    I only toured here and recently submitted an application, however the leasing agents were very professional, welcoming, & understanding. From what I was able to see, the amenities were well-maintained, hallways are hallways so that’s not a major concern of mine.

    I’ve lived at the property for two years and I’ll have to say .. the management that has taken over office has definitely elevated this community. They pay attention to detail and control what’s controllable to the best of their abilities. I recently had an issue with plumbing and instead of brushing off my concerns they thoroughly did everything in their power to address the issue and my concerns directly. Due to great attention to detail I will be resigning for another year of leasing. Thank you so much for showing how different you can make someone feel just by caring !

    My experience has been blissful thus far. They staff has been very helpful and inviting. My place is gorgeous, and they have more Squar footage per dollar the the competition in the area. And the Olympic length pool is right up my alley. If you are looking for a spot, I definitely recommend Nantucket at Fannin. And ask for Monae, she is the best!

    The new management team here is amazing! They truly care about giving us a full luxury experience! I’ve been here almost a year and MS. TONICE AND HER TEAM GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! I will definitely be sign on again for my next lease! They truly have been great! From being on top of small maintenance issues to loud neighbors or lease violations! They are always on top of the comfort of our stay at Nantucket!

She has consistently been responsive, friendly, and dedicated to creating a welcoming community for all residents. The management team is amazing as a whole ,whether its addressing maintenance requests promptly or organizing community events they go above and beyond to ensure we feel home.     Since our new staff has taken over (Tonice, Brandy, and Jovana) they have been the best I have seen at this property thus far. Always friendly and available when assistance is asked and/or needed. The Nantucket Team is always having such great activities for the residence. I was in the process of leaving the property and because of the wonderful treatment that has been given from them I have decided to lease another year.If they leave I will ask to be released from my lease.

    I want too shout out Tonice, our manager, for going above and beyond bringing my grocery cart upstairs for me! She is amazing and doesn’t hesitate to do what needs to be done. A+ rating! Also, Ali, head of maintenance, and his great crew, immediately rushed to help during Hurricane Beryl, replacing my refrigerator, and doing odd jobs for me. I feel so lucky to have these unbelievable bunch of human beings, who get going when the going gets tough!! Thank you one and all! 🙏🌈🥰

    I just wanna say Nantucket at Fannin station is a great apartment community to call home, first when I Toured I was welcomed with smiles and refreshments by the leasing office. Everyone was so pleasant to me from the leasing agents to the managers. I was even introduced to the Maintenance supervisor who kept the property running smoothly. The building is well kept and clean. They offered me a special I could not pass up. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with them and I’m be leasing with them. If you are wondering if you should tour them. My answer is yes.

    I love it here. When I first came in for an initial tour I met Miss Tammy she gave me a really detailed tour and answered any questions that I had. She also guided me through my application process and with her help my move in process went very smooth. I moved in during the last weeks of July. Since I’ve been here I haven’t had any problems everyone is nice and Miss Tammy makes sure to set up different events from food trucks to give aways. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10!!!!

    I moved in early June and so far have enjoyed my experience here at Nantucket at Fannin Station. I love the location and the area that I’m in because it peaceful here. I really enjoy all the amenities this property provides. I also love that every unit comes with a washer and dryer. Tammy is the best , she is so kind and extremely helpful. I definitely would recommend moving here; it is really a good place to live. 10/10 I would recommend!

    Im relocating from out of town to Houston. I stopped by here and really loved the place! The office staff was very friendly made you feel welcomed. I really appreciate management’s time and attention that was given to answer all of my questions.I’d also like to add that my close friend lives here and she has stated that she’s had no issues here so far. She really enjoys it and hasn’t had a single problem with any of the tenants or office.It’s conveniently close to everything with transportation at your fingertips. Overall looks like a great place to live and highly recommended! It was at the top of my list to check out and I am glad I did.

    For as long as I’ve been here, any concerns that I may have had are always answered or solved by the office staff. I came here specifically to give Mr.Ali, the lead maintenance here a 10/10. I had an emergency with my washing machine. He came same day, in a timely manner, and was extremely professional. I’ve lived in two other places and never felt more like home.

    I recently moved to this community after relocation from Florida. Tammy was consistent in calling me every time rates went down until it was within my range. I was promised a move in incentive which I received on time and as promised. There were a few hiccups with my move in, but the office staff was nothing but helpful. The property manager Natalie has been such a blessing. Words cant even describe how grateful I am of her. She has been helpful and kind. This property does not mind working with you if something comes up. Communication is KEY with this office staff.My unit is spacious. I have a great view of downtown and NRG stadium. Noise level is low, but Im on the 4th floor so maybe thats why. Maintenance is FAST. Work orders are completed next business day. A note is always left to let you know they entered your unit. Housekeeping keeps the elevators and rent office clean. However, apartment breezeways can use a pressure cleaning.Overall, the apartment complex is nice and I feel safe having just moved here from another state. I would recommend this complex.

