I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a month now, and it has been an amazing experience! The office staff is very friendly. The amenities are well-maintained and very clean, including a fantastic coworking space that’s perfect for remote work. For EV owners like myself, the availability of four chargers is a huge plus—theyre almost always accessible, making charging super convenient. The complex itself is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature. My apartment has a stunning balcony view overlooking the woods, which adds to the serene atmosphere. Another highlight is the outdoor amenities, including hiking trails and a dog park, making it a great place for both nature lovers and pet owners. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Ive lived at Nalle Woods for four years now. As a local business owner and full-time psychology student my recharge time matters the most. I can walk my dogs down to the water from the property at NW. The current front office and maintenance staff are always helpful and friendly. Even with the highway construction I wouldnt trade locations. Its a peaceful space.

My husband and I have lived here for over two years and love it here. We feel it is not only safe here, but beautiful, and well run. Josh and Lindsey do a really good job in mgt. and maintenance is top-notch, very responsive and kind. In fact, the maintenance crew is the same crew as when we moved in. Neighbors are pleasant, and despite the construction going on on 360, once you drive up the driveway, it feels like a little oasis back in here. You might read about dramas in some of these reviews, but if you treat people with kindness and are reasonable with your requests/timing, etc,, I feel the staff is very good here and aim to please. Many neighbors here have lived here for a really long time. That says a lot. Keep up the great work, everyone!

We have lived at Nalle Woods for 3 years and have had a good experience. Our apartment is very private and has a balcony that overlooks the nature reserve which brings us deer, coyote, and a plethora of birds. The space feels more like a home than an apartment. The management has done a good job keeping the property looking nice and keeping up with maintenance. We have enjoyed our time here.

It’s an amazing community with friendly neighbors, well maintained amenities & awesome location.If there is a small critique, I do find the lack of lighting at night very odd. It gets quite dark due to the location, and the lighting is quite terrible, almost non existent. You could barely spit the building number. Areas are pitch black, and yes that does invite creepy crawlies, foxes and other small animals. Arriving back to my apartment at night is not a good experience, and delivery people don’t have a good time either.

I love this community, its super quiet and private. The location is amazing to come and go to eat and different entertainment. The community events are awesome, yesterday they had pie day! And zoned for an amazing school. Office staff lead by Lindsay and maintenance lead by David & Rubelio cannot be beat. Special shoutout to Whoa & Josh in the office for always helping!!!

Lindsey (Property Manager) and Josh (Manager) are the best!! I’ve experienced the best time while living at Nalle woods. Lindsey is willing to go above and beyond to get any issues you’re having resolved as fast as possible. Josh did an excellent job helping me find the best unit suitable for what I was looking for. At the very least stop in and check out Nalle woods and meet them for yourselves!

Best apartment complex in Austin not to mention the staff is beyond amazing. I have never lived somewhere that the maintenance crew is so prompt as well. HUGE shoutout to Josh and Lindsey keeping this place up and running smooth as can be. The pool is always in pristine condition along with the rest of the property...youd be a fool not to check out Nalle for your next place of residency!

Updated review after director reached out and was finally able to help with the issue.....................................................Good unless you run into any issues.I moved into Nalle Woods about 2 years ago and it has been great until recently.A large reason I chose Nalle Woods is because its a non smoking community, but apparently rules stated in the lease are just suggestions.I had a new downstairs neighbor move in who is constantly smoking cigarettes and Marijuana. The smoke rises and fills my patio, along with seeping into my apartment. This has been an ongoing issue for months. I have documented 14 different times that Ive complained to the management both in person and through email. They often say they will address the issue but nothing has changed, and emails are ignored half of the time. 14 complaints later and still nothing has been done.The management staff seems to have too much turnover to be able to actually enforce what is stated in the lease agreement.On the positive side, Nalle Woods is a beautiful area to live with nice units. The maintenance team is fantastic and always addresses issues immediately.

After retiring, we downsized from a 4 BR home on Shepherd Mountain to a 2 BR/2 car garage apartment in Nalle Woods. We love it here! We are still in the neighborhood, but have no worries of home ownership. We are free to travel and know that everything will be safe and well cared for. The amenities here are resort quality and the ownership takes pride in keeping the place in top notch shape. Kimberly and her management staff are quick to respond and be helpful when needed, and they are frequently coming up with resident perks. David and his maintenance staff are always on top of things, and they keep the property in first class shape. The property is very well run and maintained. Why would people live anywhere else?

