Resident experiences has been good so far. The units are clean, updated and spacious. The location is great as well as the rent. There has been a ton of construction since we have moved in limiting our usage of the community, and the elevators are down a lot. Other than that we love the community. We just resigned our lease.

I’ve had a great experience living here and am likely renewing my lease, depending on the rate increase. It’s refreshing to live in a community where management treats tenants with respect and fairness rather than a purely corporate approach. They maintain a balanced and reasonable management style, without excessive oversight or unnecessary fines. The staff Chloe, Tonya, Heather and Ana are kind, knowledgeable, communicative, and always quick to respond via email. While the building relies heavily on elevators, they are the fastest I’ve ever experienced, making it manageable. The strict dog rules ensure the property and common areas remain clean, which is essential for a pleasant environment. They have security at night that patrols parking and the main entrance, and the parking policy is very fair. Package room access is usually organized, and access is easy. Overall, this community is exceptionally well-run and considerate of its residents’ needs.

Landmark is a solid place to live. Maintenance is quick, staff is nice, and soundproofing is exceptional. Always enough room to park in the garage and the courtyard just got renovated. Overall a great experience.

I live in Landmark on Lovers for 5 years. I love location of the property. It is walking distance from Tom Thumb, Central Market, Baylor Scott and White, LA Fitness and many good restaurants where you can go out for lunch or dinner. Greenville area is few minutes away which is great for a night put with your friends. I enjoy pool area during summer time and courtyard for remaing part of the year. Fitness center and yoga center are really well maintained and available 24-7. Service team is just amazing. They are professional and responding to service requests pretty quickly. Leasing team is very friendly and helpful all the time. I can’t wait to renew my lease for another year.

I moved here about 4 months ago and couldnt be happier with the location and the staff. Ive had a few small issues that was left by previous tenants, but the maintenance team were prompt in fixing the issues almost immediately. 5 of 5 stars without a doubt.

I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years and haven’t had one issue. Maintenance staff is always on top of the property with little to no wait time when requesting for repairs. The leasing staff and management have been helpful with anything and everything. Also, the pool courtyard is being remodeled with great upgrades. Highly recommend.

I LOVE living at Landmark on Lovers! We are right in the heart of the North Dallas area with access to a main highway and neighborhood entertainment venues, shopping, and restaurants galore! Our management, leasing agents, and maintenance staff members are always friendly, professional, welcoming, and ready to solve any issue that comes their way. The property is clean and well-maintained, and any messes are dealt with promptly. The overall vibe of our community is friendly and cooperative. Due to having asthma, the MAIN feature of this community that is beneficial to me is that we are a NON-SMOKING community! Along with that health and wellness feature, we have a fully operational gym, a courtyard to take peaceful walks, an exercise room, and a yoga/meditation room - if that speaks to your sensibilities as well. For those who want to contribute to the peace, tranquility, and upscale nature of our living community, you could be the next member of our LOL community!

I am finishing up my 2nd lease at Landmark. Ive enjoyed my stay there. My side of the building is pretty quiet which was a big plus for me. No major issues or concerns to report. Though my apartment is not necessarily luxury, I do understand we are playing for the location and proximity to places like central market, tom thumb etc.The fitness center could use some modernization as it is pretty dated equipment and dumbbells. I didnt use the pool much, but it had been out of commission up until recently; though i know some folks were peeved about that.Only reason Im leaving is due to rent growing larger than my budget can allow at the moment, but Im glad to have lived there.The staff has always been amazing imo but i know that can be considered subjective. Aside from the lack of modernization of some features it was an overall good experience.

I moved here in 2021 and have enjoyed living here so much. I don’t really have any complaints. The staff is so courteous and quick to address any issues. The apartment is in a great location. The apartments are updated and feel very luxurious. It’s so nice having an apartment that comes with a washer and drier in the unit! Maintenance stays on top of things and usually get to work orders the same day that they’re put in! Great communication from management. I love living here!

