I’m giving the overall experience really a five because of Mr. Elijah was superb, was friendly, as was catering to how I felt about moving my daughter Into the apartments and he really worked with me to make me feel comfortable. The rating of four stars is because, as usual, sometimes you have some small damages, not major in the apartments very little not that bad. We love the spacious areas and it was very clean, very clean upon our arrival. But Mr. Elijah worked with my daughter and she’s now a proud resident.

Lysi was great in showing me the available units that matched my desires. The apartments and the premises are all well-kept. Midtown is a community that I can make into my home.

I cannot express enough how incredible my experience has been with LaSonia and her team as the property managers. When I first moved in, the previous management team left a lot to be desired, and my experience was far from smooth. However, the moment LaSonia and her team took over, everything changed for the better.From day one, the difference was clear. LaSonia and her team have completely transformed the property with a level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail that’s truly unmatched. I truly appreciate the open-door environment they’ve cultivated, where any concerns or issues are addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Ive been a resident at Midtown Cedar Hill Apartments since 2019 and I absolutely love it here. Management and maintenance are awesome. The apartments are centrally located near major stores and the freeway. It doesnt get any better than that when youre looking for a new place to call home.

Well this is my run down of my experience so far.Late August 2024- Toured two floor plans with leasing professional, Elijah Alexander.Sept- Was informed that I was approved.Oct- Moved in. Also, everyone in the front office signed a graduation card for me since they were aware of me obtaining my masters degree in higher education. Ms 3.9💅🏾Nov- Don’t remember lolDec-Jan: notices were sent via email to residents to make sure that we are aware of the temperature going down and to drip our faucets, open cabinets and to set our thermostat to 65+Feb 2025- I’m still here lol, I can say the responsiveness and dedication to customer success plus resident retention is unmatched. I can be a lil hasty sometimes when things don’t go my way as planned but nonetheless they have resolved my issues in a very professional manner. I’ll be here for years to come to bother yall some more in the front so make sure to have some cranberry juice in the residential lounge fridge😌 Ps Lysi ima ask you who do your nails so be ready to have that answer next time I see you.

I worked with Elijah for my leasing and moving process. He was very helpful and polite. Every time I called he answered my questions. We took a tour of the property and I even got to see my unit beforehand. Any questions or concerns I have are addressed immediately. They’re also very prompt with getting back in touch. Special mention to Chad as well. He’s very helpful and patient as well.

Really excited about living here and the property is very nice BUT this is probably one of the worst move in experiences I have ever had. I am so use to welcome packets that go over things to expect with the property. I had to call and ask what the pro-rated rent amount was, had to constantly call to get application updates, had to ask about what to do about getting wifi, have no idea when the trash is picked up or what time the trash needs to be put out, had no clue where the mailboxes were, or where to go to retrieve packages, I just think the move in process should be a little better for new residents.10/25 update : Things are really getting better. I love new management and I can definitely say I am a happy resident.

We recently moved in and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Blake, Ephesians, and Nykia are all amazing! Maintenance requests and emails are addressed in a timely manner. They also seem to have community events on a regular basis. Im so glad we chose this apartment complex to call home.Update October 2024We moved out due to purchasing a home. Chad and his manager at the front office were extremely helpful assisting us during the move. They are both new to the property and Ive only worked with them a short while but they seem to genuinely care about the residents and maintaining the property. Ive seen several emails annoucing community events and meet and greets for residents to meet the staff. I truly appreciate their professionalism and attentiveness and feel confident they will be a good fit for the company.

They always have coffee available (the good kind), and they are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The property is quiet and well kept. I love it here and I love the manager and staff. 🥰Friendly staff and maintenance.Update 10/24:The new staff has been great. My concerns have been promptly addressed, and everyone has been so pleasant. The communication is clear, and I can tell the new manager LaSonia cares about our community.Happy to have them!

