I have not moved i yet, but the application process has been smooth. I was able to do a walkthrough of my home today and was very pleased with my layout and the space of my home. I am excited to move in!

Have lived here since March and 0 complaints. The maintenance man Ronny is amazing and so sweet. Elizabeth in the office is so nice. My street is super quiet and you always see kids playing outside.

Beautiful community, modern, clean and the amenities included within the community, makes living here feel like a vacation. The idea of renting an apartment, especially when moving from out of state, didn’t fit my family needs. Elizabeth the property manager is very knowledgeable, when explaining the concept of renting a home within a community that is ready to meet your needs. Katy Tx has amazing schools. And the city itself has so much to offer!The entire staff at Katy Legacy is amazing. And The manager Elizabeth is very helpful and attentive.

My review is not about the house the house is new, clean and stylish and we love it.My review is about the management team Elizabeth, Damian and our maintenance Rony.They are here simply to make everything easier for you and to answer any questions you have no matter what.Elizabeth and Damian are very familiar with there property and they go above and beyond for you, they never failed me with any problem I faced during my moving process, and I love the way they deal with there residents and that made me feel more comfortable moving and living at Katy Legacy.The property is always clean and quite and trust me if you are in the Katy area and looking for a place then definitely Katy Legacy is the place and Elizabeth and Damian are the management you want to deal with.From all my heart thank you Elizabeth, Damian and Rony

Elizabeth helped me make my big move from California. She was very professional and really took her time to show me the properties available. The community is clean and brand new. There is 24hr security. My family loves our new home and community.

This is a great place. The Property Manager, Miesha is amazing. She is gracious, always smiling, always willing to assist and help with issues. My move from another state and finding a brand new home to rent was a lot but with Miesha there with me every step of the way, she made the transition to the property very smooth.

This development is a newly constructed and new concept of living. Renting while not owning but living like a owner. I absolutely love this as an option and the community manager was exceptional. She was here to help every step of the way! Attentive and follows up with you quickly. Extremely professional and a great resource with wealth of knowledge.The community is clean and brand new. I normally don’t write many reviews but this time I had to. Katy Legacy & Miesha King was a huge help in finding a new & beautiful home. Ms. King was very professional in every aspect. She took her time and showed me the properties available, explained what was needed to be approved, & I was in a home the very next week. I can’t thank Miesha & her staff enough & would highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful to look her up! Thank you again!

Took a tour recently and the property is amazing and beautiful! The staff is really helpful and friendly, I’m seriously considering moving to this location within the next few months. Anyone looking to move to Katy and to this area should really consider this location.

Met with Miesha today and toured the homes. The neighborhoood is nice for a rental community. Its the best of both worlds; private homes with connected community amenities. None of your own time spent on lawn or home maintenance, and nice, new, private living spaces! I was surprised to see that the homes are nicer in person than in the online photos; I found it hard to make up my mind which one to rent.But the jewel of the neighborhood is Miesha!! She is super friendly, helpful and goes out of her way to meet objections - not out of desperation for a contract, but because she genuinely cares. Thanks for the hospitality Miesha - you love your work and it shows!

I love this place, I have been living here for more than 5 months and we have not had any problems, the Ammenities are always clean and working, the maintenance staff is very friendly as is the Leasing Office staff.
