    The apt building lobby is fresh and clean and concierge desk and doormen are pleasant and helpful. Elevator operating problems seem to continue with some frequency. Parking gate entry sensor is very, very sensitive. Exit works fine. Doors to parking garage do not open in standard ways--some locked on left, some right side. Hard to predict which opens, e.g., 3rd floor needs adjustment due to slamming. Common areas are well kept and pleasant.

    It was the perfect space and within walking distance to MDA and Texas Childrens. particularly the TMC, this is the place you should stay. The apartment itself is clean, bright, modern, and spacious. The building is pristine and everyone is super helpful. It is an extremely convenient location and just A+ all around and free garage parking and shuttle.

    What an excellent place to stay! So much better than hotels; especially if you are in the area for medical care. Its close, convenient, clean, with amazing views also! The building access is ultra safe and secure. The shuttles and valet is another helpful tidbit too. We really enjoyed Mahammad the concierge and shuttle driver, they made us feel so comfortable and was very kind and personable. We definitely highly recommend this place.

    Nice short term/long term apartment Building. next to Houston Medical Center. Highly recommend ever thought it’s a bit pricy but it’s worth it. The roof top swimming pool is fantastic and the view from the Gym is breath taken, the parking garage space is wide. The reception staffs are nice and friendly and the bell man too.

    Ive been living in Latitude for a year now, and I absolutely love the facilities and the friendly staff. The amenities are top-notch, and the community is welcoming and vibrant.I have been dealing with all the staff members including the leasing office since the beginning. Sarah Saaed in particular, I cant speak highly enough of her. She has been incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues. Her friendly and professional demeanor makes living here even more enjoyable.All the staff personnel here have shown kindness and professionalism.I highly recommend Latitude to anyone looking for a great place to live with excellent facilities and an outstanding staff.

    We had a nine-night stay in a 18th floor condo via AirBnB.We had a late check-in and Noaf was manning the concierge desk in the lobby. He was most friendly and helpful.We went into the elevated parking garage. Remember when you see the entrance arms for the hotel parking, that you turn right to the metal overhead door. The parking pass should hang on your rear view mirror throughout you stay. The pass provides in and out privileges.We entered our unit and noticed that there had been water damage from above over the shower head in the tub. However, other than being unsightly, it poses no problem.In the bedroom we had a king bed with a roll away bed in the walkin closet. The walkin was thus a bit crowded, but there was still plenty of space. Our bed was comfortable.The blinds in the living room didnt really provide the level of darkness that we were used too. So, we had to leave one of the doors to the laundry closest open. The barn door on the bedroom was a unique feature.We went to do a load of laundry and a bath mat, bath towel and a mop head were in there. The unit didnt supply pool towels for the roof top pool, so you need to bring some from home.The kitchen had a pod coffee machine as well as a drip coffee machine. There were quite a number of pots and pans. There were two small frying pans (we had to ask for a 10 one) and no measuring cups although we did have muffin tins. 🤔 The host initially only gave us two dishwasher tabs for a nine nights. However, he gave us some more upon request.The apartment complex has a world class gym facility on the 10th floor. It has floor to ceiling windows and the view was delightful. On the 10th floor patio there were three grills and a pizza oven. There were instructions posted on the wall on how to light the grills. Neither of the three grills on this floor had an igniter. I didnt have a lighter or matches either. There are also two dog walk areas on this floor as well as a business centre.Up on the 35th floor, there were a couple more grills and one of those had an igniter. This is also where you can find the rooftop pool area. It has three loungers with cushions, ceiling fans and a number of other seating options. Just remember to put some muscle into your pull after entering the door lock code to enter the pool. 🙄

    My experience with Latitude has been absolutely phenomenal and a wonderful place to call home. From the amazing office staff that always makes you feel welcomed, and are excited to show prospective residents around. The Property Manager Lyndsey always strives to make sure the tenants have their needs met. Location is definitely convenient for anyone needing to be near the Med Center.

It’s easier on the back than when you have to lift from a lower level.

    This property is great! I have lived here since 2019, and it has been well maintained and managed. The property and amenities seem very much still new! Great location of course. The most recent manager, Lyndsey has been wonderful and is really hands on with the property!

    Beautiful building and great location! I had a short few months staying here for medical reasons and I love they offered a free shuttle to get around in medical center. The drivers were nice and the concierge is nice. They receive your packages and you can get them anytime because someone is there 24 hours. The view in the sky lounge is breathtaking. I will stay there again if I need to go back.