Oh my! I couldn’t wait to see this place in person. After weeks of looking online and looking at the videos on YouTube we stopped in for a tour. This place is amazing, the pictures and videos do no justice! The leasing office is beautifully decorated and spacious, they have a pool table in the clubhouse area, plenty of seating. The gym is nice and spacious. The pool gives resort vibes for sure! The floor plans that we looked at Eames and The Walter were very nice and spacious. The leasing agent Nakeya was very nice and personable, she showed us around, she was very knowledgeable. Will definitely keep this place in mind!

I had a super smooth and easy process of applying and getting in. Ephesians and Claudina, including Blake were always helpful. Emails were answered almost immediately. I had specific requests and a budget and they made it happen. I was told to pick up my keys at a specific time and everything has been great. My apartment was clean, it’s a very modern minimalist apartment. Which I love! And boy are the cabinets spacious and tall. So are the ceilings. Staff is great overall. I was always greeted the moment I walked in, questions answered, if others walked in they were greeted and never ignored.My neighbor saw me struggling with groceries and brought them to my door. (Mom with a toddler here!) I can’t thank him enough. It’s a great community, everyone is friendly, staff is great - parking in my only semi-con; people lose common sense and courtesy. Some type of assigned parking would be nice and visitor parking towards back areas or middle grounds.

We worked with Amanda in the office, she was so helpful and accommodating, she kept us informed the whole process from the tour to the move in date. The property itself is great , clean & well maintained, it is quiet, the pool is nice with a cool covered area with tables and sink area for grilling. We looked at several properties before deciding on midtown, you can not find another complex with reasonable/affordable rent with all the amenities midtown has. We had a matience emergency & they were there within a few hours to address & fix the issue. The location is everything, anything you could want is within 5 minutes from property. The only downside is the parking situation, a covered parking / garage is a must unless you don’t mind walking. We are beyond happy with this property & the office staff and look foward to our stay here!

We stopped by Midtown Cedar Hill Appartments to look at what they had to offer. We presently rent an old home that eventually we will be torn down by the owner. The agent I met and who was extremely excited to work with me, her name was Amanda Williams. She was wonderful!! She spent time with me presenting different options that would work for my wife and I. She offered some moving suggestions as well. I cannot share enough positive feedback on Amanda. We have visited several complexes to this point, but no one was as friendlly, thorough and as interested in us as Amanda was!! Thank you Amanda for such a great experience!! Ive lived her for over 5 years and I absolutely love it. The staff is kind and professional. They have events for us as neighbors to get to know each other and feel extremely appreciated. In my opinion, it helps everyone respect each others space, leaving disturbances minimal. The property is clean and the decor is consistantly maintained, which I absolutely love. If I ever put in a work order, its taken care of promptly and that group of individuals are so good at what they do! This community is a wonderful place to raise kids, have pets and is safe place to live!

This is home ! I love it here at midtown. Jada is absolutely wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and had great customer service from The moment she showed me the units to moment it was time to sign my lease. This area is quiet and I feel safe. Maintenance request get COMPLETED in less than 10 min after you put in the order. There is always something going on in the office so you can get to know the staff as well as your neighbors. ex. Gourmet coffee, unlimited waffles, food trucks... if you are looking for quality living, here is where you need to be.

Recognition is well over due for members of your staff. First, office staff members Amanda and Kennedy remain my go-tos for assistance. They are super friendly and easy to talk to while staying professional everytime Ive visited the leasing office.Second, the maintenance team members have always answered my maintenance requests swiftly. My home and dog are handled with care. They all maintain professionalism e.g., always knock when arriving to assist with my requests while giving me enough time to open my door for them and always leaving the request receipt in a visible area where I dont have to question if the request has been completed.Lastly, I wish to acknowledge the hard work Tristan demonstrates while walking the grounds. He always takes a moment to say hello as he walks by, working diligently to keep the grounds clean, and never ignores the not-so-fun trash (dog poop/ chicken bones/ spoiled food) on the ground as he passes by.I would give 5/5 if something can be done about the Walmart where building 11 is located. The constant noise - literally 24/7- is frustrating. I have moved my bedroom into my closet to reduce the noise pollution from that 😮‍💨.

