    Ive lived here for over three years, and it has truly been an exceptional experience. The management team is always responsive and professional, ensuring any concerns are addressed promptly. The building is well-maintained, with clean common areas and a sense of community that makes it feel like home.The amenities are excellent, and the location is unbeatable – close to everything you need while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Ive always felt safe and comfortable here, which is so important.

    I lived at One Hermann Place for 2 years, from 2021-2023, which were sincerely some of the best years I have ever spent in Houston.Even while I living away from family, the team at OHP made One Hermann Place feel like a home away from home.- Management is fantastic and all of the concierge team is so helpful and friendly. Special shoutouts to the assistant leasing manager, Jackie, and the concierge, Nabil for always being so lovely and making the environment at One Hermann so positive. I always enjoy running into them both and can count on a friendly word or smile whenever I see any other member of the team.- The amenities: High quality, new, consistently maintained, and enjoyable. Some of my best memories were spent by the pool with friends, with a spacious area to grill. I also never needed to get a gym membership while living there because of how excellent their gym equipment and fitness services were. Another great feature of their amenities is the sky lounge, which was a great place that I looked forward to studying or relaxing in. Whenever I had friends or family visit, they always looked forward to going up to the sky lounge to get a glimpse of the scenic views of downtown Houston and the Medical Center. Additionally, the business lounge downstairs was also a lovely space that I enjoyed spending time in while working from home, since it was incredibly spacious and luxuriously decorated. Plus, the complimentary coffee bar never disappointed!- OHP is literally 10 steps away from Hermann Park, which made me look forward to taking my long walks in the morning or after work in the park everyday. It’s also within walking distance of the zoo, McGovern Centennial Gardens, and pretty much all of the Museums. I never once had to pay for parking at any of those places during the 2 years that I lived at OHP.- The team at OHP also frequently hosted genuinely enjoyable events for residents. All together, this contributed to a connected, welcoming community between the team and residents despite being in the heart of the busy city.- The location of OHP is excellent and conveniently close to the Houston Medical center. It only took me 20 minutes to walk to work every morning at a comfortable pace, and a 5 minute drive (sometimes less).- Further, even though OHP is in central Houston, the safety procedures, security team, and security devices are top notch and always reliable. I NEVER felt unsafe living at OHP, and knew that I wouldn’t have to worry about things like forgetting something in my car or being followed into the garage, which is in distinct contrast to 90% of my experiences going anywhere else in Houston, especially as a woman.- Maintenance was friendly, incredibly prompt, thorough, and effective. I didn’t have many issues with my apartment to begin with, but with the minimal few that came up, I could count on maintenance being there within 24 hours. Sometimes I’d even be caught off guard by how quick they’d be!Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. I can guarantee that your family, property, and safety will be in good hands with the team at One Hermann Place! I had to relocate to a different area due to work but never would have left if it were all up to me.I dearly miss living here and look forward to when I can return.

    I had the pleasure of touring One Hermann Place with Jackie, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! Jackie was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property and its amenities. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel truly welcome.The property itself is stunning, from the modern and spacious apartments to the top-tier amenities like the fitness center, pool, and common areas. The location near Hermann Park is unbeatable, offering a perfect blend of city living and serenity.

    Had a chance to tour this beautiful apartment a few months ago. Let me just start off by saying that it is in the perfect location in Houston literally. The 2 bedrooms are beautiful and upgraded perfectly with shower and tub. Finishes are nice also closet space is spacious as well as room size. The establishment smells amazing, well kept, quiet, and clean.The gym is nice and also has a yoga and cycling room. The person who toured us was outstanding as well. My favorite park is also directly across the street,museums, best Houston hospitals, food spots, hotel zaza nearby(amazing spa inside), walking, and running trails all nearby. Go give them a try.

    I’ve stayed at One Hermann Place several times when visiting family, and it’s always been a great experience. The units are spacious and comfortable, and the gym is well-equipped for a solid workout. The staff is exceptionally friendly and made me feel right at home. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

    Absolutely beautiful apartment community with the most amazing staff! Most of the staff has been here the entire time I’ve lived here (5 years). They truly care about you and it really shows. You can’t beat this location either being directly across from Hermann Park!!

