Rami was an absolute joy to work with! I told him exactly what I was looking for in an apartment and what I wanted in the community. Within a few minutes of speaking to him I had a list of apartment complex’s to look over. He didn’t just send me a list, he actually came out to show me each complex. Showed me where I could go shopping, walking trails and restaurants in the area. He also hired movers to help me with my move, which was a huge help! The moving company was very helpful, professional and made my transition very easy. I would 1000% recommended using Rami to all my family and friends. Lunch is definitely on me!

I was in desperate need to find a place to move into as soon as possible and ran into this establishment on a Google search. The next day I went in and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. They got me in contact with David Gardener a licensed real estate agent. As soon as we started talking I could tell he was genuine and wanted to help. Within a hour he had 3 apartments that met what we were looking for and soon after he set up two appointments with the apartments and by the next day we were in our new homey apartment. Were beyond thankful for all his time and effort he put into finding us a perfect place for our family.

Let me just say that Jackie Cannon was a professional angel from start to finish. I called her for assistance with locating (short-notice) an apartment for my dad. Worked with Russel Carinus recently and he was a major help in finding my new place! He sent me several lists of places to check out and always went out of his way to call them and schedule our tours. He communicated extremely well and would keep me informed every step of the way. We finally found a spot that worked for me and Russ was able to assist me with understanding a couple of programs they had here! At the end of the day I can say that without Russ help I probably wouldnt have found such a great spot to live! 10/10 I highly reccomend KW and Russ if youre needing help finding a new spot :)