    I really love this building! The most convenient to the Med Center and Rice Village with breathtaking views and wonderful staff. The concierge and the valet really make me feel at home they are some of the nicest people I have met down here in Houston they are very helpful, always greet you with a big smile and go the extra mile especially Nawaf what a wonderful young man he has been very helpful from day one he’s there when you need him and he always puts a smile on my face. The Shuttle service is an absolute gem always there when you need them very polite drivers and always going out of their ways to help out and have always been reliable and on time! The maintenance team has been very great to me.I had a very small issue upon moving in and they took care of it same day before I even got home!I am Currently staying in the two bedroom floor plan, very spacious and the everything is great. I do have very small complaints to this building such as I wish there was a bit more sound proofing from the doors sometimes the hallway get a bit noisy. The gate has been acting very weird lately and I was unable to get in multiple times luckily I was able to find parking outside and People really need to be very careful driving in the garage area especially the first turn up the ramp I wish there was a bit more signs warning people.Overall I really enjoy staying at this building, amazing staff and great amenities and I am happy to call it home while I am staying here in Houston. I have no complaints other than a few small things that are expected in any modern building.

    Lived here for 4 years since I moved to Houston. overall this place has a lot of great amenities including game room, gym and lounge area, gas operated grills on the 10th and 35th floors. you can rent out the 10th or the 35th for private events for a fee. They have a guest apartment that can be booked out for your own guests and it is furnished.One of the best things here is the 24 hours 7 days a weekend front desk/concierge service. The front desk, valet and concierge desk have been the relatively same group of people since the opening of this apartment. They belong to a separate company from latitude/greystar but the quality of workers and their attention to guest needs and request is excellent, the front office, however, has changed quite frequently over the years with junior staff and management rotating, almost yearly to every six months, which creates a level of discontinuity and inability to form connections and understand the people who live here. Don’t expect any concessions or any discounts when renting despite how long you’ve been here or how good of a resident you’ve been. Maintenance staff is excellent here. They are very responsive to all your needs, whether it be small issues are major issues. They’re very quick and timely.Overall I good place to live in if you’ve got the money and you work in the med center

    Great luxury experience in a high rise apartment. Lovely amenities. Gym is adequately sized and never crowded. People are overall friendly, and staff are courteous and helpful. Nice to have concierge and valet (but you can park yourself if you want). Love the get togethers we have about once a month! Can’t beat location for working in the Med center.

    Beautiful facility and amazing shuttle service. Drivers are very friendly and George is incredible. He’s the most kind, helpful and cheerful person who goes out of his way to make sure we have the best experience and usually tries to find a way to make us laugh or smile. As a cancer patient who’s had to stay in the medical center for 4 months straight, this means so much to me and my family. I’m grateful to have met him.

    One of the most classy and sophisticated apartment complexes in downtown Houston. Management team was professional and helpful during my whole stay! Anytime I had a maintenance issue, they were responsive and quick. I especially enjoyed the walking distance to Hermann Park, Houston Zoo and Rice University! Not to mention the view from downtown during the night time is spectacular. The amenities such as the pool, terrace and gym are one of a kind. Would recommend this beautiful complex to anyone!

    We just moved in last week here in Latitude Med Center. I am sooo happy to be near my workplace. An 8-10 min walk. Kelly gave me the schedule for the shuttle service and I tried it the following day. I reached my workplace after 3 mins!!! I am so grateful to Kelly. The parking garage is so secure!     Went by Latitude Med Center Apartments to check our the building and amenities. I’m a Realtor and want to make sure I refer great communities to my clients. Wow!!! Super surprised at how the staff accommodated me. One of the managers (Elvis) introduced himself. How can you forget that name?! He was dressed very nice and professional. Super knowledgeable about the property and residents around were happy. Sounds like changes have been made and things are running smoothly. Great views from many units and you must check out the Penthouse units! They also have a beautiful lounge you can reserve for events. Rooftop infinity pool which is sooo awesome. Wellness destination on the 10th floor. Spacious gym with lots of great equipment. I really could go on and on about the property. Very impressed with management. Thanks, Latitude for the tour and great information I can pass on to my clients and consumers!

