I wanted to give an honest review so I gave it time before I wrote one. We were toured here in September and moved in, in less than a week! Ceci was AMAZING, she walked us through our apt, told us what to expect and was very transparent about everything and the whole process. These apartments are spacious, clean and fun…. Yes fun! the amenities they have are a bonus and they always have events (parties, yoga, social gatherings) going on for us that keeps us engaged and lets us meet new neighbors.You can tell that the office staff really cares about their residents, they socialize with us and get to know our families too. The maintenance staff is just as wonderful and quick too if your ever need them. I promise you will not be disappointed moving in here & I am so glad that I get to call Ironridge my home.

The community is very nice, clean and has very modern finishes in the units. Cecilia M. from the office was very pleasant to work with. She made the process easy for me to choose this complex over the many others. She stayed in contact with me for over 2 months until a unit became avaliable. They kept me informed and worked with me to get my desired floor and floor plan. Its a nice community and minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, dining and shopping.The Maintenance team is phenomenal responding to workorders very quickly.The office staff put on a Christmas party that was a fun way to meet new neighbors and enjoy the amenities that they provide.They also provided a gift wrapping station in the office, with lots of supplies to wrap presents 🎁 at no cost to the residents.

I love living here ! Such a beautiful apartment community. It’s very dog friendly as well, which I love. Ms. Tammie , the complex manager is amazing ! She goes above and beyond for her residents, is very sweet, and a pleasure to have as a community manager. The maintenance team is great. They get anything and everything done as quickly as possible. If you’re thinking of moving here, don’t hesitate. You will love it.

I would like to say that Eric, the maintenance man is awesome! I put in a Work Order prior to the office opening and he was in my apartment addressing the issue and had it fixed shortly after the office opened! I have lived at IronRidge almost 3 years now and just relocated to a larger apartment signing my 3rd lease. Everyone is the office is very friendly and goes above and beyond to please and take care of the residents. Although it’s an apartment complex, there is definitely a good community vibe and that makes it a great place to call home!

The apartments are really nice. The amenities are great, the gym, clubhouse and pool are spacious and clean. Maintenance is super fast! Twice I’ve put in a work order and the issues were fixed the very same day. The complex is gated so I’ve never had issues with safety. I love that they have cool events for residents like brunch, game nights and food trucks. The only con is the noise level, sometimes there’s people blasting music outside (especially at the pool) or making a lot of noise outside at like 2 or 3 in the morning making it hard to sleep and the smoking outside smells. But overall I’d say the apartments are great

This place has been great! Especially having moved from downtown this is so much calmer and has a great neighborhood vibe. They have very frequent events that are well catered and fun. The pool is nice and well maintained. I can’t speak enough to how amazing the gym is, my wife and I powerlifting and this is the only apartment I’ve been to that has a squat rack. The staff is kind and helpful and my dog loves it here.

It’s been a little over a week of my boyfriend and I’d move in. So far it has been great. We keep finding little things here and there, that we hadn’t noticed when touring that we love! Definitely a place that gets better and better. It’s been a painless experience and definitely a weight off our shoulders with how smooth the move in process was! I love how involved the community is especially with the events planned throughout the months!

When I first moved in, I had issues with rude staff and maintenance not listening to my access preferences. I work 13hr night shifts so maintenence either needs to come before 9am or after 3pm and I had maintenence busting down my door at 11am a few times. Since management has changed I have never had this issue again and have always had good interactions since! Pretty happy with living here and how the property is maintained

So about four or five months ago me and my ex were looking for places and they were very accomodating and helpful and the girl who showed us the apt was cute as all get out. I wanted to move here bc these apts have everything i needed but i think my ex got jelly of the cute girl or something and kate chose a different apt under the same company, and since i was sooo fing in love with this liar who was only using me i wanted to make her happy and did every thing i could think of to try and make it so and i conceded to the apt that she wanted which has now turned my life to a living hell. Im really bad with names but the cute office gurl had just transferred from a diff property and she had a cool name like riley or hayley or something but any way.. if you read this.. what up gurl? Im in the office right now but you not here so i just wanted to say what up. Hope u doing good you lil cutie. Okay ima go now byeeeee

I’ve been living here for 4 months now and I love it! Camilla is the best person you can find if you really want to feel happy while looking for an apartment, she is always there for you, she always answered all of our questions and she is still here for us every time we need her, THE BEST!

I like this place. The gym is great. It is probably what sold me. The girls at the office are amazing! They are extremely nice and helpful! The 2 bedroom apartments I leased is modern and just the right size. Maintenance is great. I always see them working and cleaning. They resolved my storage room issue right away. The only downside is the proximity to 281. It is noisy if you are by it.