    While exploring Houstons beautiful Hermann Park, we stumbled upon One Hermann Place. Maira graciously gave us a tour of the facilities and model apartment, despite our unplanned visit and her full schedule. She took the time to thoroughly showcase OHPs amenities - which immediately captivated us.Throughout the leasing process, Maira and Jackie provided exceptional service, promptly addressing our questions and alleviating any concerns. While OHP is priced slightly higher than some neighboring properties, the quality and attention to detail are well worth the investment.We cant wait to settle into our new home at One Hermann and take advantage of the wonderful amenities that this community offers. Maira and Jackies outstanding customer service made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend OHP to anyone seeking a luxurious living experience in the heart of Houston.

    I have been living here for about 6 months now and I have nothing but good things to say. The building is in an excellent location being close to Hermann Park, the museum district, and the medical center. The building is always clean and well maintained, and maintenance requests are completed promptly. I love all of the amenities and use the shuttle, gym, and pool often. This is a great apartment for dog owners, as it is one of the only apartment buildings around the area that has a large dog park with real grass and is right across the street from walking trails around Hermann Park. I feel very safe in the building, as all of the doors are locked and there is 24/7 security. All of the staff are kind, helpful, and friendly, and have made my move to Houston seamless. They are amazing and always go out of their way to help me and my family. I could not be happier!

    My husband and I have had a very positive experience at one hermann. The staff are so nice and willing to help with whatever you need. They do such a good job at getting to know you because they care about you..not because they have to! One hermann is in a great location. You can’t get closer to the park. If you have a service/maintenance request, your issue will get resolved incredibly fast. That’s how it’s been for my husband and I since we moved in 10 months ago. The complex is clean, the other residents are very nice and you don’t have to worry about noise at all. I really don’t have any complaints at all! It’s a wonderful place to live. Plus, it is extremely pet friendly!Edit: we’ve lived here for just about two years now and we still absolutely love it. It’s a wonderful place to live!

    Loved my time at One Hermann Place. I lived there for two years while in training. Everyone was so kind. I was a bit nervous to move to Houston coming from the Midwest, but One Hermann Place made this so easy. I worked in the medical center and the shuttle perfect, convenient and a nice way to meet others in the apartment. The complex did a great job with COVID, even going above and beyond with virtual events to keep everyone safe. Any repairs needed (very minimal were needed) were done very quickly without issues. Hermann Park is right across the street. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a wonderful place to live.

    My daughter and I have lived here for over a year now. We love it. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful.The facilities are top notch. There have been no issues with noise etc. from either the pool area or neighbors.Location is perfect, nice for walks around the park, or to the museums or zoo. Really great place to stay with kids!Looking forward to many more years as a resident 😃.

    We absolutely loved our time living at One Hermann Place! If it were not for needing to move closer to work we would have stayed for much longer.Pros:-The staff were incredible and made this place feel like home! Jackie, Antara, Carrie, Nabil, Ram, and all the rest of the team are such warm and helpful people and really set this community apart in the best way.-The quality of the units stood out to us, from the thickness of the walls (never had any noise issues working from home) to the appliances, amenities, and cleanliness. Little extra conveniences like ample bike storage, valet recycling and coffee/snacks downstairs were great to have.-The location right off of Hermann Park is great; close enough to the city to make it convenient to go out and meet friends, but felt like a peaceful little oasis that we could always come home to. Well miss being able to go for long walks in the park and being so close to all the museums.-Safety: this area tends to be very safe in general compared to many other parts of the city, but having a night patrol definitely helped us feel secure here.Cons:-There really are so few cons here, but one thing to be aware of is that the stoves are electric and not gas-Honestly we may have set the bar too high for ourselves by living here, and now we expect this level of quality and service when we shop around for new places to live!

