I am thrilled to be a new resident at Jameson at the Bluffs! My family already lives here, and I’ve admired the property and its amazing amenities since my first visit. Going through a difficult time with a divorce, I knew I wanted to be close to family, and this community felt like the perfect choice.From the first call, Joey made everything so easy and welcoming. He was incredibly understanding of my situation, and we quickly arranged a tour. Joey was not only knowledgeable about every aspect of the property, but he was also so kind and patient with my very active 14 month old son, which meant a lot to me as a parent. He took the time to show me around and explain all the fantastic amenities available, and I could tell he genuinely cares about helping residents feel at home.The application process was a breeze, and I was impressed by how efficient and smooth everything was. The entire office staff is warm, friendly, and always ready with a smile, which creates such a welcoming atmosphere.Since moving in, my little pup and my son both love it here! There’s so much space for them to explore, and I feel confident that we made the right choice. I’m genuinely grateful to be part of such a wonderful community that truly feels like home. I highly recommend Jameson at the Bluffs to anyone looking for a comfortable, family friendly place to live!

It’s a great apartment complex, very professionally run and maintained. The maintenance guy Endy is fantastic and they get you fixed up quickly. Tracy and the other staff members are excellent as well.They throw a lot of events so you have a lot of social opportunities. I would say be aware of the train in terms of noise, but that in no way reflects on the apartment complex itself.Very close to bars and downtown in general and freeway access. I would recommend this place to live and recently renewed my lease.

This property is in an amazing area. The reason I chose this property as my home is because of the amazing manager Tracy. She took me and my girlfriend on a tour and she made it feel like we were already at home. So far I have no complaints. Great amenities and great neighbors! We got super lucky!

Ive been living at Jameson at the Bluffs for four months and recently renewed my lease for another year. Initially, I reached out to Tracy for information, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing clear answers to all my questions. After moving in, I met Andrea and Josephina, who have also been consistently polite, kind, and attentive. The entire team here has made settling in a smooth and pleasant experience.

Ive been living at the Jameson for almost a year and it has been great. The staff here is very friendly and hospitable. The buildings are always clean. The community would be the highlight of the Jameson. With the staff coordinating community events and scheduling food trucks. Its make for a great place to meet new people and network. The Jameson has advertised several residents small businesses on their social media and even scheduled a residents own food truck. Those little things create a community so inviting. Would and have recommend to friends.

Community is well kept, management overall was amazing - they will do what they can to help you out and make move in/out as easy as possible. Maintenance went above and beyond when called upon, you weren’t waiting a week for parts or service.Friendly community with lots to do and management has nonstop activities for residents. If it wasn’t for buying a home, I wouldn’t have left.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for 2 years and had an amazing experience overall. The pool is the best part for me, but all the other amenities are great as well. Very affordable floor plans and nice appliances/hardware in the units. Great staff & maintenance team as well! Always responsive & helpful. This neighborhood is also very walkable and safe. You could even walk to Sundance square, grab some coffee or a bite to eat.If it weren’t for the trains I’d be staying here for another year!

Spectacular! Its a hidden gem for sure. Great amenities of which I had the pleasure of experiencing first hand. Had the best time at a family event that allowed us the use of a covered, outdoor, full kitchen and oversized granite topped island that held all the food, and served as a game table with room to spare. Located on the 3rd floor, It overlooked both a rustic view of a working railroad track and a luxury pool and spa. The seating was plentiful and the mingling space was, too! We added the joy of being together with love and laughter and it was perfect. I felt great about the safety of the building and the staff. It was a Sunday afternoon but the staff was visible. Great choice, Chris! You have impeccable taste and your living and relaxing space is proof of it.

Ive lived at the Jameson for 2 years now and they are hands down the best in fort worth. The pool is what got me as when I was looking a friend told me about how great their pool looked. Applying was a breeze and the staff has been nothing but great. I will for sure renew again!

The Jameson is a nice place to live! I really enjoyed my 15 month lease here. The office staff are very kind and helpful and will work with you if you’re having any issues. The move in/move out process was smooth and the maintenance staff is fantastic. Overall, would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Ive lived here for five months now and the Jameson is great! They are very communicative via email, text or phone call - you always know whats going on around the complex. Maintenance is awesome too. On the RARE occasions Ive needed something fixed, they have responded within 24 hours. The complex is clean, and conveniently located close to the freeway and downtown.

