As well as all the ladies in the front office they made my application process very easy and they were very helpful and kind especially Ms Erica thank you all so much we love it here so far very quiet and secured. Clean and well taken care of property.Picked a good place to call home for me and my children. 😊

My daughter and I are so happy with our new apt. Love all the lovely office ladies Esmi and Erica have been so helpful with everything from the whole application process to our move in. Also a shout out to the maintenance guy who fixed our ice maker Jacinto I hope that’s his name he made a miracle happen. Everyone here is very amazing. I so recommend these brand new apt to anyone looking for a new beginning

The process from completing the application to move in was simple enough. Make sure you turn on all of the required paperwork the first time around in order for there not to be any delays in your application. The office staff has been great and welcoming, they help you with any additional information needed during the application process. Coming from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom was exactly the change my family needed and Im glad I was able to find a brand new place to live. The complex has been quiet so far as the other half is still under construction, I sure hope it stays this way. No loud noises or people smoking marijuana on the property unlike my last apartment. Not to mention maintenance is extremely fast to respond to work orders and does a great job. Happy with my experience thus far.

Jordan in the office is sooooooooooo kind and helpful, totally follows up too.... new apartments not open yet, applied and got approved for a unit perfect for me and so grateful to her for being on top of things. Im so looking forward to living there.. IF THIS is the customer service now, I cant imagine what it will be like when finally there in hopefully 4 to 5 months..... Im a retired personal chef and cant wait to bring you some of my delicious eats.... Hope you like chicken curry, fettucini alfredo and stuffed bell peppers and lots more... LOLand thanks to whoever else helped in the office!!!!