I moved into Landmark during the summer at the height of everyone moving in and prices skyrocketing. Ask for Tonya, she was the sweetest!! I moved from an older condo down the road and was ready for the upgrades. So far we have loved living here.They have had several events for residents already a pool party, food truck, carving pumpkin contest and more. The other residents are great, I have yet to meet someone I dont like. The noise level is good, nothing crazy but you do live in an apartment. My daughter and I love all the amenities they offer! My daughter uses the yoga rooms all the time, the pool is huge with plenty of seating, and the workout room has great equipment. I also want to point out the parking... youll never have an issue, ever. There is so much garage parking!!When things go wrong at the apartments, Jon, the community manager is so open and communicative with an action plan. For an example, the elevators kept breaking for various reasons and he sends out an honest email and how he is going to address the issue. I will say I have had several maintenance issues my ac had to be fully replaced, leak in the wall, toilet not working, dishwasher not working and sink being stopped up. Each time the maintenance crew is amazing, the come in within a day address the issue, fix it if they can. The guys are so nice and dont mind my dog in their face while they work and they even give her some loving while they work. So while I have had more than expected maintenance issues to get them resolved has been really great!One thing I am not a fan of but honestly its a good thing! You can let guest into the garage or front lobby via an app you set up, however to use an elevator to get them up to your floor you cant. Every time I order food or have a guest I have to go down the elevator to the lobby to get them. While annoying at time I do appreciate that it is difficult to get to the units. I have not questioned my safety here at all. They also have a security guard nightly and cameras!It has been great living here so far!

The management here is nice and friendly, but that does not imply that things are kept in check. There are SEVERAL issues with this apartment complex:- There have been 4 break-ins in the package room and several of my packages have been stolen… there is only so many times companies will reimburse you for packages.- The reserved parking here is a waste of money… there is someone always parking in my spot (happens about once a week or so) and they can’t even track who the owner of the vehicle is.. they have no record of the vehicles in the building.- The lock at the door that comes in the leasing office is always broken, and anyone can get in and out of there.- And above all this, my rent is raised by about 20% on lease renewal. and after all this series of events mentioned above started happening.- The elevators are often broken as well.In fairness to the management, the manager is amazing and does a great job at communicating all the stuff, but that does not make any of these problems less concerning.Adding on 1/19/2023 (last review was 09/2022): the issues have been fixed.. the elevators work now, and the apartment has done a great job of fixing all the doors and stopping the thefts. The staff as I said earlier has always been amazing, the situations were not so favourable. And now that it has changed I would give a 4.5 star rating. They fixed the reserve parking issue and address any concerns very diligently. Given the market the rents at this point would be justified.. now that all the issues are fixed. The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay pleasant and friendly for you. And…. Jon is the best leasing Maam here I have ever worked with!

On the surface, Landmark on Lovers is a great place to live. Its not far from several Dallas hotspots (and can even be considered somewhat walkable if youre willing to brave the heat and the six-lane traffic on Greenville and Lovers), the current management as of writing is super attentive and personable, and the maintenance team is ready to help ASAP. However, there are a number of caveats that add up if youre not aware and can really break the deal if youre not aware of them going in.First is the noise—not in the sense of other neighbors, but around the apartments. If you arent a morning person or work the night shift, say goodbye to your precious eight hours of sleep because the porter-groundskeeper will roll in six days a week and LOUDLY bang on the dumpster in the parking garage at any time between 7 and 9 AM. It can also be an issue if you grab an apartment near or facing Lovers, as youll be dealing with nonstop traffic noise until around 11 PM—a caveat that should be expected with an apartment off of a busy street, but can catch those used to a quiet suburban life off guard. Ive also had a few issues with the whine of the air conditioning unit attached to the apartments across the street on Amesbury, but most should be able to tune it out.Local management may be stellar, but please dont ignore the fact that this is a Greystar property. Theyre currently the largest multi-family housing owner in the nation, and together with RealPage, which has been subject to a DoJ investigation over price fixing, dont expect rent to be cheap. During peak months at the time of writing, expect to drop $1,500 a month for a one bedroom at minimum. Also be prepared to put up with corporate trying to string you along with shady middlemen, especially leading up to your move—I almost fell for one myself because it was very cleverly disguised as both something that was important to use to move in, as well as being branded under the Landmark on Lovers banner.If youre willing to be able to deal with these, then Landmark on Lovers is the perfect place to call home. If not, then you might be better off trying a different apartment nearby.(edit 7/18/23: three stars was a little harsh for this review so I bumped it up to four)