    Right thing it wold be waiting a few more months to write a review correct? But you know when something is so good that you cannot wait to brag about it! Thats One Hermann Place! Weve been living here since January and we simply love it, we felt in love at our first visit, the location is more than perfect, the building is beautiful, the activities are all around and the most important thing weve been looking for since weve moved to Houston, the peace and quiet at your place, we sure have this in here! I can finally have a full and quiet night of sleep without having to wake up 2am in the night because of a disrespectful neighbor! Were all professional working people here, we deserve a good night of sleep. This place is a total win win! And to top everything they have the best employees, from Dylan and all of his help with leasing to my girl Jackie, which has a special place in my heart, let me explain you why. Weve recently had a system error with this past rent payment which cause us lots of headache with our bank, from the moment Ive talked to her she went above and beyond to solve our problem as promptly as possible, the girl worked her magic and she was able to solve our ordeal and bring us some peace of mind at a record time, I wont lie, I bugged her a lot cause I was going crazy with the situation, but she was always so friendly and professional, always telling me she was taking care of the situation, and she sure was! Jackie, I cant thank you enough, please keep on being that bubbly energetic person and keep on rocking at everything you do!To summarize it all, if you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, lots of fun activities and having the best customer service oriented people, look no further, One Hermann Place is your new home! Were so happy we live here!

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about the One Hermann Place team. Jacqueline goes above and beyond to be helpful and always has a positive and upbeat energy. The Concierge team, including Nabil and Fadi, is always kind and ready to provide assistance. Ive had wonderful conversations with Nabil, and it is clear that he truly takes pride in his job and that he genuinely cares about people. The property is beautiful and well maintained, always clean, and the maintenance team is fantastic.

    My stay at One Hermann Place so far has been amazing! Im one of the first residents to live here since the grand opening and Im glad Im able to call this place home. The staff, location, resident events, and security is worth every penny I guarantee it. The leasing office treats you like family Ive never felt ignored or disrespected in any way. When you come here make sure you ask for Jackie shes very professional and will breakdown every detail to why One Hermann Place beats the surrounding apartments.

    I have lived at OHP for five and a half years. It is home to me. Each time my lease is up for renewal I look around the city and there are many choices some newer and more attractive decor however; after looking at all the options I remain here at OHP. Reason being it is a very comfortable place to live with an excellent staff, they are like family to me.

    If I could afford the One Hermann Place rates, I would totally live there. The complex is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. Jackie in particular has been super helpful every time I come by. She is the perfect combination of professional and witty, and is a joy to work with. All of the residents adore Jackie and have developed personal relationships with her. She is seriously awesome at her job. Chasity is great as well, she is super helpful and knowledgable about the complex. 5/5 stars!!!

    My long search for a new place to call home came to an end after visiting One Hermann Place, the leasing agent I worked with Jackie was very helpful and was professional through out the entire tour. Every resident was happy to see her and smiled which showd me what type of customer service and care they offered to the property! After looking at a few units and the amenities she was getting an idea of exactly what I was looking for Jackie showed me a unit that was a great fit for me! That day I looked at a few different properties but nothing compared to the luxury and price that One Hermann Place had to offer! From the moment of looking at the unit and moving in (2 weeks now) the staff and concierge have been GREAT! Very Happy with my choice!!

    The staff is absolutely amazing, from the concierge service to all the wonderful people at the leasing office. The location is so convenient, and there are so many restaurants nearby. Great bonus is that I am right across the street from Hermann Park. Best place to live ever!

    We have lived at One Hermann Place for two months. Our leasing, move-in and occupancy experiences have been perfect without exception. Management, leasing and maintenance provide a seamless and accessible availability unheard of in the Covid era. We have lived in several apartments some great, some not. One Hermann is at the top.This is a new (construction completed ~ 2017) building in a terrific location. A few steps to access the Museum District, Hermann Park, Houston Zoo, Miller Theatre, Texas Medical Center and Metro provide unparalleled value. Cost, of course, is a relative concept. We moved back to Houston from Santa Monica, CA and are thrilled with our rent.Amenities include pool, community kitchen and grills, gym, spinning/yoga, conference room, delivery cubicles, social area and more. Appliances are of outstanding quality, capacity and design. Bathrooms are unmatched in my experience.This review is becoming embarrassing. If I have one suggestion, it is that management provide a manual on the HVAC thermostat-setting protocols. That is literally the only thing I might add. Maybe I’m just old and everyone else in the world knows how the thermostat works. I am not an owner (wish I were), family member or otherwise connected to this property. It is just a great place to live.