From the moment I toured Midtown I knew it was where I wanted to live. Kennedy, one of the leasing agents, was about to go on her lunch break but said ya know, Ill take you before I go. That was when I knew Id be happy here.Second occasion is when I picked originally the Wright (600sqft) layout but came to find my dining table wouldnt fit so I asked to change layouts before moving and they said it was perfectly fine. I decided to go with the Eichler style (728sqft) both gorgeous in their own right!Third occasion where I had packages being delivered to my soon to be new home. Concerned that they would just sit in front of the door the entire time before I get the keys; I called the office informing my worry, it went to voicemail but I was called back a little later being told they have moved them into the apartment following up in an email of photos showing the packages.Fourth occasion when I finally get the keys! Kennedy of course explains the community rules and so forth nodding along agreeing to comply. I head up to my new home and then whilst unpacking I was expecting another package so I received a call to said item from thr office about amazon and I kindly informed her I am within my home I will see the gentleman shortly.As you can see, from my own little story it has been nothing thus far from stellar. In regards to the amenities, they have everything you can ask for; washer/dryer, controllable a/c, a security system for your own apartment monitored by ring, sparkling pool always kept clean, coffee in the clubhouse along with mini shuffle board and biliiards, 24 hr gym so you can cancel the membership ypu have😂, amazon hub lockers to keep your packages safe... Need I say more!?!Anyway go see for yourself!

I was visiting a friend that lives in these apartments, as soon as I parked and walked towards her apartment I saw maintenance outside and he was friendly and polite… once I got to her apartment and we were talking about a problem she had in her apartment, this guy named Gianmarco knock on the door and surely was the same guy I saw in the parking lot… With a smile on his face worked in her apartment and explained to my friend step by step what he did, never had an attitude and was really helpful. The walls are very thin but it is an apartment complex and I expect some nuances. I have never had an issue with parking. The staff is extremely helpful when needed. I like and use the conference/Internet room. The gameroom is beautiful and affordable to rent out. The gym is kept clean and the machines are all in good working condition. I am very happy here.

I went today to tour the property and was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Amanda and Jada. We were greeted immediately even though both leasing professionals were already assisting other people when we walked in. Ultimately I chose to move to a different apartment community but I still wanted to take the time to acknowledge the staff at Midtown Cedar Hill Apartments. The only reason I chose a different property was because Midtown doesnt have a playground and is not within walking distance of a park. I want to thank Amanda who had me sold on moving to the 3rd floor lol. There was some dirt on the tub and she took a picture and got her maintenance guys on it right away. The apartment was clean and pretty much perfect. They are pricey but the amenities and location make it worth it.

My apartment locator agent, April, with UMovefree.com set me up a tour with a leasing professional but when I arrived he was on a call. Immediately Kennedy stepped up & gave me a tour of the property. She was also the one that greeted me at the door; super sweet, honest, pleasant & knowledgeable. She said the leasing manager is always looking for ways to boost morale of tenants by allowing food trucks on certain days to come on property as well as interactive games with amazing prizes! What I appreciated mostly about her is that although she is fairly new to the area herself, she made sure my questions & concerns were addressed & answered by the leasing manager, Amanda. I’m not sure exactly where God is taking me and what my needs are in this moment, whether apartment, small rent to own home etc, but Amanda opened my mind to a lot of possibilities that could meet my needs during this season. She is genuine, compassionate & knowledgeable & I appreciate her taking time to address my needs. Midtown apartments were the 7th apartment complex I had viewed that day and if I had to choose 1, for an overall feel, it would definitely be Midtown.

The third floor client was not taking care of their child and allowed them to run around as if they lived in a zoo. (Jumping off of furniture every day was a way of life for them) It was so bad I wanted to cry. I couldn’t even get a full night sleep because as soon as the cretin woke up they were off to make so much noise I swear they tried to be louder and louder each dayThe front office took care of the situation and after that I had no issues.This was at the time the clientele in the front office changed. And the ladies there now actually care about peoples concerns and want everyone to live in a home they can relax in.After this ordeal My quality of life went up drastically. I loved living there and loved talking to the front office.Many props to these ladies. They are sweet and wonderful. I wish them the best and know they will take care of you all.Thank you for turning a horrible situation into the best experience ive have had in an apartment complex.Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Although this apartment complex has very nice amenities I found it was not worth what I paid. I could have been living downtown. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. If your neighbor smokes your apartment will smell as well. If you come home late in the evening you likely won’t have a space close to your apartment. We have had several inspections and I truly don’t understand why they couldn’t just knock it all out at once instead of coming in three and four times. I had issues with valet trash not picking up on time and sometimes not at all. For a mandatory $30 a month I expect better service. I do like the convenience of making rent payments and maintenance requests online as well as the fast response to them.

