I love living here as I am a night shift nurse and I am literally 10 minutes from my workplace!! I love that the apartments are very secure with a gate that only opens with your phone so no one else can use the code. The office administration is amazing and always helpful. Scarlett is the best thing that happened to this place but what is also amazing about this place is that the maintenance staff is always there to help and regardless of what you need they will try and help you. I want to mention Wendy Herrera, one of the maintenance staff who is amazing and will go above and beyond to help the tenants. She will even remind you of a maintenance check in your apartment. I love how diligent of a worker she is and so appreciate her eagerness to help. Its 5 stars all the way for Monaco!

Move-In Review (2024):Ive had an excellent experience living at Monaco at Main. The management team is incredibly friendly, professional, and very responsive. From the start, the complex made a great impression—everything was clean, including the pools and the gym, which were presentable. Needless to say, setting up a tour was easy!The application process was smooth and easy, with no stress, thanks to managements prompt and clear communication in addressing any questions I had. My unit was spotless when I moved in, with no signs of pests, and the hallways are mostly tidy. Trash is collected promptly, just as promised.I want to acknowledge Scarlett for her exceptional service. She was both friendly and patient, thoroughly answering all my questions. Her detailed quotes and information about current specials, combined with her professionalism, reassured me and made me feel confident in moving forward with my application. Her support significantly eased the transition.One thing I really appreciated was the positive office environment. It was clear that everyone was engaged and knowledgeable, which was a refreshing change from my previous management experience.So far, everything has been great, and I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Update- January 2025: After living at Monaco for a year, my daughter continues to be very pleased with the complex, management, and staff. The entire complex got a new security system on the doors and gates, which has been nice. The upkeep is good, and things are fixed in a timely manner. We signed another lease with a reasonable increase in rate, and are looking forward to another year! The only complaint is the noise from Main St. If you are considering moving here and are a light sleeper, request an interior apartment or one on the backside. This comes with city life, but was definitely an adjustment for a person coming from the suburbs.January 2024: As a parent who was looking for a safe community to move my college student, I found exactly what I was looking for at Monaco at Main.Scarlett in the leasing office was very helpful to me with completing the application process all by phone since we were coming from out of town. Scarlett went above and beyond to assure that everything was handled before our move-in date.After the move, there was a maintenance issue with AC that was quickly fixed within the first 48 hours. And every maintenance request that we have made has been resolved in a timely manner.As a mom leaving my young adult child in a big city for college, Monaco at Main has made me feel at ease knowing that they’re in good hands. If this first year lease continues to go well, we will definitely renew next year.

I lived here from Fall 2020 - Fall 2023. The complex overall is good and I was happy with my apartment. It was a great apartment and complex/community for the price. Management was cooperative and personable and I never had any issues with them, Allen and Lawrence in particular. Amenities are good too and the location was one of the biggest perks. My biggest issue was how thin the walls/floors/ceilings are. You will hear people and they will hear you. Security was usually good but somewhat inconsistent as they went through multiple agencies through my time.

The most lovely place to live in. I do not write reviews often but I recently had the pleasure of touring at the Monaco at Main, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff.The complex and apartments were stunning, with modern finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. I loved the spacious layouts. The building amenities, including the fitness center and skyline views, were also top-notch and added to my overall tour experience.Perhaps what stood out the most to me, however, was the sense of community within the complex. Everybody said hi while I was touring. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby.Overall, I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a high-end living experience in a great location. The management team truly went above and beyond to make my tour a memorable one!

I recently moved to this building, and I think its a great place to live. The location is supper convenient. Target, kroger and a bunch of restaurants are just at a walking distance.Most importantly the leasing staff is super helpful. Allen made my move in process very smooth and hassle free, and has always immediately responded to any and all of my concerns. Also the maintenance staff is very quick and responsive. Sebastian quickly attended to several of my initial maintenance requests and I have no complains. Overall, a great first month in NY new apartment, I hope it continues this way.

He called in housekeeping to take care of some things and although it took a couple of hours to get everything done, he finished the tasks in one day. This is great customer service.