    Really nice apartment complexes in the medical center area. It’s a great walking distance from museum district and Hermann park! I went to go visit my girlfriend and was impressed by the city view & enormous sky lounge! It’s innovative, eventful, and gives off really cool vibes. Not to mention maintenance and housekeeping really keeps this place spotless and clean. Would recommend this place, 10/10

    I have lived in this apartment for 9 months. One of the most modernized apartments in Houston. The biggest strength is the location. If you work at the medical center, it can save about 200$ for parking. NO worries for commuting. And the facilities are well maintained and actually nice. The view from Sky lounge is also awesome. The one problem is parking. This apartment targets medical professionals or patients, not typical family in Texas who owns a huge SUV or truck. Very tall building with narrow space. However, some residents or visitors having huge vehicles cause difficulties in passing the road or parking. It make me really frustrated.

    Great apartment with modern amenities. Would give 5 stars but there are two primary issues with this apartment:1. Poor elevator service. It is typical to have one of the four elevators out of service. Oftentimes another elevator is reserved for someone moving in, so the 35 floors are serviced by 2 elevators. It’s not unusual to wait 10+ min to leave or get into your apartment.2. The price. It’s too expensive for Houston.

    The Latitude Medical Center Apartment facilities are top notch and an excellent location for access to Medical City. Of particular note is their top floor which is available to all residents. It is spacious and a relaxing space with a phenomenal view of Houston. There is also an outdoor infinity pool and cooking grills. The staff is very helpful and has good security. I would highly recommend the Latitude.

    My wife and I had our wedding reception on the top floor (penthouse) party room and had an amazing time. The Latitude staff helped make the evening perfect, they provided valet parking for all the guests, served food/drinks, and helped everyone find their way to the party room. The sunset views from the room were breathtaking and ambiance couldnt have been better. Will consider having future parties here.

    I have had the excellent opportunity to live at the Latitude Med Center Apartments for almost a year. Living at the Latitude has been idyllic.I live within close walking proximity to many of Houston’s exceptional hospitals. Because I am a medical professional, I am often called back to work on an emergency basis. I can easily reach my place of work within 15 minutes just by walking if I find it necessary.The Latitude is an oasis of modernity, serenity, and calm. The lobby entrance is beautiful, and a concierge is always at hand to greet you and hand you any packages that may have arrived for you. The managerial staff is highly visible within glass-enclosed offices on the lobby level, and they are always so very delighted to be of help.The apartments themselves come in varying dimensions. They are graced with hardwood floors and beautiful views of the city. In apartment air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. makes living exceedingly easy. Internet access is, of course, available at up to the 1 gigabyte per second level.A shuttle bus is at hand for quick trips to medical appointments etc. You only have to text your request, and the shuttle will await you.The 10th floor of the Latitude houses an office center and a very well-appointed gym. The topmost 35th floor contains an outside pool and a commanding view of the city. The 35th-floor lounge is comfortable, quiet, and beautiful.I very much enjoy living at the Latitude. It allows me to live life at its serene and centered best.

    I think when I first moved to Houston from NYC, I was concerned because we always had the best doormen in the Upper East Side. Frankly, I was not to happy with the apts around Houston until I met Alan at Latitude Med Center. This young man not only known my name but is quick to learn names of guests who visit this wonderful building. I feel my family and kids are more safe knowing he is always in the front guiding traffic within the building, making sure all the guests are taken care of for their daily activities, and to always be a hand to the regulars when needed. He is the jewel of the Latitude Med Center.

    I stumbled upon Latitude from a friend and decided to stop by. I was looking for a 1 bedroom or studio for my work transition. I was met with Lydia who gave me such a great tour and she was super friendly and helpful! The property was beyond my expectations. The layouts were perfect for my needs and the amenities were gorgeous. I didn’t even think a property like this existed in Houston. Cuddos to Latitude Med Center.

    Latitude has wonderful amenities including a rooftop pool and grill area and has great views of downtown Houston. It is in a great location as well, right in the medical district and just minutes away from downtown. The leasing staff is very friendly and informative, especially Adam!

    Moving to a new city is extra stressful during a pandemic, but we had the privilege of working with Lydia, one of Latitudes leasing agents. She patiently answered many emails with timeliness and details, was generously flexible, and clearly cares about making moving in as easy and as excellent of a process as possible. Having her as a guide through the leasing process was very reassuring and sets a great tone for what is to come as a resident at Latitude.

