    I love living at Nexus! This is actually a great apartment complex. I’ve lived in San Antonio, Kyle, San Marcos, and now here. This is one of the nicest apartments I’ve lived at, honestly! I love the floor space plan, that ALL of the flooring is wood (other apartments told me this was impossible, but ha, nexus proved you wrong.) I sometimes do hear the people upstairs but let’s be honest, if you live first floor or second floor at ANY apartment complex, you’re going to hear the neighbors.I did get my car stolen, but of course, I recognize that I didn’t lock my own car and left the keys inside. Like duh, what would’ve happened. Hopefully the police found my car a few neighborhoods down. But I feel like you could get your car stolen anywhere in south austin. but nonetheless, the gates are fixed now, the pool is beautiful, i love the events they throw every month, (my dog even won pet of the month perioddd), and i love all the greenery there is here for my doggy! Also, I live in a two-bedroom by myself and can afford it. It’s very affordable and they’re VERY nice apartments.

They truly made the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. The events they planned for residents were so much fun and really made the community feel like home. The amenities are top-notch and well-maintained, making life here comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!”

    Loved living here for 2 years! I moved out of state. I had a garage so I didn’t have the parking issues everyone seems to talk about here.Management is great and maintenance responsive :)

    I’ve lived here for almost a year now and overall I’m very happy with the location and comfort of my home. I don’t hear any of my neighbors through my walls — maybe I’m lucky but I am third floor but also between two units.Maintenance is awesome! I never had an issue and whenever I needed something fixed or looked at it has always been taken care of. Staff in the office is also friendly, although I don’t mingle much, I never had a bad experience.The only con is the parking. I don’t think whoever designed the complex thought about each unit needing a 2 car minimum parking space when creating them and everything is almost always full (carports included). If you work late or overnights it will be difficult to find something close to your unit and that is something that only knocking down garages or removing some grass spaces will fix. Towing does remove nonresidents, so that’s not the issue, there’s just not enough space.Lastly, it’s also just me so I think for a single person it’s really a great space and I never feel unsafe. I’ve lived in sketchy places in and around Austin but so far so good here :)Bonus: I love when they hold special and fun events for the residents.

    The staff have been very accommodating to me and my family they’ve helped us get thru some tough times. They have treated us with nothing but kindness and respect. Plus the coffee bar is always a plus!!!

    I lived here for 2 years and had a really great experience the whole time. It’s a very comfortable and active community (also very pet friendly) which was a really nice environment to be around. The maintenance team and office staff were always super helpful and I never had any complaints with either.The only issues were that parking can get very limited at night and the front gate would get frequently damaged.All around it’s a community that I would definitely recommend for anyone interested in the area!

    Excellent experience living here! I lived at Nexus for a little over a year, and would’ve stayed if I had not been relocated by my job. Maintenance requests were always taken care of in a timely manner, office was friendly and very helpful, and overall no issues with the property.Only issues I did have were parking and the gates to the property. Once I bought a reserved spot, it was great! Gates were only functioning for a collective 6 weeks while living here. If I returned to Austin I would definitely consider Nexus as a place to live again!

    As an apartment locator I am extremely observant when touring new communities to make sure my clients are getting the best possible experience! Heather answered all my questions in a professional and positive way and made our tour so enjoyable! My client applied the same day! Clean, affordable and amazing service!     Although I do not officially move into my unit until next month, the staff was very accommodating when we asked to use their awesome amenities for a pool party with friends. The pool is beautiful and has grills, a volleyball court, and a pickle ball court along with sand bags. It was a great way to celebrate a birthday! So far the staff has been very quick with communication and our application process. Joselyn is our awesome leasing agent the the property manager (I have not gotten her name yet) is beyond great!

    Amazing experience! My husband and I were a little needy throughout the leasing process due to a tight move schedule. However, the leasing team was always so quick to help and super nice throughout everything. It never felt like we were being dismissed or ignored. Nichole runs an amazing team, who helped make our move-in as smooth as possible. You can really tell that the office actually cares about their residents and takes pride in their community. And the apartment is gorgeous!!! From the amenities to the grounds to the actual apartment, the entire community well exceeded our expectations. Everything is cleanly, well-kept, and sparkling. We are completely in love with Nexus at Goodnight Ranch!

    If I could give this place more stars I would !!! The facility looks great and well kept. Heather C helped us find the best apartment that suited us and was available to answer any questions we had with a smile on her face. She was so helpful and welcoming and very confident when it came to the tour, which made us more comfortable with our decision. Everything was updated and looked great I would definitely recommend this place to others!

    Came to tour with my partner and LOVED how attentive, professional, and helpful Heather was. She accommodated every need we had, answered every question and made it so clear that she is here to help and find the best home.     As an apartment locator, I meet leasing staff all the time and get to tour many types of properties. As someone in customer service (barista, server, bartender, bar manager, etc) for 17 years, Im harder to impress and Heather was incredible. I didnt have to do anything while on tour with a client. There are times when I might need to interject or help sell a property but I did NOTHING on this tour but sit back. Well informed, understood the community, my clients needs and addressed everything with a smile.

    I cannot rave enough about how great the entire team has been during the leasing/move in process. Moving can be stressful but the team at Nexus Goodnight Ranch has made it anything but and made my move from out of town a breeze. I highly recommend leasing here!