I love this place and how pet friendly they are. When I moved in I was worried due to past experiences. I love how they greet my dog when we walk in the office and all the events with them too!I have never had any issues while living here and have been here for a year. I enjoy the staff and they adore my dog and give her treats. I love the pool area and cant wait till it gets warm again. I just hope they put a coffee maker in the lounge in the near future.

Going on my second year here, just renewed, and will have to say that its the best apartment community Ive lived in. The leasing office is friendly and attentive and maintenance always takes care of my requests. The amenities are some of the best. I myself enjoy the golf simulator and the pool. Cant wait for the pool party the staff gives each year.

Also they have a discount for teachers, cops, and other service industries!! Highly recommend!! In addition their pricing is amazing and the location is so convenient for anything in downtown Fort Worth and the Stockyards!!

She does such an amazing job tending to the residents while always being so kind and responsive. Absolutely no complaints.Security- Theres the car gate, the fence gate and then the gate into the building. No one can come in without the fob or call box. If one didnt work, a person would have to go through all the rest. I have left my car unlocked several nights and had nothing stolen. Security is almost perfect!Management- I have NO complaints. They answered every call and question. Even if they changed managers/workers, it was the same positive response every time. No issues paying bills or discussing options. Management was perfect!Location- The only thing that might bother people is the location of the apartment. Rock Island is supposedly a bad area and when u look at the houses around the The Jameson you might think so, but for a whole year, I did not hear a single gunshot/robbery/etc. take in place within a 2 mile radius. The train might be the thing that annoys people, but once you get used to it, it doesnt matter. Living in The Jameson you are close to EVERYTHING major in downtown Fort Worth. Location was perfect to me.People- I didnt socialize as much as I want to, but people at the apartments are very nice. I have no complaints about the people that live there. Everyone is just trying to do their own thing but are friendly enough to accept you if you want to

We moved here with the help of Senada, a great employee of The Jameson! As of 3 weeks being here, the place is fantastic. The amenities are in top shape with a great maintenance crew working daily. The only downside is the train that can get loud, but indoors it is muffled enough by the walls to not be an annoyance. Overall, I’m excited for my next several months here. The location is perfect for most everyone.

I’m extremely picky when it comes to apartments due to terrible previous experiences, and have loved every moment here. Maintenance is always quick, no major bug issues, the gym amenities are well kept, and I feel safe.

I was soo close to moving out even signed new lease papers, but what kept me here for a second year was one of the leasing staff Vahida; she kept ensuring me that the complaints I had would be handled and would not be an issue the future, put my trust in her word and Im glad I did, The Jameson is slowly getting better with employees like her who keep going out of there way to get events scheduled and make sure peoples pets arent urinating in the elevator as much anymore. I recommend The Jameson. The staff is on point.

Living at the Jamesons is awesome! My wife and I just moved to Fort Worth from Long Beach California and this apartment was top 3 on our list. Our agent Vahida made the long distance move so seem-less and also helped us with what utilities companies to choose from for our electric. Anytime we need something fixed or have a concern she is always there to help out and always resolves it. Highly recommend moving to an apartment where the people in the front office care about the residents.

Update February 2022: The five stars still stands, especially for the staff and Tiffany! Tiffany went above and beyond to contact the towing company after our truck was towed out of our covered spot that we pay for last night. She called the towing company and they will be refunding us for the tow. Tiffany stood up for us when she felt we were in the right and we will always be so grateful for that. I cant thank her enough. In these tough times, her compassion and kindness is definitely a breath of fresh air!As for our apartment: we love our unit. The amenities are awesome and in the summer the pool is perfect. Weve only had to put in a couple of really small maintenance requests and theyve been addressed quickly. The maintenance team is great! All around its a great place to live!June 2021: We have had such a great experience and cannot wait to move in! Erica has been amazing! She is professional, fun, kind, and has answered all of our questions quickly via email. During the tour she really took the time to show us all the amenities, a variety of floor plans, and gave us so many options to choose from. The units are absolutely beautiful! We cannot wait to move into our new home soon! Thank you Erica! We look forward to meeting the rest of The Jameson team!