Although I just recently moved in to Landmark On Lovers, I’ve had an excellent experience thus far. It all started with Nancy with the office staff when I first arrived on the property. I was skeptical due to a lower than average credit score that I was going to be accepted, but yet she still took plenty of time to spend with me showing amenities and apartments, and not rushing me out the door. I also had dealings with Tonya on the office staff, and she as well was very prompt and professional assisting me with a small situation I had run into. In addition, management ( I will find out her name and edit it into this when I do ) was willing to work with me and went above and beyond when she did not have to regarding another scenario. That is quite a big deal to me especially in this industry when it’s been my experience over the years that they can be very uncompromising. In addition to alkaline of that positivity, they have a very prompt and professional maintenance staff. I put in requests and they were answered that same day. I left a voicemail in the general voicemail and received a call back that day regarding a question that I had. The maintenance manager ( I believe his name is Zolan - I hope I’m correct here ) is extremely professional, obviously knowledgeable, and exhibiting great people skills. You don’t get phone calls back very often these days due to the Internet as opposed to many years ago. The property and the apartments speak for themselves. Clean, comfortable, with many amenities. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a clean comfortable secured residence. ..

Really enjoy being part of the Landmark on Lovers community. The building is in a great location and staff does a wonderful job of keeping up with all the needs and providing support. John, the manager, is great at communicating with us whats happening. The maintenance and cleaning crew had been amazing despite all the needs a big building has.

I like this property and havent had any outrageous issues. Maintenance is good and timely, which is a big thing. Parking is great in reference to space and visitors parking. The package room works well and there is usually a person in the room to help with organization. Office staff have gotten better at answering the front. I would like for the package room door to be less tricky opening it up and the walls are a bit thin for me. But overall, I recommend this place because the staff cares and they show love to the residents often!

I have been living here for over 2 years and I just love the management, they are always super helpful and welcoming. Any single concern or issue we have is addressed as soon as possible. It is a nice and safe Neighborhood to walk around with lots of walking distance stores. The only thing I am not the happiest with is our mailroom situation. I just moved in a few days ago, and the process was so easy. The concierge helped with scheduling my use of the freight elevator and the layout of the complex made it extremely easy to move my furniture to the apartment. Ive met a number of my immediate neighbors and others on the elevator, and everyone has been so nice! Our leasing agent has been very helpful and is always willing to answer my next question. Ive been impressed so far and expect that to continue. Great apartment complex with great community.

I have lived at Landmark On Lovers since the building was new. I moved here temporarily so a family member could finish studies at SMU. He graduated 4 years ago and I am still here. The location is amazing. If you had to, you could walk to all of lifes necessities as they are 10-15 minutes away including the DART rail. I have lived through several owner changes and management teams and I must say this team is the best we have had. They are accessible and listen. Jon the manager and Heather the assistant manager are great. The leasing team, Tonya and Daned are very personable. As for maintenance, 5 stars, they are attentive and quick. Zoran, Josh and Gabbi do a great job.The pool is one of the best I have ever seen. I am a swimmer and enjoy the 25 meter pool.The building is now 8-9 years old and is beginning to go through renovations. They have taken a little longer than anticipated and promised but if all that is planned goes through, it will be amazing. I am confident Jon can get it all done through all of the layers of upper management and owners. I am also a broker and have had several clients move here and they have been satisfied. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review and not a 5 is due to the housekeepers. I understand that they are a new contract and perhaps still getting settled in. The issues that I have addressed, once I had brought them to managements attention were taken care of. Overtime this will probably improve hopefully.I would definitely consider Landmark On Lovers.

I have had the best experience with Landmark than I have at any other community I have lived at. The staff is exceptionally nice and catering to every need I have. The amenities of the apartments are great! I would highly recommend Landmark to anyone looking for a better community.Why I think Landmark is great:Concierge makes things really easy for me: Dry Cleaning, Email Alerts for misc things like packages or weather issues.Once again, the staff are incredible people.. I have lived at many complexes where the staff are extremely rude to say the very least.The pool is gorgeous along with the Putt-Putt golf, and many many lounge areasThe apartments are really nice, decent sized... also the portal for the community is pretty cool!

