I have loved living here for the past few months, the staff and neighbors are always so friendly and helpful. I’m able to have my guest over and they love the environment of the apartment. Management is great they fix everything in a quickly manner so it doesn’t affect you in your day to day. Overall have loved living here and would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Infinity at the Rim, and I cant express enough how impressed I am with both the property and the outstanding service provided by Deanna Johnson.From the moment I walked in, Deanna made me feel welcomed and valued. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and her professionalism was evident throughout the entire tour. Deannas deep knowledge of the property and its amenities was remarkable, and she took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answering all of my questions with patience and expertise.The tour itself was fantastic. Infinity at the Rim is a stunning property with beautifully designed apartments and top-of-the-line amenities. So far so good. Love the staff. I miss Nariyah being apart of the staff. Brooke is absolutely amazing and patient. Her hard work for the property should definitely be recognized and rewarded. I would like to see the storage units become safe for use, the hall carpets shampooed and newer updated equipment added to the gym.

Been a resident here for 4 years. Seen a lot of management come and go but Brooke & Deanna are by the far the best. I will come down to the office and it could be packed like a bar but they are so organised and efficient and always polite and smiling. I was going to move out at the end of my lease but I decided to renew because of them. Keep it up ladies

I am extremely happy that I decided to live here at Infinity at the Rim. I have felt welcomed ever since I first visited the property. The leasing staff has been incredibly helpful with me in making a seamless moving experience. I particularly have enjoyed working with Destinee from the leasing office. She is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have a morning routine where I check my mail and then stop by the leasing office for Starbucks coffee. She knows my routine and has my coffee ready for me when I arrive. I am new to the city and she has made me feel welcomed and glad that I moved here.The amenities are also superb. I love the infinity pool. It has a great view overlooking the city. The fitness center has all the equipment you will need and also overlooks the city. I just bought an electric vehicle and am super excited that the apartment complex has 5 charging stations in the garage. I have not had a single issue charging my car. There is covered garage parking for everyone but you can also get your own single or double car garage. There is also a self-service area to wash your car, and it even has a vacuum cleaner!I have not had issues with any of my neighbors. Everyone is friendly. No one blasts loud music. People tend to keep to themselves but are welcoming if you want to talk to them.

This team is phenomenal! When I first visited this community, I was greeted right away by the office team and they made me feel right at home. Special shout out to Dominique for answering my questions with patience and care, I felt like she really cared about my needs. The property itself is stunning and has amenities on a resort-style level with amazing views of the city. Its truly a privilege to be able to call this place my home, Im very happy I signed a lease here. Keep up the great work, Team Infinity!

We moved in on the 26th of June and ever since we moved it has been amazing. We had some hiccups but they were quickly fixed.The cleaners didn’t clean our apartment so they had to clean the day we were supposed to move in. We were bummed but they made it right and took care of our rent for the prorated amount of the month for 4days. I was very thankful.When we moved in we also had some issues with roaches, my kitchen sink, the bathroom, and the dishawahser.When I put a maintenance request they fixed everything within 3 days. I had maintenance come in the first day, fix some stuff , they said they needed to buy supplies so they did and came Tuesday then I had pest control today.They are very speedy with their service and will take care of you here. This is by far the best service I have had when it comes to apartments. Thank you all very much! All of the managers were very helpful!

I love how clean infinity is. staff are super friendly specially Travis and ReAnna. We got approved the same day and when my spouse had to be added to the lease they got it done within the next hour. Unlike most places they leave you alone when youre having fun at the pool. Ive lived here for almost 3 years now and I highly recommend this place. The cost is worth every penny knowing you are taken care of and safe.

Just moved in last month and all I can say is WOW! My girlfriend and I had toured every single complex in the Rim area and after seeing Infinity it was no competition!Everything about this place is top notch! From the grounds, the amenities, the staff and most importantly, the apartment itself, this is by far the nicest complex I have ever seen.I have lived here for a little less than a month and everyday I consider myself blessed for calling this place home. My friends and family come over and are in awe of this place. The pool and clubhouse are amazing, the staff is the best staff I’ve ever dealt with, and my neighbors are super nice. It really is a community. Firework shows every night courtesy of Fiesta Texas is a added bonus.Thank you Infinity at the Rim for all you have done and I can’t wait to spend a part of my life with you guys! Not even a month into my lease and my girlfriend and I are already planning on re-leasing when the lease is up!

This place was by far my favorite apartment to ever live in or ever see in the San Antonio area. Friends and family always loved coming over to the resort to enjoy the handful of really cool and fun amenities. I think the highlight of the lease was how clean the complex was kept. Coming home from work, it always felt so good to see the place spotless, and smelling so nice. My friends would always comment on how nice and clean it felt. Every morning I would see staff cleaning something, the grills blew me away. I have never seen a complex keep all of the grilling stations so nice and clean. (I have seen so many nice complexes get run down over the years, and it is definitely not the case here) The pool offers the best view in town, reminiscent of something like a Los Angeles hilltop, overlooking the Rim. The rooftop terrace is great place to take a loved one to drink wine and watch the nightly fireworks from six flags. Being able to walk to all of the bars, restaurants, and stores was also so convenient. The units themselves have cool amenities as well like built in speakers, higher end granite selections, and amazing lighting. Infinity has the best staff I have ever seen, and would easily follow them anywhere they went if they ever left. Jaclyn, Thomas, and Madeline would go above and beyond to make sure the residents and guests had the best experience possible, and had the best personalities. A benefit of Greystar management is that there are community events to get to know your neighbors and staff. Movie nights, wine nights, and Sunday fundays were wonderful. There were a few things (like limited guest parking, gaps in the laminate flooring, and front doors/handles that werent soundproof & felt cheap), that the management should improve on for their next project.