    I moved into these apartments back in 2020. They were my first apartments. I honestly fell in love with these apartments. I paid my rent and mind my business. Really dont have anything bad to say about the office people because I paid my rent on time and stayed out their way. They have plenty of parking but if you want to park near the apartments, good luck. Their maintenance request were done very very fast. Its more good things than bad things on my end regarding these apts. Now the bad things, well I blame the tenants there. They dont clean after themselves! The hallways be dirty because people litter instead of throwing stuff away in the chute. The elevators either have trash in them or pee from their dogs. Overall the tenants has to keep their home up to par. Regarding the pool, ppl leave trash around and it looks real bad the next day. If the pool gets trashed, the pool will stay closed for like 2 months. So take care of the pool area if you decide to live here.I will miss these apts since theyre close to everything! Good luck.

    I have lived here for only one month but so far the office team has been great, Tammy, Natalie and Gabbie have been helpful and available. I havent had any events of cat issues or felt any threat to my safety or welfare. The apartment is perfect for me and the location is too as I work in TMC.Enjoying everything so far.

    Ive lived at Nantucket now going on 3 years and Natalie, Tammy, and Gabby are amazing! Maintenance has always been very quick in responding to any issues I may have and cleaning up after the leave! (Not a lot of people clean up afterwards) If youre looking for a place to stay with Leasing office staff that cares look no further!

The complex is very well maintained with great amenities to include to their beautiful apartments. This is a great place to live over all.

    I moved in to these apartments in February of 2021 and couldn’t have been happier! The staff is so nice, the community is amazing and it’s such a quick drive into the city. Maintenance is very fast and the trash removal service makes life so much easier, especially on the third flood! So happy I made the decision to move in here - only complaint is they are hard to reach via phone, so I always had to go by the office. No longer living here but still a great place to live!

    I would like to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the exceptional assistance provided by Ali Acosta, the maintenance technician. Ali has proven to be an invaluable asset in resolving several critical issues in my apartment.Recently, I encountered a water leak in the water heater room that resulted in black mold growth. Alis response was swift and efficient, as he promptly fixed the leak outside of regular working hours. Impressively, he had a skilled crew ready to repair the affected drywall and molding the very next business day. This proactive approach ensured that the problem was addressed promptly, minimizing any inconvenience I might have faced.Moreover, I encountered an issue with my AC unit failing to cool properly over the weekend. Ali went above and beyond by not only adding Freon to rectify the immediate problem but also taking the time to explain the underlying issue to me. He even offered his availability for any further concerns that might arise over the weekend, ensuring my comfort and peace of mind. Alis dedication to customer service was truly remarkable.To my delight, Ali followed up with me the following week and noticed that the AC unit was still not performing optimally. Without delay, he took the initiative to order the necessary parts to address the problem effectively. Since Ali completed the repairs, I have not encountered any further issues, and the AC unit has been functioning properly. It is evident that Alis expertise and commitment to resolving maintenance concerns are unparalleled.In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough how Ali Acosta has surpassed my expectations as a maintenance technician at this apartment complex. His exceptional skills, timely response, and willingness to go the extra mile have made a significant difference in my living experience. Alis dedication to ensuring residence comfort and satisfaction is truly commendable. In my opinion, Ali is hands down the best maintenance technician that this apartment complex has ever had. I have lived here for almost 6 years and truly appreciate finally having a reliable and competent professional for all of my maintenance needs.Thank you, Ali, for your outstanding service and devotion to all of the residence in this community!

    The office staff are awesome, kind, and very helpful. We worked closely with the leasing agent during move in and other things, and she was always advocating for us. Maintenance was very quick to resolve things. I would recommend these apartments to anyone moving to the area.

    The maintenance team is amazing! Always show up soon after filing a request online and come prepared to take the problem seriously. The customer service is amazing and even responded to an emergency request filed at 9pm on New Years Eve!

    My experience has been good so far. My main concern was safety and I feel very safe with the location and the security on the property. Monae helped me through the entire process and help me with any questions or concerns. I had a recent loss in my family and monae made sure to ask how I was doing even when she was calling to go over the move in process. The property is beautiful.the only thing I would say is it’s sometimes hard to get in contact with the office the phone call would ring busy or it may seem like it’s not in service… so far all the staff I spoke with has been very helpful and Tammy in the office was a huge help with helping me move in as well.

    I just have to shout out maintenance Ali, he is always so friendly and happy and when I put in request he comes same day sometimes just 2 hours after I’ve made the request, and if he notices something else wrong he will put in a ticket himself and fix it right away. I hope they know how much they are appreciated, also a shout out to Matilde who keeps the office, hallways and elevator clean and smelling so fresh!

    We’ve been living here since August and have been loving it! The community is very nice, gym is big and spacious, and the leasing agents are very sweet.     I lived here for many years, and this was a great complex. Whenever I submitted a work request, they would attend to it either the same or next business day. The best experience I must say is that the staff was very pleasant especially the leasing agent Linh Tran. If you ever need any assistance or would like to view the property, please request her. She is the absolute best, and you will not regret it! :)

    Being a resident at Nantucket since 2017, Ive experience a lot in the turn over of the management team. I can honestly say that when there is a need, Tammy (leasing asst) and Ali (maintenance mgr) are johnny on the spot.. Natalie (manager) is a woman of her word and her team do what they can to see that I am taken care of. As long as the complex stays clean and clear of the rift raft and safety is a priority, Im good.