I am updating my review after the director reached out about our problem...Overall I have really enjoyed living at Nalle Woods for the last year. It is a beautiful community nestled in the trees, and we have loved the amenities such as the dog park and the nice swimming pool. It is peaceful and quiet at night. I have also had good experiences with the Nalle Woods maintenance staff - they have been very friendly, prompt, and competent. We would probably renew our lease if my wife wasnt taking a new job out of state.Our stay hasnt been without some bumps, though:- We declared our dog and presented her vaccination record as soon as we adopted her last August, but despite reaching out to the front desk multiple times, our dog was never registered in Nalle Woods system until my review drew attention to her just now. The front desk also put us in a bind by refusing to confirm to our future landlord that our dog has been well behaved at Nalle Woods, even though there have been no complaints against our dog whatsoever. I am at least grateful that Nalle Woods isn’t back-charging us for all the time our dog was not registered.- We had difficulties with Nalle Woods parent company not accepting our Allstate renters insurance and attempting to charge us for their own Foxen insurance. I must have called Allstate about 10 times trying to get every last letter on our policy exactly right, and our policy kept being rejected by Nalle Woods parent company with very vague explanation why.- There have been theft problems with cars being stolen. While Nalle Woods still feels safer than the North Campus neighborhood we used to live in, it would help if they would install security cameras.- We are disappointed that Nalle Woods has been raising the rent for tenants who renew their leases, while offering the original lower price to new tenants. This has led many of our friends in the Nalle Woods community to leave.

Home is so much more than an address. Living at Nalle Woods is refreshing, peaceful, and fun. All of the office, maintenance, and management staff are fantastic! They all made a great first impression when I toured and have continued to be kind, personable, professional, and helpful. Kimberly went out of her way to provide a last-minute tour at the end of the day. She definitely helped me choose the right unit for me! Josh was super patient with me on moving day and always has a friendly greeting for everyone. David helped settle my nerves on my moving day, offering assistance when Iclearly needed it. Rubleio did a great job with a few maintenance items. He was efficient and kind and made sure I was happy with the repairs. Ernesto waves and smiles all the time. Lindsay is doing an amazing job delivering creative options for creating a vibrant community. Thank you for all you do… You make a difference every day.Oh… yes, the apartment and facilities. Quality construction. Well-maintained. Gorgeous pools, outdoor gas grills, indoor games, and fitness center. Amazing business center with sitting/standing workstations, conference room, and of course Mac & PC stations (1 each). The dog park, trails, seating areas, community garden, and play areas for kids all add to the neighborhood feel. There’s something for everyone!

Hey y’all 🤠Just recently moved in and I can’t say enough about this place. Absolutely beautiful, great amenities, 360 bridge in view, water = football field away, condo style built for a much quieter evening spent with those you love equaling a restful nights sleep. Front office is Top Notch! Josh and Lyndsey are great! The beauty of where this property sits is exactly what we were looking for. And the patio/balconys…biggest Uve ever seen at an apartment! Did I mention the amazing natural lighting that floods in thru the double sliding doors with ceiling to floor views to be enjoyed while you sip that morning cup of Joe!? It’s gorgeous guys 🙌❤️ Come take a look, you won’t be disappointed🙌🙌

Im not a robot, Im a doctor ... Ill just speak the truth. I have lived here for almost a year now. And its amazing! Everyone I have interacted with are super friendly! The maintenance is quick and efficient! The amenities are superb! There is theft here though, but unfortunately, its common to all high end apartment complexes these days. Thats why we all have insurance. Haha.Truly truly truly. This place is a hidden gem.

I have been very happy during my time at Nallewoods. The space is gorgeous to walk the dogs every day, the pool area is super relaxing, and the location is ideal.And, just a quick shoutout to Rogelio, one of the maintenance guys. He was on his way home, and I stopped him asking if the apartment complex had bug spray (I had a cockroach in the house that was freaking me out). He smiled and said, no, but he had some at home. So, he went home, and came back with the spray and hunted the cockroach down with me. He also took it away once it was not running away from us. My hero!! (for those that dont like cockroaches, like me, will understand.) Plus, Rogelio will always say good morning with a great smile, when you are out walking the dogs.

Definitely a refreshing land of woods tucked away in between the buzz of the city. Payton, Devin and Sal are probably the best property managers in Austin among the 50+ people we met in our tours for apartment hunt across Austin and are wonderful people. They are super friendly and very patient - we toured thrice and they showed us around on each occasion with undiminished enthusiasm and smile. The area is very green, and some of the apartments are really in very quiet zones. Not to mention, there is a great fitness center, with sauna and jacuzzi. Apartments have been renovated in great taste. We loved one of the apartments that we almost finalized, but realized we needed something closer to the airport. Basically the only downside that we found was that it was not very close to my preferred grocery and convenience centers and the airport. If it were not for that, we would have definitely gone for Nalle Woods.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I lived there only a year, but my family has lived there for over 5 years. My family absolutely loves living here has well. This and the great prices, for the area, is why I chose to start off my Austin experience at Nalle Woods. I moved out after a year due to having ambition to move downtown.Positives* Staff are amazing and will listen to your individual needs.* Any problems that I have seen residents have I have also seen resolved in the manner I would expect, if the apartment staff cared.* The apartment fixtures are gorgeous and the layouts spacious.* Great parking options* Trees everywhere due to being built next to a bird sanctuary, to my understanding the Nalle family donated the land with the understanding that the nature in the area wouldnt be bulldozed. Lots of hummingbirds.* Condo build standards

Among the things we enjoy about living here are the very nice neighbors, the beautiful nature feel to the property, the pool and the excellent walking loop that keeps many of us in shape...plus, we feel very safe living here.