    New resident..after visiting a few other complexes and then visiting here it was a no brainer. Complex is beautiful and grounds are kept up. The whole process of coming in for a tour and signing was easy and painless. Heather was just simply amazing, super nice, and very informative. Her willingness to help and answer questions drove this home for me. Cant wait to move in to my new apartment. Kudos to Heather for being amazing at her job and just making the process so easy and stress free.

    I moved to Austin from Atlanta and selected this community without evening visiting in person. I give my experience a 5 out of 5 so far. Ive lived here since July 2023. Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful and professional, it really makes living here the best choice I couldve ever made. Any issues that I ever have, the office team is always so quick to resolve them and thats what makes this community the perfect place. My only recommendation is if cars revving their engines all day and night bother you, then avoid Building 1 as it faces the main road, other than that, I love this community.

    Loved living here! The apartment was great and so were the amenities. The staff is also always very friendly and kind. The only downside is that some residents aren’t the best at picking up their dog poop. But other than that, great place.

    I don’t understand why the ratings are so low. This complex is far better than any others we looked at and the experience after leasing has been awesome. Heather, Jocelyn, and the maintenance crew are the stars of this show. They have been nothing but extremely helpful and attentive to all of our leasing needs. You won’t regret moving here!Oh yeah.. and you get free nitro coffee on tap!

    I absolutely love it here at Nexus Goodnight Ranch!! Everything is BRAND NEW, CLEAN, and SAFE!!! The floor plans are extremely spacious and the stylings are perfect! I feel at home already after 3 weeks of living here. The resident appreciation and friendliness of the entire staff cannot be understated. Everyone is amazing! Maintenance is timely and friendly. Heather who helped me sign my lease is the absolute best as well. I highly recommend this complex if you are new to the area as well as there are a lot of stores within 5 minutes. 10/5 stars. LOVE IT!

    Absolutely love the management staff! Shannon is ON IT! I just moved in today and one of the step was loose at the bottom of the stairs. I let her know and she shut the staircase down immediately to have it fixed. She truly cares about the safety of her residents. Cant wait to make memories at this lovely place :)

    My husband and I were looking to move to the area and came across this amazing property. The apartments are open, spacious and very modern. The fact that they are pet friendly is also a huge plus since we love our dogs so much. Also, the bathrooms are to die for with space! I could go on and on and I’m only sad that the move ended up not happening for us.

    I’ve been living at nexus for 6 months and honestly it’s been really solid. Heather in the front office has been super helpful, kind, and genuine which is a big reason I wanted to move here in the first place. It’s quiet, safe, and I just enjoy being here overall.

    Update: Since Google wont let me take this down... The office manager did end up calling me to apologize for what happened and told me they were going to work on their communication. Ive been a tenant at many other places and have never seen a place care this much about making things right so Im excited to tour the property in person.I had a virtual tour set up for today. The first lady we spoke to was very nice. I believe her name was Heather. Since the connection was really bad, Heather ended up sending us pictures of the floorplan and said she was going to call us right after she was done. We didnt receive a call from her for a while, so we ended up calling the leasing office again. Some other lady picked up, I wish I got her name, but she was extremely rude. When we told her we were doing a tour with Heather and never received a call back, she snapped at us and said Heather was busy and she could answer questions. She was short with us, was unprofessional, and we felt like we were bothering her by asking questions. It felt like she was annoyed talking with us and it honestly it was uncomfortable. I hope she was just having a bad day and doesnt always treat potential renters like this.

    My husband and I were searching all over the neighborhood when we found Nexus! We came in and there was literallly no furniture and the manager was working from the floor. Heather virtually toured us and Shannon was very welcoming as well . The apartment we saw was perfect for our furniture and they offered 2 different finishes that work well with our decor. Urgen we moved in, our apartment was clean and ready and we could not be happier. They work with us when we need anything and they are always happy in the office. The pool is small but just right for the people who live here. We are excited about grilling and using the patio by the office.

    I visited this property while interviewing in Austin. I was blown away by how beautiful and large the apartments are. OMG everything is bigger in Texas! Even the people… we were greeted by a big Texas hello that made me feel like I was coming home at Christmas! If I do get this job, not only is Austin my new home but so is this place! Thanks Shannon for a great tour and a great start to my new life!

    My family and I relocated to Austin a couple days ago and we had to do apartment hunting remotely. That includes not being able to tour the apartment in person because I was all the way in Washington State. Heather and Joselyn were extremely helpful throughout this entire process from start to beginning. Whenever I needed assistance, they were quick with their responses. Upon move in, the made everything as quick as possible since we were fresh from a three day car ride with extremely cranky kids. The units are GORGEOUS and very up-to-date; well worth the price tag. Floors are also not hollow so my two year old can jump all she wants and not make a noise (we are in the ground floor, so no disturbing neighbors). Highly recommend Nexus! Bonus: you’re 5 minutes away from all your grocery shopping!

    I loved the community, the office staff, the floor plan, the amenities, just everything was a vibe so I leased the same day! They were closed and everything due to a resident appreciation but they accommodated my family and I and it felt like home. I haven’t moved in yet though!!