The management at this property is by far the best that I have ever interacted with. I have lived here for over a year, and my decision to renew my lease was significantly impacted by the quality of the management and maintenance at this property. Lawrence, the property manager, regularly updates residents with advance warning of property repairs, events, promotions, towing warnings, etc. He actively incorporates feedback from the residents and then updates us on the steps they are taking to improve our experience at the property. He is pretty much always available to residents, and handles interactions in a calm, objective, and friendly manner, regardless of the situation. He is constantly advocating for property repairs and improvements to enhance the living experience in a practical and meaningful way. Allen, one of the leasing agents, was outstanding in terms of his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I got the ideal apartment at an amazing rate. I worked on and off with him for 2-3 weeks before resigning on a new lease. On several occasions, he willingly stayed after closing time (6PM) due to my work schedule, and he offered tours of various units without rushing or acting impatient/eager to clock out. He always maintained a professional and fun atmosphere. The maintenance team, including Sebastian and Manuel, are always responding to requests within 24-48 hours. However, most of the time, if its a minor request, they will have the maintenance completed in the same day. And they do literally everything, from changing light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries, air filters, etc to caulking the bathroom, patching walls, trimming tree branches, etc. The maintenance team is always friendly and efficient with their work. The apartments at this location are pretty nice, especially for the price. In addition to the gated parking garage, they also pay for security to monitor the gates every night. In the 14 months that I have been living here, I have not seen evidence of or heard of any car break-ins or burglaries at this property. I could not recommend a better location for students or employees at the medical center. You will be hard pressed to find an apartment with the balance of location, price, amenities, and unit designs that this complex offers. And I have never interacted with a property management team as friendly, professional, and attentive as the one here. Literally never.

This is an amazing apartment complex. sebastian and manuel are always so quick and professional when maintenance requests are put in. allen has continuously worked with us while we transition in such a kind/respectful manner. we are so appreciative for an amazing community. the gym is always clean and the halls are cleaned regularly. i enjoy the community updates about parking/elevators/cleaning/etc. it makes living here feel like home rather than a business. will definitely recommend to friends and family for houston living. The entire process from application to move in has been made extremely easy thanks to the management team here. They’re communicative and insightful on explaining everything from top to bottom. The complex itself is top notch from the parking garage that allows you to park on your apartment floor, the elevators that help with any large items brought during the move, and even the trash pickup and Amazon locker. Loving everything so far and I’m looking forward to my time here.

I visited Monaco. The lobby and lounges were gorgeous. The pool was also very nice. The garage placement also looked very convenient. The staff and management were very helpful and incredibly friendly during my visit! The location is very close to the med center which is a plus to me. My only criticism is the prices are much higher than others in the area.

*This review and rating is tentative until I move out*Management is quick to respond to matters and they reply to emails on a daily basis. Their patience and sympathy are outstanding as well. Maintenance is lightning fast, and the grounds are maintained well enough. They have a handful of events a month to keep the community engaged as well.The complex and management itself is great... however, there are a portion of residents that are pure cancer. There used to be an issue with them always breaking the rules and coming to the pool after-hours causing a ruckus, but thankfully one of the assistant managers has been able to fix that problem through locking the pool gates. The specific sub-community does various other things that are quite annoying to the considerate person, but its hard to target them because not ALL of them are that bad. A good majority are though.Also, the walls in my apartment are sort of thin though as I can hear my neighbors turning off and on the lights, get up from their creaky bed, but surprisingly not them talking..?Management really cant discriminate against people living here though so you cant really blame them, but this community has seemed to set up camp here and will at some point drive away a majority of people like me.

We have been living at this complex for almost 2 years and we love it! Management are friendly & helpful, service requests get completed usually within 24 hours, 48 hours max. They have great amenities - including free Boot camp classes, 2 pools... The management does a great job getting the community involved by organizing different events - movie nights, brunches and fitness challenged. They have recently added number of security features as well. Highly recommend.