Ive been living at Ironridge since May of 2023 and Ill be moving out November 2023 because I have to relocate, but the office staff and maintenance team have been great the entire time Ive been here. I only had one issue when I moved in about details in the lease, but this issue was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. They have a well equipped gym with a power rack and barbell, which is very rare at apartments. Their dog spa room has high and low tubs and is stocked with treats and blow dryers for your dog which I feel is a very nice touch. I saw some reviews saying that the grounds are dirty and not maintained, but I see maintenance sweeping/power washing often and a cleaning crew comes regularly to clean the leasing office/community center. Ive lived in 3 different apartment complexes here in San Antonio and Ironridge hands down has been the best experience that Ive had by far.side note: I really love the gate/package room access system. You have an app on your phone that you can use to open the gate or package room. If you have an iphone you can set up siri shortcuts that allow you open these with voice commands to Siri. Im sure you could do something similar on Android. Its super convenient.

Moved in a month ago to this beautiful luxury apartment and couldn’t be happier! Everything is new, modern, clean, properly designed, and feels so homey! Camila showed me around the property and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and made sure to show me all the beautiful amenities the property has. She was so incredible sweet and kind and made my experience touring and working with this property such an easy breeze. So happy with my new home!

I’ve been living here for 9 months, and I think it’s safe to say it’s been an overall wonderful experience to live here. I love the management, and I have only had positive experiences with them. All the amenities in the front office/ gym/club house are great! They have free snacks, water, coffee, drinks, and best of all CHAPSTICK. Probably my favorite complementary item lol. The gym also has free chilled towels to use which feel really good after a workout.I love that the apartment complex management schedules events for the residents. Taco Tuesday is my favorite (who doesn’t love free food?)My unit is really nice and modern, the only complaint I would have (which is nothing major) is that I personally wish there was more natural lighting in the living/dining area. The one thing I love about this place is the location. It is right on 281, so it’s hard to beat how convenient it is. Occasionally I can hear a little bit of traffic noise, but if you get a building far enough away from the main road it should be really not bad. Parking has been fine and I generally feel safe and happy here. It’s been cool seeing the apartment gain more and more residents as time has passed.Overall, I would definitely recommend living here! No place is perfect, but this has been one of the nicest apartments I’ve rented!

We love the apartment amenities, especially the quality of the gym! The location couldn’t be better for us. The apartment itself is beautiful and well thought out. Would highly recommend!

I recently moved into the apartment community and I couldnt be happier. The place is brand new and designed beautifully. The amenities are top notch. The best apartment gym Ive ever seen. The move-in process was easy and you can tell the management team is really focusing on the residency experience. The frequent social mixers are great and I hope they continue well into the future. I highly recommend IronRidge!

I have lived here @ Ironridge for 18 months and just resigned my lease so that I can stay here at this beautiful property! The staff is amazing and so friendly and offer so many fun amenities here on the property! I have met so many new people and enjoy hanging out at the pool and resident events offered. Looking forward to seeing some of the new features and upgrades happen to make the community even better. I plan on continuing to make Ironridge my home for years to come!

This is a beautiful community! From the Pool to the community center and the amazing apartment units. Everything is new and beautifully designed. I wouldn’t expect anything less from Embrey. The community is brand new so there is some ongoing construction, but the noise is not bad all. The office girls are so nice, knowledgeable and professional. Camila was great and answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was properly informed. PS - check out their snack fridge 😉

What an absolutely amazing community with a gym second to none! The best part of visiting this community however was working with Kalinda. She was incredibly cheerful, knowledgeable, and made us feel at home on our tour. We wound up not leasing due to a change in work location, but it was disappointing because wed already fell in love with the property!

My daughter and I have been here only a week and it already feels like home. We notice very little outside noise even during the day when there’s construction going on. Neighbors are super friendly. The community is clean and the amenities are great! The attention to detail when building this complex was incredible, they thought of everything. Last, but not least, the office team is always so helpful and professional.

The apartments are beautiful, new, and modern! The staff has been great and accommodating and all of the online capabilities such as paying rent and access to the community are really easy to use. Access to 281 is amazing to have and everything is fairly close!Edit 7/12/22 - Community’s communication is quite poor. Emails and phone calls remain unanswered on multiple concerns on my end.

The team at the leasing office goes above and beyond to assist residents, they are always willing to help and answer any questions. One of my favorite perks of living here is the coffee machine available in the leasing office and the community events organized by the leasing office are the cherry on top.

I moved into Ironridge at HCV 6 months ago and have never been happier! The staff is always so nice, friendly and professional. Camila has always been so helpful and makes sure everything is taken care of for you. She has a great attitude and personality! If you are looking for a place to call home, Ironridge at HCV is the place for you! Its a great location with easy access to HWY 281 and many restaurants, convenience stores and H-E-Bs nearby. It has a great gym, grilling area, pool and clubhouse too! Village life is a great life!

We have been living in this complex since December, and from the first day we came to visit we found both the place and the service to be excellent. Camila has always taken care of us in particular, her kindness and help at all times have been very efficient, in general The staff makes you feel very well cared for.