Best apartments ever! Great amenities and location, definitely worth the price. The front office personnel are nice. Kids (assumption) started moving and stealing doormats and the residents leave dog poop and trash in the elevators and around the property. Management does try to keep the building well maintained. This is an amazing place to live with minor nuisances.

Amazing place to live. We dont have a dog (yet) but there are so many here and with the sense of community it helps make the atmosphere very lively and cohesive. I love the layout of all the units and my wife loves the design. Indoor parking is a bonus! Jaclyn was amazing and energetic in helping us which made our decision to live here even easier.

One of the best communities in this area. I visited twice to decide if I wanted to live at the Rim or downtown. The staff here was fantastic, amenities above the competition, and apartments well appointed with modern kitchens. The only downside for me was living with a large dog walking a lengthily distance to a rest area and limited immediate access to walking areas. That is a personal preference, but may not be an issue for many. I highly recommend checking this community out and giving the staff an opportunity to earn your business.

I love living at Infinity at the Rim! The location is perfect, and the apartments are so beautiful. Some of my favorite features include the parking garage, the Amazon package Hub, wine fridge, the views from the balconies and the amenities, spacious elevators, and the wonderful staff! This is a very quiet community, which is a huge plus for me, and I always feel very safe and comfortable. The only thing to consider is there is limited guest parking; however, worst case scenario your guests can park at LifeTime Fitness and you can go pick them up. Not super convenient, but it will work in a pinch! I have loved every GreyStar community I’ve lived in. Top notch!

I’m moving from Austin to San Antonio within a month to eight months and figured I start touring apartments. Jaclyn was absolutely amazing! She took her time and gave my friend and I a tour. The amenities are exceptional- I feel like I wouldn’t have to leave the apartment complex to have fun. Def got some Austin community vibes. Speaking of community, Jaclyn knew the name of EVERY RESIDENT that walked past us. Prices are a little steep but I imagine you’re paying for the amazon home experience. Great experience! Its a really really nice apartment with lots of really cool amenities. They have a car wash part of their parking lot and multiple dog parks I think two or three different gyms, a clubhouse, and old Nintendo type arcade games in the clubhouse. They also have multiple outdoor areas with different I guess I would use the word themed parks. It was kind of cool like theres an area more for kids. Then one thats more for like chilling & adults. They have a rooftop deck and pool, Its pretty nice.The only thing that was kind of weird was the fact that every time Ive been there I never see anybody in the hallway... My guess, is because theyre too busy at work paying for their super nice, but very expensive apartment lol, either that or its actually an undercover version of the Hotel California 😮😮😮😱🤯😂

To be honest, I was a little skeptical before going on a tour at Infinity at the Rim for a couple of reasons...1) I wasnt sure about their security level as I had heard of some instances where people were breaking into vehicles in the area, and 2) because it was a hotel style complex, I was afraid there would be doggy poop in noticable places and cleanliness is super important to me. After my awesome tour with Jaclyn, both of my concerns were laid to rest! She was such a joy! I didnt need to ask my security questions because SHE brought it up and even informed me of an instance where a security breach occurred at the Infinity and they immediately increased their security. Now, Ive been to numerous complexes and honesty hasnt always been evident, but I was extremely impressed that she would be honest with me, tell me what happened up front and tell me how the complex has addressed the situation! As for the doggy poop, I didnt see any! In fact, the grounds upkeep was great! With Jaclyns honesty, professionalism and awesome personality, I was sold...Ill be getting my keys real soon!~Veronica D.

After looking at this area to live I looked at axis at the rim and was my first apartment in this area I loved it an had intentions on renting but I wanted to check out tribute and this infinity well loved tribute even more then axis but my last stop was infinity and at first the pricing I didnt want to pay the extra couple hundred more then the other ones but after being showed around I was lowered blown away by all this place has to offer to much to even list here this place amazing doesnt do any justice with what I say just say its worth what they are asking and look forward to making this place my future home!Although axis and tribute were super nice but as far as the actual apartment itself I felt they were just to plain for the asking price and infinity went up and beyond the ranch style doors in the apartment it has a wine cooler in this place the shower and bathroom and just everything the den loft area in the apartment is also amazing and that apartment didnt feel like an apartment felt like a house huge plus... Staff is very helpful and amazing and the games and whole set up of that and how they designed it to interact residents is amazing...last you have the amazing scenery of hill country 😊

Very nice place, I was there a couple of weeks ago (at my nephews home) and we loved how nice and clean it is, as well as central in the city. Highly recommended!
