It is really nice to be the first one living in my new apartment. The apartments are beautiful! The staff are nice and friendly doing what ever they can to make sure you have all that you need. The swimming pool just got finished and I can hardly wait to jump in with this Texas heart. The neighbors here are good people. The wood floors are amazing. Believe it or not it comes with a front load washer and dryer..a big plus for me. This apartment has been such a gift for me.

This place is essentially a retirement community but there are some units available to the general public. The facility is quite nice and the management is great. One issue though: the hot water has a horrible sulfur smell:/

I am going on 3 years...Our New & improved Manager Angela.....makes Living here so fun!!!!Waiting to transfer....may stay tillI win the Loto!!!!God Bless our homes!!!

Not suitable for senior citizens. Lighting of appliances is poor. No safety bars, one towel rack, no laundry hamper, no cabinet for towels or bed linens. Everyhing is new. Cabinets are to high to be reached without a step ladder for most people.
