Ive lived here for 6 years. It’s a great place to live close and convenience to shopping areas. The grounds are well kept. The only issues are the parking. They should have designated areas for resident parking it would be nice. The gate is always broken. I think they should have cameras it would be helpful to see who’s damaging it.

Its amazing living here! We are grateful that weve been approved after waiting for the queue, Ive been eyeing for this apartment and its has been my dream living here since Id moved to Fort Worth. Very cozy and accessible to commercial areas especially to my student that his school bus 🚌 pick up and drop him right at the front of the complex. Pricing is affordable compared with other apartments nearby. Whats most incredible are the staff especially Ms. Elva and Ms. Diana. Theyre AMAZING & FANTASTIC!Great people as can be incomparable with other staff of apartments nearby who are incompetent and rude.

Update 3/30/2024I finally moved 2/29/2024 and Im sad about it, but time for new territory. Lived here 13 years. Apts well maintained and I love the ladies in the office 🙏🏾❤️11 year r****08/16/2021****I will be renewing my lease. I have lived here 10 years now. For those inquiring, these apartments pay WATER AND TRASH. You pay your own lights, internet, and cable. AT&T is the only provider for this complex. They have a contract with the apartments, so NO Spectrum, etc.New update above****06/15/2018***I love these apartments. They are still clean and well managed. Office personnel is always polite and knowledgeable. I never feel like I am just another person to collect money from (even though that may be the case as w/ any complex).Routine maintenance is performed on all buildings. I have absolutely no complaints regarding this complete. The only thing is *wish* is that the gym facility was outside of the office so there could be access after the office closes.I always recommend these apartments to family, friends, and even strangers.**UPDATE ABOVE***These apartments are amazing for the price. I moved in September 2011 and have no plans on moving unless its to move into a house.They are modern and made affordable for low-income families. They are kept clean and quiet. No place on earth is perfect, but I honestly have no major complaints. My only wish is that theyd update the website, more specifically the work order system. It is as if work orders dont go through online, but when I call, things are handled promptly. The office personnel is courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. If they dont know something, they make an effort to obtain the information. I recommend these apartments to any decent person both single and family alike.Update to the directly above comment08/16/2021 - they updated the online payment portal and work order system online a while ago. A lot of effective and efficient.

Visited this facility and I am very pleased with how nice and upkept the grounds are. I spoke with Diana in the office, and she was very kind and respectful. Will definitely be considering this complex for my next apartment.

I heard so many wonderful great reviews from this Apartment complexs on how nice they treats their tenates and take care of repairs in timely manner. I looking into trying to move into this nice apartment complex. And hopes this apartment complex gives me and chance to become one of their residents here.

Very good apartments, can’t compare with any other. The care takers and maintenance are wonderful people, the only negative about it is that they don’t want to spend or replace broken or not working appliances, they keep on repairing forever.

I have been here for 5 yrs and still live here I’m not moving anytime soon!! The office staff and mantinace staff is always pleasant, respectful and always ready to help. I love it here so much that my family now is moving in to on another building!!

They dont keep there pools open. They lie to much saying they have to keep it clean , but end up closing it for 2 years.

Mill stone apartments are very decently managed apartments. the leasing office staffs are very friendly and respond very quickly to work orders.