Firstly, I want to say I love my apartment. When I first moved in there was ONE roach, they immediately came and sprayed for pests. I killed the roach and have not had any more issues with bugs. Everything works fine - the water, heating, a/c, all the outlets, etc. Everything was clean and nice when I moved in. One of the hanging blinds had been taped up and fell down, and they immediately came and replaced it (with one that was like 2 inches shorter, but whatever.)My biggest complaint is that they threatened to evict me over my dog barking. I dont know if they would have actually evicted me.. but they said after 3 complaints then you either have to get rid of the dog or you have to leave. I spent a lot of time at my last rental training my dog to not bark when I leave, so I was shocked. I bought a collar, nanny cam, and frosted film for the window, but still got complaints. They forwarded me an email from the resident that was complaining, and they specifically said it was mothers day night. Both myself and my dog were at my moms that night. In the end, it was another persons dog.My only other complaint is that I submitted a request after 15 months or so, because my drain in the tub wasnt draining as fast as it used to. They sent someone over who said the tub was fine. I googled how to take the stopper off (not actually that hard, apparently) and cleaned out the clog myself. It bugged me that the maintenance guy didnt even check to see if there was a clog.Anyway, yeah. I like living here. The gates almost always work.. Ive always been able to pay my rent online (except for 2 months during a management change). The halls are nice and big so moving your furniture in and out isnt a huge hassle. The stairs are nice and sturdy so they dont shake and make noise when someone runs up them. The office staff are super friendly and responsive - even when Im being annoying and emailing them over and over. I dont think this place is any noisier than anywhere else. My cars have always been safe. My apartment has always been safe. I live in building 11 and there is always parking. It isnt too noisy. The grass is always kept down. My neighbors have always been friendly. Walmart is right next door, Amazon Prime Now delivers groceries right to my door.. and there is a great sushi place across the street. There is a mall right on the corner. Its kind of got everything. Im leaving at the end of my lease because I got married and we are moving closer to my work in Las Colinas, but if it werent for that, I would stay here a lot longer!Note: There is a nice gym and a pool that I have literally never used because I have anxiety, but they look nice!

I am beginning my 3rd year here and have seen several changes, good and bad. The new management is working really hard to build community and change the direction in which this complex was headed. I would like a please consider regarding the parking situation. Assign one space to each resident as part of their lease with the option to upgrade to a covered space. Paint open parking vs reserved spots. Issue hang tags to residents rather than license plate submissions only. The apartments are modern and the maintenance people are quick to come and take care of anything that is needed.

Ive been a resident here from day 1. I seen people come and Ive seen them go. This month Ill be signing my third consecutive lease. As with any residential property, there are rules and regulation that residents are expected and required to follow. There are some that have the belief that the rules dont apply to them and when they are reminded of those rules, they have the audacity to get mad. For example, if you have a pet and you decide to let your said pet defecate on property, city ordinance and residential regulations state you are required to pick up after your pet. You know this, but instead you leave it! Who wants to smell or step in your pets waste? If your kids and their friends (all 6 of them) are running around the complex after curfew and someone calls the police for suspicious activity and some of get arrested...while the rest are hiding underneath cars, maybe...just maybe you need to reconsider your parenting skills and not blame others. If the pool closes at 10pm, then respect the quiet hours that are posted and not carry on like its 2pm. Some residents would like to sleep through the night without being disturbed. Also, this is not the community pool for all of Cedar Hill. All gates require an access fob to get in. If they dont live here, do let them in! Try that at any of the high rise apartments downtown and see what you get! If you come to the realization that the rules do apply to you and be respectful of others, we can have an awesome community!
