I moved here from another similar complex. I highly recommend this complex to anyone over 55. The management and the maintenance are superb. It is so nice to have a problem and go to the office to discuss and be treated with dignity and respect. When you get older, you appreciate that kind of treatment.

These apartments have the best Manager and Maintenance people! If I turn in a maintenance request it is fixed the same day! I love living here! The people are very friendly and they keep this place extremely clean! Very impressed with the maintenance too! I give them a five star. They are spacious and very nice!

It was a long 7 month wait for the place to be built and me to get that phone call that my apartment was ready but it was well worth the wait ! I can not say enough for the entire staff during that time answering my emails and returning calls , they handled everything very professional and that has not changed since I moved in almost 3 months ago. The apartments themselves are Awesome, well finished, roomy , walk in showers, elevators and parking spots are wide and the optional garages are great. The pool is great with a ramp for a disabled person like myself. The kitchens are HUGE and the property is landscaped beautifully. A great place to meet people with planned activities everyday. I moved from North Dallas and find this area a very refreshing change from the rat race there. This place financially and mentally is a God send and more than I had hoped it would be !

Erin was great in helping me with the process of getting all the paperwork done. She was very friendly despite me being such a pest. Love the beautiful new property and am excited to now call it home.

Great place to live. Most items are fixed the same day they are reported, must look at their calendar every day two or three things going on, new just opened 5/18, pool (cue sticks) swimming pool, BBQ W gas, movie room, card room, library, exercise room with more than six machines, beauty salon, tables and Chairs for about 80 to eat with huge kitchen next to it, 4 ovens, internet room with computers, laundry room, laundry hookups in all apts, elevators, all have balconies 10*20, ceiling fans, extremely large kitchen with huge kitchen storage space, walk in closet, walk in shower (no tub), tub only in two bedroom apts, gated parking, covered or garage parking, outside patio closet, ten foot ceilings, pantry 10*6*2.5 h*w*d, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker, great landscaping, 55+ only, pets

Very well kept and nicely decorated common space. A full kitchen for use and a recreational room as well. The faculty seem nice and the rooms are quaint and accessible for all walks of life.

So far after 6 months, the apartment has been very nice to my elderly parents. My parents are surprised how nice the place and the people are at Mariposa, and are very happy living there.