My brother moved to these apartments not too long ago and I finally got to visit on his birthday. The property is very peaceful, beautiful and modern. My brother gave me a tour of the property and the amenities provided to the residents. There’s are 2 pools, one of them is a lap pool! There’s a gym, a beautifully decorated lobby/ common area, and awesome high tech coffee machine in the lobby lol and the appliances look brand new. It’s close to the nrg, the medical center, downtown, the galleria and there are lots options for food, pharmacies and shops in the area. If I didn’t have a house already, I would love to live here. I defiantly recommend everyone check them out!

Its a great place and within striking distance of a lot of major spots in Houston (downtown, midtown, Texas Medical Center). I am a medical student in the area, and moving here a few months ago has made my life so much easier. The complex comes equipped with a great gym, 2 pools, well-maintained clubhouse and office area, and a nice parking garage that is accessible only by a coded car gate. The unit itself is spacious and has plenty of lighting, no matter where you are in the complex, and comes with a sizable fridge/freezer and washer and dryer. Any maintenance requests are taken care of within 48 hours and emergencies within 24. The personnel and staff are friendly and cooperative and make life all the more fun here. If youre looking to meet new people, there are social meet and greets once a month, which comes with delicious food! Overall, the Monaco at Main is the housing choice if youre a busybody like me. Its affordable, safe, friendly, clean, and most of all, a place I can always call home.

Love it here for the close proximity to the Med center for school, but management makes it so much better. Gina, the Assistant Manager, is so patient and willing to help whenever I need it. I told them that safety was my priority where I lived and they make sure that security walks by my unit every night. I can honestly say there is no other apartment complex that can compare to my new home here at Monaco At Main. From the day my boyfriend and I came to see what the listings were like the leasing staff made us feel like we were residents. The vibe was definitely a “At home” comfortable feeling and has been this way since day one. Amenities are awesome the bonus is the different events the staff host through out the month. Definitely love to mingle with the other fellow residents. I couldn’t be more happier with our decision to move here.

Lived here for a year. Recently moved to a cheaper place to save money, but I enjoyed my time living at Monaco. You really get what you pay for. Well kept, clean building. Bug free apartments. Thick walls so you dont hear everything your neighbors are doing.Home alarms come standard with your apartment. Really nice lounge area with a pool table and conference room. Friendly staff. Parking garage is well lit with a courtesy officer who keeps watch on most nights. Nice community events and rooftop boot camp if youre in to fitness.There was a couple of incidents with break-ins, which I wont fault Monaco for because the hood and rough parts of town arent far off, but Monaco sends e-mails to keep residents informed. They did food truck Wednesdays at one point, but stopped. Also just a great location with a Target right next store. Plenty of food options nearby, and close to the med center.Id definitely recommend this place if youre in the market for a higher ranged apt complex.

My first apartment was here at Monaco. I enjoyed living here for two years. Unfortunately I had a break in and there were a few others who had the same. The entry to the apartment could be better because its very easy for anyone to get in. There was also a string of break ins at the garage. They did hire security each night which made me feel safer when I came back at night.I am not sure if this has changed since I moved but packages would be left outside the door of the apartments. I dont think its safe because 1) the package could get stolen and 2) It lets others know that you are not home. The new complex I am living in has all deliveries to the leasing office.The location is great but there are some drawbacks with security.

They also have multiple workout classes and events that encourage resident involvement. The staff is great staff, the grounds are clean, and it’s quite, in a great location and gives a luxury feel. This is by far my favorite apartment i lived in in Houston.

I really like this apartment complex. Security is great. The parking garage and other areas are well lit. Things are usually kept clean. Maintenance has been wonderful fixing any issues in a timely manner.

