The facility is modern, impeccably maintained, and has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere.After moving in, I can confidently say I am extremely satisfied with my experience as a tenant. The management team, particularly Millie, has been outstanding, consistently providing top-tier customer service. H.O.M.E! Thats what this is for me, my safe place, my vibe, and it meets all my needs. From the first tour, to applying, to moving in. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! The property manager Courtney is amazing and so are the beautiful leasing agents, and maintenance staff! Such a beautiful new build of a property and being the first to live in my unit, is top tier! The building is filling up, and rightfully so; this is a great place to call HOME.SN: Im not knocking anyones personal experience, but please have some grace for the front office team here. They truly do care and will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met, please be reasonable and respectful. -

I moved into Lenox on Dec 1, 2024. Since then, I have had a number of things around the apartment that have needed attention as it is a new building. Ramon and Carlos have been excellent in servicing these requests while Millie, Lillie and Courtney have all been super responsive whenever Ive mentioned anything on the property that can be adjusted. Its a brand new building so there are things everyone is learning but its been an amazing experience and they continue to impress me. Happy to be living here at Lenox! -

From the very first day I visited Lenox at the Grid, I knew this was where I wanted to live. I was assisted by Lili, who was extremely patient and answered all my questions. She had the best attitude and willingness to help, even when I asked to see multiple units, which ultimately helped me decide to apply right away.The property has modern and beautiful amenities, and I feel very safe living here. Additionally, its location is perfect—close to various restaurants, supermarkets, and easy access to the freeway.Now that I live here, I feel very happy and comfortable. Whenever something made me uncomfortable, the team did everything they could to make me feel better. I felt heard and taken into account, which I truly appreciate. I am very grateful to the staff for their excellent attention and dedication. -

From the very first connection we made while touring the stunning smart property to your assistance in setting up the necessary apps for comfortable living, you made everything feel seamless and enjoyable. You were all ease, warmth, and friendliness. I had to leave a review because this has been the best experience Ive ever had with an apartment complex. From the start, I made a lot of calls, and no matter how many times I reached out before moving in, the team was always kind and reassured me every step of the way. Since I was moving across the country, I needed to ship my car.The car delivery service showed up a full day early, and I was understandably panicked about my car being left unattended. However, the entire team stayed after hours to ensure my car was safely behind the gate.Moving across the country without family or friends is tough, but this leasing team went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Their support was truly unmatched, and I can’t thank them enough! -

First impressions are important! What many people fail to realize, is that it doesn’t matter how beautiful a property is, it doesn’t mean a tenant will lease or renew at the end of the lease agreement. I’ve seen many beautiful complexes go down hill fast due to the lack of transparency, care, concern of agents and management, who are the key to running a property.Which is why I felt compelled to write this post.To the person bad experience in the last post. Stafford is a good area to live in. Now, rather or not Lenox at the Grid is a good place to live all depends on management. Please don’t be discouraged and allow anyone to steer you away based on your experience.I understand agents may be overwhelmed at times when it comes to leasing, in which they should be transparent and communicate waiting times to everyone if they get busy, etc, to potential residents. I think it will help everyone experience go a lot smoother and avoid miscommunication. I patiently waited because I understand these things. I think anyone that’s willing to pay close to $2000 a month in rent, which is over $20, 000 a year to stay should be treated as if their hard earn money is welcomed. Therefore, should be properly shown all the amenities and what the property has to offer at not be rushed . Care goes a long way. Communication and transparency is key to running any successful business. I hope everything works out for everyone! -

Toured these apartments last week. Very nice units with open floor plans. The finishes were nice and the bathrooms had beautiful LED mirrors. Millie did great as my tour guide and let me see all the floor plans I was interested in with out making me feel rushed. Only reason I ended up not choosing them was the fact they only have phone access to the apartments with no back up key fobs. All the other places I toured had the phone app access but supplied residents with a fob in addition to. I don’t like having to depend solely on my phone/technology as the only way to enter my home as too many things can go wrong, life is unpredictable. If they were staffed 24/7 it would make more sense. Overall very beautiful apartments with friendly professional staff. -

Lenox has been definitely been great, I moved in about a week ago and my wife and I have been loving it. Millie has been extremely helpful throughout the move in process and attentive with any questions or concerns we might have. Quiet area, very clean and amazing surroundings! Definitely recommend 💯 -

I had a wonderful experience with touring and applying for this property. On my first visit, I didn’t have an appointment and Lili was able to accommodate me and show me the actual units that I could choose from. She was very patient and listened to what I was looking for. The property itself is very beautiful and modern. Garage parking, two pools, large fitness center, and so many collaborative areas near the leasing office!I applied within a couple of days after touring and Lili’s colleague, Millie, was able to complete my application. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I had a change of heart and wanted to see another unit so I emailed Lili and she responded the same day. Again, Lili was able to accommodate me and show me a few more units until I decided on the final one. It’s been an amazing interaction with Lili and really look forward to moving in in a few weeks. -