Ive been a resident of Nalle Woods for over 2 years - I absolutely love this complex and the office staff tends to your every need, big or small. I have had very little to no issues during my time here. This quiet, gated community is unlike most large apartment complexes in the Austin area and the neighbors are friendly. The on-site gym is newly renovated, although some unattended children seem to think its a playground. The location is wonderful and the views are hard to beat!My only complaint is the ever increasing renewal rates. I may be forced to move due to the skyrocketed rate increase. I feel as if most residents move in and out within a year due to the rent increase, but I could be wrong. You will see moving trucks here on a regular basis. That said, I would still recommend Nalle Woods for those new to the area or anyone simply looking for a great place to live. If youre okay with paying for a luxury apartment then go for it!

Visitor from Houston, TX. Had an excellent tour with Taylor on January 21st.PROS: The tour was very thorough featuring the unit, amenities, and parking area. This was the kindest, most down to earth property I toured (and I toured 8 that day)! Coffee, water, and an entire map of Austin so I can learn my way around!! I love LOVE the enclosed wooden patio, the stain compliments the wood so well. The interior is nice and humbling, its an excellent use of space.CONS: The paint used may be Behr Dove-Grey Latex. Latex paint is not appropriate to paint the entire apartment, its shiny and gross. Latex is for doors. Not sure if its an Austin thing, the standard for any luxury apartment are 9 ceilings minimum. The amenities are lovely but this wouldnt be considered a luxury property requesting luxury rents.

Great apartment community. Sal the property manager and his staff are the best Ive worked with. He was/is always positive and took care of things. Honestly Im not sure about these other 1 or 2-star reviews. The place is spectacular. Its quiet, the facilities and units are awesome, and the location is amazing. Nothing is perfect (I heard water rushing through pipes! - come on) and Ive lived in a lot of places. Honestly, this is one of the best. Its mainly due to Sal the property manager and unique and quiet community with a great location. Highly recommended.

This is a great community in one of the most beautiful areas of Austin. Ive been a resident over 3 years and lived in a few different units, each with their own unique offerings in terms of views and space. There are far too many perks to mention and Im sure id forget the ones Im taking for granted, living here as long as I have.Recent renovations have really transformed the property and amenity areas into an almost resort-like feel. The office, pool, gym, clubroom, etc... are amazing. Sal, Devin, and everyone else from the office also contributes to the experience by going far beyond what youd expect from a team of leasing professionals, even at a luxury property. They’ve formed great relationships with many of the residents and are always hosting clever and fun events. I’ve seen them handing out breakfast tacos at the gate hours before office hours (worthy of a review on its own). I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the other residents over the years and have even made some great friends out here.The property naturally blends in the surrounding nature and deserves to be mentioned. Balconys here are very large and act as a sanctuary for relaxation. You can tell as you tour the property. You’re literally on the waterfront of a nature preserve on Lake Austin. Each building is tucked away and nestled into the trees which keeps you from feeling too crowded like you’d expect in an apartment complex of this size.Only concern, I moved here from living in downtown Austin, surrounded by great food, city events, constant traffic, construction, road closures, and everything you’d expect from living in the city’s center. So, if you’re into that you should know it’s a 30 min drive away... if theres lots of traffic. It is nice to be right in between the Domain and downtown Austin though.I’ve toured other properties nearby and this one is by far the nicest for several reasons. Many of the benefits of living here present themselves over time. I’ve enjoyed the entire experience and am always looking forward to returning home when traveling.

So thankful for David and Ray from Maintenance! I smelled gas in my apartment and not only did they respond swiftly, they quickly identified the source of the leak in a nearby apartment. Rubelio took extra care to make sure my apartment was given the best care. He handled my fire alarm replacement , water pressure, replaced a wall jack cover, fixed lighting in my kitchen by checking wires and replacing bulbs. He even found an extra dishwasher wheel I needed. Thank You.

This place is ridiculous. Quality, layout, staff, amenities and service. You name it. Doesnt get more upscale than Nalle. If your in the market and its in your range you should visit.
