here for the amount of money that we pay to live in the community.

I absolutely love the Staff at this location! Everything went so smooth. Tia made the application process easy to navigate through, and the square footage vs. the price is wonderful. I love Tia because she makes everything seem flawless not to mention she is just plain nice and is always willing to go out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable in your decision. The tour she gave me was amazing and she really knew her stuff! She sold me immediately!

This complex is so beautiful, and the price was very affordable compared to whats in the area. I toured with a young lady named Tia she seemed to be very knowledgeable and funny which gave me a good vibe that the office staff was gonna be better than what I experienced in the past places In lived, also Tia was very helpful when telling about the area schools and shopping experience she appeared very professional and sheik the snacks was a plus because I was starving..lol...Thank you Tia for such a great experience. I look forward to a long stay.

Weve lived here for about 4 months now, and have had a few hiccups (nothing major), but the office staff has been very great at getting everything taken care of! Lindsey, Desiree, and Nancy in the office are all super nice and helpful- you all work so well as a team!! There were also some issues with Harvey, but they are still trying to provide and do events for the ones who still live here. Great community! Perfect feel at home community! I think we will be here until we decide to find us a house! Definitely recommended to anyone looking for an apartment!

After researching and visiting many other apartment complexes in the area, Palms at Cinco Ranch was the clear standout! Kim the manager provided outstanding customer service! She was very caring and extremely professional. Kindness is an art in todays world, and she has mastered the art. Kim made me feel more at ease and was veryeasy to talk to. She made sure I was well informed about the property and the process that would need to be done. We have lived in the Palms at Cinco Ranch for 2 years and have loved it. The amenities and surroundings are wonderful and the playground is a great touch for the complex. My favorite part of the Palms is the gym with two separate room options and of course the pool. Its gorgeous and surrounded by tall beautiful palms. The staff is always friendly and are happy to assist you however needed. Prior to covid, the events were so fun! Even since covid, theyve done a great job providing residents with little activities and food trucks/providers out front almost weekly. Definitely a great place to live!

Tons of activities for the residents, movie night at the pool, breakfast for resident first Saturday of every month and much more.BRUNO, my dog, love love going for walks every morning around the property and then going to the office to say hi to all the ladies, they give him so much love everyday. I love living here.

Ive been living here since October. Literately havent had one problem while living here. Its quiet, the ladys at the front are friednly, theyre always celebrating some type of day that gives you food. Just last week kid got off the bus, and they were giving out free pizza. They even had a day where the gave residents free mimosas. Honestly its a very nice apartment with good rates and great customer service.

The past manager (María) was phenomenal. I dont like the current one very much. The facilities are very good, comfortable apartments, the pool needs to be maintained better since the water contains a lot of chlorine. I would give the gym a 4 out of 10. The neighbors are good and the residence is very quiet