We have lived at Landmark for almost a year now. I wrote a review for this apartment complex back in November, and was very open and honest with the things that were a little trying living here, such as overflowing trash bins, office staff, and fire alarms going off at random times of the night or early morning. Im happy to submit another review and say that things have drastically improved here in the past few months. The new community manager, Jonathan, has been amazing and has worked very hard to help turn these issues around, and he has gone above and beyond with keeping the residents informed as well. The aforementioned issues have been addressed and taken care of, and significant progress has been made on improving multiple areas of the property. This is a place that I can easily and gladly recommend to others now, and we very much enjoy living here. I just moved into this property and so far my experience has been great! Preston made the move in process enjoyable and answered any questions and doubts I had. The grounds are well kept and clean and the neighborhood is beautiful! Very safe and plenty of things within walking distance. During my move in the air stopped working and maintenance had the whole thermostat replaced in a matter of hours.

We have been residents at Landmark on Lovers for almost a year now, and IIm relieved to say that things have dramatically improved since moving in, and its a fantastic place to live. When we first moved in, (Summer of 2020), there were some janitorial issues, security issues, and the staff was hit or miss when it came to resolving issues. Since then, the community has appointed a new manager, Jonathan, and simply put he has turned this place around. Numerous issues have been resolved in a timely manner, and hes gone out of his way to make sure residents are happy with the living situations here. The amenities are great, and currently in the talking stage of being made even better, ALL of the staff has been extremely helpful lately, the maintenance team is fantastic, and the residents are always friendly and great. The location is a huge plus to living here as well, walking distance to two grocery stores, and plenty of bars/restaurants in the immediate area. We enjoy living at Landmark, and I would definitely recommend people come check it out!- Amanda S.

Ive been living here for a couple months now and it has been a great experience. Every aspect of my apartment is new, attractive, and well-functioning and there is plenty of space no matter which size you choose. I fit all of my clothes in less than half of the closet space adjoined to the bathroom. Besides the rooms there is an awesome pool area with BBQ grills nearby, fancy resident lounge with a giant TV, couches, pool table, kitchen, etc., and the best workout room I have ever seen in any apartment complex or hotel. Seriously, check out their website for photos. There are currently 3 treadmills, 3 bikes, free weights up to 50lbs, a nice squat/bench rack, leg press/curl, exercise balls, yoga mat, various machines including chest/back extension, and 4 TVs on the walls. The indoor parking garage is handy for keeping my car cool and safe. The entire complex is well-secured so only residents can get around, let alone through the outside doors. The management uses an online portal that allows for easy and quick communication between myself and whoever I need to contact, whether it be other tenants or the office. The staff are friendly and helpful (shout out to Lauren and Deirdre for helping me with random things besides lease issues). Overall, Landmark is a fantastic place to live.

Update: still living here, still love it. See below for my original review. Disregard review left saying the management staff is the worst. They are as helpful and accommodating as they can be within reason. Anyone who has anything bad to say is most likely a pain in the a** and has unreasonable expectations. Its a leasing office not a David Copperfield show.I recently moved into landmark on lovers and even though its only been a short while I can already say that its the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. On top of being new, the amenities are spectacular and abundant! I havent even gotten to utilize all of them. Some of them include a small fenced in dog run, freight elevator (makes move-in a breeze), concierge who emails you when a package arrives, will do your dry cleaning, and even offers dinner for two delivered. The gym and public areas are very nice and the pool is nicer than most hotels. And if you still arent convinced, come in and see the girls in the leasing office. Theyre all amazing, friendly, and over the top helpful! If there was a hall of fame for best property tours Lauras would be in there because it was hands down the best tour Ive been on, but dont take my word for it just take one yourself. Deidre has gone above and beyond for me since Ive moved in (even helping with interior decorating advice) and everyone else has been welcoming and hospitable making sure all my needs are met. I really cant say enough good about landmark and its team. Im happy to live here.

The management of an apartment property can really make or break the experience for tenants and future tenants. In this case - our property manager, Jonathan Hopkins, is the backbone of Landmark on Lovers. He is one of the few PM’s I know that goes above and beyond to make sure his tenants are seen/heard, valued, and taken care of rather than treating his tenants like numbers. It’s clear he cares about the positive impact he’s making around here to continuously improve the property and its reputation. I moved to Landmark early on in 2021 and have just signed my 2nd renewal - looking forward to another year here! Appreciate you, Jon!

