    We’ve been living here for a few months now and have not had any issues so far. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they get things done when we put in maintenance work orders. The property itself is close to everything from restaurants to activities to the downtown area. I would recommend living here. It’s a Greystar community so it’s very well maintained- you can put your trust in this apartment complex and make it your next home.

    I have been reasonably satisfied living at this location. All services are handled adequately from pest control to maintenance issues. Sean the leasing guy is great. For the price I think it is well worth it.

    Everyone from Oltera are so friendly and always there to help. It is hood community with lot of good areas accessible within 10/15 mins of driving distance. The newly renewed apartments. I would recommend this to my friends.

    Oltera is a great place to live, I have truly enjoyed my time there. Sean and Grant have been so helpful from the beginning. They are very responsive and always have a smile on their face. Living here was close to downtown which I loved!! Maintenance was great too, I didn’t have much maintenance issues but 1 and they were super quick to fix it. I would recommend somebody to live here and wish I could have stayed!

    This apartment complex has been wonderful and I look forward to my second year in this community. Its reasonably priced, great amenities, modernized units, safe (regardless of where its located lol), prime location if youre looking to be close to DT and lots of food options on the east side, and the staff is amazing.

    We love the apartment! The entire apartment has been renovated and is very modern and clean. Washer and dryer are included, plus the trash and package delivery services are so helpful and convenient.So far, it has been extremely quiet and feels family friendly with our toddler. Also very dog friendly with a great dog park. The pool is awesome and I can see how it may be the place to be in the summer.Location is also great with an H‑E‑B less than 5 minutes away. Also, quick access to the airport and downtown.*just a recent update….our AC went out at 12am on a weekend. I was at work, but my husband was home with our pups and two year old. He called the emergency maintenance number and someone showed up within one hour!! With a portable AC…as well as a temporary fix to the nest AC. They had someone fix the problem definitively this morning by 10am.Maybe it’s such a new construction and they’re setting a high bar….but I love the neighbors, community, amenities (they take your trash out every night)! The pool is such an unhidden gem. Party feel but also very family friendly with a beach entry. We just hope new tenants can take care of it all!

    So after an extensive look around Austin, and the surrounding area, we settled on Oltera in SoEast. Im so glad we did. The location, the staff, the apartment home; so much to be thankful for. We both travel a lot and were so close to the airport. (Made it in less than 10 minutes at 5:30pm on a Friday no less.) Theres a HEB nearby, and were just a few minutes from downtown. Even our dog love the HUGE dog park and pet wash station. 10/10 recommend.

    The entire team here is pretty solid. Upgraded all appliances, new paved roads look beautiful, the pool is immaculate. The staff is fast at responding to absolutely everything. If you have a dog this place is for you. The complex has 2 dog parks and plenty of open room to exercise. The price and the proximity to downtown and other Austin attractions is the reason I’m here and probably resign.

    I cant say enough great things about this. The property management is stunning. They answer every question, help with every issue and communicate clearly with all of the residents.Any issue Ive had with the complex was addressed quickly and fixed within a day or two. Needing new credentials to open doors, I get a response in a few hours.If it wasnt for my job I would definitely release with Oltera and strongly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

    So far, so good. Im loving the updated apartments. My friends and I have taken advantage of the huge pool. Theyve got grills in the pool area and TVs in the cabanas. They just resurfaced the parking lot too which was a huge improvement.

    Love my apartment. People are choosing to complain when they signed up to live in a space that wasnt completely built, knowing that there was a risk for delays. They were very transparent during the leasing process and were very helpful throughout the whole process and my new space is great. Still waiting for management to fix some minor things that come with moving into a new build, but overall very pleased

    Thanks to the team at Oltera in SoEast for making my transition to Austin SO easy! Grant and Sean have been so welcoming and made the whole move-in process seamless. The location is really great and my apartment is now home. Also, the maintenance team has always been quick to fix anything that Ive had an issue with. Shoutout to Jonathan!

    Most of the negative reviews I see on here are from the previous apts mgmt./complex (The connection). Greystar (the new/current mgmt.) came in and tore the whole thing down and renovated it so now it is a new complex with amazing amenities! Special shout out to Martin & Jonathan, they are the most kind/effective maintenance team Ive ever encountered! Martin came in and fixed my issue sooner than expected!