I moved from NC to TX to pursue my goals and of course I had to find a place that would suit me and I would love to call home. I have lived here for over half a year now and I have no complaints about this complex. The amenities are great, awesome pool area and rooftop lounge, the gym even though a bit small has everything you need to get a great workout in. This is my first time being on my own so everything is quite new to me, but Mandy & her team have made living here a great experience and anytime you have questions they are quick at getting answers for you. I am upgrading to a bigger unit soon so I am excited to continue living here at the Jameson

This has been a great experience in finding a new apartment to live in. From the beginning the staff was great and welcoming. Vahida informed me of everything the property had to offer me, and I was sold at that point. The amenities were outstanding, and the overall aspects of the property was pleasant to the eye. The overall square footage versus the cost was very efficient and cleanness of the property was unmatched. Vahida was a great staff member who walked the whole property showcasing everything to me. Overall, a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment.

Lots of cool things like food trucks and social events happen thanks to the front office! Moving in and getting settled here was super smooth and easy. Senada Husic Was super helpful and informative. She made the process very easy for me.The apartments and building complex is very clean , secure, and up to date. I would highly recommend living here.Update:After 8 months I still enjoy living here. Fair warning it is between two train tracks. Lucky for me I grew up next to train tracks so I’m immune to the noise lol. Also of course things break or stop working like anywhere else. That would be ultra unrealistic if they didn’t. With that being said situations I’ve seen was resolved fairly swiftly. Examples would be the elevator stopped working and was fixed by the next day or so. My A/C recently went out and was fixed in a reasonable time frame. A portable A/C unit was provided during the time being as well.Overall the Jameson has awesome luxury apartments with great amenities and community events. The apartments models are up to date. Location is very close to downtown so you’re close to a lot of activities. Lastly I’ve never had not one issue with the front office or maintenance team. They were always nice and cheerful every time I interacted with them.I would still recommend living here.

All I can say is WOW! The now assistant manager Andrea helped me find my 1 bedroom home at The Bowery last year and just 2 weeks ago she helped me find my 2 bedroom upgrade here at The Jameson! She has been nothing but the best! She goes above and beyond to make sure her residents are taken care of and comfortable. I can not wait to make this brand new property my home! She sold me on my first virtual tour, made finding a home during this weird pandemic so easy and exciting! I can not wait!

My tour was nothing but spectacular with enticing amenities around every corner you take. Its literally like living on a resort but even better. Tucked away in a quite neighborhood and not so jammed packed is what the Jameson at the Bluffs has to offer. I wouldve signed a 24 month lease if Mandy wouldve allowed it! A piece of mind is what you get after working with an enthusiastic and professional leasing agent like Mandy. She rocks!!!

I moved into the Jameson in May of 2021 from out of state & Samantha has been nothing short of fantastic helping me with everything I’ve ever needed. She’s been so patient and kind even when I have made things difficult like renting a garage and 10 minutes later wanting to pick a different one lol. She recently went so above and beyond to help me upgrade from my studio to a one bedroom while staying in my same building and I couldn’t thank her enough! If you’re looking for somewhere to live, the Jameson is fantastic. When you come for a visit, 10/10 suggest asking for Samantha for all of your leasing needs!!

Senada was super helpful and kind during the leasing process. Overall the apartments have been pretty good. Interior is really nice and property is well kept. The only negative is the trains. They come through super late at night and blow their horns which is annoying but other than that I’m enjoying it & I’m excited to live here!

I have lived here for over a year now, and while the apartment, and the accommodations alone are worthy of praise, it is the quality of the staff that has me leaving this review. Whether the issue is small or big, Senada has been an incredible resource for me as a tenant. Her patience, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure whatever I need is resolved ASAP is noteworthy, but its the fact that I know that she does this for EVERY person living in the community, that makes her exceptional.

It was a rocky move but since then the apartment community has been great. The train sounds do suck but you get used to it. I am especially thankful for the maintenance guys. To name one, Endy was super friendly and helpful! They take care of requests within 24 hours and always have a great attitude.
