Just a little update on the apartment. I really do love it here. Brenda and Diana are great people here and they have been really patient with me and everyone here. Both are very helpful. Im glad im here. My experience has been nothing but great. The person above me is a newer tenant and she is very quiet and nice. My experience is not like anyone else here. But there is nothing wrong with this complex. People are just picky and not every complex is perfect. I will say just be grateful you have a roof over your head. Everywhere is bad. I enjoy living here because I know how stressful it is to find an apartment thats willing to accept you and treat you fairly. Ltd excepted me and I would want to continue to be here because this is the first time Ive been treated fairly at a apartment complex. I would hate to be anywhere else. Any apartment complex I was in treated me bad and never wanna listen to my request. But Brenda and Diana listens and they make sure my stay here is great. Move here!!Interior is great! No issues with my parking reserve. did I mention that they always have food trucks here. Waiting for mad tacos to come back soon! Thanks Brenda and Diana for this experience.

I have lived here for a year, and I can honestly say this is by far one of the best apartments I have lived in for a while now.-Maintenance Responds Quick-Amenities Are Spot On And Always Getting Taken Care Of-Any Problems In The Community Are Communicated Quick With Everyone, And Resolved Quick As Well-Complex Is Taken Care Of Very Well By The People Who Work Here, Looks And Feels Brand NewI have no complaints. I would have definitely renewed if my new job location wasn’t so far. If I ever moved back to this side of town, I would definitely reconsider moving back here. It was a great experience! My family and I just moved here at the beginning of this month, and we love it here so far! The application process was a bit lengthy. but well worth it! Maintenance team is super friendly and responsive! Its also mainly quiet at night, and the property is clean with zero trash laying around[residents could do a bit better making sure their dog poop is picked up, and we have seen at least three people smoking on the property in broad daylight behind the trash can areas), but its a overall new gated community!

Just renewed my lease because I love living here but there is one con I have which is resevered parking. I actually dont like the idea that I pay $30 a month for a reserved parking and someone is parked there. Pretty much they see the sign they just dont care. I know other apartments that will towe a unknown car thats in a reserve spot that same day but unfortunately its not done here right away which should be taken seriously. Leasing office closes real early and on site sercurity is barely around so the people who park in my spot are actually getting off scott free. The worse part is that I cant even do anything about it but leave notes which I get tired of doing so often. I always have to wait for leasing to handle this but by that time the person in my spot is gone getting off freely. This is the 5the time this happen to me. I come home around 7am m-f and I have no place to park. Saturdays are even worse because leasing office is closed so they really cant do much. I wish leasing can put up a sign to call a towe number if an unknown car is parked in someone reserved parking. Its the only way people can take it seriously is that if they wake up and there car is not there. I woke up this morning and the person is still parked in my spot takeing advantage.

The perfect balance of luxury and affordability. The floor plans are simple but spacious with wide open living spaces. The amenities are well appointed. I chose a 3rd floor unit, and I havent had any issues with noise. The renting process was simple, I literally did everything on my phone in the car on the way to work. No, there isnt full-time office staff, but my emails and voice-mails were always responded to in a reasonable amount of time.

New resident. My family and I coming from a rodent infested, mole infested and sewer backed up apartment this apartment is what I call resort style. The air in the apartment is sooo refreshing. We are so excited to be here and we love the quietness. I pray it lasts throughout our contracted lease. The complex community is clean and beautifully manicured. It’s a must come to see in order to appreciate

The complex is gorgeous especially the amenities, the design are simple but new, my moving date is pretty soon and I’m having trouble with the communication as I can see many others, they reply but no immediately, you just need to wait, and they will get in touch but not by the same team member, I hope this will be resolved soon.Roger is the one who help me the most in the process and he’s not even working with this complex.Also their leasing office hours are kind of difficult to reach, just 4 days a week open and two of these days are opening for 2 hours i think. This is the first time I’m moving to this smart and new way to lease so I’m giving the opportunity to do better.

The staffing is amazing and very attentive! I did see some concerns about being on the first floor but chose to ignore the reviews and give it a try since I have previously been on the first floor in the complex before. To me it’s very tolerable and if you want the peace and quite that’s what houses are for:)The pool area has to be my favorite. The whole complex is elegant, its exactly what I was looking for!!

These apartments are so elegant and beautiful! The leasing agents were super friendly and made the leasing process easy for me. Having all the info, in hand, that most places already ask for to move in made it even easier. I’ve been apartment hunting for a while so I was ready, and found the one! The pool alone is 🔥 and I can’t wait to jump in! My move in date can’t come soon enough!

Although not fully opened, it’s looking to be a great new complex with ample amenities. I took the tour and immediately knew this was were I wanted to rent.There’s no physical leasing office, but there is a leasing manager on site. The team is easily reachable by email and phone however. We’ll see how this translates over when tenancy begins. I know this is kinda weird of me to say, but the mailbox area is crazily one of the most aesthetically pleasing areas I’ve seen in a leasing area ever. And the gates are RFID scanned which would be great for a rainy day where you don’t want to get out of your car at all.Units are full of tech (Smart lock, Smart thermostat, built in wifi) And for the very agreeable price point, it’s a no brainer. You’re the beer fist person to live In these units, it’s pretty cool.

Beautiful apartments!! My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the leasing agents. They are very attentive and answered all of our questions. We toured a handful of complexes within the last month and these are by far the best!

Veryyyyyy excited and anticipating my move-in to these beautiful apartments!! When I used the self-guided tour I knew this was the place for me!! Great amenities and even better price!! The staff are wonderful and made my application process as smooth as possible!!! 10/10 would recommend this property if you are looking for a staff that is on top of their game and lavish apartment living for an affordable price! Brittnie is a delight!

Community looks exactly like the pictures. Nice but the walls and floors in these apartments are paper thin. You can hear everything upstairs. That is why I didn’t give 5 stars

Moving unexpectedly can be a real headache and then to have an unexpected death in the family; I must say April was heaven sent. She went up and beyond to help me get the keys to my new place. Not to mention her patience. I know I was overwhelmed and couldnt hide it; knowing its not her fault as life was life-ing for me😔...thanks again April.