We’ve lived here for a year and John, the new General Manager is absolutely incredible. Negative reviews from the past are exactly that these days…in the past. John has improved the property and living experience times 10! Cleanliness, updating amenities, and amazing service have all changed during John’s time here. Very excited to stay for another year.

I’ve lived here for 4 months now and I have no complaints! The leasing office always answers if I need anything or have any questions. The area is really quiet and dog friendly. Not to mention the maintenance men respond the same day if there are any issues! Overall a great property and awesome price for what we have! We love our cozy little apartment!!

I was greeted by two of the office staff and they were nice, professional and had a lot of great things to say about their apartments. Overall I really enjoy living here. The staff is friendly, maintenance is prompt, and my apartment home itself is great. However, I do hear the people above me, quite often, and the dog park should not even be allowed to be called a park. Its VERY small and not well maintained. Nobody wants to be the second person in the dog park, because its incredibly awkward. They have many other amenities that I highly doubt would get as much use as a great dog park

I love living here! This is actually the second time I have done so. When I was in college, I shared a 2 bedroom apartment with my roommate. After school, I moved out of state, but when I returned to Dallas, this was the one place I wanted to live. I looked at others, but you cant beat the amenities that Landmark has including a fully- equipped gym, yoga/workout studio, and gift-wrapping, music, study, conference, and video game rooms that can be reserved. Also, there is a free Starbucks coffee maker in the resident lounge which also has big screen TVs, a pool table and shuffle board. Lastly, I love the new leasing office staff! They are so sweet and helpful!

Living experiences highly depend on your neighbors. I have lived here for 3 years. First year was perfect. During second year, the ceiling fan down stairs were not working well, so my floor was shaking along with machine noise every time they turned the fan on. Third year was the worst, since new neighbors next door were having party half of the week, normally around midnight, and sometime 3 am in the morning. I could even hear the loud music when I was in living room, regardless there is my bedroom in between.Other than the neighbors, rest of the other things are good.ps: I highly agree that make sure to have everything in writing. The management team changes very often, and the new one tend to not recognize the previous ones promise.

I moved here 6 moths ago and I have loved every day here. Locationally, I couldnt have chosen a better place. I know a lot of people who live in uptown, and I prefer it here because of accessibility. The amenities are great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and my apartment is perfect for me. I have a dog, and it can be a pain to walk down the long hallways to get her outside sometimes, but the complex is dog friendly and there are plenty of other dogs here who like to play. The price seemed high to me at first, but there is no where else in Dallas where you can get the same value for your dollar.

I moved into Landmark on Lovers in the beginning of 2015 and have had a great experience so far. It is not without flaws, but as far as location, staff and quality, it is one of the best apartments I looked at during my apartment search. I would recommend it. Here is the detailed review:The location is near the Lovers Lane DART station. It takes me exactly 35 minutes to commute from my room to my office downtown. I have also found a Walmart, Sams Club, JC Penny, and Home Depot within 5 minutes driving distance (Timber Creek Crossing). As far as food goes, there is a Chipotle, Freebirds, two Chickfilas, In n Out, Cane’s and IHOP, within 2 minutes driving distance. WARNING: Lovers Lane and 75 will get crowded during busy hours. There are ways to avoid it.Staff is really down to earth. That was important in my apartment search, because poor management can ruin a place. They do a good job posting updates in the resident portal (their own social network for residents). Ive talked to 5 different staff members and it has been all smiles and all my questions have been answered. I believe the building is at low occupancy (because its new), so well see if they can keep up the great service when more people move in.The quality of the building is 8.8/10... It is relatively new, opened in Dec. 2013. I am in a one bedroom / one bathroom, and I am happy with the space, new cabinets and new carpet. I have more balcony space than I know what to do with, but that isnt a problem. Sometimes the hallways and elevator have a funky smell, but those moments are few and far between. Parking isnt a problem with low occupancy. Even if there were a ton of people here, most of the first floor and the entire basement is parking. They are bicycle friendly, and pet friendly. I do not own a pet, so I cant speak on the quality of those services. The gym is nice, all the machines are working and it has not been too crowded so far.ADVICE: If moving in furniture or big boxes, be sure to bring a dolly or anything with wheels. The freight elevator is on one corner of the building, and if youre moving to the other side, it is a long walk.Ill try to update this six months from now. Until then, I think this is a great place to live.