    I would like to start the review by thanking the staffs at Latitude Med Center for their unbiased and professional treatment of me and my friends over the weekend while we had the opportunity to host a Christmas party at their gorgeous club house.I am a Greystar (apartment management company) resident. Anyone who has had the opportunity to live at one of the Greystar communities will know how truly awesome they are. One of the best thing about being a Greystar resident is that you can reserve community spaces across all apartments manage by them. After hearing that I had an issue with my original location for the party at my current building, Elvis (property manager) was nice enough to help me reserve the club room on the 35th floor at Latitude. I had meet Elvis when he was the full time manager at my current building and he has always been extremely kind and professional in every way.On Saturday evening, when I arrived at the club house I noticed that there was another group of people there eating and occupying the dinning area. I was confused because I had confirmed with the leasing agents a few times this past week to make sure that everything was good to go and I have the entire club house from 7pm to midnight. I kindly spoke to one of the guests from that group that I have the place reserved by the property manager and it’s ok if they need some time to finish their dinner but I will need the main area and the dinning area by the kitchen for my cater food. They said ok at first but after 20 minutes when my guests started to arrive I was stressed because my cater food was still unpacked and sitting on the coffee table so I went over to this other party and apologetically let them know that I really need their area now since my party is starting and my guests are arriving. This group of people started to act extremely aggressive towards me once they see that I am asking them to give me their space. One of the resident’s Caucasian friend could not be bothered to speak to me properly after I explained to them that the building manager reserved this entire floor for my 40 guests. This friend started to raise his voice at me and belittling me and the company that I was with. His words were borderline racist to the point even the security guard that was there was shocked and comforted me afterward about it.This group of people said they had check the calendar for the 35th club room and it shows that it is not reserved and since one of them is a resident at Latitude they should stay and me and my party “is trespassing and have no reason to be here since you just have word of mouth agreement and not an actual contract”. Turns out they were looking at the wrong club room since there is a 2nd club room on the 10th floor that was open that night. I asked them if they actually did pay and reserve the 35th floor and they said no but they shouldn’t have to leave. They repeatedly yelled at me even after I told them to not speak to me that way and that if they give me a few minutes to reach either Elvis or another manager then I can have them send over my reservation proof. They decided that is not what they wanted and bullied me into agreeing to sharing the space with them. At that point, I knew there was no point in talking to people who have already decided to see things that benefit themselves only. I decided to let Elvis handle the situation and he did. After informing the other group of their misunderstandings about the status of the club room and that I have full reservation under the name of one of the lead leasing agent, they still refused to leave. HPD were eventually called by Greystar for their unruly behaviors towards me and the police helped them exist the room.It is unfortunate that the police was involved and it was never my intention to have things go that route. All I wanted was the space that I had reserved a week ago and have them talk to me calmly to figure things out. I absolutely appreciate all the Latitude’s staffs’ help that night and Elvis’s involvements to make sure that I felt safe.

    My experience has definitely been different from some of the reviews Im seeing. The staff has always been uber helpful and accommodating with any needs Ive had. If I have had any grievances or have questions its always been handled or answered within a reasonable amount of time. Its a beautiful complex and Ive thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far!

I am a soon to be resident who left my purse at Latitude when I was visiting from out of state to tour the building. He not only ensured I got my belongings fedexd back to me, but he went above and beyond in his communications with me throughout the process. The level of customer service was unparalleled.

    This property is amazing. I stayed here for business for several weeks and thought the building was spectacular. Next to/shares a lobby with the Intercontinental hotel which has a full bar and restaurant...can even get room service at your apartment. Awesome amenities, great staff, outstanding service...a true home away from home.

    I love this building! Ive stayed here twice now through an apart-hotel company called Locale. This property is more like a residential hotel with all the amenities and services they provide. The staff here is on point, but the views this building provides is a visual dessert!

    Loved living here! The complex itself is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. From the first time I visited for a tour to the day I moved out, staff and management has been nothing but kind and attentive.I would still live here if I hadnt had to recently move!

    Beautiful building and amazing amenities. Great customer service, theyre always there to lend a helping hand. So close to the Medical Center I dont even need to drive. I am so glad I live here it has made life easier.

    Perfect location , at the Latitude the staff are really friendly and helpful , the maintenance team takes care of orders very quick.The Amentias are great, I highly recommend it.

    Latitude is great! The building is quite new and offers quality amenities. The pool on the 35th floor is my favorite - such an incredible view!

    Come for the fabulous Houston skyline views and stay for the eclectic residents. I met a gorgeous couple, Daniel & Marial, who are huge Colts fans. Daniel recorded himself doing push-ups by the pool and Marial covered 12 Jewel songs on a ukulele.

    This place is so beautiful! Definitely in a great location since it’s by Rice university and the Med Center. Not only is it a very beautiful building but the staff is super welcoming and accommodating as well. Highly recommend.