Honestly, I couldnt be happier with my boyfriend and Is choice to move here. We really refer to this place as our little gem. All the apartments surrounding are far more expensive, so we really feel like we found a little treasure in Monaco at Main. The entire process has been a breeze. Jesse and Gina especially have made our time here so wonderful. The apartment is in a central location, closeby anything you could possibly need. As soon as I toured the complex/unit, I immediately said Okay, what do we need to do to get the ball rolling to secure this place? I fell in love right away. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, they make you feel like family and even though they have plenty of residents to care for, they make you, individually, feel like you matter. Money isnt a big issue but if Im paying a certain price to live somewhere, I want to make sure that I am getting my moneys worth..and aside from the beautiful unit we have, the amenities and incredible customer service from the staff makes it beyond worth it. I really feel like Im living luxurious every day that I wake up here and never take it for granted. Theres food trucks that come on site for residents to enjoy, and there are fun events thrown by the office all the time. This brings a family sense of community to the complex which makes a world of difference. I am grateful for the staff being so quick to resolve any issues and being so kind while doing so. Like I said, the entire process from applying for the unit to actually moving in, its all been a breeze and Im so happy to live here. I told my boyfriend that this is the kind of apartment that you can call a home and see yourself living in for years to come. I never thought Id find that in an apartment, I thought part of the fun of apartments was being able to leave after a year and try a new place out and explore a new area of the city, but Ive found a home here. I dont plan on going anywhere. My boyfriend works in River Oaks and I work in Sugar Land, the location of this complex is convenient enough that both of us have short commute times to work, even though we go opposite ways.I WILL SAY, Im a BIT nervous for how the traffic will be during Rodeo season. I havent experienced Rodeo season at this apartment complex yet, and with it being SO close to NRG, Im sure it will be some kind of a headache, but if it is, that will be my only con to this apartment/location. I will come back and update this review once I know for sure and can report my own experience, however, Jesse did mention to me prior to moving in that they do send out emails with alternate routes to avoid traffic delays so thats another example of them going above and beyond for their residents to be helpful and make things easy for us.TLDR: I love this place. Will not be moving anytime soon. Very happy.

We have currently been a resident of Monaco for about 7 months. No matter how perfect we may want the surrounding areas of our residence to be, every location has its pros and cons. I love the monthly events held by the management. During the first couple of months of our stay the the gate was broken often. As a result, my brother-in-laws car was broken into while he was visiting. Thankfully nothing was stolen. It looked as if some young kids went through and just busted a couple of windows on a few cars. We heard that the same was done to the hotel located near by. Since then the gate has been more secure and I havent heard of any car break ins. The only time the gate is left open is if a severe storm is expected (possible power outage). Management does a great job emailing and texting residence to inform them.Maintenance repairs are completed quickly. Our AC went out after 10:30pm. We called the emergency maintenance number...the guy let us know that he doesnt live onsite and was coming from westheimer and hwy 6 so it would take him some time to make it to us. He made it within an hour and easily fixed the issue. However, 2 weeks later out AC went out again and they came to fix it, but a part needed to be replaced so we were left with a central AC to help keep cool. Unfortunately, after they fixed it, the AC still was not cooling. I talked to Annique about the situation and she was already well aware of our AC. She let us know that the guy had an emergency to take care of and would be back in the morning to take care of it. They had to come back to add coolant. My birthday was coming up and we had previously inquired about the cost of renting the residence lounge; complimentary, Annique was kind enough to let us use the room. After the 3rd day everything was running well.Overall, I love living at Monaco at Main. It is a small community with a very friendly environment. If my upstairs neighbors were more considerate of others I would definitely have given 5 stars. Management has tried communicating with them, but it seems that they are just very inconsiderate (kid crying/Vaccuuming at 2am to drown out the kid, and constant stomping all day long...well past 2-3am). No matter where you live, there will always be that one person!

The place is comfortable and spacious, God willing. The rooms, the hall, the kitchen, the walls and the dishes, of course, are the money of the families who left their belongings. May God reward them well. And the bathrooms, may God bless you. The sprinkler is available. The internet, the receiver and the TV are all available. Praise be to God and thanks. The most important thing is safety and the prices are reasonable. It is not cheap and good, nor is it expensive and average.

Excellent housing for transplant patients and immunocompromised patients. Housing in families and councils for Gulf travelers and women. The administration cooperates with the tenants in terms of maintenance and services. Most of the tenants are nurses and employees of medical centers, and the best one rents Abu Mahmoud and Imad apartments.