    I’ve had an exceptional experience with the staff at Nantucket at Fannin Station. Special attention to Angie! She made my move from 8 hours away feel like I was moving down the street. My apartment was exceptionally clean and ready to unpack and relax. The grounds were very clean and the residents are pretty cool as well. I most definitely recommend this location.     I have lived here for 8 months and love it here and have no complaints thus far. I will say the amenities are amazing! The gym, pool, grills, and courtyards are always clean and nice. The staff is amazing after only two weeks they knew us by name, and they are incredibly nice and respectful.

    I gave 4 stars because I dont want to get give too much of a high expectation because my experience living at RAF might not be the same as someone elses. Also, there is always room for improvement with any business. I really appreciated my time at RAF.Staff: From touring the apartments to moving out, the staff has always been very warm, professional, and helpful. They worked with me through a number of different situations that I experienced. Maintenance requests were easy to put in and were completed in a timely manner. Maintenance staff were also very helpful and were often seen around the apartments working throughout the day.Location: If you work in the Med Center, these apartment have a PERFECT location. They are also right down the street from the metro rail. For shopping, Pearland is about 10 minutes down the street and has all of the stores that you could ever need. The Galleria and all of the shopping located in that area is only about 20 minutes away.Property/Unit: The property is very nice. I never had a serious issue with parking but it does fill up very quickly. If I ever had a problem with parking on my side of the complex, I easy found a spot on the other side of the complex but lazy me does not like to have to walk from the other side (personal problems). If you have guests, the guest spots also fill up very quickly. If you are looking for a new modern apartment, this is the place to be. I was able to move into a new unit and I loved it. From the stainless steel appliances to the garden bathtub, to the water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator, I often felt a little spoiled with all that the apartment had to offer.Amenities: I LOVED the amenities at that the apartments had to offer. One of the main things that I really liked was the online community portal. When Hurricane Harvey hit, there were many neighbors that were constantly on the portal checking up on others, giving updates about road conditions and stores statuses, and offering any type of support. The sense of community here is AMAZING! I also really like the convenience of having elevators. I also loved the frequenting the community clubhouse for the free coffee! Although I never attended any events, I loved that RAF hosted many events to build community. Another amenity that I utilized was the gym and the fitness classes that they hosted. The classes were great! I also appreciated having a trash room on the floor.Issues with the apartments: Although I LOVED my time here an appreciated it, I did experience a few issues. Like I stated before, parking does fill up quickly.Because the apartments are located near a wood line, another issue that I had was bugs. When I first moved into my unit, there were a few dead bugs on the floor. But, I am very afraid of bugs so I sprayed my apartment with home Defense (which you can find a Lowes) and anytime I encountered a bug, it was already dead (I only sprayed one time throughout the six months I was there). So yes while there are bugs, if you do your part and keep your apartment clean a sprayed, they should not be that much of a problem. And yes, you an always put in a maintenance request for them to spray as well.Another issue that I encountered was certain neighbors not taking care of the property. There were many times where neighbors would leave their trash in the trashroom (instead of putting it in the shoot) or in various places around the property. This was not only disgusting, but it attracts more bugs. I do not fault the apartments for my neighbors not taking pride in their place of residence. I just wish there could have been more accountability for people who do not care about the state of the apartments.My last issue with the apartments was that my hot water only lasted for about 17 minutes (yes I timed it once). I love hot showers and I was really sad that they could not last just a little longer.With all of that being said, yes I enjoyed my time at RAF,I would definitely recommend it, and yes I would live here again!

    I have been living here from past 9 months and I havent had any problem so far except the insects in summer but whenever I ask them to spray my apartment it gets done. Everyone at the leasing office is really nice especially jessy, she very helpful and honest. Sidney is also very helful in every way possible.

    Beautiful, spacious complex! Great office staff! After 2 weeks of waiting for approval from another complex, I came here in received an approval in 5 minutes. Jessie was very helpful and patient in assisting me to find to perfect unit for me, allowing me to come in and view the same units multiple times being I was indecisive. Even after moving in the ENTIRE staff continues to be friendly and helpful in regardless to any problems. Cant say the same about others places Ive been so I really am pleased by this.

    I needed to find an apartment very quickly and Linh was so helpful! I live over 3 hours away and wasnt able to have an in person tour but Linh was able to send me videos and photos of the specific unit I was interested in. She answered all my questions and was very helpful during my moving process. I need to live close to the medical center since I work in the medical field and this is a perfect location. Linh also made sure my apartment was ready for me once I moved in and was quickly able to correct any issues or concerns I had. Very happy with my new apartment!

    Just move in recently and enjoying the apartment amenities, layout and staff and plus its right off the rail besides the cons being that i have horrible phone service in the area, no stores around and road to enter the gate tears up your car and wish there could be more storage space in the apartment instead of having the water heater taking up a closet space.

    There are so many reasons I love living here. The location is GREAT! My home is beautiful and modern with every amenity I could ask for. We have the option of paying online, but when I do visit the office everyone is so nice and helpful.