This apartment complex is one of the the bests! Management (Adam and Jaleesa) is great and they have been doing a great job keeping the place running and clean, especially during this COVID-19 thing. I have lived here for 5 years now and except during one of the previous managers, everything has been great! I love the pool, which is one the second floor.

Wow Dallasites...I love my new home! The business of leasing my new apartment was so fast and easy...all thanks to the professionalism and resourcefulness of all the office staff and concierges. They also have some incredible move-in specials that were unmatched by all the other properties in the area. Here are my fave amenities: the underground parking where my vehicles are protected from the summer heat and weather in general, lots of parking available with a swanky elevator right to my door, bike racks and lockers in the parking garage, the business center with 24/7 free printing and Macs & PCs, the gym with truly state of the art equipment, my massive closet and spacious shower, the beauty of a 3rd floor view and large, 2 bedroom square footage, the air conditioned bicycle repair center and dog grooming room...too cool! Just too much to list...I am extremely thrilled to call Landmark on Lovers my new home!! If youre currently looking...definitely check this place out :)

Renting at Landmark on Lovers has been a good experience so far. The staff is quick to respond to issues and sends out updates to residents regarding community complaints. The location is also a plus to Landmark on Lovers. Its in walking distance to my favorite grocery store and short driving distance to some of my favorite restaurants!- Mary Grace Roden

I just moved into this apartment and have to commend them on how easy they made it for us (thank you Heather and Lauren)! Definitely the best experience I have ever had moving in somewhere. And the apartment is much more spacious than we expected, and has an amazing amount of storage.

The staff is wonderful, the assistant especially has always been helpful! The amenities and events are the best. My apartment was perfect. It felt like home with luxury of everything being in walking distance!

The apartment complex is nice aside from the many constant issues: dirty elevators/halls, issues with gates (inside garage), phones are always down, the landscaping seems to be dying slowly. None of these issues are a HUGE problem, but for the amount that I pay each month I feel like they should be taken care of in a more timely fashion...especially the gate inside the garage as that is a safety measure I pay for.

I absolutely love Landmark On Lovers... I moved in here 1 week ago from NJ and I couldn’t be anymore happier with my decision. From the price, to the extraordinary management team, to my beautiful apartment, to the incredible amenities and to the best location. So i JUST picked up my keys last week. I havent even spent the night in my new apartment yet. Im relocating to Dallas from San Diego, CA for work. I really cant review on anything bad. Lauren has been helpful from Day 1! She helped me to organize everything from San Diego. Shes very nice and helped me to be very comfortable with my choice. Even talking to her on the phone was like talking to a friend. Thanks Lauren! Deirdre was the one to help me out on the day I picked up my keys (since apparently Lauren doesnt work 24/7). Deirdre was great: all smiles and very friendly.EVERYTHING here is still brand new. Kitchen is spacious. New cabinets and appliances. Carpet and flooring are new. Good sized closets. Great move in promo!Ill post more when I get a chance to experience the place but thats all for now!

I have enjoyed living at this community. The office staff have been exceptional since the day I moved in. The grounds are well kept and make for a great evening stroll with the pup. The nearby grocery stores, gas station, gym and local shopping are close enough to walk to.

We just went through the leasing and moving in process and things could not have gone more smoothly. The leasing agents could not have been more helpful in showcasing the amenities of the property and showing the units that were available for lease. After living here for now 2 weeks and finally getting settled in we couldnt be happier with how things are going. Would highly recommend friends to look at the Landmark on Lovers.

I moved to Dallas in order to study a Master Degree, I looked for many apartments, luxury apartments, etc... Landmark on Lovers is the best place I found. These apartments are great, the environment with other tenants and staff is friendly and fun. Amenities are great and is really suitable for a busy person. If you are going to study on SMU is perfect because there is The SMU Express just in a walking distance.
