    The asistant manager Teresa has been amazing. She has been very friendly, helpful over my 1 year stay there in Larkspur Twin Creeks apartment. She has always helped solve the problems I had.The residents and the community is great. I enjoyed it a lot there. The breakfast and the happy hour was very enjoyable.Afterall, I was happy there, thanks for everything.

    Larkspur community is at the top of our list as our next home! Upon our visit the staff was very attentive from the top right down to the maintenance staff! The amenities meet all our future needs as well as our puppy’s! With the new management in place in subsequent visits the atmosphere has a wonderful vibe! Larkspur is now on our short list!

    I moved out 2 years ago and found out about living in a non 55+ community. Now Im moving back in and I plan on staying there. Also, there are some negative reviews but just ignore them. You cant please everyone all the time. Just got to be flexible. I cant wait to move!!Below is 4 years ago.I have looked at most every senior community with a 10 mile radius of Allen and nothing compares to Larkspur. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and we cant wait to move in on June 1st. There will be a lot of activities, trips and social events. They have a great walking path, large pool and the building is so large inside that in bad weather there is plenty of space to walk. Our apt is spacious and is priced at a very reasonable rate.

    My two cats and I moved here 3 weeks ago. They are totally settled in, but they left me to unpack the boxes. Its pure joy. The parking lots are well lit as are the hallways and all the public areas so it feels very secure always. The staff is friendly and helpful and other residents are easy to get to know. Dressing is casual always, and the activities are amazingly diverse. Lots of ways to get exercise, go on outings, play games with others, or just have a quiet evening of TV or reading. Having a carport is a nice plus, and theres still so many more things to try. My first time in an apartment since I finished college, but a very wonderful experience!

    Larkspur at Twin Creeks is a wonderful place to live. There is an abundance of activities to keep you busy. A variety of providers visit to give presentations about our health. The activities director keeps us on our toes with a variety of music entertainment. There are people here from all over the world. Management is quick to respond to all inquiries. They are continuously making improvements to better our lives.

    I toured Larkspur at Twin Creeks back in June. Let me tell you this property is amazing!! and surprisingly affordable.Konnie went the extra mile for me during my visit, and the residents seem to really love her. I can’t wait to move in in August!!!Go and visit Larkspur at Twin Creeks, you will NOT be disappointed.

    I cant say enough good things about Larkspur. Not only is it a beautiful community, the leasing people are incredibly kind and helpful. The residents are so friendly and there are a lot of fun activities. It is like living in an upscale hotel with all the amenities.Finally, I found a place to live that gives me a sense of community. I recommend it highly!

    We moved in May, from the first day we felt at home. Everyone is very friendly. The staff goes out of their way to help you. 2 days after we moved in, the electricity in our apt went out. It was after the manager had left. We called the phone number for the manager and she came back to the apt and stayed over 3 hours trying to get it fixed. She also went home and got a fan and extra long cord so we could sleep comfortably. It was fixed the very next day by maintenance. She went way above her duty. They have so many nice and free things for you to do. Exercise, dance, swim class, happy hour, etc. This is a great place to live!

    I cant say enough about Larkspur. Zora and Lisa are amazing! When I came here I was looking for a peaceful, clean, and enjoyable place to live.I know Father God sent me here, these ladies are so full of kindness; they both have beautiful hearts. Larkspur is a place where you definitely want to live.

    I do not live here but my friend does. It is kept immaculately clean and there are so many amenities! It is also near fabulous shopping experiences. If i was in the market for a new home, i would definitely give Larkspur at Twin Creeks a long look!

    What a wonderful place to live. The people (Konnie and Zora) are the best in their field. They are very caring and well informed about seniors needs, likes, and life style. I would recommend Larkspur at Twin Creeks to any of my friends and family. Happy New Year to you all.

    I moved in at Larkspur June 1, 2019, and I feel like I am on vacation at a gorgeous resort! It is so beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and full of activities and entertainment. They include a continental breakfast Monday-Friday, Wine down Wednesday every week with a meal, beer, wine, and soft drinks, Special parties with live music and food for holidays and other special occasions, Movie night on Friday, a beautiful pool including water aerobic classes, Zumba, Drumba, Core and Strength, Yoga, Tai Chi, and workout room, plus several other amenities. The staff here is so friendly and very helpful with any questions or information that you might need. I highly recommend Larkspur to anyone 55+ to live here and enjoy the luxury, friendly residents and staff, and everything they have to offer!!!!!

    We had a great New Year’s party with City Lights entertaining. As usual Vonda didn’t d a SUPER JOB. In addition the residents had a party on New years. It was BYOB and and an appetizer or dessert to share. Looking forward to more great activities in 2023

    Larkspur is beautiful setting to call home -both inside and out with a friendly, caring and dedicated staff! All residents have been welcoming and friendly and there are endless activities to participate in -both on property and together in the community! We highly recommend living here!     My husband and I visited Larkspur at Twin Creek a couple of days ago. The sales Rep Zora is a very friendly lady and gave us a tour around the complex. We really enjoyed this visit and like this community so much.

    Darla, our maintenance lady is always so nice and willing to help with whatever we need. She always has a smile and speaks to each person by name and asks how they are today. She says she loves her job and it shows!

    Gladys & I are in our 80s. We have lived in many senior communities.Larkspur at Twin Creeks in Allen, TX is by far the best place we have lived.The staff is fantastic & the activities are the best. We would not live any other place.
