    From day one.. the leasing lady at the front desk (Esmerelda Flores) has been sooo helpful!! From the start of the application to the day I picked up my keys she was there to answer any and all questions. I just recently had an issue where my ceiling was leaking.. I made her aware of the situation and she sent out the maintenance man (Jacob) to make sure it was taken care of THE SAME DAY! Crazy right?! lol he even put a new filter while he was there.well once I got home that same evening my ceiling started leaking again. I made Esmerelda aware and within about an hour the maintenance man (Jacob) was at my door. He advised that the people above me ac drip pan was clogged. He cleaned the upstairs drain and put in a work order for the ceiling to be fixed. I’ve NEVER lived in an apartment complex that had such speedy service! I definitely recommend these apartments.. especially with the service Esmerelda has provided in the short amount of time I’ve been living here.

    Ive lived here for years. The current management is doing a fantastic job. Its much cleaner than before. They keep the gates working. My only complaint is in the summer, the pool is never opened. 😔

    I’m going to give 5 stars because I went and applied for a apartment today and the customer service was awesome. They assisted me with everything and gave me details on everything I needed to know. I’m just waiting for application to be processed. Looking forward to moving here hopefully sooner than later!! I was pleased with the apartment I viewed, it will be great for me and my two children.2-4-2021 Update I stayed here 2 years and the only issues I had was the 3rd floor neighbors jumping up and down and nobody never did anything about it when I complained so I moved but other than that it’s overall a good place to stay. I never encountered No thefts no violence I don’t understand the reviews.

    I REALLY REALLY don’t understand the reviews. I love it here. My son literally play at the park everyday. He’s 4 and the older kids play with him so well! There ARE nice children and I’ve had absolutely no problems with the team and maintenance. When I moved in, my apartment had brand new carpet. I’m so shocked at the reviews because I have not experienced none of the things that are being complained about. The school district is also AMAZING. Very loving and caring. Try it out for yourself !

    The office staff is so amazing!!!! Micole was such a blessing to my elderly parents through the whole process of getting of everything done and getting moved in. She was so kind and understanding with my parents, she answered all of their questions and seemed so delighted to help them on this journey. Also, the other office staff is very friendly and professional, could not ask for a better place for my parents to move into. Lots of friendly and welcoming neighbors, very pleased with this whole process. Thank you Micole for taking time with my elderly parents and making them feel so welcomed and at home .

    As with any government provided services, getting started was a process. But once we had everything figured out the staff got us moved in very quickly. & the last 2 months of living here have been really laid back. Rent is very affordable & the apartment itself is nice. No issues of any kind.

    After a long search for a place to call home and a very bad experience with my prior apartment complex, I can honestly say that Landings At Marine Creek is all we have been searching for all along. The process took a while due to the high volume of applications, and after about 3 weeks I was able to get approved. Thanks to Matthew & Samantha who helped me and my family along the way and kept us informed of the process. They both made sure we were taken care of and provided us with amazing customer service. I have never been more happier with any other place. It is crucial for my family and myself to feel safe and to know that if we have any concerns, we can always count on our office staff to help us.

    I had no issued with the application process and getting a chance to move when I felt it was the right time and the staff was very helpful and definitely put their residents first. The apartment came wit great amenities. Samantha was very helpful,informing and gave ample to get all paperwork needed to get the apartment.overall a nice place to stay

    I rated the complex 5 stars because of the office staff. Sadly I didnt go further with an application because theyre income restricted, and Im not eligible. Forgive me, but I forgot the gentlemans name that helped me for a brief moment. He even gave me the name of an apartment complex to look into. From what I saw on the outside, the apartments looked good.

    I love it! I’ve read some of the horrible reviews but IN MY OPINION, it’s nice. My move-in date was October 9th, the approval time was a bit lengthy but once everything was received the process moved along pretty quickly. My ONLY issue after I moved in were the people that lived above me. Apparently they have 2small children and they’re VERY NOISEY!! Stomping, running, bouncing balls, screaming, falling, you name it they’ve done it! I’ve contacted the office twice about the noise and they were very helpful. I can only assume that the tenants before me had several complaints as well so as of a result of that theyve received a NTV (notice to vacate) in November.They’re still a bit noisey but not “as noisey” as they were. At this point it’s tolerable because I know they be gone soon. They have also administered a curfew effective immediately for all those under the age of 18. Basically, minors can’t be out on the property after 8 “UNLESS” they’re accompanied by a parent and/or guardian, which I think is great. At one point after I moved in, there were several times (BEFORE THE CURFEW) that children would run around late at night, randomly knocking on doors and then running off. The way I see it, if the PARENTS aren’t going to control their “UNRULY” children then someone else will.... ~PERIOD~Since the curfew has been administered that problem is all but non-existent. Currently, I don’t have any complaints at all.. The apartment (themselves) are nice and very spacious. My only regret is that I didn’t select the 4bdrm 2story floor plan when I had the chance....FYI:No matter what apartment complex and/or community you choose to live in, please know that your experience as a “tenant” is solely based on who you are as an individual. #justmyopinion

    Went in on a whim to take a tour and had a very pleasant encounter with the asst manager Shaneice. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Unfortunately, I did not qualify due to the income restrictions(hence the 4 stars), but the apartments are absolutely beautiful for the price.

    The Landings has a great family setting. They have activities like YMCA swimming lessons for free. They are wonderful with families. This is especially true for single parents like myself.The staff is very friendly especially Cristal. She always say hi with a smile and she knows me by name.The office and the center make you feel welcomed and this is rare now a days.The maintenance men go above and beyond. They fix things quickly and with kindness.A place I will happily call home for years.Thank you Landings!!

    Moved in today! Im very very satisfied with my new home, I want to thank Matthew Perez for helping me with my application. He was such a great help, responded to my emails very quickly and got me approved as soon as possible. He was very nice & helpful, couldnt have asked for anyone better to help me.

    Im downsizing from a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and this process is so overwhelming. I decided to use an apartment locator to assist me with my apartment search. I researched the reviews and decided to view the complex. While reading the reviews, I continued to see the Assistant Manager Matthew Perez name in most of the positive reviews. I went directly to him for help the day I decided to do a look and lease. To my surprise he was very helpful. It was also his last day with The Landings @ Marine Creek and he made sure he finished the entire process of paper work before leaving. Im overly excited about moving into my new home!

    My name is Nadleen and I live here, going on two years. There are inexpensive prices for the apartments, the apartments are spacious, and staff is attentive to your needs. I have always had pleasant experiences with The property manager and Loran the assistant manager. They have extended and weekend hours. Plus there are frequent community activites going on.

    I enjoy my moved here, it was rough in the beginning, but Matthew and Morgan got my family and I in our apt in 2 days. So far its been quiet, i dont hear my nieghbors, and my family enjoys it. The experience that i have has been a great one.

    The office seemed to take forever and there were forms that for some reason had to be filled out 2 or 3 times. However, Im in love with the girl who works in the office the one with a bunch of curly hair and freckles. shes really sweet and helpful lol FIVE STARS!!

    Well they finally fixed our waterbroiler and leak, so now its okay. Overall nice appartments , Its quiet where im at. Some of the staff is unhelpful , Matthew is very good though he helped me and my mom. Hes probably the best staff member.

    Im not gonna lie i seen these reviews and thought i probably should go somewhere else but i talked to crystal and matt and was convicted that these reviews wasnt right i moved from 6 hrs away from cctx they made sure that i was in my appointment on time with no inconvenience to me and they had a fun and outgoing personally thay all seem to feed off each other the office was fun and up beat gra8 experience....ill leave a new review after Ive lived here for a few months
