Wow! Been here a month and I have 0 complaints. The property is extremely well kept. A new pavilion and grill are currently being installed, similar to the one I can see from my patio, but at the opposite end of the property. Office staff is very pleasant. Best kept secret in Grapevine. I feel bad for those paying hundreds more than I do, for “new” over established and comfortable! Love coming home here!

I typically don’t like to review unless I’ve spent a significant time somewhere or with a product, however I signed my lease in late November and made the move about a week or so ago. And it has been really good so far. The leasing process was very quick and I did have a couple of maintenance requests upon move in, both were handled in a timely manor. So far my neighbors seem nice! So far so good!!

Ive been living here for almost 2 yrs and havent had any issues with the front staff. Diana and Norma have always answered my questions very swiftly. Overall, this is a great place to live. However I must say that there a lot of residents that are extremely sensitive. They kick, scream and shout for just about anything that doesnt go their way instead of understanding that you have to share the facilities with other residents. Understanding how to coexist with other residents is the key to being happy, but obviously these people dont understand it and even though theyre adults they act less than a child. Sometimes I feel sorry for the front staff for the way these residents treat them. I dont know where they were brought up from but is certainly not the Texan way. I love living here and will remain to live here until my job transfers me.

I cannot thank Pam enough. She is amazing. She went above and beyond to help expedite my move. It was painless and extremely efficient. Its a great property and Im so happy with my new apartment.

Absolutely loved living in these apartments!!!! Michelle and Heidi in the office are the sweetest and were always very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful location near Main St. Grapevine and very close to the lake. Neighbors were great; I loved the atmosphere of the community. Great price for comfortable and well kept apartment. Parking can be tight sometimes, but other than that, I had a wonderful experience living here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments in the area!

Great price in a beautiful area! Office staff and maintenance are very friendly and they take care of requests quickly.The only complaint I have is that a lot of people who live here dont pick up after their pets. There are signs posted and poop bags are provided in the complex, but residents dont seem to care/be responsible for their pets. I know the apartment staff is doing what they can to prevent this, so I have nothing against them, but as for PET OWNERS: BE RESPONSIBLE AND PICK UP YOUR DOGS POO!

Staff-Office staff are polite and very responsive. Maintenance is fast about completing work orders.Apartments-I live in the 600sqft 1 bedroom. Its small, but its enough for me and my husband. The rent here is cheaper than anywhere in Grapevine and we get a 10% rent discount for working in customer service. The apartment complex is upkept by the groundskeeper. The laundry facilities are clean and small. Some of the washers dont work, but there are 3 different laundry facilities on the complex. The pool is not overcrowded usually and goes to 7ft in the deepest part. Parking is hard because the slots are tight. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Kids play in the summer and after school but are done playing by dark. Pests are virtually none existent if you keep your home clean.Overall great experience!

I have been a resident for about an year here and I really liked the place. I recently paid a deposit to move into a 1bhk apartment and I have been told now that they wont be able to accommodate on the said move in date after having my application and deposit for 2 months. They have a different apartment available but they are refusing to shift me to it as I think they are holding out to rent it to someone else for a higher price. This is turning out to be extremely unprofessional and a nightmare.Update:Heidi and Maurice worked on my situation and were really helpful in resolving it by finding a different apartment. I look forward to staying here for a long time.

Living at Marina Del Rey is the best part of city/country living. Heidi and Maurice are very thoughtful and engaged managers. Cruz and all of the maintenance men are very knowledgeable and conscientious and good guys. The residents are really nice and friendly and happy to be here like me. My experience at Marina Del Rey has been wonderful. Heidi and Maurice are very proactive with any maintenance issues. The maintenance staff fixes things correctly and quickly. I also appreciate the curteous attitude in the apartment office. Heidi and Maurice are consistently kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful. This has been my experience every time I have stepped in the office. I am extremely appreciative to Marina Del Rey. What a friendly, happy place to live!

I have been here for two years and still love it. The people are friendly, my daughter and I feel safe and it is a quiet and a smaller complex. Those are the main things I would look for in a community. The location is perfect and the price is affordable. I would give five stars ⭐️ if the pool and fitness room were open all the time. 🙂

My other half and I love these apartments in beautiful Grapevine that is located just a short distance from the lake! Neighbors are friendly and we love how close it is to Main Street shops. This was our first apartment together as a couple and it has plenty of space even for a 1 bedroom and the price was just right! Michelle and Heidi in the office are always super helpful!

Ive lived here about 3 months now and Ive enjoyed it very much. The management is helpful when I have a maintenance request and the pool and workout facility are very nice and well-kept. We have an apartment with washer/dryer hookups in the unit (we have our own washer and dryer) so laundry is nice and easy!My only complaint is the children in the workout facility. Its only happened a few times but since there are so few machines when a kid is just playing around on the machine its inconvenient to have to wait for them to get off. Its not a playplace, and Ive seen very young children there (younger than 5) and I know that some people dont have daycare but I dont want to have to worry about a small child getting in the way when Im working out.All in all its been a great experience so far! Very nice place to live!

I gave Marina Del Rey 5 stars!! Me and my boyfriend decided to give it another year lease. Michelle and Hedi are great managers, and the working staff, Safe area, youre near by a lot good restaurants and other goodies.

It was a nice apartment complex although it had its issues. The leasing office was very professional and very nice especially during my tough times. My only complaint would be the regular weekly water shut off for repairs.
