Yesterday was a happy day for me. Thanks again Lily and her manager Kimberly. The process was a few days but Lily did everything to help me get this apartment. The process was smooth and happen so fast. I know me and my girls will love it here. The complex is beautiful. Lily made sure I knew everything i need to know about our new home. Keep it up yall have beautiful smiles here at Lively at Cypress Creek.

Beautiful Apartment! The application process was really fast. I applied on Wednesday and had my keys by Saturday. Management worked with me on my move in dates so that I was able to secure an 3 bedroom and still complete my current lease. Joana in the leasing office was super sweet, patient and explained everything very well. Looking forward to our new home!!!

Im very thankful for the way the office staff treated me and processed my application. They were able to work with my schedule and follow up with me appropriately to get me in my unit and help me get my apartament faster. Miss Lily was very kind , sweet and helpful throughout the entire process, her costumer service is excellent !! . I am truly grateful to the entire apartment office team. They made my moving process stress-free and offered all the help possible. I really recommend these apartments to live in, they are spacious and with very good lighting in the living room and kitchen area. They have a 24 hour gym and a lovely swimming pool available. Beside that the security system is great in the apartments and the gates will not open unless you are a resident of the place which makes it a very safe place to live. I am really happy and satisfied with having decided to move here. 🏠🤍

I have to give a major shout out to my new complex! Lively at Cypress Creek has been nothing but the best experience from start to finish. Joana is the best. She did all of my process in about 3 Days!!! She held my hand throughout the whole application process. She is very punctual with her knowledge and treats you like the human you are. Extremely respectful and informative. She made my apartment experience after 3 Years- amazing. I love this complex and extremely excited about my new life here at the Lively. Lily was amazing and non stop working when it came to getting me approved for the unit I wanted, always available and quick responses to any questions or concerns! The whole team was exceptional! It was quick, fast, and easy. Smoothest move in I’ve ever had! They were also very considerate when it comes to my kids, as a single parent it was important to me to feel safe and for my kids to feels safe, I was able to get a house key for my oldest daughter with no issues or questions, they understood my needs and wants and made everything feel so peaceful and at ease! The home feeling we have here and the awwww reaction I have everytime I walk in (or out on to the patio) of our apartment is amazing to me, I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where I truly felt like I was “home”. Plus our apartment has the perfect view and location, right by the pool/gym/office and that’s exactly what I wanted ❤️

The apartments are spacious and beautiful. Staff were helpful and nice during the application process. It was quick and I was able to get the unit I wanted. We were initially overcharged for the deposit, but the manager fixed it, and applied the extra deposit as a rent credit.

I absolutely love my new home. Ms Joana was amazing to work with, I didn’t have to call to check on anything she was very proactive with the process especially during this holiday season when things are so busy she made sure to get me application in. The units look exactly like the videos on the website, there are no surprises. 💗💗

I have been a resident since Oct 28th 2024. The deal was too good not to sign the lease, even though I had one more month at my last apartment.Office staff is amazing and has been very attentive to my needs!!Ooooo but maintenance (the 1 man show Lalo) is superb! Work orders are dealt with in a timely manner, but what impressed me the most was..Lalos attention to property detail!Of course the more apartments leased, the more trash is begging dump and the dumpsters are being filled..There were trash bags sitting on the side on the dumpsters and 1 bag was leaving food....I saw it on Sunday afternoon and its was all cleaned up first thing Monday morning!!! Amazing is all I can say!!!Its all about how we keep our community fresh, clean, and appealing.Thank you so much again, Lalo, for seeing a need and taking care of it urgently. I know as the community grows, the work will become plentiful.... but Im here to assist in keeping the community in the beautiful presence that it has now.Again, thank you to the leasing staff and their one man maintenance guy.If you see something not appealing to our ambiance, do something about it. Why let the wind move it along, when we can just pick it up and put it in the trash..

*NOT A TENANT* That being said, I’m basing my review strictly on how amazing Kimberly Gonzales was to work with. Sadly we did not qualify for these apartments but the service Kim provided and how she tried so hard to work with us to make Lively a place we could call home was above and beyond anything I’ve ever received from a leasing agent at any complex I’ve lived in in the past 14 years. As long as she’s working here I know this complex will thrive.
